I have been a loyal customer since the company first opened and while I have tried numerous competitors in the area since, nothing has come close to surpassing them. The customer service and easy access to the owner can't be beat. The consistent quality and great tasting food week over week is the only reason I don't cheat and eat poorly. The menu is so varied, It almost seems like each meal is unique ensuring my mouth and stomach are constantly happy. I can't recommend any food service more than I can recommend Primal Organic. I started with Primal Organic for one reason. I was gaining weight. An injury and more time working was catching up with me. It wasn't a problem yet but I knew that if I didn't get back on a regimented nutrition plan it would be. Nutrition plan is the key word. I didn't need a diet. I needed a well rounded plan of healthy food in reasonable portions delivered to my house. My time spent working had doubled so my time spent grocery shopping, cooking and planning my weekly meals was virtually non existent. Primal Organic to the rescue! I called and they delivered the very next day. I've stayed with Primal Organic for over 6 months and I have no plans to make any changes. The reasons that I'm a loyal customer are very basic. First, it meets my needs. I never have to decide what to eat that day. My meals are planned and customized to meet my needs. Every day I know I'm eating what I should. The second reason I really like Primal Organic is that I see results. The meal plan combined with my workout schedule is an awesome combination. I have tons of energy and I feel that my nutrition is working for me and helping me have even better workout sessions. I look better and feel better. Thirdly, the customer service is excellent. I am able to call the owner directly to make special requests or to stop delivery while I'm traveling. My special requests have been well received and more than accommodated. I see that one of the reviews mentions incorrect deliveries. Mistakes will happen but Primal Organic has always made good on them. I've never gone without the allotted meals for the day and they have always made every effort to make up for any errors. Life moves really fast these days and I know that during the week I don't have to worry about what to eat or worry about making poor food choices. I honestly like having one less decision to make. After reading the reviews here, I decided to give this a try. Unfortunately, I didn't have as great of an experience as a lot of other Yelpers did. I'll begin by stating that the customer service for this place is great. However, I know this because my deliveries were usually wrong; I had duplicate meals. For example, my first delivery had 2 of Monday's breakfast rather than a Monday and Tuesday breakfast. As soon as I would email them, they would respond and tell me they would send me the correct meal for the following day and they would. The reason I gave them 1 star is because I HAD to cancel after I was given a lunch of jerk chicken with completely RAW chicken. I sent the picture to the owner and she was very apologetic and sent me free dinner but at that point I did not want really want to eat any of other meals. I'll upload a picture here. I understand that people make mistakes but considering it is one of the most expensive Paleo deliveries... I expected a lot more for the price I was paying.

I tried a ton of meal delivery programs in south Florida and this one is one of my favorites. Ingredients are fresh, organic and paleo. The menu changes week to week so your never eating the same thing daily. The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with, some days I wanted to skip deliveries and there wasn't any issues. Majority of the meals were tasty, my portions were smaller but they offer different sizes geared to your goals. This meal delivery service is more expensive than many others but you get what you paid for and if your looking for organic this is it!

Tried primal while searching for pure Paleo food options. Had two meals/day for five days and it was nothing short of excellent. Every meal was great tasting, even the stuff I had no idea what it was before trying it. The meals left me full (unlike some other meal delivery places) but never too much food. Only downside is the relatively high price ($215 for 2 meals/day for 5 days) and the fact that they only offer M-F delivery (though when I did share this info through email , Primal told me they can add weekend days for an additional cost). Other companies off 6-7 days for around $150-180/week. I am trying some others and may return to PO if the others don't measure up. Overall Primal Organic is highly recommended!

Coupled with exceptional customer service, I don't know how more people are not taking advantage of such a healthy and convenient lifestyle offering. I could easily see myself being a customer for life, I hope this company never changes.

My boyfriend and I have been on this plan since its inception. We were looking for healthier, organic and paleo food, and we found not only that, but also delicious and tasty dishes, so beautifully presented and so elaborate that it would take hours for me to make them at home. Talking to the owner has become talking to a friend over the phone. She is so nice, and she's definitely the most willing person to adapt to her customers needs that I have ever known! We are incredibly happy with the results. We have become healthier people and have lost weight. This plan has made our lives easier and had brought wellness to us. I am so excited to open my lunchbox on delivery days, to find these delicious meals. We are very grateful to have found Primal Organic Miami, we fully recommend it! Thank you Becky!!

Primal Organic paleo diet delivery is not just the best way to drop unwanted fat, it is the best tasting meal delivery I have ever ordered. I love eating like every meal! I hate asparagus, but there asparagus is crusted in almond flour and tastes divine I'm sure this sounds crazy to anyone who has not heard of the paleo diet. And I am not about to write about nutritional science on yelp. What I want to do is tell you how much I enjoy eating evey Primal organic meal and why. The customer service is simple put... amazing! The owner usually answers and will bend over backwards for you. Calling is like talking to an old friend on the phone. I usually end of laughing half the time. Every meal that comes out of there kitchen consists of whole, unprocessed foods: meat, eggs, seafood, veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds. Paleo has no preservatives, added sugar, grains, bad fats, so neither does Primal Organic. Every meal is 100% gluten free, and they use grass fed meats! When I eat the paleo diet with Primal Organic my body fat melts away. It is awesome because I eat great food and I am never hungry since they provide such great tasting filling food. Eating like this has been great for my metabolism! Not to mention this diet has increased my energy levels, and added hours to my day.

I've tried many paleo/primal meal delivery services in the Miami area, and Primal Organic is by far the best I've had all around. I'll start with the food itself: wow. The quality of the fish dishes is what really impresses me (the ahi tuna salad is to die for). The seasoning on the chicken/beef/pork dishes is unique from meal to meal, and the vegetables differ all the time too. The meals are so unique, and would take me hours to cook on my own. Their customer service is far and above better than the other companies as well. I travel a lot for work, and all I have to do is send an e-mail a couple days before to cancel/put my food on hold. I tried that with another company and they charged me for two weeks while I wasn't in town! If you're looking for a super easy way to eat paleo, Primal Organic is by far the best food delivery company in the area. If you break down the price, it's way cheaper than eating out, and comparable to shopping at the market. And the food rocks!

These people are God sent! I am VERY happy with their services. I found them through Yelp after wanting to try an "at-home-delivery" service for Paleo. I must say, their customer service has been exceptional, and their food is delicious! I have just completed my first week with them, and I have dropped 11 pounds! I am on their weight loss meal plan where the portions are smaller; I believe it is 4 ounces of protein, etc. I never feel hungry, nor have I considered deviating from the diet itself. The food is cooked well, and you can see the quality. Only thing is, is that yes, they are pricey. But I have to give it to them, because they have proven to be worth the price.

I lost 8lbs in two weeks on their paleo diet. The meals include lean meats, healthy veggies, fruits, and breakfast is a restaurant style omelet. I never believed in the gluten free fad until I took gluten out of my diet. After losing those pounds I realized I may have a slight gluten intolerance. I did not take gluten out on purpose was just eating paleo. Anyway I digress. I recommend ordering the weight loss meal plan with 3 meals a day if you are a girl. My guy friend eats the athlete size and it is a ton of food. All the meals come in microwavable containers, but I like to heat up dinner in a pan. Primal organic gets five stars from me. Definitely plan on trying to eat paleo all of 2014.
