I have only been to this location once. The roomie and I stopped to get some wings, but we didn't want any sauce on them. We got the strangest look from the hooter girl. Once we explained to her 3 times that we just wanted the wings cooked like they cook them and then omit/avoid the hot sauce/wing sauce she was able to get our order placed. I thought they were still good even without the sauce.

Went into this location yesterday and while I was using the restroom I noticed the cook come in used it and left without washing his hands. Told the manager and he acted like he didn't even care. Bad service all the way around.

The customer service was ok but my food really sacked and I spent like 40 bucks. I've been to other Hoovers around Atlanta and this one is the worse one. I will never go back there, I should have just went to Wnedy's.

First trip to this location. Service was fast and friendly, food was very good and presented well. I was a little disappointed that celery and dressing is not included with 20 wings, but that's not the fault of the location. Plenty of the TV, relaxed atmosphere, all the things you love Hooters for including ice cold beer and delicious wings! Keep it coming, happy Saturday!!

Service was very slow and I don't think the waitress smiled even once!!! The manager came over and spoke with my husband but never even made eye contact or acknowledged I was sitting at the same table!! No thank you or have a nice night when leaving!!!! Just over all would say keep driving!!!

Went to this Hooters last Sunday afternoon. The first thing that hit me when I walked thru the doors was the overwhelming smell of dirty mop water. I'm pretty esy going so I decided to still dine here. After walking thru the dining room to the restroom I noticed the entire floor was sticky (probably from using dirty mop water). There were also a crazy amount of Nats flying around as I was trying to eat. The service was good and the food was on par with what I'm use to from Hooters.... I just can't help but ask myself if they can't properly clean the dining room, how clean is the kitchen? I won't be back.

Went with a friend for the first time. I'm a little more open-minded and I was ok. The food was good and the perfect patron was really good, I loved it! Only thing I didn't like was a few of the women were acting kind of dumb like competing or whatever you call it like flipping their hair or walking and turning around and staring at you as if you envy them which is hilarious because I don't envy anyone. I'm very confident so I was like whatever her problem is, this isn't high school, I'm grown I'm not worried about you. I came to eat & watch the game. Some of those girls need to grow up and act like women. It's really childish. I won't go back.

It has been many years since I set foot in a Hooters. I was in the area and decided to give it a whirl for lunch. I ordered 10 911 wings and they were very good. If you are looking to burn your mouth Hooters is not the place to go to. The 911's are 6/10 hot if that. I received good service but the talent level was very lacking.

I have been coming to this Hooters for UFC fights for years. They always turned all the televisions to the UFC fights once the main cards came on. On December 6th they did not do this because the were showing both the UFC fights and championship college football. They should have had separate sections for the two events. The football game was on broadcast television they could have watched that at home. Also the bathrooms are disgusting and in disrepair. The women's bathroom was filthy with urine and tissue in each stall and the men's bathroom only had one working receptacle. I will be going to watch the UFC fights somewhere else for now on.

I don't think that I have EVER been so disappointed with a restaurant's waitstaff, as I was when we dared to step foot into Hooters. The host, Khari Reid, was VERY polite and accommodating, and ensured that we were seated in an ideal location for the game we wanted to watch while dining. As he walked away, THIS is where the entire level of service took a DEEP nosedive. Waitress after waitress sashayed by us, giving us the "side-eye" if even a glance, as they proceeded to other patrons. My guest and I then witnessed two waitresses consuming soda and iced tea at the drink station, as well as another who was actually seated at one of the "high-tables", as if she were one of the diners. After 17-minutes of being treated as though we were completely invisible and STILL had not been offered, at the very least, a teaspoon of water, bread crumb or even leftovers from a past diner, we gathered our things to leave. I asked the host, Khari, if he would kindly summons his manager, and in moments, was greeted by Jayce. As I respectfully explained to her the lack of hospitality and service that we had been provided outside of our initial interaction with Khari, and this is what has prompted us to not only leave early, but never return again, I again, was shocked at the unprofessionalism of the waitstaff. During my conversation with Jayce, twice she had to interrupt me in order to turn around and tell a waitress that she was busy speaking with a patron, and she needed to excuse herself. Admittedly, Jayce expressed sincere regret over the displeasure we felt due to the lack of service we'd received, and went as far as offering to pay for our dinner, which we politely declined. I'm sure that at this point, many people are wondering one or all of the following: Why wouldn't we just tell someone we need our order taken and wait? Why wouldn't we accept the manager's offer to buy us dinner "on-the-house"? Well, I'll tell you why. 1. I'm not an impatient person, but within 5-minutes of a patron being seated by the host/hostess, at least their drink and appetizer orders should be taken as they peruse the menu further; 2. As a patron, I should NOT be the one to have to tell YOU how to properly do YOUR job. I'm coming to YOUR establishment, because I want to treat myself to a day-off of doing what you're getting paid to do ... by ME, the paying customer. So NOW you've lost me; 3. Although I stated that the "free dinner" gesture was appreciated, I didn't trust the waitstaff to provide genuine customer service at that point, as ALL of them were guilty of the lack of professionalism already exhibited, which also made me fear for the quality of the food I would receive. Additionally, we came in there to spend money with GREAT tips for matching service ... I wasn't coming there for a "free giveaway". At this point, the matter was merely about principle. Needless to say, after thanking Khari for his exceptional service and Jayce for her time, we took our party to another place that I frequent quite often, and ultimately enjoyed ourselves in the end. Being a "Yelper" myself, if I had remembered to read a couple of these reviews here, this entire event would've NEVER occurred.

This place could be cleaner. The plates are always dirty when I get them. When I visit, I always get breaded North Dakota... I think that's what it is called. I know the flavor was named after a place. The service makes up for the lack of urgency from the cooks. Sometimes my bf and I only place one order along with drinks and the food still takes a while to get to us.
