Who doesn't love Cold Stone ice cream. This location is really clean and the staff are friendly. This location is surrounded by other restaurants and the Wellington Mall so you can visit here after having a meal elsewhere. I love the yellow cake in any ice cream flavor.....but that's just me. Enjoy your ice cream!!!!!

Not the best experience... Upon walking in, there was ice cream spilled right in front of the entry way. I notified the cashier and of course she did nothing. I took the liberty to place napkins over it so I or no one else wouldn't slip walking in and out. Boyfriend ordered vanilla ice cream on a cone and of course I had to order something extravagant so I ordered ice cream on fried dough with all the works just to be told that this couldn't be ordered to go. I asked why and his answer was that they didn't have a container to accommodate it. I looked for a quick second and asked them to place it in a container that I pointed at. They obliged and it fit. I honestly believe they just didn't feel like preparing my Ice cream that entailed a little more than scooping ice cream. Icing on the ice cream? It wasn't very good =\ dough was hard and rated horrible. Gave 2 stars because scooped ice is always great. Happy icing!

My husband brought me to Cold Stone tonight to sweeten the end of our shooting date to satisfy a craving - so happy we came! Great service (thanks to the sweet girl with the blue hair) and to make the deal a little sweeter we had a Valpack coupon! My husband and I were elated she knew exactly what she was talking about and explained clearly how we could use it. My ice cream had the perfect amount of toppings, not too much (I'm not a super sized American, nor do I care to be) and not too little: Just right. Definitely my best Cold Stone experience to date! I'll be back to this location when the next sweettooth strikes!

The Publix frozen aisle is better than this place. Sometime you can get a buy one get one for Publix brand ice cream which is way better than this overpriced stuff.

I think it is great to employ high school students but they need more supervision. No one greets you, no smile, nothing. They are also very shy about pouring ingredients in your ice cream so that they can make themselves Ice cream after you leave. By the time your ice cream is done, it is runny and not made the correct way.

ICE CREAM IS ALWAYS GREAT HERE!!! the reason for the low score is the awful staff, When you walk in you feel like you are bothering the staff just by being there, along with sprinkles and other delicious toppings you can get a very good variety of eye rolls and other rude gestures with your ice cream.

Noisy and crowded every time I've visited but when there is ice cream and kids and families involved it goes with the territory so I take it to go. OMG! The Cotton Candy ice cream is just like going to the county fair and having the spun stuff. Yum! Always have had friendly and smiling service so I don't understand the remark made about that. Burn or ban all the kids in the world from everything and it would be perfection. It's not there fault: LISTEN UP YOU PARENTS WHO DON'T KEEP THEIR CHILDREN UNDER CONTROL FROM DISTURBING OTHERS everywhere they go. You are setting bad precedents for the rest of their lives.
