I've always been a fan of Einstein's bagels and coffee. I was recently visiting a friend in Lawrenceville & needed to waste some time prior to heading back into Atlanta to see some other friends. A typical Saturday morning brought out the locals, so it was pretty busy. There was only one person in front of me in line though. A cheery employee greeted me & took my order of a blueberry bagel & a medium caramel macchiato. I got my bagel immediately when I paid, but had to wait on my coffee. I had taken a seat & within about two minutes, the same employee brought it out to me. I like consistency (who doesn't?!) & as always my bagel was soft & the coffee was hot & tasted like a caramel macchiato should. Another employee came by & asked how everything was. Employees were quick to clean up after patrons. I did use the restroom there & it was clean. Parking is plentiful & prices are reasonable.

I would give 5 stars but they are usually out of the really good bagels! This was my go-to place after my prenatal doctor visits at kaiser! Great service and free wifi!! Coffee is okay.. Take home their blueberry and strawberry shmear! DIVINE!! Asiago bagel was my favorite!

Restaurant was fairly clean and staff (order taker and cashier) were friendly and speedy. Food is very good although prices are a bit higher than competitors. Wait time for your food is excessive - although I don't blame the poor woman making the food! The person who made my sandwich was so incredibly backed up with orders that I really had to feel bad for her. What made her situation even worse was that after the order taker and cashier had done their jobs and there were no more customers waiting to place orders or pay, they simply walked away and into the back of the restaurant. It would have been nice to see the staff all work together to help out the person making the food instead of just letting her get inundated. (Einstein needs to be "smarter" and take a lesson from Chick-fil-A and Waffle House in this regard). When my food was done the overextended woman who made it brought me my sandwich with a nice smile and a pleasant "thank you" - the rest of the staff was still nowhere to be seen in the front. I would give this Einstein location 4 stars instead of 3 if there was more of a team work ethic. The food is definitely worthy of 4 stars.

The guy at the cash register stood me up for 5 minutes when I asked for a fork. Don't they know to replenish them when there are no more in their bins? When I asked him again then he is assigning that to some one else. Isn't that a great customer service?

Great Bagels, but no WiFi? Four weeks without WiFi in the dining area. Their system went down a month ago and still no luck. The management didn't seem to see the importance of responding to repeated requests for getting the system back up. Even posted complaints at their online "bagel talk" got no resolution. Fortunately there is no shortage of breakfast spots in Duluth to read your online papers and enjoy a meal. I'll miss their great lLox Nova sandwich.

This place isn't too shabby. Great place for breakfast and an on the go snack. You have a variety of bagels to choose from like asiago, raisin, and pretzel to name a few. They also server hot sandwiches which are pretty good as well. This place doesn't get too busy so you shouldn't have to expect too long of a wait. It has good seating for close 30 or so people but don't expect a full house as most people just do take out. Overall a great place bagel lovers! My Recommendations: Nova Lux (smoked salmon on top of a bagel = heaven)

We went at 9am and experienced awesome customer service, so friendly and courteous. And by the way, the bagels were delicious, thanks!

I've been to this location twice in the past week. The food is consistent and fresh like I have experienced at other locations. Unfortunately the management and customer service is lacking at this location. Both times I've been during the lunch rush and both times the restaurant was nearly empty. The first time they were having problems getting a simple order correct for the lady standing in front of me in line. Today they were already out of tuna salad at 12:15 in the afternoon, which is odd since no one was in the place. It also seems like the employees are not motivated and would rather be anywhere else but there. I will be back because I love Einsteins' and this is conveniently located near my office but I hope the customer service improves or they will lose my business.

This is my favorite coffee/bagel joint. The only downfall is the coffee prep area when it's busy. Other than that, they are on point.

Pretty disappointed by my experience at this restaurant this morning. I ordered a Bagel And Lox on a spinach florentine, one of my favorites. I did not order a drink. The restaurant was not terribly full this morning. But for some reason my order took 20 minutes. I was in a hurry and had to ask it to be bagged to go. It's quite a shame that such a yummy bagel could not be enjoyed in the restaurant. I'm very disappointed. I know this place should do better. They have always prepared delicious food but need to work on their prep time so they can get it to customers in a more timely manner.

Okay, this review is in hopefully being reviewed by owners and managers in this company. Pros: Great bagels, nicely prepared, spacely inside- relaxing. Cons: most consistently spaced out & informal unhelpful customer service I believe I've ever had. A little messy, nothing one person couldn't sweep thru and push chairs back in and wipe a table down in 5- 8 minutes. In need of upgrades especially menu signs hanging from ceiling rails. A bit confusing to locate where to look at menus. (In the front of me or the side) Awkward "take your order then pay at another register with the same person" is weird, as well as, sometimes having your meal prepared by same person taking your order. Are they a cheap company who just won't hire enough people?? Their food is delicious, but unfortunately, because their food is delicious you expect the staff to at least feel like they know it too. It's strange when they mention smears all over the menu and the employee is like what? O, you mean cream cheese- funny. One cook there, that I always see, is consistently nice and seems happy to be there... I actually look forward to her bringing my order out- her smiling, friendly, upbeat & speedy service makes it worthwhile! As much as I wanna give it 4 stars- the food is great and has vegetarian options, the customer service and shotty displays need to be upgraded. The clear & presentable experience is everything!! Be warned about the parking lot- too busy, too tight- your better off on the section that shares the Starbucks lot.

Incompetent empolyees. How have they made it this far? First off I ordered a "Chicken Club salad with no croutons, everything else is great" and 2 bagel sandwiches. The guy was shocked when there were no premade salads. He didn't know what to do. Then charged me $27, I said "that's not right." He laughed and said oops I charged you for 2 salads. Literally 25 mins later I got an $8 salad with lettuce and chicken on it. Bring it up and ask for the rest of the ingredients.. Had to list them for them. How hard is it to pull out a menu and read.. "Cucumbers.." Okay add cucumbers.. "Bacon" okay add bacon.. Cheese... Tomato... Now even more time elapses. My sandwhiches were made 25 mins prior so yum a nice toasted bagel 25 mins later is now a cold rock. My girls and I try to eat our low quality food and then go to clear our plates and the trash was over flowing. Where is the manager? Who is supervising these adults who need to be babysat? Get some new staff who are grateful for their job and need the money. Teens would even be better at least they take direction and are excited to have a job.. Now I know why it was empty at noon. Never returning and letting everyone I know to never go there.

So not impressed. $23 for three small sandwich bagels, chips, and 3 cups of water. Layer on the un-trained employees, a cashier with a bit of a bad attitude, a dirty bathroom, and you'll understand why I won't be returning. The food itself was fine, but there is another sandwich shop across the parking lot that will get my business next time. PS: the manager did give us a couple free sandwich coupons once she realized our disappointment, which is the reason I bumped the star rating up from one to two.

Food: Amazing! There breakfast sandwiches are the best in GA. Warm bagels that are toasty on the outside and super soft on the side - stuffed with grilled veggies, fluffy eggs and zesty cheeses. Drinks: Bottomless coffee! What more could you want? In addition to the awesome value, the coffee (both iced and hot) is really delicious. It's self-serve so you get to make it just how you want it. Service: Always quick and friendly. Every person I've dealt with has been very nice and accommodating. They get really busy but you never have to wait more than a few minutes.

I've been coming to this Einsteins for a while now. I use to get really good service there. For a while, I was greeted by name when I walked in. That's how good the service there use to be for me. I would not have hesitated to give it 5 stars. I don't know if its just staff turnovers or if the business has fallen under new management or what. Lately, my experiences here have been hit or miss. Last month, they forget to add schmear to my bagel, but they remembered to charge me for it. This morning, the dude taking my order could not have looked liked he cared any less, and I had to repeat myself several times. When I got my bagel, it had about half as much schmear as it normally does. My breakfast all but shrugged "whatever" at me. I am very sad to see one of my favorite places go so downhill service wise. As to the food, it's pretty good. When I want a bagel, this is where I go. There's a wide variety of bagels and schmears. Einstein schmears are of a yummy, whipped consistency. I love it.

How come a place with such great food has such terrible employee problems? They have had constant employee turnover with the attendant incompetence for years. Many times I come in for lunch and there is not a familiar face working there at all. I finally confronted a manager about it. For a while I got personalized service - then the manager had enough and quit too. Oh, well, I'll just be a pain in the a$$ customer and count my change and double check my order, but that doesn't help for things like no ice at 11:30am and a coke machine that doesn't work for months on end. Come on guys, get it together and make your service as good as your food.

Quiet place to get some work done if you don't need wifi. Tables vary in size, from accommodating 2-8. The large table by the bathrooms is nice when you need to spread out a bunch of work. 3.5 stars. While I'm not a fan, I can see myself stopping by for a breakfast bagel. It'd be better if they had a drive-thru. As it was, the lines inside were average, but the pace was fairly quick. Steady flow of customers, but not many stay at the tables. Service-wise, the employees were pleasant and nice enough. But neither were they overly friendly - average service, nothing stands out. As a chain, I love their toasted bagels and wide variety of bagel + cream cheese. Favorite spread: honey almond. ~$2.5 for a bagel + cream cheese.

I am addicted to Einstein's everything bagels with sun-dried tomato shmear, which is the only reason I ever patronize this location. The hours are crappy, the service is mediocre boarding on inept, and about 50% of the time they are out of the bagel I want. But... I just can't kick the craving for that bagel, so I keep going back for more abuse. Delicious, delicious abuse.

I love the selection of bagels and schmears. But this particular location seems to have an issue with their toaster, because the bagels never get as warm and toasty as they do at other locations. I've even seen them cycle the bagels through twice sometimes. But the staff is friendly, the OJ is delicious (more sour than sweet), and the coffee is great, too. And a somewhat-under-toasted Einstein Bros. bagel is better than 95% of all other bagels out there, at least in Atlanta. Everything bagel toasted with light garlic herb cream cheese FTW! Cheap as hell, too, if that's all you get.

Einstein Bros doesn't have the best bagels, but they aren't terrible. Being a northern, I actually have yet to find a great bagel place here in the South. I'm partial to my northern type bagels. Einstein Bros comes close, but lately I've started liking their bagel thins with shmear. They had a coupon in the paper for a free bagel thin and shmear with the purchase of a drink, and I was very impressed. I will definitely be going back for the bagel thins, but will continue my search for real deli bagels like I used to get up North.

I love to go here for my bagel quick-fix. There's really no Panera really close in this area, so Einstein is another great choice. Their everything bagel is my favorite. Their power bagel is also really good. My husband usually gets the grain bagel with veggie cream cheese and he loves it. It's a nice place to stop for breakfast or lunch. They close early though, around 3 p.m. so you have to be there before then! They also carry different sandwiches, wraps, coffee, and other drinks. I'm not always a big fan of bagel-place coffee specialty drinks, they never make them quite right, but it's not bad if you're in a pinch. It's clean, and this shop doesn't get too busy, like the Sandy Springs location, so I prefer to stop here. There's usually plenty of seats to sit in, and I've never had a problem with parking. Great bagel place!
