Spot on every visit I've had. Out of the tons of Mexican restaurants in Henry County this one is always top notch!

My best friend and I tried the food out over the past weekend. Even though it was a Friday night, we had no problem being seated right away. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and the owner. Service was fantastic. Our glasses never even reached being empty before our waitress was back to offer a refill. The tortillas for my chicken and steak fajitas were made in house and not just bought and heated up. We were very impressed with the food and the service. We'll be back!

Great restaurant, great staff. We enjoy this place every time we go... It doesn't hurt that it's just down the road from our house! If you're looking for fresh Mexican food this is your place.

Food is totally amazing! And their customer service is superb! We come here about twice per week and order different dishes. So far they have all been delicious. We don't go to any other Mexican joint!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

1st visit today, staff was very friendly and attentive. Liz, our sever was super. Salsa and chips were outstanding. My friend found the salsa too hot and Liz immediately brought a milder one. I had the Supreme Burrito. Tasty, but a little skimpy with gauchamola and sauce. Tried my friends chicken chimachanga and was very good. Refried beans and rice were good. I will return and try other items. Lots of pluses here, decor is very nice and service is very speedy.

Have to try the enchilada nortenos they are awesome cheesy enchiladas with pulled pork on top! The beer is always cold and the bartenders are always friendly!

Went to eat here with my sweetheart. Salsa was pretty decent. We both ranked it our second favorite of the Mexican joints we frequent. The chips were above average. My fajitas appeared to be marinated, which was a huge plus for me . The meat was tasty on its own and that is one of the things I look for in good fajitas. The soup was rich and delicious with a squeeze of lime. Service was speedy and friendly. Restrooms clean. We will eat here again.

This place is as authentic as it gets. Ron is an amazing owner and knows how to make everyone feel welcome, staff is very friendly & attentive! They've been in the biz for many years...I've been in Atlanta since '96 & have never be disappointed by any of the family biz locations! Def order the Nachos Tejanos, carne asada tacos, Texas margarona, knockout margarita...you just can't go wrong! And they have all the major soccer games from all of the leagues.

Excellent, quality mexican food and atmosphere for Mcdonough, GA. A Liquor license is all that is missing at this moment in time.

We have visited several times now. Disappointed that service continues to be very slow. Also if you order a drink it takes quite a while to get it. When you exit you are never thanked. I hope all the above improves soon.

Loved this place! I would have given it 5 stars but the food was very slow to come out....granted we were there on a VERY busy Saturday night! It was nice to see that the place was doing so well! Order the table side Guacamole...it was divine! I guess that was the positive thing about our food taking a bit to come out....we enjoyed the guacamole and had time to let it settle before our food arrived!

Food was pretty good so I'm giving it 3 stars. However, the experience was not so good. Went on a Friday night, hostess said the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes. Actual wait was 45 to 50 minutes. Not sure why we had to wait so long as there were several empty tables in the dining room. We waited another 10 to 15 minutes for server to take our order. Server asked for id when my 70 year old white haired husband ordered a beer. Huh? Dining room was loud and cold. I might go back to give it another try because the food was tasty. If the owner/manager sees this review, I suggest you have your hostess give realistic wait times... if anything, over estimate a bit so that a shorter wait than suggested leaves the customer "happy"! Fundamental principle of customer service: Under promise, over deliver.

This place has the worst service of any restaurant in McDonough. Their tableside guacamole is delicious, but don't bother ordering it. The first time, we didn't get the chips that are supposed to come with it (and for $8.95, you better get everything that comes with it), the second time it came how it is supposed to, and this last time, we never got it. Our food came and I told the waiter that we didn't get the guacamole and he said "Oh, well do you want it?" It's like...um, no forget it! Every time we go it takes at least 5 minutes to get water. Don't bother asking for more chips and salsa because by the time you get it, your food will have arrived. Some of the entrees are good, but most are bland. The only thing I like about the place is the building itself. I have had a different server each time, and each one has been horrible. Inexperienced, absent, uncaring and very slow to respond to any requests. Go to Pedro's instead!!!!

Ok I've been here twice now. Once on valentines day and most recently St. Patty's day. Let's start with the basic cornerstone of any Mexican restaurant, chips & salsa. This place prefers to serve cardboard and ketchup....get rid of the thick chips and add some cilantro and cumin to your salsa! the menu right now is very extensive which is common for a new place to establish a more condensed version of fan favs down the road. The two dishes I ordered were just ok.... (sorry i don't remember exactly what they were) but they were pretty much staple dishes of a Mexican joint. The service here is fine anf friendly but the atmosphere still wreaks of Steers woodfire grill LOL. Take a little time to spruce the place up a bit and at least change the light bulbs to all match the same color and type. Some tables have incandescent lamps others are twisty fluorescent and I think a few are new LED, at any rate it looks like an eye sore to me at least. but then again I work in the lighting industry so it's a bit of a pet peeve to me. This place really has alot of potential and space for seating, I hope they make the most of this opportunity to make a big splash in the area. We will be going back in about a month or so to see if they've made any changes and/or progress. If so then I'll add or update my current review.

Good food at reasonable prices. Tacos soft and warm. Chicken Enchilada Verdes also good.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
