I use to , "use to" like this place because the food and prices were decent, but today I order some food , the honey chicken to be exact and the first bite I took spelled like death, so I said whatever, maybe it was just that piece. Second bite I took, I spit it out!!!! The chicken smelled rotten... Sooo, I dragged myself to this place and told them what happened. I took all of the food back including , the rice and the 2 egg rolls. When I get there the very rude oriental lady accused me of trying to scam her for a free meal.. FYI - I don't need freebies , I can pay for my food . All I wanted was for them to acknowledge the chicken was bad. They never did . I told I wanted my money back because my meal was ruined . She refused to give me my money back and only credited my credit card back for 8.75. You guys lost a customer , which I'm sure you don't give a crap that you did . So I'm letting the good people of this town, don't eat here , food is old and rotten. I hope my son doesn't get sick tonight!!! As for customer service - the usual bad treatment and rudeness from the lovely people of China or wherever these yahoos are from. Very disappointed .

Good Chinese Takeout. It's just your standard chinese takeout place located in the mid-corner of this shopping plaza. It's kind of hard to find, but just follow the bright lights. The place is kind of small and they have several tables where you could be seated. The staff there are nice people and the place seems clean enough. Their menu online excited me cause i was led to believe that they had some Chinese BBQ (the ones where you see ducks and ribs hanging from hooks in a glass pane). No such luck when i arrived there. So I decided to get the ribs and chicken dinner combo instead. It comes with pork fried rice, egg roll, and soup. The spare ribs were good, but they aren't as tender as other Chinese places I've had them at. The chicken wings were real good. The skin is crisp and acts as an insulator. Once you bite into the chicken wings, there is an explosion of steam coming from the chicken wing. Be careful, they're good but they're hot. The fried rice was good too. Not too greasy, but nothing special either. Their wonton soup was just normal wonton soup. They throw in some onions and shredded pork slices too. All this food ran me about $8. Overall, the place is a nice find in a tiny shopping plaza. It probably is the best Chinese takeout around the area and is worth a stop in if you're hungry and craving some.

I don't give this place negative starts because I can't... I have never had such bad Chinese food anywhere else as I did today when I ordered take out from here. I ordered a special Wonton soup, chicken with broccoli and chicken lomein, everything was tasteless, the broccoli was soggy and it looked old, I added a whole packet of soy sauce to the soup to see if I could eat it and I just couldn't it was like trying to drink water with dirt, and lastly I didn't think it was possible to f*&% up chicken lomein but boy was I wrong, zero flavor, wrong type of noodles and the chicken was like biting on Styrofoam, it was just plain nasty... oh wait and the fortune cookies were stale... Worst place ever!!!!

Love the food there, it's cheap and always comes out fast. I usually order for to go between pick up and delivery and both services are fast. The ck wings are my favorite, they take forever because they cook it from scratch (at least that is what the staff tells me) but they are the best wings that I ever tried because they are juicy. Overall best quantity and quality for your bucks if you live near west kendall

I haven't been here in years so I can't really say if the quality has changed since I've been there last, but when I went there everything was great. JC was my take out chinese place of choice in West Kendall. The inside of the restaurant is small but quaint. The service is very friendly and it is a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a good chinese joint out in Kendall then do yourself a favor and swing by JC Chinese.

It's decent. Acceptable? Meh. To each his own right? My boyfriend and I ordered takeout from this place- fried rice, egg rolls, ribs...you know, the usual stuff and nothing crazy. Fried rice was decent. Egg rolls were a good size and tasted like any other Egg Roll and the Ribs were yummy! It didn't wow me but I can say I tried it and it didn't make me hurl over my bathroom floor so yay? Oh, it is a small establishment so don't go with a party of 10 or more. I'm pretty sure you'd take up the whole restaurant space :-P

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
