I've been to several Brazilian steakhouses, and was quite looking forward to dinner here. This was the worst experience I have had at a Brazilian steakhouse. The service was inattentive at best by our waitress. The caiparanas were okay. The salad bar was lacking. The meats were generally under seasoned, dry, and in some cases burnt. The sides were all cold and the bananas were terrible. The cheese bread would have been good if they had been warm. The prices are a little lower than other Brazilian steakhouses I have been to, but I will gladly pay the extra money to have a fantastic meal. I won't return to this one.

We wanted to take my mother out for a nice dinner, and she chose Rodizio, as she and her husband had been there once before for lunch, and had a wonderful experience. My mother had made reservations, but had to call and postpone them by a bit. "No problem," they said. Walking in, we realized why there was no problem. The place was empty. There were two other seated tables. They were seated in the same area, close to the salad bar. For some reason, the hostess seated us away from them. We were promptly greeted by a waiter to get our drink orders, but he said that he was not our waiter, and that she would be by soon. I'm not sure if his shift was ending, or what, but we never saw him again - anywhere in the restaurant. First up, our visit to the salad bar. It's not too bad. You can build your own salad, or they have a number of pre-made "salads" you can choose from, like potato salad, corn salad, mozzarella salad, etc. There were a few bits of meat, like (overcooked) roast beef - presented with cubes of cheese. They also have rice and beans, mashed potatoes (which were cold), and some soup. You can choose to eat from the salad bar only, and it's $20. It's not worth it. My rum and coke came with something extra. I'm not sure what it was, but there small white bits of something that looked creamy in my drink. We began looking around for a waiter, but there were none around. After a few minutes, my mother got up to find someone. As she walked by the salad bar, she slipped on something, lost her balance and almost fell near the salad bar. She flagged someone down and the waitress came by our table a minute or so later. She was apologetic about the drink, and about the near-fall. After the waitress left with my drink, the manager came over to apologize as well. She promised us a free round of drinks and some desserts when we were done. The original server had told us that they offered about 20 different meats. Personally, I like to try a variety of them, repeating only my absolute favorites. The gauchos we dealt with were very nice, and very accommodating. My wife likes her meats just barely cooked, while the rest of us preferred medium rare. The gauchos would make sure to bring out the meats just barely cooked, offer them to my wife, and then bring the meat back in to cook it just a bit more. After about 20 minutes of meats (sort of... it would often be 5+ minutes between each meat being brought out), we noticed that we had not received the usual plantains or bread that were served with dinner. My mother asked the waitress about them, and we were told that they were being cooked. She mentioned that they were understaffed that night, having not expected "the rush" that they had. We laughed. What rush? There were a total of four tables seated. Nevertheless, they only had one cook available. So, from what we saw: one hostess, one server (two if you count the guy who disappeared), one cook, two gauchos, and one bartender. After our first round of drinks, we decided to order a bottle of wine. They were out of the bottle we chose, but the manager said she would give us the upgraded version of it for the lower price of the one we had chosen (a $30 difference). The wine was great. Out of the supposed 20 types of meats that they supposedly offered, we ended up being offered about 6 over the course of two hours. The waitress asked if there was anything we would like to try in particular. my wife mentioned that I would like to try that the sausage. They said they would bring some out straight away. Thirty minutes later, there was still no sausage. The meats we were brought over the course of our dinner were of an incredibly mixed quality. No one liked the bacon wrapped parmesan pork. The garlic tri-tip was a big hit. The picanha was decent. The filet we got was completely bland and unseasoned. The manager came by to ask us how our evening was so far. Explained that while all of the service had been good, taken separately, that the experience as a whole had been less than stellar - what with the waits, lack of selection, and everything. The manager was very apologetic, agreeing that it didn't matter if any one part of the night was good - all of the parts needed to be good, or they hadn't done their job. As she walked away, she mentioned that she was going to take care of our dinners. As we finished our desserts (creme brulees and espressos, both of which were awesome), my mother mentioned to us that she had seen a dead roach in the restroom. The men's room floor was sticky - with a trail of something leading from the urinal to the middle of the room. True to her word, we were only charged for our bottle of wine; everything else was comped. The staff tried to right all the wrongs from the night, but bland food and a poor experience aren't enough to bring me back, even if it was all free

Everything here is as I knew it would be. Brevard has been in need of a restaurant like Rodizio for some time. It is a great addition to the Melbourne Square Mall. We had a 7pm reservations and were promptly seated. The staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining to those who have never been to this type of establishment before just how it all works. Our drink order was immediately taken and delivered promptly. The Caipirinhas here are very well made. At the salad bar I had the Feijoada, Ceviche, Potato Salad, and Mushrooms. All were delicious, especially the Feijoada. Skewer after skewer was a delight from Steak, Sausage, Chicken, Lamb, Pork, and Pineapple. We couldn't get enough. For dessert I had the Passion fruit Brazilan Creme. Wow it was like a creamy gelato and just melted in your mouth. So delicious. We will be back. Soon!

I could not have been more pleased. We asked lots of questions and we always great in explaining on the variety of meats. They brought out a special dessert that I had seen online but not on their dessert presentation tray. Meats came faster than I could eat them. My favorite item is the pineapple; it was amazing. I love this place.

Third visit and it just keeps getting better. Best top sirloin any of us has ever had. Wait staff well trained and entertaining. Able to accommodate serious shellfish allergy. Kudos to mgmt, staff and chefs.

This is a first class restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is very nice. Music is great as well. Service very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent. I cannot understand why people would complain as this is one of the best places to dine in Melbourne. Definitely a 5 star restaurant and worth the price!

It would've been 5 stars if I didn't wait for rice and mashed potatoes for over 20 min. The place was mobbed because of a local college graduation. Juliana and Vacey were sweet and attentive. Originally upon arrival the hostess or employee who talked to us wasn't too pleasant. Maybe because it was packed... I have no idea. We wanted to sit outside (which was clear of customers). After waiting in the lobby about 15 minutes, Juliana came with menus and asked the crowd if they've been helped but she didn't know the order in which everyone came in etc. Long story short she was accommodating and pretty much mended the bad impression I originally got. Food was great, salad bar and sides are inside in an isle buffet style. Lunch $19.99 and a pitcher of sangria $16. They bring out 2 different appetizers and it's a pleasant atmosphere. I'd say they need to work on knowing how to handle unexpected crowds. I definitely recommend it, make a reservation if you really want to go. Seems like that's what they prefer. Two dumbs up to Juliana and Vacey. They saved their review and my experience was good.

We had a great time at Rodizio tonight. The staff from the hostess to the meat gauchos were very professional and attentive. We ordered the full Rodizio which means salad bar, sides, and meat. The salad bar was just average, nothing too exciting. The sides were good but the meat was delicious. We also had pitchers of mojitos which were excellent. They were very busy but we were offered every meat imaginable and I was actually full before I had a chance to try everything. They also asked if you wanted something special and made sure that selection of meat or pineapple was brought to your table. I must say Chris Mills made sure we were well taken care of. It's a fun place to eat and drink! One thing to watch out for is that if you plan to wear high heels be very careful. The floors are very slick and I almost slipped on my way back from the salad bar! It's dangerous. Another tip: This place is LOUD. When kids can eat for under $10 you can anticipate that there will be a lot of kids running around and screaming. So plan ahead and make someone the designated driver! You are going to need some alcohol to drown out the monsters!

This is my second visit to this establishment since it opened several weeks ago. I have been to numerous Brazilian Barbeque restaurants in several states, spanning NY through to Texas, and have mostly enjoyed the experience with them. At this restaurant which recently opened in the Melbourne Square Mall, I first note that, as with the first time I visited, it took several minutes before our waitress greeted us (this time she was quicker than the last time). We already knew we were going to do the Full-Rodizio meal, which includes unlimited trips to the salad bar, unlimited appetizers and unlimited selections of Churrascaria- style steakhouse meats (most brought and cut off of a long spike or stake. By the time we came back with our salads, our drinks were already waiting for us. That was great. Then meal went downhill. The first selection of grilled meat was pork medallions brought on a stake. There were three people in our party, and each of us had one. Each of us noticed once we cut into the pork that it was RAW inside. Not just mine, each of our pork medallions were raw. my wife had actually put a piece in her mouth before realizing it was raw, and she spit it out. We threw the pork medallions onto the bowl of appetizers on our table for our waitress to receive. And the next out was some chicken. this time only slightly undercooked. My wife would not eat it, i decided to try it (I'll let you know if i get salmonella poisoning). when the waitress came by, we pointed out the raw pork. she took it away, but her reply was not sorry or I'll let the cook know, but that we have the option or could ask them to cook the meats a certain way. The other meats seemed fine, to my palate, however, after the raw pork medallion, which was our first entree, my wife could not eat any more. I am sure it was the inexperience of the chefs (we watched the two boys behind the grill throughout our experience). But we quickly finished our meals and drinks and left, without dessert. I believe it will be a while before my wife is able to eat at this restaurant again, if she will be able to at all. Overall, nice atmousphere, but mediocre service and terrible experience with the flagship Churrascaria.

I have been in many Rodizio restaurants and this one is by far the worst. Starting with the salad bar the "hot food" was cold and the famous black beans ( that are one of the main reason that I go to rodizios) were not only cold but dry to the point to look and feel like a paste. The rodizio was a tease, the portions were so minute that you weren't sure if you taste it or not. I was with a group and we almost have to stop eating because the dishes were piling up and no one came to clean the table. I can go on and on about it. I definitely will not come back or recommend it. The people that gave them high reviews don't know what Rodizios are all about. Rodizio is a culinary experience but not at the Melbourne Rodizio.

This new restraint is a great addition to a somewhat saturated market (there is no shortage of places to eat in Palm Bay/Melbourne). The concept is intriguing. You can get 'just' the "salad" bar (which has a lot more than just salad) or you can also get unlimited appetizers and various meats and other items that are brought around the dinning area on rotisserie spits and carved off table side. They give you a little red/green toy to use to signal to the people to stop at your table with the meats and such. When we first arrived it was almost comical at the hostess station. The phones were ringing off the hook and we were part of a line waiting to be helped. No one was behind the counter. Meanwhile about a dozen employees could be seen mulling around the kitchen area. Better training or a different workflow for the hostesses please! Service and attention at the table were excellent with about a dozen different people coming to the table at various times for different reasons, including the owner and a manager. Overall they do make you feel special/appreciated. For the appetizers I really enjoyed the plantain fritters but found the other options to be a bit like carnival food, didn't particularly enjoy. For the 'salad' bar I especially enjoyed the Beef Stew, Alfredo pasta, and the Palm Heart soup. The actual salads were very good too. First time having Quill Eggs, which to me seemed like baby boiled eggs. There was a spicy red sauce, traditional Brazilian I think it said, on the salad bar I also found way to hot to eat. I did not save room for dessert so I cannot comment on it. From the kitchen I enjoyed (in this order) the pineapple, lamb, beef options, sausage, and chicken. I did not enjoy the sweet and spicy chicken though. Sadly I missed the fish until I was too full to consider eating anything else. We ordered two pitchers of drink from the bar, the first (a mojito) came out quickly and was excellent. The second was listed as a house specialty and traditional Brazilian drink but was too strong for me to drink (can't recall the name) and took quite a while to get to the table. When we were ready to go it took seemingly forever to bring the bill and take it back to ring out. I guess that is better than feeling rushed? Overall the experience was nice, though pricey. If I was going to go back I would try the Sunday brunch or maybe just lunch. For the dinner the price is quite high and I am not totally sure it is worth it. The food is very good and the food service is excellent. I read a review on here that says it was undercooked/raw, but I didn't get anything even close to that. I gave 4 stars strictly for the food, not the price or hostess service.

Rodizio Grill is a great establishment in the Melbourne Square Mall. It brings an atmosphere that is lively, yet private as well. The hosts and hostesses and servers are very friendly and engaging, are well-trained, and know exactly when to discuss or leave diners alone. One of the servers - Vincent, was particularly spectacular...but then again so were all the others as well. The owner came around to our table and asked if we were enjoying ourselves - we answered "Yes, everything's amazing," but I don't know how that sounded with five pounds of food in stuffed in our mouths. Anyway, it was a great gesture and really made us feel appreciated. As you slowly gorge yourself on prime cuts of pork, turkey, beef, other little scrumptious morsels, and a massive "salad" bar, take a little stroll to check out the scenery inside and out - the glass-window kitchen and fireplace especially - while you try to make room for another plate (or five). After a while you'll sadly call it quits and resign yourself to enjoying an expresso to fight off the urge to just slip off into a meat-induced sleep at the table. Did I forget to mention the full bar and perfect wine list? I did, and for that I apologize. I really suggest saving a tiiiiiiny bit of space for the baked-daily flan, it really is spectacular. Not to be forgotten is the creamy triple chocolate cake, refreshing ice cream with whip cream and the proverbial cherry on top - there is a wide variety, I had passion fruit, and other desserts that my sugar-enhanced mind is failing to recall right now. From start to finish, a great experience. We brought two kids under 3 years of age with us, just to test the staff, turns out they like them more than we do. Just kidding, but they were great with the kids too. Clean bathroom facilities, although I didn't see a changing table in the men's room, and I can't speak for the ladies' facilities. Lastly, I've been to places like this before, and the price here is worth every penny for what is put in front of you. Top quality food! Thanks for a great experience Rodizio! You will be seeing more of me (and all my friends) for sure!

Great food, great service. Heather was a great server. We came at 630 and they were not that busy so it was easier to get your food. Salad bar was very nice with a wide selection. 32 a person for dinner is good considering in South Florida its 50 a person.

Read this before you go!!!! I've been going to rodizios since l was a kid and this is by far the WORST me and my way visited, we've been to many rodizios like, Chima, Texas de Brazil, Fogo de Chao, Porcao and many others, well they all serve you fried polenta, cheese bread and bananas as an appetizer however Rodizio Grill does not do that all the time only if they feel like it!!! Definetely my first and last time visiting this place, not worth $31.99 maybe $19.99 , buffet was a mess and the hot food looked like it had been there for weeks especially the beans, the Gaucho was not bringing enough meat around and whatever he was bringing were either burned or dripping blood, THIS PLACE IS NOT A BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND VISIT A REAL BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE BECAUSE IF YOU VISIT THIS ONE YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED AND GET THE WRONG IDEA OF WHAT A REAL BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE IS!!!! So by saying that if you work hard for your money spend it wisely and not at RODIZIO GRILL, I GIVE THE STAFF A 4 OUT OF 10!!!!

We moved to Melbourne from Miami where we often went to Texas de Brazil and enjoyed fabulous meals amid lovely decor. We expected the same with Rodizios and were extremely disappointed. Service was horrible, the food was mediocre ... The salad bar was dirty and unappetizing ....don't waste your money and digestive system at this dump!

The meal was phenomenal. Service was impeccable. I am truly impressed by the presentation and quality of the food. The outside patio is the best in Brevard County. I cannot wait to visit again!!!

They offer free valet parking for restaurant customers, which is convenient considering its at the mall. Not very good compared to other brazilian steakhouses. The salad bar was decent, but these sort of places usually have a salad bar that will wow. Also it only had one type of soup. As for the meats, selections were plentiful... But their sausage was not very good, the chicken was nice and tender and flavorful, most of the beef selections were pretty good (a few were way too salty), the lamb was amazing and the grilled pineapple was a nice treat. We ordered a pitcher of mojitos, and it didnt have much flavor (we suspect they did not actually crush the mint). For desert the creme brulee was nice, it had a kick of orange that was very good. The passionfruit mousse was decent, but the crumbles in with it had a strange taste so i would not order that again. Dinner for 2 came out to $100 before tip.... I dont think i will return, id rather drive to orlando for a higher quality brazilian steakhouse.

Excellent lunch. Delicious food. Awesome service. Our server Tammy was very attentive and friendly. Best of all the desserts. Can't remember the name but it was fried bisquits covered cinnamon and suger with vanilla ice cream and a strawberry. Superb ending to our lunch. I definitely will be back. I eard the Sunday brunch potatoes are to die for!

After having a bad experience here last time, I was very hesitant to spend my hard earned money on a meal here today. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my dining experience. The meats came to our table fairly frequently. There was a lot more variety in the beef, which I appreciated. The seasoning was good on most cuts. I appreciated the cheesy bread and the fried polenta. The last time I dined here I wasn't even given any bread and the cheesy bread is my favorite part of Brazilian steakhouses. The gauchos were generous with the meat and obliged my requests for larger pieces which I thought was pretty good. The flan was amazing as the last time I was here. I don't know if it was cz we came on a weekend or if they have actually stepped up their game, but my friend and I had a great meal today and I recommend this restaurant.

This isnt no fogo de Chao!! Or Texas de Brazil!! The buffet was small and lacking, how many different types of salad can you have on 1 buffet. All of the meat is served well done. Service was just plain slow spent more time waiting then eating, some of the food clearly taste the cheap. Save your $7 More and go to Fogo de chao. I will be happy to never visit this place again. Best thing on the menu is broiled pineapple.

The colorful array of choices were as mouthwatering as they were diverse. They offer a salad bar with your leafy variety of roughage but add to that the prepared salads and unusual toppers, like quail eggs or golden beets for example, and your up to about 25-30 different choices. At the side-bar they had 9 hot items. My fiancé said the mac and cheese was the best he'd ever had. And then there are the rotisserie options.... Lamb, meat, chicken, pork, fish and even pineapple. Each type of meat was offered in a variety of cuts with different marinades or glazes. However, the most impressive part of my dining experience was the spectacular service I received from Eduardo Enriquez, who is the general manager. I have a dairy allergy and Mr. Enriquez walked me through the entire menu with the greatest care. I can't say enough about this restaurant or it's caring, helpful manager.

Please read the 1 and 2 star reviews about Rodizio Melbourne. They reflect my exact experiences. I have been here twice with a party of 4 and a party of 2. I don't mind paying their price, I just hate waiting and leaving hungry. You wait for up to 5 minutes for each bite of food. And sometimes it takes a full 15 minutes to get a piece of beef. When the manager came over and asked how we were doing, I could only state that my plate was always empty. Eventually you just give up and leave. Recommend going to any local steak house and ordering the steak you want. That way you get what you want without the wait. Horrible restaurant.

Wow. Went there with a Groupon, where we paid $45 for two "Full Rodizio" dinners and a bottle of wine. We felt ripped off, and we paid less than half of retail. Service was ridiculously slow; they said they were short staffed. After reading some Yelp reviews, it seems they are short staffed a lot. Salad bar was OK. Gaucho service was S L O W. Meat was either rare or burned. It was all pretty tough. When we found one type we liked, we asked for more, and it never showed up. I've eaten in churrascarrias in Sao Paulo, Recife, and Fortaleza Brazil, and a couple in Atlanta. This place is a notch above Golden Corral, but 3X the price.

Not sure where all the negative reviews are from. I went to Rodizio Grill recently and had a great experience! We always usually travel to Orlando to go to any type of upscale restaurant, so this is a much needed place. I wish they would've opened this place up in The Avenues in Viera. I felt the salad bar was quite nice and had variety, and the gauchos were great at coming to my table to bring me all the different types of tasty meat skewers. I'm a big eater, and there was eventually a point I had to tell them to stop coming over! For $31.99, I definitely got my money's worth and then some. For all those people who gave this place a low rating because it wasn't like "Texas de Brazil", stop doing the comparisons! Texas de Brazil is located on International Drive which is a BIG market with A LOT of tourists. They can afford to to display huge salad bars among everything else to "wow" you. Rodizio Grill is already very good and a great addition to Brevard County's restaurants which cater to us LOCAL people. Give this place a try and see for yourself!

The service was absolutely fantastic. I sampled just a few of the bar items and got stuffed on a variety of beef, chicken, fish, pork and rattlesnake/rabbit sausage. You better have an appetite to get your money's worth. If the quality and service remain constant, they have a winner here.

We went at night and it was very busy but they had plenty of help to take care of us. They had an amazing variety of meats and gourmet salad bar items with a cool way to serve you. All inclusive price is really reasonable for what you get. I have been to other places like it and this is one is great! Gotta try the Lobster Bisque.

My family was on it's annual trip to Satellite Beach and we like to eat out. My dad loves steak and had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse before so I found Radizio's on Yelp. We had great anticipation and were not disappointed. The salad bar was very good. I started with the Lobster Bisque and it was the best I've ever had. I also had something called the BLT salad which was delicious. I didn't really care for the appetizers, but I didn't come for them anyway! When the meat started to come the world changed for all of us. The Gauchos brought about a half dozen types of beef including Top Sirloin, Skirt Steak, Garlic Sirloin, etc., also there was also lamb, chicken, and fish. One of the gauchos named Stefano was extremely funny and stayed at our table for a nice conversation about the history of the restaurant. The total bill for 5 of us was around $170. Which was $31.99 per person for all you can eat salad bar, appetizers, and meats. We knew this up front so there wasn't much surprise. Lunch prices are significantly lower at $19.99 per person but we didn't want to lose beach time. One more addition is the deep fried bananas and roasted pineapple...I'm not a big fruit guy but the other members of my party said they were extremely tasty. We will be back to Radizio's next summer when we stay in Satellite Beach!

The Waitress was great. The Gauchos were okay. They mainly bring around chicken and "cheaper meats" and rarely bring around the good stuff. Watch out for the salad bar. As it is there to fill you up. Tons of staff there but only a handful of Gauchos and waitresses. If you are looking for authentic then this is not the place for you. Unless you enjoy meat juices flinging off of meat into your water. We had a vegetarian with us and it was hard on her. The only thing she could eat was the fish which came around twice in over an hour. I wouldn't take a date there nor will I go again with family or friends. You can tell it's a chain restaurant. Edit- Most of the chicken was really bland. The lamb was good. The appetizers were good. The flan was good. The seviche was probably the best at the salad bar..with frozen pre prepped shrimp. It didn't mix well with the meats.

Arrived 7:45 on a Thursday night and it was not crowded at all. We still had to wait for a hostess to show up to take my party of 4 to a table. Then waited again before some ditzy waitress decided to show up to say she would back in a few minutes to take a drink order. Finally, after 20 minutes from arrival to taking a drink order the waitress again showed up for drink orders. Only ordered waters and soda. Took forever for those and the appetizers to arrive. The salad bar/ side dish area had quite a variety of choices and was well-stocked and replenished. There were more salad type items as opposed to vegetables or starches to accompany the neat items. The gauchos rounded very frequently, explained the item they were carving, and the majority of the meats were quite good. Sampled about 10 different meats from sausage, pork, beef, and poultry families. Most were seasoned fairly well. Had to track down another waitress to send our waitress over for soda/water refills. Had asked for another round of appetizers, especially the bananas. The appetizers showed up at the end of the meal and to no surprise the waitress forgot the bananas. Overall, the food was good but the service by the waitress was horrible. (It seemed that other tables also were looking for their waitresses as well. Would have liked to stiff her for her tip but I felt that if the tips were pooled the gauchos deserved something) . Probably will not go back. It is more worth the drive to Orlando and a bit more money to go to Texas de Brazil?

Was there on vacation and was pleased to see a Brazilian steakhouse in the area. Went for lunch and we were seated immediately. Took some time for server to come to table, but no real problem. After ordering and turning our coaster to green (meaning you are ready for the servers to come to your table with the meats) it took quite awhile between servers. They would come out and go to other areas and would give out all meat before making it back our direction. This was a little annoying since the restaurant was not busy. They did redeem themselves by bringing out more variety and the meats were really good. Have had better at other brands , but the $19.99 price was the best we had ever seen for what you received. The grilled pineapple was the star of the show even for this meat loving human. Overall very good, with some work needed on service.

13 of us had dinner there Sat food was 1st class the gauchoes were on the spot and gave enough foodd to geta good taste and were ready to give you more . we will be back again and have told our friends that it was well worth the price . There were a couple of negatives we had to wait 15 mim to get ouur drinks and had to search out the waitress to ge our checks (20 ) miinutes I think she was just overwellmed she didn't stopat the table to check on us . A sugjestion ask if you want the plates changed out the were a couple people who didn' want to mix the salad with the meat . Other then the training for the watresses a 5 star place

So we were excited to see that they were opening a new up and coming restaurant to Melbourne. We have been to a few Brazilian places in CA, both LA and San Diego and would consider myself a foodie. The decor was very nice, the dark wood and the style seem to be modern although Not Brazilian at all in fact all pictures they had on the wall were somewhat disturbing people with big feet and no faces, almost derogatory being of Latin decent. The place was busy for lunch time and the buffet style didn't seem to flow very easy with all the people and gaucho's passing in the same area with their meat sticks. We ordered a pitcher of the capriahana's and were super dissapointed the pitcher only filled 2 small glasses, at $16 we should've just gotten a single glass. The food was ok, the salad and appetizers were tasty and they did have a selection although it just seemed so disorganized and crowded that it was almost not worth going back to the buffet. The meat selection was "ok", we were only given about 5 options of meat although they kept bringing the pineapple back to our table, definitely felt cheated out of the meat options and portions. Also, the floors were super slippery and the restroom is right outside of the bar with a lot of traffic, it could definitely be a hazard. Overall, I have had much better food and ambiance, not sure if we'll try again when it is more established although for $30 a person..might not be worth it:(

I went there with great expectations, but came out vastly disappointed. Let's start with the good things first . The entire staff was all super friendly, very excited, and seemed genuinely interested in helping you. The place was clean and the buffet was well maintained. The servers were dressed in very authentic garb. Now let's address what was wrong. They do a very poor job trying to create a Brazilian rodizio experience. Let's be specific. I was offered tomatoes with parmesan cheese about 7 different times. I was offered some picanha once but it was so rare that I had to reject it, and had to implore for them to bring out some more that was somewhat cooked. You hardly see any beef! The pineapple guy stopped about 5 or 6 times at our table, but the beef did not start coming until our table looked very annoyed. Everyone asks you what you would like them to bring, but you only actually get what you asked for about 25% of the time. Your requests just fall into this dark black hole and are just ignored. That's unacceptable for $32 a head! When the beef did show up, it was all rare on the inside and you couldn't get anything without having to trim the uncooked part out of it. Not only that, but they seemed to forget to put a coating of salt on the outside of the beef skewers after slicing the outer layer as it is customary in Brazil, so I had to keep adding salt to whatever little beef I got. They pulled some cheap tricks that I didn't much care for. They brought all the cheap meats first repeatedly and no beef. I had given up on the beef ever coming out again and started hitting the buffet to make up for it when it finally came out, but very sporadicaly. I think we sat there for over an hour wondering when we were going to sink our teeth on some juicy steak. Some of the people eating with us were joking about the Red/Green token used to get the attention of the servers by saying that we would never get to use the red side of it (stop the flow of meat) the way things were going. Everyone is super nice and they swap your dirty plates for clean ones for you and all, but you go there to eat steak. When the steak doesn't show up you just kill the experience. It doesn't matter how friendly the place is. The place wasn't even very busy, so there is no excuse. These are the first weeks of the restaurant being open. This is when they are supposed to shine the most to attract the attention of potential customers. I was rooting for them to be great but they blew it.

Our visit to Rodizio last night was ok. The hostesses at the front were very disorganized. We told the main hostess that we were meeting friends and had a reservation at 6pm. She asked for the last name which we provided, checked her list and said they have not checked in yet. We said we would go ahead and get the table. The main hostess said go with ? name. There were 4 hostesses and not one of them introduced themselves as the hostess to seat us. As we were walking to a table, our friends (who the hostess said had not checked in) called out to us as they had a already been seated! They really need to train their hostesses better. We ordered and the food was good. We asked several staff members ~ 7 for pineapple and then after 15 minutes of asking, the manager came to visit our table. We explained that we had been asking for pineapple for 15 minutes. He said he would get it taken care of a long and behold 2 servers came in an instant. The price for what you get is fair at best. Deserts are not included and were $6 each. Coffee was another $3 which is ridiculous. When you spend $32 for a meal and then another $6 one would think they could at least provide complimentary coffee. They really nickel and dime you. The prices and service you pay for what you get is not worth it.
