If you have ever wanted to relive the excitement of Oliver Twist where you are saying 'more please' at each topping, this is the Chipotle for you! The hilarity comes from when you ask for something, say more corn because you aren't getting cheese or sour cream, and they dribble five kernels over your plate and quickly move on. Their chips are a tease, so good, all seven of them in the bag. If you want good quick serve Mexican, you don't have to advertise competition (although Moe's and Qdoba are not terrible), just go to their Windward Parkway location and actually enjoy food without a loud rebuff of 'WHHHHAAAAT, YOU WANT MORE?!?!?!'

I wanted to update my review to give this location one more star, as I think the attitude of the staff has improved and they are much friendlier in general than when I initially reviewed it. I also think they have improved the speed of service. However, core issues still plague this location: 1. Portions are exceptionally skimpy for a Chipotle. Everyone asks for more, so don't be bashful with it here. 2. The parking lot during lunch is a battle royale. It is hard to describe how annoyingly packed the parking lots are. Oh, and everyone else had that idea about parking at the restaurants next door. If you can't make it to this location before 11:30am, you're out of luck. The lunch rush stretches probably until about 2ish. 3. The layout of this location is terrible. Prepare to stand in the place where you constantly have to move around the trash can and the front door. Very limited seating. Wouldn't even bother trying to eat here in a group. It would be impossible during lunch.

So this chain is everybody's favorite right? It is ours too. BUT and it is a big BUTT...... this one is really really lacking with true BUTTS working there. So it is Saturday night around 9:15. The line is out the door. The BUTT working the toppings is moving as slow as all get out. In line there is a large group of teenage boys. Probably 10 of them the age of 16 to 18. You would think BUTT manager would start cooking more chicken and beef as soon as they got in line. Nope he waited til the first boy ordered. And due to the pork issue they only have beef and chicken. Then toppings BUTT is so busy checking out every BUTT that walks in... and it is Saturday night. That night is all about the BUTT. So he can't focus on the window and these boys barking out toppings cuz he is checking out BUTT. It was comical but fustrating. 22 minutes we get to order and toppings BUTT puts the toppings on sections of the bowl as if they can't touch. WTH is up with that. WHATEVER. Every table dirty the floor is just gross the bathroom is dirty... just a bad night at the Ole favorite chain. I give the chain 5 stars always but this shop needs some clean up and less BUTTS. I will go again and if improved I will review. If not I will drive to windward or hwy 9.

This place is ok; due to the unique seating arrangement, you can always find seats available if you are dining by yourself. However, my main criticisms are: bathroom is small (single occupancy only). And the Lunch Rush is horrendous at this location. Mainly due to the fact that this Chipotle is located in North Point Pkwy (and next to a mall), this place is always pack after 12 PM. If you come here in a group after that time, it will be close to impossible to find a seat... Besides that, foods are standards. But the Patron Margarita is definitely not worth the price, lol.

Chipotle is chipotle. The food is decent. Supposedly, they do not use GMO's etc etc etc...all that stuff that people don't really care about. I like their food and will continue to come back for it. They try hard to keep the dining area clean but there's always a lot of people coming in and out and it's hard. Keep the place a little cleaner and it would be perfect! I usually get the burrito bowl and they give pretty decent portions!

Y'all, I love Chipotle. In fact, I fancy myself a bit of a Chipotle connoisseur because the husband and I have hit probably every location in the North Fulton area. We have had takeout from this location a few times since it opened and have always had a decent experience (though you really need to order ahead with takeout so that you can skip the perpetually endless line at this location). But this past weekend we dined in and it totally ruined my opinion of this location. Two stars might be a little harsh because nothing especially heinous happened, but I was shocked by the limited seating options in this location. Who thought a largely cafeteria-style community seating arrangement would be a good idea? This place is so awkwardly set up inside that we probably would have taken our food to go if I hadn't been lucky enough to snag the last available table that would easily accommodate a high chair for our toddler without having to worry about invading the personal space of other diners. So I have to take away a star for the interior because I never ever want to dine in at this location again. Oh and there's no changing table in the bathroom so that was also a negative. And then finally, I hope it's just specific to this location but the pico de gallo was horrible this past weekend. Wow. It almost ruined my burrito bowl. Instead of the usual flavorful combination of perfectly proportioned diced ingredients, my husband noticed that they were slopping the equivalent of cheap watery salsa onto our meals. It did not taste good at all and made everything very soggy. I will be so upset if this is a change made across all Chipotles and really really really hope it was just a location-specific gaffe of some sort.

The tables were filthy and not a single one was clean. Nor did I see any employees cleaning tables during the hour that I was in there (4:30 to 5:30 PM on a Saturday). The food wasn't half bad. Actually, I should say it wasn't half good. The chunks of chicken in my dish had clumps of fat clinging to them. While some of the ingredients appeared to be fresh, none excelled in taste and when combined only achieved mediocrity. A couple of the staff behind the counter were cheerful and friendly, but they were offset by the sullen zombies working alongside. I would have preferred and enjoyed a fast food burger joint in comparison, and will only return to this establishment under duress.

I've been here once or twice since it opened up earlier this year. The 2nd time was a dine in experience with a new acquaintance. We sat outside as it was such a lovely and breezy afternoon. Both the inside and outdoor seating areas where fairly clean with not too much of a mess around. This location gets pretty busy for dinner time since the line winded all the way to the main entrance. When I was there the initial time it was after the lunch rush so the wait time wasn't too bad. Parking is okay since there are other restaurants nearby that all share the same parking spaces.

I can't believe I have never been here before! It's kind of like a more fast food version of Moes but tastes better. They have very few menu options which is great and the employees lineup in assembly line fashion and move you down the line. I got a "bowl" which was huge, it was enough food for three people. In this bowl there was lots of steak, guacamole ,peppers ,rice, beans and cheese- all the things that make Mexican food so yummy. Again, it was so stinking good! I ate until my stomach hurt I was so full. Great service even though the place was really hopping in a Friday night. Loving this place, will be back!

I was actually about to give this place a pretty good rating.............. then I found this in my (small portioned) meal. I probably won't be back.

Pretty average Chipotle experience. I gotta say their brown rice is really good overall at Chipotle which is real nice as someone who enjoys the whole grains. The one point I will make here though is that the guac was quite bland. For Chipotle that's odd. Usually they are super awesome about salt and lime in their guac. If you're adding it to a burrito it's not a huge issue cuz you have all the other things adding flavors and the avocado adding it's awesomeness, but as a dip for chips it was too bland.

Came to Yelp to write about this place and found out lots of bad reviews. I've been to several chipotle Grills around Atlanta and even Tallahassee and this one has to be the one with the worse portioning. I am not sure if the manager is trying very hard to meet numbers when it come to food cost but the amount of protein (beef or chicken) they put on my plate every time I have been there to order a bowl is just unbelievable smaller than other stores. I don't want to believe that I'm just spoiled at the other store I prefer to go to (which I won't reveal) but every time I leave this store, I feel fooled. I stopped going to Moe's and even Willy's Mexicana Grill after I discovered Chipotle but I could change my preference if the other Chipotle stores start skimping like the store subject to this review flagrantly does.

Food here is amazing! I'm a daily customer. I'm not sure what's up with all the neg revieiws...I've always gotten great service and the food has always been stellar. The one screwup I've ever gotten was when someone accidentally doubled my online order but only charged me for one...I can't say I was upset.

Meh. This wasn't a great Chipotle. Service was kinda slow for lunch, and they certainly skimped on the portions here. Staff was a little rude as well.

After becoming a father I have learned that restrooms with a changing table for babies is really important. I came to chipotle with my 8 months old daughter and wen I went to the bathroom to change her however they had no changing table in the bathroom. Too bad, especially because they are a children friendly restaurant.

Everything about my experience was just sort of off. The parking lot is a mess. The line was fast moving but every employee seemed absolutely miserable. The woman who started my order was the nicest of the bunch. The second guy skimped on the toppings and even when I asked for a little bit more he gave me a blank look and then didn't do it.... When I got to the cashier she told me my total and that it. I told her to have a great day and smiled. No response. How could this new of a location already have so many issues?!?! They had a solid line of people waiting and eating the entire I was there although I won't ever come back to this location. The community seating is not my thing either. I don't usually give negative reviews but this place has problems. Not recommended.

Chipotle is my go-to restaurant for lunch. I love that you can get a meal made from real ingredients for under $7. The food was good as usual, and the staff was friendly and efficient. This location is set up differently than others. There's more communal seating and a nice covered patio. There are a few reasons I took away a couple stars: 1. Location - This location just opened up a few weeks ago in a new strip of restaurants right off of 400. The location is great, but ever since opening, this area is packed. It usually takes a little driving around to find a parking spot (this can sometimes be near impossible at peak lunch time), and it is hard to get back towards the interstate when you leave. 2. Cleanliness - The food prep area was clean (or at least the area that customers can see), but the drink area was especially messy.

Poor management, rude staff, small portions and employees taking up space is what I encountered today. Stood at the cash register waiting to pay for nearly five minutes while staff turned their backs and joked around. This was my second and last visit to this location. One would think after the majority of the reviews keep repeating the same issues something would change at this location.

I love chipotle but this one did not impress me. The people getting my food were very rude and they did not give me any so I had to ask for more. My food did not taste good and usually chipotle is pretty fresh. The vinaigrette had an awful flavor. The vegetables did not taste right at all. It was a pretty stressful experience. I suggest if you want chipotle, you're better off going to Windward or Roswell.

I love Chipotle food but this one misses the mark especially on service. Until I experienced it here, I didn't know it was possible to serve that few people with that many people behind the line. This is the second time this has happened. The location is great but I wi be sure to go back at non peak hours.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever seen!!! They have the slowest and rudest staff!!! Even when you order online, they are still exponentially slow. I never write reviews, but this service was absolutely appalling. This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star! Avoid whenever possible!

Being I go to chipotle a lot with my family this one by far is the WORST I have ever been. The food does not have taste. The fresh salsa is like a purée vs the crisp fresh looking tomatoes. You have to constantly ask for more on the rice or vegetables. Never would like to come back to this location Poor managed and very on tasteful food. If it was my first time at chipotle I would never go to other locations again.

It's late. I understand that. But just because it's 9 pm doesn't mean you need to have only one person working on the line while the other 4 do their prep work so that they can leave earlier. There were 8 people waiting in line and one person very slowly making the food. At one point the cashier put on gloves and my spirits lifted that she was going to help move the line. But, no... she was just filling up the hot sauce bottles until the next person was ready to pay. When I was ready to pay, she actually asked me if I wanted to add a tip. I'm a southern lady, but I almost lost it. The only redeeming quality was that the food was very good and still fresh even though it's later in the evening. This location is very convenient for me, but I'll be visiting the adjacent zoes's kitchen until they get the staff a better mood and a better appreciation of customer service.

Poor, poor representation of Chipotle. Especially a newly opened one! Rude employees that short you on portions. I visited this location a few times hoping it would get better... But unfortunately it did not. If you want good Chipotle, head to the location in Roswell on Alpharetta Hwy.

This was the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle. The food did not taste good. The portion were small and the staff was short with me. They gave me attitude when asked for the proper portion. I wish I looked this one up before I went in because it is obvious that I am not the only one to have a bad experience.

Sorry to say only 2 stars for my first visit here to this brand new Chipotle. They were not engaging at all upon entering, ordering, or paying. No smiles, or positive interaction at all. The food was ok, ordered a Salad with chicken. They charge for chips and Salsa, so not happy about that. Just sad to see a new place with not so happy employees. I sat near the front and observed other Customers ordering and paying, and the same treatment - no smiles, just very robotic. Welcome to Chipotle - Right ?

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
