We have been Christmas shopping up and down this plaza today and saw their 2 slices and a drink for $6 deal. Sounded good so we stopped in. Took a bit too long to get help. Not sure why we kept standing there. Once it became evident who worked there it also became evident that the oldest gentleman working would rather have his back towards the door while watching Survivor on the TV (assumed he was a customer the whole time we were waiting...). A younger guy ended up helping us - inches of hair flowing in front of his face an' all. No hair in my food though...that's always good. All slices were eligible for the $6 deal so we got two buffalo chicken slices and a root beer. Pizza was good. Soda had mostly the clear stuff coming out of the machine. There was nothing special about the pizza, but I would eat it again if I was shopping in that plaza. Depends on how much time I have to spare waiting for service. They offer cheesesteaks. Thought that was cool. I should note that they were nice people...just oblivious to customers I guess.

I'm not sure one more negative review will mean anything to this place, but maybe corporate will come in and fix the problem. First of, I have been a fan of Westshore Philly cheese steaks for a while. I have been to a couple, but this one is closest to my house. When you walk in, you immediately sense a place with no pride of ownership. It is run down and dirty....we ordered our sandwiches anyways which took about 15 minutes. The cashier seemed pretty bothered by dealing with customers. While we were sitting there, someone came in with a cat in a blanket. He held the cat right over the counter where people put there drinks and bags of food. The manager walked over passed the cat to get a drink but did nothing. This adds to the already existing problem of hygiene and cleanliness. The food started out good, but we threw it away and left after the cat visit.

How do you not have pizza slices for lunch at noon on a Friday?? AND YOU ADVERTISE SLICE COMBOS. You tell me after my is being made so my wife has to either choose something bigger and more expensive which she may eat 1/3rd of or not eat at all and be pissed. My cheesesteak was not good either. Go to Rockys if you want a better one in the area. At least they look happy doing there job unlike the attitude you get here.

We should have stuck to the pizza. The eggplant parm. was greasy and the spaghetti tasted like it was sitting in water since this morning. My 7 year old even complained. The chicken parm. was ok but Micheal Angelo frozen dinner gave it competition. The french fries were the best thing and thankfully we got extra when we returned the pasta. The bathroom was also pretty disgusting. Will not be back.

Very bad experience, I went to dining in with my boys and their custumes Service sucks Not only they ignored me after placing my order, but they never got my order to the table.. I decided to ask for a refund since they forgot to pre-heat my pizzas ( instead the got the order ready for an other couple that arrives 10 minutes after we did)The cashier/ guy didn't even gave me back the right change... what a mess.. I will never go there again eventhogh the pizza is very good. Sorry for the owner he should hire better staff for his business
