Brew Burgers is conveniently located close to where I work, and to where I live. I am in love with their teriyaki cheesesteak sandwich; delicious cheese steak cooked and smothered in warm teriyaki sauce... Uhm, yes please! I also really enjoy their Caesar salad with chicken added; I appreciate that this meal comes with freshly grilled chicken, and a warm, buttery whole wheat roll. The quality of the food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic.

Not sure what the big deal is. I ordered a double Swiss and mushroom burger, it was alright, nothing spectacular about it. My daughter just ordered dessert, that was horrible. The brownie sundae has fried brownies in it. It could have been good if they didn't use the same fry oil as they do for onion rings, fish, etc... needless to say it was horrible. If you are going to fry a dessert, you might want a separate fryer for that.

Was a bit skeptical of finding a good burger or wings in this area and pleasantly surprised with Brewburgers. The selection of burger was unique. The wings options were plentiful and both tasted amazing. The atmosphere while not bad was a little tight. It doesn't have the best accommodations for parties larger than 2. There were several burgers I wanted to try and had a hard time deciding. I will definitely be back to try some of the others!

This is small local burger spot with a wide menu of burger, chicken, bacon and other sandwich options. The dishes average about $9 to $12. Breakfast on a burger available all day long. There are 14 beers on draft including 2 local IPAs. The star are clearly the burgers and they are made anyway you want. Average toppings are .75 extra each and specialty toppings are $1.00. The toppings include the regular fare plus some fun choices like Taylor ham, fresh mozzarella and fried egg. Delicious on a perfectly cooked burger. Each burger comes with a side. French fries are coated and tasted like frozen from Cysco. Not my preference. The house chips were not fresh either. Tasted stale even though they were made in the morning. There was cole slaw too. Might try that next time. Didn't really need a side for the burger was perfect. Service was excellent too. Outdoor seating is also available.

Great little diner in the remodeled shell of a Waffle House. You can sit in a table, high top or at the bar overlooking the grill. Service is on point, friendly and prompt. They also have a great selection of beers on tap. The burgers are cooked to your liking and served on fresh soft roll with hot crispy fries. It's week worth the off the beaten path trip for some exceedingly above diner diner food!

Brew burgers!!!! Love this place! I love the lay out here, it's twisted! It's diner meets bar all wrapped into one!!! Plus beer on tap! Oh yeah!!!!!! Ok food! Crazy! The beer soup is a tasty starter by the way! Grab a cup or bowl and load up!!! The burgers???!?!?!?! Wow party like a rockstar, tasty delicious beef creations of mouth watering awesomeness!!! I had the backyard BBQ burger! Whew what a tower of tasty delicious mess! My gosh! This burger was topped with BBQ pulled pork, Cole slaw and an onion ring! Cha-ching! Love the taste! My mouth is watering because I'm craving one again!!!! The staff here are all as friendly as can be! And hell yeah I'm a fan!!! I'll be back here without a doubt trying out different twisted takes on their burgers!!!!
(4)Jeremy W.
Horrible pre-packaged frozen patties that have no taste, very cheap. And my side of pasta salad was 3 tablespoons full if that. Never will return here

Let's keep this short and sweet - Great atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Amazing burgers.
(5)Mark B.
Excellent place for burger and brew. Give it a try. The staff is great and willing to make your visit worth it.
(5)Yamile R.
Cool place to stop in at while traveling thru! Had the patty melt with sweet potato fries! Delicious! Hubby had special of the day burger with corn beef hash! He was in heaven! Worth a stop! Service was outstanding too!!!!
(4)Nicole C.
First time eating here and it was great! The drinks were good, the food was great, and the service was awesome! Very friendly and inviting even close to closing time. Cute place! A must stop!
(4)Christina C.
Amazing food and great service! I heard this place is locally owned. I don't know if that is true or not but it has that down home feel. Our waitress was very personable and made sure we always had everything we needed. I love all the burger ideas that are on the menu. If I lived closer I would come back just to try some of the ideas. I really wanted to try the elvis (peanut butter, bananas, bacon), but I ended up getting the Resolution, because I just didn't feel like peanut butter. The Resolution was fantastic, egg whites, turkey bacon, avocados, tomato, cheese on bagel. I felt healthy and was still eating great. This place is clean and unpretentious. It was pretty busy at 8:30 on a Friday and I'm glad. This is the type of place I like to eat at and see succeed.

Was looking forward to eating here it had good reviews and interesting menu. My parents who live in Venice and their children of 9 wanted to go there tonight, we called ahead and talked to a Phil or Bill for a table of 9 inside, he said they just had a group of nine leave, I said we would take it and be there in 8 minutes. "OK see you then. 7 minutes later after taking father who is handicapped through the door. We are told me he table filled up and they don't take reservations. I get this may very well be true, but lack of training equals poor service, loss of revenue and this rating. I was clear enough on phone we were coming to get the table of 9 inside, tell me then, not when we walk through the door.

My husband and I stopped for lunch today at brew burgers on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I had a Black an Bleu burger, with the trimmings and it was tasty. The bun was fresh and the burger cooked perfectly. I had the cold slaw, which was great, they add cranberries which added a nice flavor. My husband had the chicken fried chicken sandwhich, which he said was fantastic. Tender fried chicken breast with cheese, a fried egg and covered in sausage gravy. He had the house made chips with a great tasting seasoning. The staff are friendly, service was attentive and food was brought out hot and quick. The menu has a variety of great things to choose from breakfast foods, sandwhichs, wine, beer, wings, etc. We will definitely be back.
(4)Paul M.
Grrrrreat burgers... I had the Colossal, their signature burger. Great burger on a pretzel roll with an amazing beer cheese sauce. Good craft beer selection - the vanilla porter was outstanding. Kids has chicken fingers, better than average. Wife had the Black & Bleu burger with sweet potato fries ... Yum. If you're looking for a good burger, a great beer selection & friendly service for lunch, look no further.
(4)Scott H.
Great food and friendly service. This place knows how to do it. The funny thing is we tried just about everything but a burger.
(5)Michael G.
Very slow service, and average burger, which should have been a 3 star I guess, but since it's $10 for what was suppose to be a 1/3 pound burger, but barely looks to be even 1/4, WAY overpriced for what you get. 5 stars for the cole slaw, though, lol.
(2)Dave W.
Great blackened blue cheese burger. Got it with a side of Buffalo sauce. Patty melt was great too. Skip the homemade chips and go for the fresh fries or sweet potato fries.
(5)Annie F.
I have never had a breakfast like this - it's a small place (located in a former Waffle House), nice staff, tasty coffee, delicious decadent breakfast sandwiches (we had "the Elvis" and "the Vermont" - prepare for a heart attack) and a very friendly talkative owner. Not a place I would come to every day - but not because I don't want to, but because I couldn't with a good conscience. Two thumbs up.
(5)Sara B.
I took my husband and our friends here for dinner tonight because the reviews were great on the web, & we wanted to try something new. they seriously have the best sweet tea, burgers, wings, sweet potato fries, cheese sticks, service & great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!! :)
(5)Jackie H.
Loved this place. Staff was helpful and attentive. Food was great. It's a burger concept, so it's not fancy, but much more than I expected for Venice. My elderly mom loved it, too.
(5)Jessica S.
This place really pissed me off. My boyfriend and I stopped from driving home to Fort Lauderdale to find something to eat. Our two options: this place or a Mexican place called tomatillos. My boyfriend was in the mood for a burger so we decide to come here. Tiny place, but super packed! I could of sworn this was a Waffle House before. Anyways... It must be packed for a reason right? We sit at the bar as there are no tables available. Since we were tired and driving, we ordered two waters with lemon. Didn't get our lemon. No biggy. We are looking at our server because we had no menus. I keep glancing at him. He sees me, ignores my stares. Come to find out on my own the menu is stacked up on the napkins where the salt and pepper is. He couldn't just tell me that? Whatever, my boyfriend and I find something to order. Place slows down, and we were completely ready to order. As a server, I know to shut the menus when I'm ready to give the server a sign. Menus shut. Staring at our server... He is texting. In front of the whole bar. He looks at me, we catch eye contact, he ignores me, keeps texting. 10 minutes later, we have already finished our waters. He helps everyone else at the bar once he finished texting, looks at us, and ignores us. Anddddd he is back to texting. Wtf? I know he saw us looking at him as if we were ready to place an order! Then I'm pissed. I see a table open, i drag my pissed boyfriend to a table and as we were getting up the server says "oh so your going to move to a table?" His phone still in his hand! I'm a really nice person and didn't want to sound upset so I just say yes. Now at the table, as slow as it is now, waiting... Waiting... Waiting... Twenty minutes later, another server ignores us. WTF?! Is this customer service? Decent service? Or service from miserable 40 year old losers who are trying to lose business? I am 22 and my boyfriend is 23, I don't know if these jerks thought we looked super young and weren't going to tip or something, but as a server, I tip 50% for decent service! I hope the owner reads this considering your server lost $30 to your establishment, by being a complete d-bag. Yes we walked out as I didn't mention that. There is your friggen yelp review! Oh yeah, it was the older tall and skinny guy wearing a gray shirt. Should of got the name.
(1)John B.
Excellent for place for a burger and beer. Downtown location a bit more scruffy but also has more personality. Attentive wait staff. A fun eatery.
(4)Merrie R.
We got excellent burgers for a great price. We'll be sure to return here when we're back in town. 1/3 pounds of hamburger is the perfect size. The French fries were crisp and delicious. We loved the grilled onions. Service was terrific and friendly. We were treated like regulars. Definitely stop here when you're in the mood for a burger and beer/wine/soda.
(5)Chris C.
Had the apline burger with fries and loved it! If you are not counting your calories for that meal then you will love this burger place. Will definitely be back, thank you for the great burger!
(5)Kris O.
Great little place that specializes in a good burger. Not many places left to sit at lunchtime on a Thursday, but they made it work. Very friendly staff. I had the breakfast burger (on a regular bun, not the English muffins per the menu) and my son had the kids cheeseburger. No, it wasn't the best burger I ever had, but it was pretty good. Another Person commented on the quality of French fries, and I would have to agree. Subpar fries probably took away from the burger. Fast friendly service more than makes up for the fries; however, I hope the owners make a change someday.
(4)J Matt S.
Amazing Burgers It should be obvious at first glance, that this is not the kind of restaurant you go to for ambiance, romance, or spectacular view. This is the type of place you go when you want a mouth-watering cheese burger and fries, and that was exactly what we got. We happened upon this place by chance on the drive home from Naples and we were very glad we did. As a cheese lover, I appreciate that they have several types of cheese to choose from. My burger came out medium rare, exactly how I ordered it. We will definitely return if we are ever in the area.

This was an excellent find while in Venice, FL. I came here on my first night in the area and it really set the tone for a perfect week. Atmosphere - It is like a bar and a diner had a baby. There is a friendly and local ambiance, as you feel welcome just walking into the place. Service - It really added to my overall experience here, as everyone was very inviting. In the short time I was there, I felt like I was hanging out with people I had known instead of people I just met. This was great, as I was eating by myself at the bar/ counter. Food - I had the Alpine Burger, which was comprised of a nice patty (cooked to my liking) with a wonderful melted piece of Swiss and tasty mushrooms. To be different, instead of fries, I got a side of their homemade slaw, which consisted of cabbage, Craisins, and pineapple. It was the perfect blend with its sweet and tart taste and the crunch of the cabbage. For dessert, I had what I was told to be their in-house made Caribbean Key Lime Pie...it was delicious. This place has a decent beer selection too...not extensive but sufficient. Overall - This place is definitely worth the visit! Tip - They let you order your burger how you want it and have a chart on the menu to help you through the process (see pic).

We had dinner at this wonderful burger place last night AND I wish we had found this place before last night because we fly out today. But we will be back for sure. We loved the food. Very fresh and great flavor. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. It feels like home. I had the Hawaiian burger and I loved it. It looked like they know their customers well.
(5)Karen C.
Excellent, excellent food. Super friendly and efficient service too. Be warned, this secret is out. They are crowded always, and it is a small place. Still, it is worth the wait. Burgers are excellent, so are the sandwiches. Tons of different beers too.
(5)Biron K.
Great burgers and a good selection of premium beers...nuff said. I've been there many times and have never had a bad experience. I like to sit at the bar and watch the cooks work the grill. Has a real family atmosphere. Even the non burger options on the menu are all really good. The only minus in my book is the size of the place. It's in an old Waffle House so it can be a little tight but that's just me. They have just started to do breakfast and I can't wait to see how it is. And they deliver.
(4)Colin T.
My favorite place in venice. Great, friendly, personal service too. The kind of place, if you go there twice, They'll remember you, and treat youlike a regular for life. Simply great food done right.
(5)Venetian F.
This is the best local place for a good time and a good meal! We live on the island and visited the new location last night. Joey G was helping us out! He made sure we get the best service and made us enjoy our meal a lot. Everything was great and we highly recommend it. Thanks! - Venetian Flowers

We have dined here at least 8 times over the past year. They have an unusual Breakfast menu and better tap beers than most of the franchise establishments around here. Last night I went for beers and wings. We also ordered the Saratoga chips. They were very busy and I had the seat next to the cashier at the bar. We were happy with the service. We thought the Saratoga chips were good but the wings were not. The traditional style wings were overdone in the fryer and the little bit of meat that was on them was grisly and dried up. Not juicy and meaty. The sauce was alright but we have had better Buffalo style wings and sauce. It was nice that they served it with celery and blue cheese. Not sure I would order wings here again. I don't eat wheat and find the rest of menu pretty heavy on the gluten side. Jdubs on tap.
(3)Brady J.
I ordered my meal and I had a side of chips in a bag that had been walked all over on the floor and had dirt and grime all over it. They should really pay closer attention....
(1)Erin M.
This place is fun! I love that they serve breakfast all day! Tammy L is an amazing waitress...so sweet, attentive and friendly! Honestly the best waitress I've had in Florida
(4)Louise B.
One of the best burgers I have ever had. Choice of cheeses! I get there Cole slaw with the dry cranberries, its terrific. And that's not just a pickle thrown on the plate its delicious!
(5)Christopher S.
Food is good but service is awful. We were told to sit outside by the server. 10 min later the table next to us that sat down at the same received their menus. 5 min later we got menus. We order our drinks the server brings them to us and then disappears for another 10 min. We order the food comes out rather fast and we don't see the server again for 15 after we are done eating. The table next to us had the same issue. No refills given no way to ask for condiments. The food was not worth the wait.
(1)Mark B.
In town visiting my grandparents for the weekend and we decided to stop here for dinner on our last night in town. What a great decision that turned out to be. We could not be happier with how the meal went. For atmosphere, the restaurant had a classic diner feel more so than a pub. The staff was excellent with quick service, even with a party of 6. The manager even showed some little kids at the next table over magic tricks as they waited for their meal. A couple showed up to the outside seating with their dogs, and were promptly greeted with waters for themselves and the dogs. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing too. We started with wings and the chips (homemade) and both were cooked to perfection. I would definitely suggest everyone get the wings as a starter. All of our entrees were delicious and cooked/ brought out quickly. The burgers were delicious as we expected, and I would recommend them to everyone. Make sure that even with all the great food you leave room for a milkshake!
(5)Linda D.
Great place for a beer and burger. Great beer selection. Always a perfect burger. Fries are really good. Wings were ok. Been here a few times now and heading there tonight.
(5)Pilar L.
I reallly loved this place and it was so delicious, the staff is so friendly i would def recomend to anybody.
(3)Brian S.
WOW - delicious burger grilled in front of you at this burger joint that does other sandwiches as well. Nice big glass of Stella along with my burger sporting the usual accoutrements of just raw onion and pickle. At $11 a steal... Sort of brings back fond memories of burgers and beer joints from my home town of Pittsburgh many moons ago. Anyway, when in Venice, FL and hankering for a burger you gotta try this place.
(4)Elizabeth S.
My husband loves it but I always seem to not enjoy my food. Maybe I am just ordering the wrong things. Mushroom Swiss burger needed seasoning. French dip was fatty and the meat was cold. Huge mosquito problem if you want to sit outside. Bring bug spray!!!
(2)Connie T.
We went to the one on the island. Very clean. Great food I had grilled Swiss on rye with sweet potato fries and a cup of chili. He had the patty melt and onion rings. All was perfect! The employees were very friendly! I will be back! Best of luck to you!
(4)Allison W.
I just had dinner at this establishment. This place is a small gem that is worth looking for and enjoying! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The beer selection is fantastic and the chicken wings extremely tasty. The prices are extremely reasonable. I will return again!
(4)Heather P.
Service was great...the food was good. Beer was super cold & loved the little beer samples.
(5)Robert S.
Won't find a better Berger for the price! You can pay more but it won't be as good. Try the chili is made here with just the perfect amount spice. 14 different beers on tap. Good selection of bottle beer too. Staff is on top of things no waiting for service and very friendly. You won't be sorry.
(5)Martin M.
Stumbled upon this place on a road trip and passing through town. Great stop for a burger and beer! Staff is very friendly, food is great, and they serve craft beer! A great combo indeed! Ask for Joey G! He's awesome!
(4)Ed M.
Name is exactly right with their signature ice cold beer and burger. I like the draft. They just installed a fancy new system which pipes 16? kinds of keg beers from an area in the back to the front of the bar. The beer is super chilled in the piping. The beer is cold. The mug is frosted. The old fashioned cheeseburger is what I order now. I tried the others but still prefer that. They Will cook it the way you want. French fries and onion rings are also cooked fresh, not stacked in heated trays. Reubens are also very good. It is a large plate. Service is usually good and friendly. It is not a chain and I think they all work long days. This is a very good place, and kind of fun, just around the bend from MacD and Chinese sushi and I75 Jacaronda exit.
(4)Pam M.
The best chicken wings ever! Take the advice of doing the rub and sauce. Awesome. We also loved the alpine burger and very cold beer. Excellent price...quality...and service. Right off the highway. You cant go wrong!
(5)Chuck C.
My wife and I have visited virtually every restaurant in Sarasota County in search of a medium-rare burger. Seems like no matter where you go or what you order, you always get one that's somewhere between well done and cremated. But BrewBurgers will actually grill one the way you want it. Amazing! The reuben is very good--would be better if they drained the kraut so it doesn't make the bread soggy, though. Fries are great, onion rings are so-so. Don't be put off by the exterior. It looks a lot like a Waffle House because, if I recall correctly, it used to be one. But the inside is a lot friendlier. And you get a free comedy routine from Joe. We'll be going back.
(4)Elaine S.
The first time we stopped here, we were on our way home after flying into Punta Gorda. The food was very good. I loved the Pulled pork barbecue and my husband enjoyed his hamburger special with red potatoes, all smothered in gravy. So a few weeks later, we went back for dinner. I had the same dish but it was not nearly as good. My husband had a hamburger and Cole slaw and again, it wasn't as good as the first time. Maybe we were very hungry the first time or maybe it was because it was mid-afternoon and it was a different cook and/ or they weren't crowded. But it was disappointing. Maybe they just aren't very consistent.
(3)Amy R.
Great food and service. The pickles are awesome and the food is fresh and fast! I definitely recommend it!
(4)Shelley J.
This restaurant brags about using fresh, whole ingredients in their products. So when I walk into a place that claims this and has this kind of reviews, I really expect a fresh and delicious product. That isn't what I got. I do not consider it using fresh ingredients to use frozen french fries and frozen onion rings. I also do not consider it using high quality, fresh ingredients to use Cool Whip as their base in their peanut butter pie. Last time I checked hydrogenated oils (can you say trans fats?) and high fructose corn syrup along with a bunch of chemicals do not equal fresh. It really doesn't take that much time or even that much more money to just whip up some fresh cream and sugar instead. Or for that matter, to cut your own fries or onion rings. My burger was filled with sinew, that tough white stuff you find in cheap beef. I don't eat at places like McDonald's because I want high quality food, but I might as well have done so. At least it would have cost half the price. I have to agree with you Dennis S.. It makes me wonder what has happened to the American palate...
(1)Blair P.
Dinner out with Evan ao burgers what better place than Brew Burgers our server Erica was very helpful and pleasant on your visit ask for Erica
(4)Ursula M.
This place has a low profile. Very low. It's in what is almost a strip mall next door to a Holiday Inn Express We were staying at the latter and the desk clerk recommended it. Smart gal! It was very good! A bit lacking in ambiance, but good sandwiches (not just burgers)'soup and salads. Friendly staff, too! What more do you need! They weren't long on premium beers, but had a couple of imports. Steve K says the service lacked. I disagree! We were there late on a Sunday night just before their closing hour (9 pm) and sometimes restaurants drop the ball near closing. Not this one!
(4)Dan I.
Maybe we were expecting too much after reading reviews beforehand. Atmosphere is just o.k. Reminds me of the old, small N.J. Diners. Menus were like those of a diner also: stored on the table with the salt&pepper, catchup, etc. kinda 'scuzy.' Good selection of burgers, but a bit pricy for a 'burger joint.' Server, very nice & knowledgeable young lady, asked how we'd like or burgers done. Rare; Med Rare; etc. I ordered mine Med/Rare. It was creamated. Fries were good. Wife had ice tea & cheese burger/fries. I had coffee & cheese burger/cole slaw side. Total bill was $23+. Manager/owner did stop by & very sociable. Would I go back? NO !!
(3)Donna-Jean F.
Food delicious. Service with a smile. Our waiter couldn't have been nicer. Everyone made you feel like you were part of the family. Cold beers and yummy wings all that and a clean restaurant. We will be back!
(5)Bobby P.
I sure did enjoy this place. Traffic was heavy and a brew with burger hit the spot. Great selection of taps, outdoor seating on grass if you have a pet. Go for the onion rings for an extra buck.
(4)CJ H.
Love the place, love the burgers. Clean and fast. But I REALLY get upset when a server interrupts my order to ask questions which, if she'd just give me a chance to finish, she wouldn't have to ask. "Shut UP and let me finish! If you still have questions then you're free to ask!" How rude!
(4)Karl G.
Went with my brother, checked yelp first and we weren't disappointed. We both had burgers and their med rare was perfectly done. Good supporting bun ( reg - should have tried the pretzel bun) and homemade chips. Service was great, atmosphere was pleasant even during March Madness - seating is limited, the only drawback. Looking the menu over, we'll be back to try the po boy on a week night.
(4)Dana L.
Saratoga chips! As that's my hometown seeing that on the menu as an app was a good intro. A blaise beer\tap list. But decent food. Good burgers. Good tuna melt. Good, friendly service.
(4)Brian C.
I would have to say that this is an average burger. I've had better and I've had worse. Did find some grizzle in the burger itself. I've had better burgers around Venice at places like NormaJeans and Pops up in Nokomis. Definitely not a great burger.
(3)Cecelia M.
I work close by so I've been here several times. The service is always good. Some of the food is a little weird, like the Teriyaki cheese steak (buh?), but for the most part everything is great. My favorite is the Breakfast Burger, cheeseburger with a fried egg on top -- awesome. Prices aren't bad, maybe a little on the high side, but the food and service really is good, especially the funnel fries for dessert that come with raspberry sauce -- definitely my favorite.
(4)Jennifer B.
Didn't understand how this place won 'best new restaurant' and tied for 'best cold beer.' OK, my beer was ice cold, but it was a porter and should not have been. The beer selection was run of the mill and the food wasn't very good. (We had a flatbread pizza and a large salad.) Guess it serves us right for going to a burger place and not ordering burgers. The decor isn't warm or particularly comfy. Service was fine and nothing was terrible; just not someplace special I'd go out of my way to visit again.
(2)Mike N.
This was a hole in the wall next to my hotel. They have their own ale that is fantastic and I fell off the wagon and ordered a burger. I've been trying to eat more healthy but I couldn't resist the Black & Bleu burger. That's a blackened burger (med rare) with bleu cheese. Wow my taste buds lit up! It was delicious. The home made ale should be sold in growlers. Very good!
(4)El D.
Great burgers, great service! Everything prepared freshly in full view ... Burgers cooked perfectly!
(4)Amy F.
Stopped by here because most of the reviews were good, but just left...hungry. They have no clue what well done looks like. Sent it back the first time to get rid of the blood. My burger came back the second time still pink throughout! Well done on the menu clearly states no pink. To be fair, the Bud Light was great. Keep driving :(
(1)Stacy C.
I love this place, we order from here every couple weeks and always get it to go. They are quick and I usually hate getting to go food anywhere bc it's always soggy and cold by the time it gets home. But Brew Burger somehow stands the drive home. The staff in there is friendly and know what they are doing. And it's not overpriced at all, and their burgers are one of my favorites around here (and I'm quite picky about my burgers) thumbs up to brew burgers for sure!!

We stayed at the Best Western nearby this restaurant and finally swung in to give it a try. I really liked this place! The food was delicious! The waitress was very friendly and very quick. All of the people working inside are great. You can definitely feel a family owned restaurant atmosphere. Their burgers are very well made and I will definitely will be coming back for more.

Best Burger in Venice. I had the Goat Cheese stuffed hamburger. Great. Medium rare as requested. Super good slim/flat bun. I will return.

I'd give this 2. Hubby is giving it three stars. I defer to him because he had the burger and I ordered blackened chicken, and it is a burger joint. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us and refilled drinks at perfect intervals. We started with the "Sarasota" chips. I really thought they'd be fresh, as in HOT. Instead hey we're cold. And the ones that were less crisp (as often happens with homemade chips) then seemed stale. I also prefer them cut a little thicker. But that is personal preference. As i said, i had the blackened chicken. really not great at all. seasoning was just okay, not really blackened, more kinda cajun. the fries were skinny shoestring and were crispy, but not special. DH had the burger with American cheese, pickles, raw onion, lettuce, tomato. The lettuce is cut so finely it would be accurate to call it chiffonad of lettuce. Pickles, although plentiful, you could read through them. At least the tomato was a decent tomato. The patty/meat was nothing special. He ordered onion rings and they were just okay. The best part for us was the slaw. DH happened to like the craisins in it. To quote my dear husband "if this is the best burger in Venice, I won't buy another burger in Venice."

A very good burger. I had the Black and Blue, blackened burger with blue cheese. Great service, looks like a family run operation, even kids helping out. Would recommend this burger-joint

Best burgers ever!!! I had the black and blue with bacon and I loved it! The beer cheese sauce for the French Fries was awesome, wished the bottled it!!

Usually go to Cracker Barrell at that exit. Looked this up on Yelp and decided to try it out. Burgers were great. There was a pic of burger on here with pulled pork on top. They said its not on menu but if they had stuff they would make it. They did and it was great. If they make for you, dont forget to put some bbq sauce on it. That would have made it epic. Good place.

Best burger ever! Great staff and even better food.

The beef dip was really good. Everything comes very simply plated, no flash, just burgers and fries. Owner was very nice. Joey (server) was very friendly and will even do a trick or two for you.

If you like very hot spicy wings this is the place for you. Overall great place for family.

Came here with the family while we were in the area for Spring Break. Let me start with the most important thing! The service was awesome, we were well taken care of and they joked with my kids the whole time which the kids enjoyed. I love great service and they did not fall short!!! Second big plus was the beer and boy was it cold which I love as well. The whole family ordered burgers and my daughter had a chili dog. Everyone really enjoyed there burger, I have had better but this was one of the top 5 burgers I have had and I would come back just for the service. Here are the only two things that kept this from a 5 star review for me but not deal breakers by any means and I think everyone should visit this place! No kids meals, so got a little pricey buying the kids a $11 meal (Group of 5 of us and bill was $80) Also I wouldn't recommended paying the additional charge for onion rings. I expected something more although not bad but when paying $1.50 more for like 6 or 7 rings and seeing they were frozen from a box that was a bit dissapointing.. again not bad just nothing great to pay more for. I plan on being in the area again and we will be back for sure and the kids are already asking when we can eat that burger place again, to bad we are in Chicago area! LOL

The burgers along with the fries or chips are excellent. Add your favorite cheese to top it off. The onion rings are wow. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Busy at lunch but a short wait sometimes

I was here not too long ago and DAMN! You can't get this kind of service or burgers anywhere else. I had the Alpine Burger and the Burger, Mushroom and Swiss blended well together. An added bonus: You get to see what goes on behind the scenes in the kitchen. Reminds me of Nick's Diner. They must be doing something right.

Absolutely love the Back n Blue Burger and sweet potato fries. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Great burgers and great service!

Best hamburger I've ever had. What should be hot (beef and fries) was hot, and the lettuce, tomato and onions were nice and cold.

Fresh food and cold beer... After a five hour drive, right off exit 193 in front of a hotel lies this quaint little place. With exeptional service and delicious food you can't go wrong. I had the smokey burger and my girl had the chicken cajun. Both dishes came with either house cut fries or homemade cole slaw, i went for the fries she went for the slaw. Next time I'm in the area I think I'll go for both... The cole slaw was awesome, burger was juicy...NOTHING IS FROZEN... I recommend this spot to anyone driving on i75 looking for a spot to eat. Not only is the food great, but the people running the place were great too. Hope you guys stay around for a while!

I went to BrewBurgers Pub and Grill last night with my friend, John and had the most amazing meal! PLUS, I got to meet Mike and Liz and they're awesome people. When I go home, I'll be sure to tell everyone about this place. Also, Mike and Liz have great relationships with their customers--huge entertainment factor!

This place definitely has the coldest beer in town and amazing burgers. Our waiter, who by the way is probably once of the friendliest and personable I have met in a,long time, steered us in the right direction with the Hawaiian turkey burger. My mouth is watering just thinking about it, my husband loved his meal as well. Our waiter, Tonyg, was the best!
(5)Tim W.
As advertised, the burgers are very tasty and the beers are ice cold! Pleasant service in a decent atmosphere at a reasonable price. Try it!

Cannot believe how many people rate this four stars and loved everything about the restaurant. A true treasure. I rated it accordingly.

Not much ambience, but good food.

Good food but the service lacked. It was clear we were just passing through on our way to Tampa but, that is still no excuse. Then I think that the owner checked on us and all of a sudden the service improved. I hate to base a review on one visit and our server could have been having a bad day. As far as the food, it was really good. I had a Philly (I think...we ate there last week) and my wife had a burger. Our kids split a burger and had onion rings. Really pleased with the food quality and if I was a local, I would have told the owner that and suggested that he have his server pay more attention to the customers.

Great place for a great burger. But I have had the Reuben 2times. Really good. Good service.

Very impressed! I was hesitant to go to a restaurant next door to a Holiday Inn and Best Western, but after reading the reviews, we had to try it. We had the Patty Melt and Jim's Famous French Dip. Both were absolutely delicious. My husband thought the Patty Melt was the best hamburger he's ever had. The service was great too.

Great burgers and other grilled food. Really great beer prices and friendly staff.
