Chipotle overall(regardless of location) has amazing, fresh food. The quality is always good for being "fast" food. This location, in particular though, has very poor marks for me for a few reasons: 1. They are constantly out of very key ingredients(chicken, cheese, and sour cream) well before closing time. 2. They never have the online orders ready. One time I had to wait 25 minutes for an order that I placed online a few hours earlier! Corporate was notified of these issues, and it was stated that they would contact this location to remedy the problems. I have been eating at this location since, and can safely say that the problems are still too evident. Good food, just crappy service!

I genuinely don't understand the hype around Chipotle! I am assuming that the lack of salt or any real flavoring can be explained away as their attempt to be health conscious, however, the globs of cheese and sour cream don't really support that format. I'll cut this pretty short, the food is uninspired and bland, way overpriced, and only merits two stars because it didn't make me sick. The staff were pretty much as underwhelming as the food. This place is proof that people often just follow a trend! If you enjoy an almost barn yard-ishly rustic atmosphere and the adventure of searching out the clean table among the masses of dirty ones... Don't miss out on this gem of a restaurant!

This location is ALWAYS busy. Every visit, be prepared to wait in a line for awhile to pick up your food. They make the food relatively fast, however the cashier always seems to be holding the lines up. The bowls are delicious...just make sure you ask for a burrito underneath the bowl if you want one. The prices aren't too bad...you get a pretty good amount of food for the price you pay. I don't really like eating their, as it's small and always has lots of people standing around watching you eat. It's a nice location but personally too busy for my taste. You can tell the food lacks sometimes from everyone in the back being hectic. I worked here and it was the worst work experience I have ever had. Rude rude.

  • Lane K.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to!! The line is always out the door and the employees couldn't care less. They're chit chatting and standing around while you wait. The tables are dirty. Watched a girl finally come out to clean and use a nasty dirty rag that she dropped on the floor. Unfortunately, it's the closest chipotle to my house so I order online if I have to eat here.

  • Sarah K.

Not sure what is going on at this location but it's just not as good as it used to be. I went a while back and was disappointed. The line moved slow and portions were significantly smaller. I thought it might be an off day so I did go back but it was the same unfortunately. I love Chipotle but as is I'll have to do without.

  • Haley A.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Chipotle fan. I go around once a week. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The line did not move for a solid ten minutes.

    (3)
  • Carmen M.

Be prepared to wait at this location, the line is always long! I think the location is also small and usually packed. On the plus side the food has always been good and fresh, the service in my experience has been consistently good! Explains why it's always packed!

  • Megan M.

Usually I am in love with Chipotle but this location sucks. The pico was mashed and soupy (nothing like usual) and when I asked about it he said it was a special way that location made it now. The store was packed and the steak and rice were really cold. The chefs were all chatting and not making fresh food and almost everything was nearly out so my burrito was a bunch of crusty end of the containers. Overall NO

  • Alex M.

As far as chipotles go, this one is a good location. Yes you will have to wait in a long line, yes they can be messy or out of things. But the staff there are nice, and they always load your bowl up. They generally put close to double what the one on University does. Choose them over university at all times.

    (3)
  • Nicholas S.

It was delicious. I got a double steak burrito and OM NOM NOM! Normally I don't go to chipotle because it is too spicy (it was spicy) and I forgot how good it was. Nice and expedient staff on a Friday night. An I would go again!

  • Jeff M.

Could have better service ...this location is always busy and seems understaffed..I have personally never been too A slower chipoltle..typically takes 15 min or more to get through the line..the workers do the best they can!! However the. management needs to staff better or atleast come up with a better system..food is good sometimes alil cold and could be warmer

  • Cristina A.

I LOVE the *food! It's totally top notch! BUT the **service** is always (is there an underline here?) a 2 as the rating says "Meh. I've experienced better." I've had multiple issues with service on online and phone orders. Do NOT try going at lunch to wait in line. It will take you, no joke, about 30 minutes just to wait in line. Not the best place if you are in a rush. However, if you don't mind waiting for service while they all scramble around, the food is excellent, music is good, dining area is nice and you just can't beat the price. Enjoy if you go!

  • Chris C.

I enjoy Chipotle's food. I always get a veggie bowl with guacamole and the corn salsa. The portions are good for the price, despite most of the time being overly salted. I normally have to drink a lot of water throughout the day afterward. Regardless, I do enjoy their food. The main issue, as can seen from other reviewers, is the service here. There are consistently long lines, which is acceptable for a popular fast food chain, but the staff nor management does nothing to increase efficiency. Whether there is 5 people in front of me, or 25, the line always takes a long time. Well, maybe they are just taking their time so that you get the best product, one would ask? Incorrect, the bowls are almost always sloppy and I've even received meat in my suppose-to-be meatless veggie bowl. In addition, they run out of key ingredients! I've waited 15 minutes for them to make more guacamole before. Totally unacceptable. No servers seem eager to increase productivity despite having so many people to serve. I know for a fact that many people, myself included, will go eat at other restaurants nearby if they see that the line is long. I've been to several other Chipotle locations and they get people in and out of the door in a very timely manner. So honestly, I don't know who is to blame at this location, the management or staff, but really if there was any other Chipotle as close to me as this one, I would never go to this location again.

    (2)
  • Brian W.

Yes this location is always packed, but it's because the food is delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. You move through the line quickly. They do a nice job with families too

    (4)
  • MJ C.

They should not deserve a star due to lack of bathroom upkeep such as SOAP (today soap is watery!) on my several visits for past few months. I definitely am not coming back here again because I must have my hands clean before eating. Also food portion always are small unlike last year and before. I am going to other chipotle location until i see improvements of reviews here.

    (1)
  • Chris P.

The food is great but the lines are always so long. They seem to have cut back on rice and meat for the burrito bowls at this location also. I found the burrito bowl I got to be very good but the amount of rice and meat needs to increase for the amount they are charging.

    (3)
  • Deanna J.

A good Chipotle-right across from the main Waterford drag, lots of parking. Line moves fast. Staff is very nice and gives a good portion of guacamole ;)

    (5)
  • Jane D.

Be prepare to wait a good 15 minutes. The food taste good, however, as I was standing, waiting for my order, I've noticed one of the staff wiping area with a dirty cloth, no gloves. Then they placed the cloth down and wore gloves without washing hands. An employee should always wash hands in between or before handling food. I don't think anyone would like to get sick.

  • Chelsea E.

I have been to this location about 3 or so times and I can't say that I've experienced anything good. As far as the customer service is concerned there are som serious problems. I've been ignored, yelled at, offended in another language (when they didn't realize I understood spanish), and I just never got a good vibe from there ever. The food is lack luster, with no real seasoning on anything and bland on top of bland with a little bit of salsa on the side. I hate that they charge you extra for chips and salsa when their product isn't that good anyway and I loathe that there isn't any extra sauce to add to your burrito once it's made. A couple of times I've bitten into my burrito only to realize that some how my nice steamed tortilla has now become a hardened death trap for my mouth. How that actually happens between me purchasing the burrito and the 3 min drive to my apartment.... idk. I desperately wished there were better burrito places in the area where I lived and didn't have to drive 10-15 minutes just to get a decent one. Unfortunately, my love of not wasting gas and lack of impulse eating forces me to stop here until I find another alternative. Trust me when I say I'm on the hunt.

I always come to this Chipotle atleast twice a month because its so close to my house and as of yet I have never had a bad experience here. The workers are always very pleasant, and the quality of the food is always right on. I had always been a fan of Chipotle, but after seeing the food inc. documentary; I am more so now. How many fast food places will do a segment about where they get their meats and produce from? Just knowing that the meats and produce are of such superior quality makes the food experience all the more enjoyable. You get all the hot, rich flavors from the rice, beans, and meat together with the crisp and refreshing sauces and veggies to make a delicious combination of flavors explode in your mouth. I think that's why I come here time and time again; I will never tire of it.

  • Bridget S.

SKIMPY ON THE INGREDIENTS. They use a different brand of cheese than other locations. Try the chipotle on university dr instead.

    (2)
  • Melissa T.

Yes, as all have said before me...very long lines! However they move along pretty well. I had never been to a Chipotles before and was told I must. It was ok. No complaints really just didn't wow me. The one bothersome thing for me was the drink station is blocked by the line of people and there wasn't an ice machine merely a dish bucket filled with ice and a scoop. Didn't seem sanitary so I got a bottled watered.

  • Brittany H.

Everytime I come here I am more and more disappointed. The food is good but it's not consistent. When I started coming here a year ago it was fabulous. But since then it's sometimes good and sometimes flavorless. That is if they even have everything stocked. This is the 4th time I've come and asked for chips and they didn't have any. SO WHY ARE THEY ON THE MENU!? They run out of beans and meats toward closing. I get it that's it close to closing time but if you say you're open until 10, keep it stocked until 10. Also the employees are so rude!!!! I've worked in restaurants for 8 years and have never treated somebody the way they treat their customers. They have previously argued with me about of something was or was not in my bowl from ordering online and they talk about shooing people away at 9:50 (closing time is 10). I've never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. This is the chipotle closest to me but I'd rather drive to the university location in hopes for better customer service.

  • Kyle B.

This is the second time that Ive been to this location and they have been out of one or more items. The manager of this store doesn't seem to care about their patrons. How can you run out of one of your biggest upsell items on the menu? How the heck can you run out of Guacamole? And their answer is "nope" to are you gonna make more and "we don't got no avocados" to why? I wouldn't give this location another dime. Id gladly drive to another location to enjoy delicious Chipotle food. This one just doesn't have their act together - and its a shame too. They are right across the street from Waterford Lakes Mall and not too far away from student housing for UCF. Way to FAIL.

  • Reed D.

This chipotle is the best. It is crowded most of the time but they work hard to keep the line going. Great food and great customer service. One time the steak was not ready so they gave me a free drink while I waited. Customer service is so important to me and they always make me feel wanted here.

I love Chipotle and I will continue to visit this establishment because I am obsessed with burritos and burrito bowls! The one critique I have for this chipotle is that you need to take a lesson in speedy service from the chipotle on University. That chipotle is amazing! I have never waited there even during rush lunch hour, they have it down to a science.

I'm not a huge fan of Chipotle, but my wife really likes it. The food is fresh, the portions are huge and the prices are reasonable - but I generally find the food to be a little on the bland side. There are a couple bottles of tabasco and hot sauces at the soda fountain - but they're just the standard stuff that everyone offers - nothing interesting or unique. I usually get the barbacoa or carnitas while my wife orders the vegetarian which simply omits the meat protein (you still get refried or black beans as a protein though). The staff here is friendly, but they seem to run a skeleton crew - with only enough to really run behind the counter and grill. No one to run out and wipe down or clear tables. To be fair, people should be clearing their own tables - but a quick sanitary wipe of the tables every now and then would make me feel a bit better. This location feels a bit smaller than most of the other locations I've been to. Fewer tables inside - and only three or four outside. They have their own fence that runs along the side of the building, but the patio there is so narrow that no tables fit there. Better than some of the other national chains, but that's not really saying much, is it?

This chipotle was packed when I came for lunch one day! The line did move pretty swiftly! I always order a chicken taco with veggies and fresh pico de gallo. I do love how seasoned their food is and always prefer Chiptole over Moe's. The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because I wish the tacos were hotter by the time i get them! Usually they are cold by the time I get to eat them! Maybe if they heated up the shell first this would make a difference. I do love chipotle though. :)

Chipotle is our go-to when we want healthy, quick, and affordable. Our family eats here at least once a week. This location is ALWAYS busy but the line moves fairly quickly. My suggestion is to order through their app 30 minutes before you want to eat then you can bypass the line!

    (5)
  • Michael W.

LOVE CHIPOTLE! EVEN BETTER THIS WEEK WHEN THEY HAVE A B1G1 FREE COUPON OUT! CHYEAAAAAAAAAAA But man, do I need some Chipotlaway for my undies after eating this stuff too much!

  • Erin S.

Fast delicious food for a great price. The quality of the food here is superb. For around 6.25 I can have one of the best chicken bowls topped with all my favorite fresh ingredients. I feel pretty great about eating here too because they give me the option of having brown rice. The only bad thing about this place is that its normally really busy here. There's typically at least a 20mins wait before I can get start making my food. However the staff makes it completely worth it because they're normally friendly and funny.

  • Ben T.

It's a Chipotle...The line was a bit long and it took some time to get through but it's on par with every other Chipotle I've visited. We were hungry and the food was what we were expecting.

The first time I walked in to this Chipotle I was rather pleased. Everything seemed to neat and orderly. Upon entering Chipotle, the menu was easy to read with a step by step process. The man that took my initial order greeted be very nicely and even gave me extra rice and beans as I had requested. Everytime I asked for something extra or different they did it with a smile and didnt mind. When I finally paid for my meal and sat down to eat, everything was very warm and fresh. The mild tomatoes have never been fresher! The restaurant very clean and impressive. I the music and workers all seemed cool and hard working. I would recomment this Chipotle to anyone that prefers a fresh warm meal made at a fast rate.

My stomach tells me it's either Saturday or Sunday when it injects an image of a bulbous burrito into my mind. Question: When is the best time to visit Chipotle to avoid that insidious line? Oh, I've played the game before, and I'm sure you have, too. Is it lunchtime (an hour before or after), the line will entrap you. And like the instinctual mouse that I am, I stand in it, just nearly out the door, within enough reach to hold it open for the next patron when it's their turn to enter. I approach, and I recite the prayer: Chicken burrito, brown rice, black beans please. They always ask a second time if I want black or pinto beans...I nod my head and mouth 'black' as I stare at the chicken and veggies resting in their utilitarian steel trays. My addendum is hot sauce, cheese (no sour cream) and the corn salsa. Please. At home (yes, I dare torture myself further by transporting it from the place it was birthed, I unwrap it, lay on a plate, and slice with my knife. The fork finishes the dining contract as i chomp down on heaven. I ingest real meat here, neither fatty nor overcooked. The burrito wrap doesn't fight; it's tough enough but soft enough in my mouth. The flavors mix in my mouth in a delightful ecstasy. I smile as I reach for my grapefruit Izze drink, the perfect cab to my prime sirlion. The fizz and citrus frutiness dances on my palate, and I go for the burrito again. Done, I lay back. All is well.

The first time I heard of this joint was when they passed out coupons at work for free burritos. I like burritos and I enjoy making them myself but I also like to try new varieties. I decided to use the coupon one day since the restaurant was on my way home. When I got inside I looked at the menu, and it seemed complicated at first but I realized it is a step by step, in the same way that the order is made. I made my initial choice, burrito, then I was asked to select the meat. For this one I tried chicken but ever since I have been getting carnitas since that one is exceptional. Chicken, black beans, rice, were put on a tortilla, then I asked for the corn salsa, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. By the time they had created the masterpiece, it was thick and kind of hard to wrap. Eating this would be a challenge! My coworkers one time did a contest, in which whoever finishes the burrito in the fewest bites wins. I had to take more than 15 bites, but this one dude finished it in about 6 bites!! The burrito was amazingly good. I like the flavors and the tortilla was just right. I ordered the Ice Tea along with it and chips and salsa. Also the veggie burrito comes with the guac free, and I sometimes get that one too if I want the yummy guac. The restaurant was nice and clean, the music was great, and the workers seem cool. It was packed. I recommend Chipotle to anyone who prefers fast (but not that fast) food.

I loved this place, food is price moderately and u will always leave full. There is always a line during lunch hours and in the evening. Had a ice cold beer with my chicken burrito. Great place if u like mexican food, nothing extravagant just good Mexican food.

If you've had one Chipotle you've pretty much had them all. Fast, tasty (most of the time), generic. Service here is always pretty fast and friendly so nothing to complain about.

  • Olivia R.

If you're fine with waiting in line for an hour and watching the employees stand around and talk while the line wraps around the building, then this location is perfect. WORST customer service I've ever received.

    (1)
  • Steve D.

Seems to be that this restaurant is typical of the way they operate their restaurants every place that I've tried them? No smiles, dirty, everything rushed, no personal touch or customer oriented friendliness shown. I've seen the same, sad operation in Arizona, Nevada, California, and now, Florida. Maybe it's just me, but when I'm paying these prices, I want something more for my money.Too many other restaurants are serving good, dependable food now; I don't have to spend my money at Chipotle in order to get a good meal, with fresh ingredients. Why does Chipotle make me feel like I'm a disturbance to their routine? They make me think I'm bothering them because I need extra salsa or I have to ask them a question...just not customer friendly, and I say it to myself everytime I eat there. Stupid me.

  • Jacob K.

I've gone to this chipotle before and have had decent experiences but this time was just bad. I waited in line forever. Once I got to ordering I wanted a steak burrito bowl, yet the woman at the counter gave me just a bowl. When it got to ordering the toppings, I asked for lettuce first, the man put lettuce on, then shoved my order on... Got to the cashier and she put my order with someone else's...it seemed like the employees were just not paying attention to anything. She didn't charge me for steak, but for chicken, which was fine but it was by accident, not her helping me with the bad service. Luckily the food was decent.

  • Sam C.

Overall Good Food. Place is always crowded so they are doing something right. This is the 1st time at this location. The burrito was good but fell apart about 2-3 bites in making it messy and hard to eat. I ordered chips along with my burrito but had to ask for salsa. When she gave me the small container of salsa I was shocked based on then number of chips in the bag. It is obvious it is not enough salsa. I should not have to tell you the obvious. Either get a bigger container or hand me 2 and ask if that is enough. It may be a little nit picky but those small details are important to me.

  • Jennifer R.

Who doesn't love Chipotle is the question. While the lines are generally long it is worth the wait once you take the first bite of your delicious burrito bowl. In a world where money and calories don't exist I would visit Chipotle daily.

    (4)
  • Rob K.

This restaurant was pretty dirty for my taste. I got a steak burrito with extra steak and it wasn't as flavorful as other chipotles I've been to. Overall I'll give it just an eh... I won't go out of my way for this chipotle again.

    (2)
  • Tee W.

Horrible wait times! So I decided to order online and they made sure to leave my chicken off my chicken bowl. Manager didn't seem to care that I traveled home before finding out. This place could care less about customer service and will go as slow as possible making every single burrito or bowl. Not going back.

    (2)
  • Francesca W.

I went around 7:30 on a week day and it was very busy! They service was good and the food was excellent. The only thing that wasn't appreciated was the shortage pinto beans and guac.

  • Thysis R.

Where do I start? I don't think I've ever been in a place so dirty! That should have been my clue to run like Forest Gump did! I ordered a Chicken Burrito bowl with all of the toppings and a sweet tea. Can I just say that if you want diabetes go ahead and get the sweet tea! I could have bought a bag of sugar for cheaper. Now onto the bowl. I don't know about you but raw, uncooked chicken is not my favorite. Almost every piece of chicken in my bowl was uncooked. See my pic of one of the pieces. Without losing my cool, I brought the plate of uncooked pieces back to the register area. Well it took me a minute to get noticed because it seems as almost every employee in here has no clue what customer service is. I think that they assume their job is their social time. NOT! Finally an employee acknowledged me and I immediately asked for a manager. She stated that she was the manager. Well I'm not judging anyone's looks but she looked like she was 12!!! Honestly if she truly was the manager then she needs some serious training on how to run a store. I explained to her that the chicken in my bowl was raw. She looked at it and then proceeded back to the kitchen to speak to the guy on the grill. Of course his response is that he's been cooking at the correct temperature. Well obviously he needs glasses or he needs to return to training along with the manager. His response was per the manager "it was probably a big piece of the chicken." Really? That must have been one big freaking chicken because almost every piece in my bowl was raw! The manager offered to re-make my order or refund. I'm not crazy so I opted for the refund. Moral of the story....stay far far away from this location. I personally will never return!

  • Sabrina F.

So over this location; eating a salad without salad dressing is really unpleasant. Why serve salad but run out of salad dressing at 12:15 in the afternoon? But, on an optimistic note at least the chicken wasn't pink in the inside this time! This location sucks, please get it together.

    (1)
  • Tonya H.

First time going and no line! I ended up there about 7pm and was in/out. Portions are always huge to me and this visit I'm pretty sure they added extra rice. Luckily I ordered the burrito bowl and now have dinner for the night and lunch for the extra day!

    (4)
  • Tom W.

The food is typical good Chipotle quality but the location itself is always pretty dirty and the wait times are worse than any other Chipotle I've been to in Orange County. The moral of the story is to just be prepared to wait.

    (2)
  • Samaya O.

Well I frequent this Chipotle most of the time being that it's the closest one to me. Otherwise I would find a different location. Mostly because not only are the lines long like with most Chipotles, but most times it moves very slow and employees are slow. But overall the food from here is pretty consistent and tastes good. Although I've had some rare occasions where the chicken has been burnt so you get that burnt taste, or the rice is too salty, or chicken that seems a bit undercooked for my liking. Also sometimes they do not serve as much in your rice bowl compared to other Chipotles I've been to. So all in all this Chipotle is just ok for me.

    (3)
  • Jack L.

Avoid this location. The wait is easily 2-3 times longer than at any other Chipotle I've ever visited, and it's been this way for 2+ years. I've written to regional managers and was told they turned staff over and addressed the issues but they clearly have not. Always understaffed and out of basic items on the line. Staff never apologize for the wait times and are generally unfriendly. I don't blame them though as I think it's down to terrible store management here.

    (1)
  • Adam L.

Absolutely horrible. Most horrible experience ever at a Chipotle. 2 kids working behind counter, 1 at cash register. 1 cooking, 4 in back goofing off, 3 more employees at table eating on break. They are out of bowls (using plastic salad bowls), flour tortillas, white rice, hot sauce and ice. Asked guy in back for ice and he comes visits with 3 guys at table taking a break and then goes back a few minutes later to get ice. They should seriously just close up for the night and try again tomorrow. On top of all that, the tea marked sweet was actually unsweetened

  • Seth M.

Food was average. What disturbed me was while waiting in line for 20 minutes there was a girl making the food in an alarming manner. Apart from texting periodically she wasn't wearing gloves, nor hat, nor hair net, but did have a bandage on her pointer finger. I was surprised to not find any hair in my food.

    (2)
  • Christina T.

The most disgusting and dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to in Orlando. It's obvious the employees don't even care about where they work. They were cleaning the food preparation areas with a dirty rag and cleaning the dining tables with a dirty rag. Plus the floor was covered in trash. When I complained to the manager it was like she didn't care.

I wish more than anything that the vegan sofritas were put next to the vegetables instead of the meat.. The last six times I've been to this Chipotle there's been a piece of chicken sitting right on top of the sofritas. I love that Chipotle gives me more options but what's the point if there's meat mixed in with it?

Been going here for a few years. Sometimes amazing however the food quality has been going down. Freshness is gone. If this was my first time eating here I'd never come back again. Summary of today's meal: - three burritos and one bowl for the family. Plus chips. Take out. - rice was mushy. Over cooked. Clumpy. Not good. - steak was too chewy - fresh tomatoes were not fresh. They were obviously from a can, watery, soupy. - mixtures are off, its like they spooned on 3-4 ladles of sour cream - I feel like the pinto beans changed and used to be in a nice flavorful soup - foods never actually ready at the time they give...in fact usually they don't even start on my food until I show up. - the chips were good today I will say. If we would have eaten this dine-in we would have asked them to remake everything. This summary is not unique for today, been here a hundred times and feel over the last 6-9 months the quality has been really sinking into the crapper. Really sucks because its super convenient for the family's meal if we eat out. Its been a replacement for our "family pizza night" for a while. Guess we'll need to find something new.

I really enjoy Chipotle's food. Fresh, hot and fast. Yummy... My burrito bowl, standard order, always fills me up for the rest of the day! The cons are few, but biggies: 1) The interior of the restaurant is noisy, very noisy, due to there being nothing to absorb the sound. It's all wood and concrete.. I tried to get away from the cacophony by sitting outside, but they have loud music piped out there as well. This is not a place to have a quiet conversation or to bring a child that is sensitive to noise. 2) Pricey. For a burrito bowl, drink, chips & guacamole, it totaled to over 11 bucks. 3) I've never gotten a big of chips that were FRESH. They always taste a little stale. 4) No kids menu is available. Although my little one will eat rice, she won't eat rice with green stuff in it!

I like Chipotle...and if someone wants to go, I won't say no..but it's not really somewhere I ever choose myself. The burritos are good but it I don't really like being upcharged for every single little things. I like my burrito with chips, salsa, and a drink..but I might as well go to a real restaurant for the same price...or just go to Moe's on a Monday.

Overall: Great burrito! I was in the mood for a big ass burrito and Chipotle came to the rescue. I have been to Chipotle many times before, but I was more intrigued because they now serve brown rice. The brown rice was a nice addition to the already great burrito. Also, everyone in this Chipotle is super friendly.

A bit chaotic when I went during lunch hours. Line was bunched up at the door... very crappy layout for this Chipotle. The ones I usually go to design the line so it can hold twice as many people without forcing people out the door. The people making the burritos were a bit slower than usual... At least it still tastes great like Chipotle. Seating was fine.

Yes, I will say it. Until a few days ago, I had never set foot in a Chipotle. However, I had heard from many people who love it how convenient it was that they have this location out by Waterford Lakes. I walked in and started considering what I would order right away and noticed one unique thing about Chipotle's menu--the fact that you order everything separately (as opposed to drink/chip/burrito combos). This basically means that a burrito is about $6.25, if you want chips and salsa it's an extra $2, and if you want a drink it's an extra $2. I would say this explains why some people who wrote reviews were basically saying "WTF it cost me $11." Rather than be of that same opinion, I would like to say this sort of menu allows one to make wise choices. For example, you might ask yourself "do I REALLY need chips and salsa?" Good opportunity to save yourself money and calories. The biggest drawback I noticed right away: like 99% of the restaurants in the Waterford Lakes plazas--it isn't big enough. I walked in around 1:30PM on a Friday and found a seat easily enough, but I am only 1 person. Also, the size of the burrito was a little smaller than I anticipated. And their salsas are a little on the spicy side (negative for me seeing as I dislike spicy food). But I loved the lime infused rice. And the chicken burrito and chips I ordered were very tasty. Next time I will probably try to "burrito bowl," which is basically a chicken burrito in a bowl without a tortilla.

Love the freshness of the food at Chipotle. Restaurant is always clean and service is fast and friendly. Try the salad to save on carbs. One of my favorite locations.

Everything about this place is awesome. Great prices. Clean restaurant. Fast service. And fresh food that I can't get enough of. Check out the Burrito Bowl to get some bang for your buck and save on the tortilla carbs. Not particularly great for a group of people though. The tables are bolted.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
