Oh man! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this restaurant is!!! ( same to ALL franchises). It is very clean, quick service, and more importantly DELICIOUS. Keep it up, Chipotle.

Lame food. Very little meat. Mostly rice. Stale chips. Even worse service. Ordered guacamole on one bowl, got it on both. "Want me to re-make that?" No. Still got charged. Crew members with dreadlocks and no hair nets. I will stick to my local mom and pop Mex joint.

The food is average and that goes for the whole franchise. This one is average in terms of cleanliness, although the help is friendly and attentive. The interaction with the staff is pleasant and is a huge part of why this restaurant is seemingly successful.

Poor service. Every table was dirty. Had to wipe mine off myself. Burrito fell apart when I picked it up. This place just opened! Should be running smooth.

My wife and I both got a huge chunk of fat in our carnitas salads. I love Chipotle, but it defeated the purpose of getting a salad. And it was gross.

It was very busy, it was lunch time and they seemed very understaffed. People were returning orders and people were leaving uneaten food on the tables. I don't know if this is unusual for Chipotle but I really wish I had skipped on Chipotle. The prices were pretty good but the food was awful and stale. I wouldn't go back and I for sure won't tell anyone to go.

Okhay okhay... I gave one star to this Chipotle the last time I reviewed it, so I am back with an updated review. Went on a Thursday night and things weren't so bad. Knives, spoons and forks were fully stocked, napkins were there and no bits of food on the tables. The line was very long albeit moved slowly. For once they weren't out of a vital ingredient like rice or meat which was refreshing. The chicken was well cooked. One May say it was even somewhat seasoned which it has never been for me in the past. The salsa finally had some flavor and well the staff wasn't half bad. Girl at the tortilla press is still throwing quesadillas wrapped in foil down the line. When will she learn that there is a large likelihood of them ending up on the floor? The price is fair and the amount of protein you get is good. I can't complain anymore. This place is 1-star compared to Chipotles' around other parts of the country but since Melbourne is literally littered with substandard restaurants, I'll give this place 3 stars on a relative scale.

I absolutely do not like this quick serve restaurant at all! I dont like the way their ingedients taste, especially the meat. To me this is the blandest mexican food experience of my life. Food obviously engineered for white people who cant get beyond simple salt and pepper. Just awful! Tabasco, seriously Tabasco!

I have been here twice . Both times they are very busy and some what disorganized. The second time I ordered a burrito bowl and asked for the tortilla to be on the bottom of the bowl. The lady completely disregard what I said and asked the person behind me for their order while sending me on my way without my tortilla . I believe that they need to slow down and TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER regardless of how busy it is .

Cashier puts her finger inside the cups when separating from another cup. I watcher her do this 5 times while in line. Needles to say I did get a drink

I was excited to see chipotle after enjoying one in Orlando. You will go thru the line and build your meal. I had a bowl with cilantro lime rice, carnitas, black beans, corn, salsa, sour cream, cheese , and lettuce. Guacamole is $1.80 more but I decided I would get it this first time. Everything was delicious- the rice was perfectly cooked and flavored- not gummy at all. All that I added was fresh as well. I do not think I will get the guacamole again. It was good (I am particular) but they gave so much it overpowered everything. Also, I admit I think 1.80 is a bit much, better to charge less and give less. Will I go back? Yes! It was great.

Foods great BUT why do I have to be an engineer to get the men's room sink to work? CONE ON MAN!

A little heaven on earth! Fresh lettuce, salsa, cheese and sour cream! This is my 3rd time here in less than a month! Had heard of it before and actually walked out with out trying it because of the line. Now the line means nothing because I can't wait to have a bowl!

I've never had a bad experience at this Chipotle. I use the order ahead feature on their app I'm in and out of the restaurant in less than 2 minutes. Although when I have the time I do like to dine in. Indoor and outdoor seating which always a plus and the restaurant is always clean. The guacamole is always fresh and the corn salsa is very good!

I usually get takeout here as it get's pretty crowded inside and the line sometimes goes out the door. I'm pretty sure they put crack in the burritos because I'm addicted to them. Only complaint I guess is that occasionally they'll have someone rolling the burritos who doesn't know how to roll one properly so it breaks. Not a big complaint for me as that's what a fork and knife are for. Burritos are my favorite food and I'd take Chipotle's over 95% of most local mom/pop "authentic mexican" food type places.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
