My friends and I went to Bravo! two nights in a row. The first night for dinner and the second for dessert. Both nights were slow, week nights with only a few patrons inside. Both nights we experienced very slow service and had to ask the hostess if there was a server in the section she seated us in. The night we stopped in for dessert the waiter showed us a dessert tray and we ordered one of the items a Dessert Trio. A few minutes later he returned to inform us that they were out of the small chocolate lava cake for the trio and would speak to the manager about substituting it with a larger chocolate lava cake. We thought that this was a great idea but when he returned he informed us that the manager said he could not make the swap. WHAT? Okay, so we declined ordering any dessert and asked to speak to the manager. The manager, a guy named Wade, came to our table and after a brief discussion we had with him about customer satisfaction always coming first he admitted he made a mistake and then wanted to make the substitution. We left shortly there after without dessert. The food was very good the night before but we would not recommend this place due to the poor service and attitude of the wait-staff.

Great food, great prices, great atmosphere & great service! Unlike most places to eat in Naples the outside dining is Non-smoking which is the entire point of eating outside while getting fresh air.....this restaurant totally gets it! Fine dining & not inhaling stupid people's cancer sticks.

Great food and atmosphere We have eaten at Bravo several times in the past ~3 months and this restaurant always exceeds expectation. The food, especially the sauce, is delicious. The pasta selections are vast, love the meatballs and the egg plant. Coffee and dessert delight as well. We sit outside at the Mercato mall and enjoy dining in the town square like atmosphere. For a national chain, owned by same company as Brio, you will be very happy you dined here. Service is always very good. Have a great time!

Food and service both very good during our visit yesterday. My Romano chicken salad superb as always, wife's Mediterranean Veggie Salad was also delicious. Great kids menu, pizza dough for the kids to play with made it an enjoyable meal for the kids as well. Our server, Katie, was helpful regarding vegetarian options and was always prompt. Also had an excellent manager presence on the floor. Would definitely recommend.,

I strongly recommend out of towners (like me) to visit this restaurant when in Naples. It's located in the fashionable shopping area of Mercato (which boasts a nice movie theater too!) We came here on a Saturday morning for brunch. Service was great. I had the shrimp and crab cake / eggs benedict to die for! Hubby had a regular eggs, bacon and potatoes that was great. Would definitely return here for dinner or lunch.

We keep going back here because my wife likes the food and it's still a good value. The food is really uninspiring though. It's processed packaged Italian. There several italian restaurants in the area with better food. Parmesan Petes has much better food but the setting is not as nice.

Food and service is excellent. We went there on New Years day, the place was crowded, it took some time for our orders to arrive, but, we are not complaining. The complimentary bread is absolutely delicious, we ordered creamy tomato pasta which was out of this world. The tiramisu was excellent too. All in all an extremely satisfying experience.

I strongly recommend this place for Happy hour. Bravos has a great selection of food, my favorite is the Beef Carpaccio and the Crispy Shrimp Napoli. Ask for Hal, very accommodating and pleasant.

This chain is part of " Brio", same decor open kitchen, neutral colors, open dining area with very few booths. Outside huge bar and patio area. It is located in such a beautiful area, strip shopping center with high end boutiques and shops and many other restaurants. We were surprised on a weekday evening after 8 pm, how crowded they were. The outside area had not one table available and we were lucky enough to grab the only table left in the dining area. Yes, middle of the dining room, not my preference for sure but I also did not want to wait an hour for a booth to open up. The hostess was very pleasant as well as our waitress. Their menu is more traditional Italian dishes. We were famished so we both ordered a salad before our entree's. Hubby ordered the antipasto salad and I ordered the chop Bravo salad. Warm foccacia bread came out with an olive oil base and spices. This salad could have been my last meal ever, yes that is how good it was. Between the salad and the bread, five stars. Fresh, crisp lettuce, diced up cucumbers, garbanzo beans, cheese, perfectly diced in a Italian Vinaigrette dressing. Wow, did this ever hit the spot. After checking over the minical wine list, I only saw one bottle that impressed me but was not willing to spend $90 a bottle this evening. Hubby ordered a glass of Chianti for $12.99, which I told him was not good, and I was right, very young, and hot. Entree's I chose the Rigatoni with eggplant fresh mozzarella, and fennel sausage. Hubby chose a pasta with diced chicken in a fra diavolo sauce. Hubby's dish was perfectly executed, al dente pasta tasty moist chicken with a great spicy very light cream based sauce. My pasta dish was very bland, no flavor at all, maybe three small pieces of sausage and overpowered by all the diced up eggplant. Oh and I did find two pieces of fresh mozzarella. Yeah, I was disappointed with my entree. Service was friendly and dishes came out quickly. Our waitress did disappear often and our drinks were empty on three separate occasions. Very hard to get her attention. Prices are very reasonable, I mean the glass of wine was more than each entree. Most pasta dishes are under $14 each. Decent place with mediocre food, excellent salad and bread but very good prices, so worth a shot for a casual dinner.

I've been to this Resturant many times before, this Resturant is drowning in your own success. The service was very slow, the Resturant was half empty, no excuses please. When my tomato basil soup finally arrived it had a skim in the top from sitting way too long in one of the overhead heaters. I called the manager over to point this out to him. He said and I quote" you want another soup I'll get you another soup" he never said that looks bad, which it did or even I'm sorry. The food is "chain Italian" at best. Past this Resturant up for Restaurants that are not get them in, get them out, turn the tables for maximum tips and profits. The decor and location is far better then food.

I'm half Italian, and thus, very critical of Italian food outside of the home; having said that, I'll start off by telling you that it wasn't their averagely good food that made this a five star experience, but the amazing service. We were out for our anniversary dinner and had been waiting for the pasta dish we were splitting for maybe fifteen minutes at the most when our waitress came over and apologized profusely for the wait (much to our surprise). Within a minute or so, the chef came out to personally present the food to us, and he had nearly doubled the size of the dish for us. Our waitress again apologized and said something quietly about hoping that would make up for the wait time. We were too busy telling her it was all good to catch the whole thing she was saying. When the check came, we were stunned to see they had cancelled out the dish for the wait (and we had been drinking water), so the bill came out to nothing. Of course, we tipped her very well for such service and have been back a few times now. The service really is even faster than what we already got our first time, which is maybe why they were so apologetic. Every waiter/waitress we've had has been very friendly and helpful. It is what most would expect from a higher class Italian chain, but the service gives it the welcoming feel of a family-owned Italian place up north. Truly a hidden gem.

Had a wonderful time at Bravos. All of our dishes were excellent. Gregg made the the experience all the better. Coming back in December and bringing my family. Highly recommend this restaurant and especially the waiter.

Another excellent Italian option in Naples. The layout of the restaurant is great with excellent options for dining in or out. All the food was excellent, but my rating is primarily for the dish I had, Shimp & Chicken Fra Diavolo. I could eat that night and day. I'll have to add more to my review when I get a chance to explore the menu, but there ain't nothing wrong with at least one of the dishes. Only have a star reduction due to slow/spotty service.

I ordered Chicken Parmesan, the dish was OK. It was over fried with too much bread crumbs. The pasta side was served with extra cheese and light sauce. The service was just OK as we sat in the bar. I felt the server didn't pay attention even when he was at the table. And all of our Drink orders came late.

There are a good handful of restaurant choices at Mercato, we happened to park right in front of Bravo so 3 of us decided to stop in for Sunday brunch. It's a huge restaurant so this place can definitely accommodate big parties. Their brunch menu is simple yet classy, they had 1 of every typical brunch item. I ordered a Beef tenderloin Benedict and my friends had the crab Benedict and smoked salmon omelet (special of the day). We liked their warm basket of bread and our food came quickly. Good portion size and all tasted yummy. I especially liked that my Benedict sits on top of two pieces of fried tomato versus the usual English muffins. Service was great too, I would recommend this place.

Restaurant was packed. Requested bread and water when we ordered our food, requested it again, and it was not brought out until AFTER our food was brought to the table. After we complained, manager came over and gave the perfunctory apology, but he seemed more interested in turning over the tables than anything else. I ordered a salad for my entree, which was good, but was very small for the price. Would not go back here again.

When we first arrived around 6pm we were the youngest couple by at least 20 years. The hostess sat us at a small table inside next to a booth of old crones who I swear, one of which was the Queen of England. But I digress. Ambiance was nice. It was unfortunately much too hot and humid to sit in the casual seats outside so we were forced to sit inside, which felt a tad more stuffier. The beautiful Italian decor and open kitchen was very nice. Our waitress with the plastic smile came over and impatiently helped us order our dinners: Veal parmesan, grilled tilapia with crab meat stuffing and a small chicken and bacon flat bread. The veal cutlet was thinly cut and very nicely fried. The grilled tilapia was also good however the crab meat stuffing tasted previously frozen. I don't know how an 'upscale' Italian restaurant can get away with not serving fresh pasta, but it wasn't, it was somewhat dry, and drowned in garlic with nothing else to compliment it. The flat bread was probably the best part of the meal, and was quickly gone. I feel like I just walked out of a more expensive Carrabbas and so did my wallet: $72 was the tab after tip. Yikes! I am not opposed to trying this place again, although next time I'll make sure I get an outside seat!

My family ate here for lunch on Tuesday and it was fantastic! The service and food was excellent. I got the flatbread pizza and it was overflowing with portabella mushrooms and bleu cheese. My husband loved his pasta dish and the children's menu is extensive and the portions are quite large. Overall our experience was 10 times better than our lunch the day before at Tommy Bahamas.

This is a beautiful space with uncomfortable bar stools and average Italian food. The food must be prepared fast food style because my chicken parm came out with a blob of congealed mozzarella cheese on top, though it was tasty. We ordered black coffee (espresso to you hipster-doofuses) and asked our server for a shot of annisette. She did not know what it was (mind you this is an "Italian" restaurant??). Instead of asking us she just did'n't bring it. So another server comes, and he didn't know either because he brought sambuca. A decent place over all and in comparison to other choices close by I would go back and try it again.

This is our first visit to the new Barvo in the Mercato area at US 41 and Vanderbilt Beach road in north Naples. We have dined at other Bravo's before and have always been impressed. This new location did not disappoint. We dine at it's sister restaurant Brio when visiting the Naples area and have always enjoyed it too. We love the large menu at both and the highly trained wait staff. Lots of outdoor and in door dining available. Something for everyone on the menu. Bravo to the new Bravo!

Although Bravo has a great setting and great atmosphere, if I had to rate on food alone I would have gone with two stars. I was not overly impressed with my meal, although I have to say it was my first time dining at this restaurant. They do have a great house Cabernet wine from Grayson Cellars. Although I was not in love with my meal, I would still go back to Bravo. The location, atmosphere, and wine selection is worth the trip. Our waitress informed us they have a great happy hour up at the bar. All of the pieces are there for a great experience, hopefully next time I'll enjoy my meal just a little more

Girl's Night Out! Came to Bravo not knowing what to expect on a Saturday night with my girlfriends. We waited almost an hour as the place was packed during season, but we were able to enjoy apps and drinks outside on the little couches, so the time passed quickly and we loved people watching. Our server was fantastic. She was patient and sweet with our big estrogen-packed table, as a few of us had never been there before and were full of questions and special requests. Our food came out quickly and perfectly, every special request met. The food itself was phenomenal! The bread and dipping oil they put on the table was superb, and let me just say I ate more of it than I'd like to admit. Okay while we're being honest, I'll tell you that I ordered the eggplant parmesan with the intention of taking half of it home, and practically licked the plate clean. It was SO DELICIOUS. And there was about two pounds of it. I'm not proud, but I was full and happy. Our table also tried the grilled chicken and it was juicy, tender and full of flavor. We were celebrating a birthday and had brought a birthday cake, so I didn't sample any of Bravo's desserts - but our waitress happily sliced the cake up and served it for us. Bravo is a big place and was very loud, so I don't see it as a particularly good choice for a romantic dinner for two, but great for just about everything else.

Met a friend for early lunch on a Saturday. Sat outside which was comfortable. I had pasta with a marinara sauce and chicken. It was delicious. My friend had the hash and was pleased with that. Service was perfect. Will definitely go again.

A favorite Sunday brunch spot for us near our home. Great atmosphere to sit outdoors (newly expanded outdoor seating) Excellent happy hour menu. $3 small plates that are a terrific value. Manager Wade is always friendly and cordial goes out of his way to make sure our experience is special. Dinner menu is great, too. I've been here dozens of times and consistently have a great experience.

My husband and I love Bravo- the setting, the bar- where we usually have lunch and sometimes dinner, the location, the food. Chicken spinach flat bread is a must there, also the salads are great- my favorite being Balsamic cobb salad. I have tried some pasta dishes there and loved them. They have a Happy Hour on weekdays, but even if you miss it- prices are more than reasonable- especially compared to New York City, where we are from. Bartender Kristina is most pleasant, efficient and professional as are two other bartenders whose names I do not know. Some other reviews I just read manifest their author's complete lack of common sense: too hot and humid to sit outside in July in Florida??? plenty of old folks next to you in Florida??? Oh, honey! Great place to eat- hurry in before the season crowds hit the town!

This is a much better quality alternative to the usual "Italian" chains. While it's not classic Italian or ultra fine dining, it's a good place for lunch or dinner when you're in the mood for pasta. The place is pretty busy though, and it's tough to order drinks from the bar while you wait. The prices are a little higher than average casual chains, but not outrageous at all.

This place is owned by bistro and the decor is similar. It was very nice and pleasant atmosphere. I got the salad, lobster bisque(which was priced at $5) and the lobster ravioli and it was GREAT. My wife got the beef pasta dish (cant remember name) and that was OUTSTANDING!! I The bread was also very good that they brought out. This place was really really good and my new favorite italian restaurant. Excellent Excellent service!!!

We (two couples) just happen to come up on Bravo on a Friday night in late September. This is slow season in Naples, so we had no wait. We sat outside which was great and could watch the various by-passers for additional entertainment. Our waitress was excellent as she guided to/from various food and wine choices. All four of our meals were great with some leftovers to take home. The wine prices were reasonable and speed of service was perfect for us. Nice mix of ages and had small chit-chat with people at other tables. The food prices were reasonable. Will definitely go back when back in the area.

Came here to meet a client for lunch. It was a spot the client recommended. Being mid-March we sat outside on a sunny, mid--70's day. It was perfect and made the entire experience enjoyable. The menu was varied and we all easily found something that was right for us. I had the Insalada Rustica with chicken and it was great. I'm not really a fan of these shopping villages but nonetheless, the restaurant itself was quite nice. The interior looked good too and seems to be someplace good for lunch or dinner.

I went there last night with friends to have a few drinks and bar bites. The drinks were good and a great place to people watch but the food was disappointing. I've been there before for lunch and dinner and it's nothing too special. I would just meet your friends for drinks and head somewhere else for dinner.

My first time being here and can't wait to go back. The place is beautiful, cozy, and very clean! Dining outside was very romantic and our service was excellent!!! I had the Lobster Ravioli alla Vodka and my fiance tried the Chicken Fra Diavolo Campanelle and we were completely satisfied with our choices. Both dishes were delicious and tasted just like real italian food. For dessert we shared Torta Di Cioccolata and I must say it just made our night even better!!! Everything was delicious, even the warm bread they bring you while you glance at the menu... we had to ask for more because it was too good! Give this lovely restaurant a try... you won't be disappointed :)

The dinner, service, and atmosphere at Bravo was fine but when I was in the restroom one of the staff came out of the stall after no 2 and did not wash his hands. I told the waitress and she wanted to know who it was but I wasn't sure, I think a busboy so I guess it does not matter. I have worked in restaurants so I know a lot of stuff goes on behind the scenes but c'mon don't do stuff like that right in front of customers. I will not be going back.

Great food, Great price, great service--we have eaten hear 4-5 times and will go again.. the bartenders are rude is my only complaint, someone forgot to tell them that part of their job is to be nice to the customers , so atleast fake it if you dont care. They act like they are doing you a favor....

  • L.Marie D.

The food was ok. Our server most likely was high. I am not exaggerating. She kept coming to the table and repeating the same 4 lines about the menu and the drinks over and over again. She would forget about us entirely. If we tried to get her attention she would wave us off, then eventually return (more than 10 minutes later) and act like she was inconvenienced by us. Our drinks were never refilled without us asking twice. The only saving grace was the dessert. I got the cheesecake but asked for the raspberry topping to be added. That was the highlight of the entire evening.

Without reservations on a Thursday night at about 7:30 we had a 20 minute wait while we enjoyed a glass of wine outside. We started with Bruschette with mushrooms & boursin as an appetizer and it must have had eight pieces and it was wonderful. My husband had the soup of the day "tomato bisque" which I finished for him. It was fantastic. I had a small caesar salad which was just okay as it was light on the dressing and would have been nice to have shaved parmesan on top but didn't. We then planned on sharing the pizza di prosciutto cottro which had kalamata olives on it but I was just too stuffed to try it so we took most of it home. I would recommend this restaurant for it's good food, fair price and nice decor.

Very nice decor, the portion size for the sandwich are fairly small however they do pack a punch in taste. I went with the turkey bacon avocado and it was delish! My gf pointed out that the grilled chicken was a bit too spicy. Other than than this restaurant receives a solid -A only because our waiter kinda forget us at some points of our brunch. Other than that I would recommend this place, just make sure to get a side salad or soup if you do decide to pick a sandwich.

We were at Bravo on August 18th for my daughters birthday. There were 7 in our group and we had excellent service and our server had no problem dividing into 4 separate bills. We all enjoyed our meals. Loved the Italian Wedding soup! The fresh herb bread was warm and fresh--they bring oil for dipping, I asked for butter and our server brought some right away! One guest told our server about the birthday and he brought a 3 sampler dessert with a candle and we all sang Happy Birthday!! Very nice touch. The ambiance is very nice and comfortable although the tables are a bit too close together. Overall a very good experience. We could not sit outside as it had been raining, but a very nice patio overlooking Mercato.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Service was great. Great ambiance and nice menu selection. Food was delicious. Large plates for the prices. I'll be back. On one of orders the mash potatoes were not warm. No hassle - nice hot and steamy potatoes came quickly. There's outdoor seating too!

Had dinner this evening based on previous reviews. Must say it met my expectations & my sisters. We were celebrating my 60th Birthday. Bruno our server was excellent & our food was shared & yummy. From the Crispy Shrimp Diablo & Brussel Sprout Salad with Almonds (mine) Fancy Grilled Pork Chop on Smashed Potatoes with fresh Green beans, too the (Woozie) Pasta with Spinach, chicken & Alfredo sauce! All topped off with New York Cheesecake, caramelized sugar & creama glaze. Oh my! Thanks for a perfect ending to an awesome day!

Not going back! Very generic. Feels like a Cheesecake Factory restaurant inside. Not only is it boring in there, the service was bad, and the food was mediocre. We started with soups. The lobster bisque just didn't taste right, and I quest what the lobster meat was. The clam chowder was the special soup of the day. Not only was it cold when they brought it to me, but the flavoring was way off. The only good thing about it was there was a lot of clam, but that doesn't matter when it tastes wrong. The 2 meals were just ok, and I don't feel like wasting my breath on it. The only good thing there was the rosemary bread they brought to the table.

Another place recommended and it was mostly great! The hostess said that during the winter season, the lines are out the door. Even now, in April, it was packed and did what was recommended. Call about 30 minutes earlier if you know the time you want to eat and no longer have to wait there more than a few minutes if busy. They have a "bar bites" menu in addition to the regular menu that has specials from 4-7pm. These portions are halved and so are the prices...but was enough for two to share, very generous portions for the price and great selections. We dined outside on the patio, very pleasant. But indoors was equally as impressive. I posted some great pix. We shared a lot of food this trip....and finished it all!!! Bar Bites selections: Crispy Shrimp Napoli in a phenomenal red pepper sauce GREAT!!! Caprese salad enough for two. VG!!! Entrees: Chicken and extra veggies (instead of pasta) in a red pepper cream sauce (very flavorful but just a few pieces of chicken, not the nice roasted thick pieces, disappointed) Grilled Pork Chop, thick glazed chop w/herbal butter sauce, very flavorful, enjoyed it, Tuscan potatoes and veggies (only the potatoes were boring, not much flavor) We will certainly be back more than once as there were nice selections on both menus, but interested in more of those bar bites that were floating around a lot. I hadn't realized till halfway through the meal that our waiter never mentioned the specials for the evening as I overheard nearby and we weren't served any bread. I'll know better next time. But he did recommend his faves and I agreed for the most part. He was helpful, just forgetful. Next time.

I love Bravo, and have been here many a time for both lunch and dinner. My most recent experience definitely warrants a review. I was there for a business lunch, and we all started off with their calamari. This is the one thing that can wow or disappoint in any place, but Bravo did a wonderful job! The batter was light, they served it with both red and white sauce, and the squid was cooked to perfection for both the rings and the tentacles. Love the tentacles! For lunch, I was extremely impressed with all of the choices on their 575 and under menu. I usually steer away from this at an Italian restaurant where you want your carb fill, but they had the most decadent-yet-sinless choices! So wrong, yet so right! I had the grilled salmon pasta. The grilled flavor shone through without it being dry. The consistency of the grilled salmon was absolutely lovely. It sat atop of some angel hair pasta, grape tomatoes and spinach. All in all, it was a lovely, simple, fresh and satisfying dish without all the guilt. The waiter we had was great. We had no idea it was his first day. He was cordial, came out at the right time to check on us, offered some great suggestions, didn't miss a beat, and had great hair! The ambiance is great for large groups but in an intimate environment. You do hear a lot of background noise, but are still able to focus on your table conversation. The one thing that I noticed was that the tables were on the smaller side, and it was hard to accommodate the various menus, shared appetizers and bread basket. I noticed one of the guests had their plate hanging over the edge. On Florida "winter" days, try having your meal out on the patio. It's really comfy out there and you are right in the heart of Mercato life as pedestrian traffic ebbs to and fro from its various social venues. I think that Bravo provides itself in its flavorful dishes and also its consistency. I have yet to have a bad meal there.

If I was from this area or any place around , this would a frequent spot to eat or just drink It's more about the atmosphere and experience than it is about the food. Outside seating with heat lamps is it's main attraction. The vegetable pasta was a little undercooked and the lasagna had a more Alfredo base sauce than a tomato sauce base. The portions were not as large as other places. Paul the server was a perfect touch. Always there to fill your up with water and always there to attend to your needs.

I dined in your wonderful establishment Saturday afternoon. I must say the restaurant is beautiful and layout is perfect. Our waitress Desiree was fantastic. She greeted me promptly and made a few suggestions on entrees since it was our first time.. So we started with some cocktails; first was the Bloody Mary which I wasn't a fan of at all, I think they use horseradish in there bloody marys. Although I did finish it and went to usual drink of choice Kettle and splash of lemonade (which wasn't to strong or to weak). Our entrees were great. We ordered the Pasta bravo (yummy just the right amount of favor), 5oz steak (cooked perfectly), and a kids pasta. We also started with a Cesar salad and a lobster bisque soup. My company didn't like it, so Desiree took it out the bill. Our overall experience was great and do look forward to coming back again.

Went on a date night with my husband and we were satisfied with all our plate selections. Initially we were told it would be no more then a 15 minute wait but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes. Once we were sat at our table the waitress took another 15 minutes to finally come take our order for drinks. After that the food and drinks came out rather quickly. We ordered the lobster bisque and crispy mozzarella ravioli for appetizers and they were both delish! The lobster bisque seemed to have been sitting for a while but besides that the temperature for both were good and both plates were definitely worth ordering again. As for the entrees we ordered the eggplant Parmesan and the crab & shrimp cakes. Both were delish and we were super stuffed after all of that food. Ambiance was nice. It was a little muggy since they have a bar that opens to the outside and we went during Florida's August weather. Overall nice experience.

We spent the day on Sanibel Island and came to have a drink and smoke a cigar around the corner from here at Burn and once we were done as we were strolling through the Mercato we took a peek at Bravo and from what we saw and smelled we decided to dine Al Fresco and all we could say at the end of our dinner was " Bravo " We sat outside and were seated rather quickly and ordered a few drinks and also the Balsamic Onion , Portobello & Gorgonzola Flatbread and Grilled Chicken chopped salad. the flat-bread was excellent, just the right crisp and tasty light balsamic, and then the salad was ever so good, the ingredients that were used were perfectly blended in the salad and hit the spot . For dinner we ordered the Sausage Tortelloni and let me tell you, the tomato sauce in this dish was not to tomatoeee. It had a very good flavor. It was not sweet at all but had a great blend of herbs and spices to make it all that much better. this dish hit it out of the ball park. The other dish ordered was the Grilled Chicken & Vegetable Pasta, and we've never had grilled chicken taste so good as this was prepared for the dish. The combination of the pesto, basil, Feta and roasted red pepper and Parmesan in this dish give it a great selection if you want to keep it light and healthy for a warm summer night. This place has a very inviting ambiance which makes you feel like you're dining in your own patio. and the bill was very affordable considering this place looks a lot more expensive than it really is. What a Deal !!! you'll walk away feeling so content you didn't over indulge and also that you ate enough to make you're tummy feel so happy.

We came here the 3rd night of our vacation in Naples as a last minute dinner around 7:30pm. We did have a half hour wait, but it was packed so that wasn't too bad. Our server started off great, he was fun and energetic, but by the end of the night we hadn't seen him in awhile and we waited over 20 minutes for the check. The food was delicious. I started with a Cesar salad, which was really good. I also had pasta with a spicy tomato cream sauce, I don't remember the name but it was amazing. I felt compared to other dishes, my pasta was a really small serving size, especially for the price, but it was good. My brother had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and he didn't even eat a few bites, he just didn't like it. My mom had the veal parmasean and she really enjoyed it. My fiance had a plain cheese pizza that he devoured. For dessert, my fiance had the lava cake and he said it was one of the best he's ever had. I had a different chocolate cake that was good, but dry.

Delicious Italian food. Great menu choices! Outside sitting and bar is good for both large parities and a more intimate crowd. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in Naples and craving Italian food. Staff could be a little more friendly but not bad. Worth trying!

I went to Bravo after reading there menu online. Everything sounded delicious. I ended up going to dinner for my birthday. The night was a pleasant 75 degrees out so naturally in Florida I'm taking advantage to sit outside. We were meet by a pleasant hostess who seated us right away. As with our waiter he was prompt and knew the menu. We had already decided we wanted calamari and chicken scallopini. But after hearing veal scallopini as the special we quickly changed to veal. We were given bread and a wonderful dipping sauce. The bread was warm and not hard. As our calarami came out it was nicely portioned to not fill you up before your main course. With 2 sauces the calamari was delicious. Cooked to perfection. We ended up sharing the veal. The kitchen split the meal for us. The portions were just enough to fill you up, without the stuffed feeling. The veal was perfectly cooked. You could cut it easily. The capers and cheese just melted in your mouth. The sauce was amazing not to much and not to little. We choose linguine as our side. It was amazing. Everything was awesome.

I have been here several times for date night dinners and GNO cocktails. I have to say the staff is attentive and friendly along with a deep menu of delicious creations. Love their happy hour too!

Bravo was one of our favorites until last night. Please bring back the old menu...Like an earlier post the food is very generic. Service is great, but it went down a few notches...

Stopped tonight just for drinks. Happy hours are the best. Ask for Hal if you want top notch service. This place is a consistently good go to restaurant for both meals and drinks if you get the right waiter/waitress. Outside seating is great for people watching.

Chain restaurant that doesn't serve freshly prepared food. Ordered the Chicken Scallopini and it was so oily and the cheese was caked onto the chicken that I had about two bites and was done with it. We also ordered the lobster ravioli in the vodka sauce and the raviolis tasted like they had just been defrosted and were too fishy. We were also seated right next to the very noisy kitchen. Did not enjoy this place. Try somewhere else.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because the good was delicious and great like awesome prices but the service we has was TERRIBLE i used to live in Naples and most of the people serving you are great , like one problem I never had in Naples was the bad service but this time was that bad I had to write a review , I got there like around 8:30 the place was almost empty we were a group of 6 girls we order drinks and good yummy food but we felt rushed to leave the place . We left because we felt uncomfortable and off to order more drinks at Blu Martini since the service here was horrendous. I had to mention it so the manager pay more attention to those details . I have to say the good was very very good too bad we had bad service that we had to go somewhere else .

We went today for the happy hour bites in the bar. I thought the food was okay, nothing special that I couldn't have found someplace else. The happy hour food and drink options were fun and at a great price point. Clearly go early, for it really became a happening hotspot very quickly around 515pm. But I got to tell you it's worth going there simply for the courtesy of the bar staff and the access to valet right there... That can be validated by bravo.

We're in Naples on vacation and have taken our family twice. It's that good. Our kids can find anything they want and adults can eat healthy and it's delicious. Rhonda was our waitress and she is a pro. Request her for sure. You won't be sorry. She'll tell you what to get!!

I've been going to Bravo for years, and was very disappointed this time. Our server Myles, terrible attitude, unfriendly, and I am surprised Bravo would have someone at their restaurant with his nature. Took too long greeting us, didn't ask if we needed drink refills, failed to take our orders completely, and was NOT friendly or considerate. I like Brio, they have close to the same menu; we'll avoid Bravo in the future.

For a national chain restaurant, Bravo of Naples puts together some of the best Italian dishes in town. Located in the heart of Mercato, one of the busiest and most popular plazas in Naples, Fl. During the winter season, Bravo can be a very busy spot. Usually smart to put in reservations ahead of time to avoid a long wait for a table. Parking can be tight but with complimentary valet located on the side of the building, there is no need to show up early and hunt for a spot. Don't forget to tip the valets well as they work hard to make your experience more enjoyable. Whether you're a Naples native or a seasonal "Snow Bird," Bravo in Mercato is always an excellent choice for quality Italian food.

This place was awesome the first time we went there. The second time not so much. The food is decent, atmosphere is nice and the pricing is fair. During our first experience everything was great (food, wait time, staff)... the second time around, everything was lacking and left a bad impression. Your experience may vary... worth checking out if you are visiting and in the area.

During my recent visits to Naples , I always choose to stop with my cousins for dinner at bravos. Location , staff and food are a wow! Totally enjoyed their brunch, poached eggs ,filet, and instead of bread it was a tomato that was breaded and lightly fried in stead of a English muffin ! Wow! Awesome idea and less carbs! Love the ambiance! Will continue to visit Bravos! Love it!

Outstanding lobster bisque. Caesar salad was wonderful. Mushroom ravioli with sweet potato special was incredible. Had cheescake with Carmel sauce. Service was great. Try the flat bread as an app - really good.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Naples. Very romantic feel to it. They also have a area to sit outside; best at night. Great pastas!

Great atmosphere, exactly what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. I had the bravo pasta special and enjoyed it very much. Desserts are presented on a silver platter and all looked good as well - my girlfriend especially liked the chocolate cake.

Food was horrendous. Service was great. Will never go back. Rather go to Olive Garden. Only gets a star because of service.

This place met my expectations from the food to the atmosphere. I felt like the atmosphere would be a bit generic and it fit that. The fact it's in a mall sort of capped that off for me. I thought that the food would be good and that it was. I had a fish dish that was on special and I thought it was prepared well. The calamari and chocolate mousse both hit the mark for me. As long as you know what to expect going in then this place works fine.

I had lunch here with my friend the other day. The service was good along with the ambiance, and the lunch which we both ordered, roasted vegetable salad with grilled salmon, was excellent and a great value. The waiter recommended wine which was very good but a pit pricey. I would recommend this restaurant but order the house wine if you want full value.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

BRAVO! Cucina Italiana
