Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Our first visit... The salsa was not impressive (no taste). They did not have Horchata (very disappointing). But the food itself was pretty good. So I'll give them 3 stars for now. If they fix the salsa & start offering Horchata, I'll give them 2 more stars.

So I've been here several times now. I must say I've had consistently good Americanized Mexican food here. Their margs are strong (which I like). Only giving 4 stars because service isn't always good. I've moved to a different part of town so I will update when I try another location (this is for suntree area).

Fiesta Azteca is not hit or miss. Its not always bad and not the greatest around. Been here too many times when I lived in Florida that the most consistent ingredient that makes the experience the win or lose is the SERVICE. Plenty of times we have had a bad server which then results in LONG WAITS (because they dont put in the order immediately after taking it), Drinks get dry... you get left alone for a while wondering if they are out in the back killing the cow. The food has always been no less than good. Its good. Really hard to mess up thin cut skirt steak or a wet burrito full of rice, beans and your choice of meat. THe only thing to watch out for big time is the TACOS. if you order tacos, this place wets the Tortillas before adding the meat and susbtance... so any wait longer than 5 mins after being prepared, you are gauranteed a WET TORTILLA experience. It will break apart upon picking it up. Here is a tip because of the MILLIONS of TACOS I have eaten in the past. ASk for your tortillas DRY... not wet. Most likely that will help with your eating experience. If you want sauce...ask for SALSA on the SIDE. Then pour that lovely concoction over your tacos once you get them. But the food is good. I dont eat Rice much so I cant comment on that. THe beans didnt smell old and overcooked. Lots of veggies on the side when it comes to the steak plates. ENjoy.

Haven't been here in a couple years but went last month and the food was actually pretty good. . our server just got up and left us high and dry the manager was not pleasant at all he has sent the server out to the bank for him and left us with nothing.

I've eaten here a handful of times, and think it is one of the top Mexican restaurants in central Florida. The service is excellent, food is great, and atmosphere is family style. Come sit down, and enjoy the experience of this great place for yourself!

Mexican food is not my favorite. I've been here a couple of times and it's always average the mole was bland for mole and the flautas looked more like chimichangas and they were very wet and soggy. The service was good however so givinh it a fair

We informed the waiter that there was a black, long, curly hair in our fajita cheese (we had to order cheese as a side- it's an add-on item). Didn't apologize right away- just said, "How did that get in there?" And proceeded to look at my hair, then my daughter's hair(the hair was clearly not a match!). He walked away and started taking another table's order. We were so disgusted, not only by the hair, but by the mistreatment, that we got up and left. Only when we were out the door did he call out "Sorry" to us. We will never eat there again!

Being a new resident in the Suntree area, we gave Fiesta a try a few months ago and was good enough to warrant a second visit last night. It was nothing like I remember it to be. I love salsa...love it on the chips and I like to put it on my food. The salsa last night was, for me, some of the worse I have ever had. The only taste was the very strong taste of cilantro...which I don't like. My husband ordered a small dish of their hot salsa, which he liked much better. For dinner I ordered my favorite, a chile relleno. When my meal arrived, it was an oval platter with lots of beans and a square something on the plate. I asked what it was and was told it was my chile relleno. I was like...where is the pepper stem, where is the egg batter, where is the pepper???? Their version is a very small pepper, wrapped in tortillas...LOTS of tortillas! Not a traditional relleno at all...very disappointing. I also had the house margarita...nothing to write home about either...very watered down. The whole dinner was a bust, and we will not be going back. Don't waste your money on this place...

This place is exactly that - its meh. I didn't drink here, so I can't speak to their sangria. It seems like a lot of the reviews here are just happy that they pour with a heavy hand, but if you're just looking to get smashed, go to the tiki bar on the pier. I think I had a tecate. It's not horribly offensive or anything, but it reminded me almost exactly of ChiChi's right before they closed. Lots of iceberg lettuce and stale corn chips. I had a salad, and the chicken was sort of stuck in the bottom of it and soaked the taco shell part, the whole thing was very flavorful (the chicken didn't have any noticeable spice, the veg was all watery and not vibrant tasting). I wouldn't object if a group decided to visit here again, but I might suggest other places i the area.

I have been here many times and to many of their locations. Every location is decorated in that rustic baja style so many Americans are used to. I must say that the food here is not my favorite at all. Usually dishes are under spiced and overcooked. Meat dishes like Machaca come out dry and tacos come out with stale shells and lack flavor. Mariachis make for a good enviroment but the food is equally as important.

Fiesta Azteca has several locations in Brevard County. Recently I decided to treat myself to lunch and since I was nearby I visited the Suntree location. I love Margaritas but I'm not a big fan of Margarita mix. I took the time to read the menu and discovered the Partida Rita has lime juice but no mix, so I ordered one. Although it is more expensive than some of the other Margaritas, I think it's worth it. I also ordered the Enchiladas Rancheras and they were delicious. The service was sufficient although certainly not warm or friendly. When the server walked by she commented, "I'll HAVE to come back with your Margarita because I HAVE to squeeze the limes". I will give her credit for checking back with me twice to see if I needed anything else. Although that practice should be standard after serving an entree, I have found it lacking in some local restaurants recently. Fiesta Azteca of Suntree merits four stars for this review due to a good Margarita with real lime juice, tasty food and OK service.

My family has been coming here for years--to this location and previous ones. It's a great option for a hearty mexican meal. I've had everything from the burritos and tacos to the carne asada and enchiladas and all have been really tasty. They have a great bar area and Candace the bartender is awesome. My dad is in every so often and she always greets him by name and remembers his "usual" order. Service like that goes a long way. Also-- the chips and salsa are very good-- salsa is fresh and spicy. If you're looking for a Mexican restaurant in the Melbourne area, this is your place.

What a great experience, we had a party of 22 which we called ahead for. Our table was ready when we arrived and we were immediately seated. They were fast and efficient , all of the food came out at the same time . Everything was fresh and tasted great. We were extremely happy with the service.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I was in town visiting my Dad so he chose this place. Usually I am safe with ordering a chicken dish because who knows the quality of ground beef at restaurants these days. Wrong! I ordered the fajita burrito with chicken and when our meal came out within minutes of taking our order I knew something was not right. Processed food at a restaurant - yuk! The chicken was clearly processed chicken strips - not even all chicken ones. It makes me ill to think about it. I have been to many Mexican restaurants through the years (including chain ones) and this one has been the absolute worst. No flavor to the entire dish but maybe the entire burrito was already made and just warmed up. My Dad commented that the rice was better this evening than on a previous visit making me wonder how much worse and bland that could have tasted. My Dad ordered two ground beef tacos and seemed happy with them but then again when he does not have to cook his own meal he is happy. I will not tell my Dad what I truly thought of this restaurant out of respect for him but I will never return. If he suggests it ever again, I will counter with another restaurant he likes. I will also let my siblings know so they do not have to be put through paying $12 for a processed meal. Very disappointing.

What a disappointment. I had been looking for some authentic Mexican food since leaving Southern California, but Azteca does not have it. The food is middle of the road and uninspired. I had a seafood chimichanga, and asked my server if some spice could be added to it, maybe some fresh habanero or serranos. When my food arrived it looked as if an entire can of jalapeños had been dumped inside my burrito. The canned taste went all through the whole thing and it was not good at all. My kids each had burritos that were the same uninspired, tasteless dreck. Azteca is pseudo-Mexican, Americanized food hiding in melted cheddar and premade blech.

I grew up in los Angeles and am a aficionado of Mexican food. Its always hard to find the real thing. Not only is this the best Mexican food I have had outside of California but place is clean family run and excellent service. Waitresses and waiters are top notch. Full bar and great margaritas.

Fun authentic atmosphere with just amazing Mexican food. Make sure you bring your appetite as the portions are enough to make Kevin Smith need a doggy bag. Try the Queso Fundita for a wonderful family appetizer. The Fajita Trio is amazing and is even more fun if you order it for two and share with your bestie. By far the best Mexican in Brevard.

We have tried this place several times and the service has hit an all time low. Late lunch and after 20 mins at our table, we got chips and water and saw our server breeze by no less than 5 times- twice promising to "be right back". They never even took our order - we just walked out. Food is mediocre, certainly not worth the terrible service.

Went there two days ago for the second time in few months. We really liked their chips and salsa and chicken quesidillas both times. Was very busy for lunch on a weekday - lot of businesses close by. Service was good. Waitress did not clear dishes; she was not too experienced and seemed a little overwhelmed by the lunch crowd, but she took care of us well otherwise. Not too big of a fan of the enchilada lunch special. Had fajitas the time before and they were good. Heard they had a good Cinco de Mayo street party last year. There is another planned for tomorrow.

Our waitress was clearly not happy when our group of 10-ish coworkers sat down. Her voice was just dripping with disdain when she was taking drink orders, and afterwards made an icy-sounding comment along the lines of, "I suppose you're all going to want separate checks." But the Head Honcho said he was paying for the whole table. All of a sudden she lightened up and I didn't feel the need for a jacket every time she entered the room. Chips and salsa on the table before the meal are not great. The salsa is watery. I didn't hate the meal itself, but it was just sort of bland and hard to really like. Also... see the picture I've added. I'll admit that I don't know a whole lot about how authentic Mexican cuisine is prepared... but I never would have imagined THAT. But hey, the table got a good laugh out of it!

It's average at best. Its decor is exceptional from the faux walls to the ceiling tiles. The wait staff isn't as perky as they should be. Service is slow, but thorough. I ordered arroz con pollo, and the piece of chicken I got was fatty and chewy. But I'm picky about my chicken. It was cooked thoroughly. I ordered a Milano premium Margarita which was outstanding. Their hot salsa (you have to ask for it) is quite good. Work on the chicken quality (you can upgrade via Sysco), have the wait staff smile a little more, and you'll have a definite winner.

Better than average mexican food... A small local chain. Fair portions and prices, a good place for lunch. My favorite is the steak mexicana, but ive not heard a complaint from any of my companions in my many visits about various other entrees. Try the partida (spelling?) margarita, its perfection

This place has some amazing service. The salsa is to die for! The Queso is really good, then the food.... You have to stop by if you ever get into Melbourne!

This is a great place to have a fun dinner at. You can enjoy good Americanized Mexican food here without dealing with beachbums that are prevalent at other establishments. I have been going here for the past 4yrs, and service and food quality has always been the same- very acceptable. I'm a bit tainted when it comes to Mexican food, having lived in Los Angeles for 13yrs, where I have had home-cooked, authentic Mexican food. For a chain restaurant, it does good! Plates of food usually arrive at your table baking hot, so watch those plate edges.

A local Mexican chain with four Brevard locations. Part of a somewhat pristine office building and plaza, occupying what was once the Durango Steakhouse. It looks generic and clean enough to be a national chain. Chili's/Friday's type atmosphere with these great booths that really bring the family together. And by great, I mean terribly cramped. The standard chips and really bad salsa were slowly rationed to us through the evening. The menu is typical, but about $2-$3 over what you would normally expect to pay. For example, two tacos with beans, $8.75. What? I had a Taco, Enchilada, and some other tortilla derivative. All terrible, and I mean terrible. The term "plastic food" is really appropriate in this instance. Edible, but crappy. If you insist on experimenting, print a "buy one entree, get one 1/2 off" coupon from their website.

Fiesta Azteca is one of my favorite eateries in the area. The service is always prompt and friendly. The food is so good and you get a lot of it for a great price! Last night my boyfriend had a #15 with two margaritas, I had the shrimp enchiladas with rice and refried beans and a daiquiri. We got out of there for $36 + tip and it's always tasty! The chips come with a mild salsa that's great on it's own, but they have bottles of hot sauce at the table to spice it up. During lunch they can get you in and out in 30-45 minutes. If you seek budget-friendly, quick and friendly with good, strong drinks, you will love Fiesta Azteca as much as I do.

Food and service just awesome. The best mexican food in the county by far! Happt hour margaritas are so good and not watered down. We have become regulars. The owners are so nice and make you feel like family.

We went to this place hoping that since there always seems to be cars that it would be good Mexican food. This place gets one star for several reasons the first being that the food was not good. Not sure what it was, but it was NOT Mexican food. On top of that it wasn't even good food. It was bland. The chips were stale. The second reason was that the service was terrible. We had to ask for refills more than once and it seemed as if we had been forgotten. Overall it was a terrible dining experience and we haven't been back since.

If I could give 1.5 stars it would be more appropriate. This is a review of my experience last night when I ate here as part of a car club gathering. Now I am not expecting culinary revelation at Fiesta Azteca. They are very good at their craft, which is to provide acceptable Americanized Mexican food in a fun relaxed atmosphere. In this regard they performed admirably. My issues are with what happened before and after our meal. Our reservation was for a party of 10 on a Saturday evening. While I understand it was a peak time, it was storming outside, and I would assume as a result, their business would be affected. We had 20 people show up for our dinner event. I am guilty of bring 5 of the extra 10 folks as we had folks show up at the last minute on a whim. When we presented this situation to the host, we were met with a rather cool response. I understand it may be an inconvenience to string together a couple extra 4 tops to our large booth against the wall. However as a few of our group were spending time at the bar while waiting, I would think, the inconvenience would be well worth it to the management. We were finally granted our table for 20, and made to feel as though we were being done a favor by the front of the house. The meal itself was uneventful- the refried beans , chips and salsa, and other staples were just as you would expect at a venue like this, which is to say uneventful and predictable. We came here for their ability to host a large group in a festive atmosphere, not for culinary expertise. The service was game- I got my drinks without waiting, chips and salsa were refilled promptly, and the food was served (considering the size of the group) promptly. We paid our separate checks and ventured outside to the parking lot where we lingered for well over an hour, looking at each others cars. Remember I said we were a car club. After about an hour we left. All told we spent in excess of $1200 during our dinner. This becomes relevant now- after we left the restaurant premises- this is after we spent an additional hour in the parking lot chatting- our club president gets a phone call from the manager. He is clearly irate and states that one of the 20 folks at the table did not pay his bill, and that he holds said club president responsible for the $20 tab. Several variables are at play here. At least 12 separate tabs here for the party of 20, one server for the entire table, and lots of folks buying pitchers of beer. The bottom line is that our table was presented with several checks. We paid every one of them. As several of our group ( including me) have been in the service industry, our tabs all had proper gratuity (20%). We spent over 1200, paid the bills we were presented, and gave proper gratuity to a truly overwhelmed server who did give us a superb effort. My issue is with management. We spent (for Brevard county) a large sum on dinner, tipped well despite our reservation hang up, and were confronted with a very unprofessional phone call after the fact to collect a check for about $20 that the server did not present. Draw your own conclusion, and spend your time and money as you see fit. I would not come back, as the main purpose (for me) to come here is a festive atmosphere, a venue that can accommodate a large group, and food that does not offend. Apparently management is quite good at offending.

I agree with the review - food is meh. Good happy hour price for house margarita but over all just OK. Will probably not return. Still hunting for good Mexican food in the space coast area. FYI: just relocated from NM.

Fiesta Azteca Suntree is were I always go. tasty ground beef enchiladas. the fajitas were strange to me as they were coated in some kind of sauce - I'm not used to that and do not care for it. I will say the people here are GREAT! I just love the family, the daughters, the dad who is the owner and his beautiful wife - I don't know their names but they are the nicest people. Every time I go in there all of the employees and the folks that run the place are so happy to see me and it's not like I go here every day - maybe once every other month or something, sometimes a little more when I'm jones'in for enchiladas. I will say it's not the best mexican food I've ever had (I'm from California and it's hard to beat) but it's still good and the service is very friendly, there are always people eating here, the restaurant decor looks really great, nice and warm and mexicany. I love it. I feel like I'm at a real mexican restaurant. This is my go to mexican place.

It's got a great atmosphere, but the food doesn't live up to it. I got fajitas and they came out looking as though they had been stewing in a pot for hours and the only pan or grill they saw was the one it was served on. The taste isn't bad, but I had been told by a coworker that everything was prepared in advance, so I asked if the fajitas were cooked to order, and was assured that they would be.

This place is just awful. The service wasn't stellar and the prices aren't bad ,but the amount of food that they serve that is frozen is very obvious. So i agree with the poster who said it was "plastic food". Everything was very salty and is most likely due to being packaged/processed food with tons of preservatives. I'm sorry, I just like my Mexican food made with fresh ingredients. That doesn't seem to be the case here.

This place has gone downhill fast. Food is horrible at best and service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes for a table and the place was empty. Host wasn't very polite and made a comment "What is with all the 5 and 6 person parties tonight... I don't have time or room for this". There were only 4 other groups of diners in the entire restaurant, minus the bar area. Waiter was rude and pushy. When we were trying to decide what our son would eat, he picked up the menus off of our table and THREW them on a neighboring table and rolled his eyes because we must have been "taking too long". I never thought you could mess up refried beans, but somehow they succeeded in doing so. Even the Mexican ice cream was horrible... the outside crunch was crappy corn flakes that were stale and nasty. We live nearby and by the time we got home, my husband was sick. Everyone else feels ill as well. I do not recommend them. Please steer clear of this restaurant. Take some extra time and drive to Cocoa Beach or Satellite Beach for some great Mexican food. I won't return again. They've lost a customer.

I only give 5 stars for 2 reasons 1: The whole dining experiance was spectacular. 2: I eat there on a very regular basis which isn't far from the first reason. This place has great service to go with better than average food. My drink never seems to hit the bottom. They provide free chips and sulsa that they make in house they have both mild and hot. The place is very clean and lunch is delivered fast. The service brings you in and the food brings you back.

Early bird... I was by myself. Waitress treated me as if I were a bother to her during slow time. Had to retrieve silverware and napkin myself from the next table. I was the only customer at the time and was seated at the ONLY table without silverware! Tried the chile rellenos. I lived in El Paso 18 months and love them. Not here! I don't consider a 3 inch raw chile wrapped in a big flour tortilla and covered in cheese sauce to be a true chile rellenos meal. Beans and Mexican (?) rice were way too salty. Besides, there was something at the bottom of my iced tea. Caught it on my tongue before I swallowed. It looked like a roach wing. I was done after that!

This particular restaurant will not give you enough hot salsa even if you request it! My wife and I went there a few times and were happy but, this last time they brought us 2 bowls a little bit bigger than thimble sized salsa bowls. I asked for about 4-5 more and the waiter brought me 1 tiny one. I asked why and he said they were running low on salsa! Pretty hard to believe so I seen who I thought was the manager and called him over and asked him about it. He said they might be running low but, he said he tells his wait staff to give out only small amounts of salsa! We were appalled! We will NEVER go back to this restaurant. The food was good but, I don't like being told how much hot salsa I like! I prefer to make that decision. The one on Sarno in Melbourne is much better. But, I prefer Cantina Dos Amigos in Satellite Beach or the one in Indialantic as they know how to make Mexican food and how to serve their customers. If I could give no stars to this place I would!

Ive been to this location twice. The first time i went was fine but i don't believe i will be returning after my most recent visit. I ordered take out and the entree came with a side of rice and beans. After i got home i opened the box and it had my entree but it had barely 2 TBL spoons of rice and 1 TBL spoon worth of beans. Talk about cheap - or they just weren't paying attention and didn't care. I'm not generally a picky person but i do like to get what i pay for and this wasn't what i paid for. To make it worse i called the restaurant and the manager was rude enough to give me attitude about it. He said he couldn't do anything about it unless he saw proof. - Seriously? like id waist my time complaining about some beans? i told him i lived too far away and couldn't come back. I couldn't believe he sat and argued with me about something so silly, all i wanted was an acknowledgment and maybe an apology - i just moved to the area and my husband and i eat out all the time - i just wanted piece of mind that it wouldn't happen again the next time. I wasn't even trying to get a refund for the beans- even though i believe it could have been warranted. What i RECEIVED was good but I'm not willing to order takeout again and have it be a surprise if they actually give me what i ordered. This is my first time posting on yelp, i figured since my time was so dispensable i would let everyone know about their "customer service."

But, I prefer Cantina Dos Amigos in Satellite Beach or the one in Indialantic as they know how to make Mexican food and how to serve their customers. If I could give no stars to this place I would!

ENjoy.

Better than average mexican food... A small local chain. Fair portions and prices, a good place for lunch. My favorite is the steak mexicana, but ive not heard a complaint from any of my companions in my many visits about various other entrees. Try the partida (spelling?) margarita, its perfection

Our first visit... The salsa was not impressive (no taste). They did not have Horchata (very disappointing). But the food itself was pretty good. So I'll give them 3 stars for now. If they fix the salsa & start offering Horchata, I'll give them 2 more stars.

Haven't been here in a couple years but went last month and the food was actually pretty good. . our server just got up and left us high and dry the manager was not pleasant at all he has sent the server out to the bank for him and left us with nothing.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
