If it wasn't for the discount we recieved from blood donation we would never considered eating here. Just like all the times we just would drive past. Should have drove past. Too many menus and menu items. Think the chef needs to find an identity and get over himself. First time I ever saw the chef's face plastered on the glass wear. Help was slow even though wait staff out numbered guest during their "Sunset Menu" hours. Was given wrong dish. I order Sesame Teriyaki chicken stir fry and got the Sesame Teriyaki chicken plate. But why should I even been ordering Asian stir fry at a Seafood restaurant??? Calamari was less than impressive. Could tell it was cooked in same oil as the french fries. The facilities were nice and clean. That's a good start!

While their oyster and wing specials at happy hour are still great, we no longer come here because of how poorly we were treated on several visits by a waiter (eduardo). Their food was good but the poor service was overwhelming.

Previous reviews were spot on. Only wished we had checked before eating here. If you can call what we did eating. Returned soup because it tasted sour. Boxed up half only to throw out. Service was slow and bad. Staff didn't know what special they had posted on the sign.

It burdens me to write this review as I have thoroughly enjoyed the food and service on prior visits but this visit really got my goat! Made reservations for 7 people at 7:45pm on Saturday evening. My party promptly arrived only to wait 20 minutes before being seated. We waited an additional 20 minutes before being greeted by our server. Our server took our drink orders and our food order ( since we had all that time to make our selections). Our server returned about 20 minutes later with our drinks. Our appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees were delivered all within the next 40 minutes.... out of order. The food quality was marginal at best. The staff and management were inattentive, unapologetic, and apathetic towards our obvious dismay ( we didn't complain or cause a scene). This was a VERY POOR experience for me and my guests. I was somewhat embarrassed for this choice. With this being said, I have experienced CONSIDERABLY BETTER service and quality from this establishment numerous times prior to this visit. My prior visits have been on weekday evenings. It is my recommendation that you avoid this establishment on typical high traffic times as they will be under-staffed, over-booked, and unable to produce a positive experience. I sincerely hope the management takes note in the spirit in which this is written as I know they have the talent to provide a higher level of quality and service than what was exhibited on Saturday.

I would not waste my time or money going here again. The service was lousy and sloe. Took an hour to get our food which was a waste of time as the food was not prepared the way it was ordered. My wife's meal was not any good either. We over heard the people behind us complaining about their meal also. Saw a party of 8 get up and walk out because they were tired of waiting.

Went there on a slow night expecting to have a nice relaxing meal with family. Service was good...had no problems there... Food was awful. The fish was over cooked and salty for all of us and the mashed potatoes tasted like they we're just reheated. I wouldn't go back to this place
