Well sorry to say that the staff isn't as friendly or patient as other locations. The refrigerated cases are dirty saw flies walking around it could be from the door being opened often but my suggestion would be get a closed case. Coffee was good so hope to see it improve.
#227 First time at this Valrico located Starbucks. Nicer store than the one closer to us. Staff is very nice too, but the best part was wife and I probably had the best tasting coffee drinks here ever. If the barista here makes them per the corporate receipe than every other barista needs retraining. If he is doing something out of the norm, big props to him. It's in a good size plaza so parking is a breeze. No drive thru here for those that like them, personally I'm not a fan. Well done Valrico SB.

Reading some of the prior reviews and patronizing this Starbucks on an almost daily basis, I almost didn't recognize the place. The reviews for the prior years were accurate, reflecting some of what was going on at the time they were written, but thankfully, none of that's the case now. Corinne is the store's manager, and she has an awesome staff; I've seen them really working hard and getting food & drinks assembled at a breakneck pace, even when the line of customers is literally out the door. They do all of this with a smile, and also remember the regular customers' customized drinks and names accurately. They are so nice. I only have one complaint/suggestion, and it's not under the control of the store's staff: the store is too small! The next-nearest Starbucks is located at the corner of Bloomingdale & Providence, and the square footage and furniture is much more conducive to hanging out, working on a laptop, sitting outside, or reading. Hey Starbucks Corporate: put some money into the Lithia-Pinecrest store and give them an upgrade! Bigger, please.

Fantastic Starbucks !!! My Iced venti decaf skinny vanilla latte was made perfectly. Best I've had in a long time. Wish this store was closer to home !!!

Plenty places to sit inside and outside well depends on what time you visit this Starbucks it's in a prime location for traffic being next to Panera Bread company and some other places that has heavy traffic. When I am around this area frequently I always stop in and pick up a nice White Chocolate Mocha hot with whip creme which is delicious. Always make sure before you leave to taste your coffee just in case it doesn't taste right they will fix it for you if you just let them know if they don't they will never know it taste bad or nasty. Trust me, I know what I am talking about I been around the states visiting different Starbucks and yes at times the Starbucks Bartistas make the drinks some what strong but they will fix it for you which is nice.

Plenty of seating inside and out but could they be any slower in the morning? Come often enough and you will groan when you walk in and see certain staffers. Food and drinks, of course, are standard Starbucks fare.

I am a very frequent starbucks go-er and this is actually the location I go to the most, because I work nearby. When I first started going to this one, one of the workers were very rude to me. He was confused on the type of drink I wanted, perhaps because of my wording. Whether I was right or not, the way he treated me made me walk out the door and not continue ordering my drink. I am never a confrontational person and I'm probably the nicest gal you could meet, so when I walk out of a place, that says something. I called their contact number and the representative didn't seem to care and robotically apologized for the inconvenience. I didn't go back for several weeks, then finally I returned because I needed coffee for my work shift. The worker who was rude did apologize and then paid for my drink. That is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Atleast he owned up to how he treated me, but that never should have occurred in the first place. Other than that, they make my drink how I like it and the rest of the staff is wonderful.

This location is very small but they are quick to get the drink orders done. Every now and again parking can be a pain in the butt because there are quite a few businesses in there. They've got a decent sized outside seating area for the size of the location.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks and this is probably the worst one. The drinks are never made right (first time there was no flavoring, second time she didn't mix the espresso in so I drank all the coffee and was left with a cup of milk, after I requested it be stirred). The people I went with were not pleased with their drinks either. It will be awhile before i give them another try.

We are experienced starbuck patrons as we have traveled across the united states stopping when we find one. We love going to starbucks and love their coffee and pastries. Today we were very disappointed because as we were sitting with our coffee looking at the glass box the pastries were in we saw lots of flying bugs in the case. They were everywhere. Landing on our computers and flying in our faces. The floors and tables were grimy as well. The boys working that day were helpful and attentive to their patrons. The place just needs a thorough and regular cleaning by professional custodians.

This place has gotten a lot better, I guess what a difference a year makes. The people that were dragging this place down, gone and the people they have in now are actually getting people in and out rather than just holding social hour. The orders are taken promptly, handled with care, and served promptly. No BS here.

This location is under new management. In the past, the crew was happy and worked well together and it showed. For better or worse, the new manager is detested by all and it shows. A bit too much drama for a coffee shop reflected in poor service and bad customer experience. They need to swap all the employees or swap the manager to get this store back in sync.

What's not to love about Starbucks! Love their frappé in the summer months! Great location, plenty is seating inside and out. Great place to hang with friends and visit.
