They try to remedy this by opening a second drive-thru lane during these times, but I always find this to be counterproductive. There's no menu at this second line, so if you go through it, be sure to know exactly what you want. You'll give your order to an employee standing under a tent, and they only take credit cards in this line. Then you'll pull forward and wait; an employee will walk your order over to your car when it's ready. I've used this line 3 times now and, all 3 times, I've noticed that the normal line moves much faster then this one - again, counterproductive, as I always regret not just staying in the original line. In addition, they've screwed up my order on a couple different occasions - giving me the wrong thing or not including something they should have.

I have a friend who jokes the key to successful parenting includes occasionally going to a McDonalds or a Chick-Fil-A that has a play structure! With healthier kid's meals options and a new appreciation for playgrounds, I can see why so many parents I know, including my sister, can relate to this statement. The Chick-Fil-A in Viera has a nice children's play area and the usual food options. Having never been to a Chick-Fil-A, I have enjoyed the chicken items I have had here. It is fast food, I can't really pretend it's healthy, although maybe not as greasy than other fast food, but it was a nice treat made even better by letting the kids run around. The clean and friendly restaurant also has a variety of family events and deals that would make an occasional trip here even more worthwhile.

This is my 'local' Chick-fil-A and everything about the place top notch. I dine here at least once a week and enjoy the chicken nuggets. My only complaint is that occasionally, they don't salt the waffle fries enough or at all. They are much better than most places about salting fries. The help there are always the best. They always have the best attitudes. I have yet to meet an employee that was rude or even disinterested.

Hands down Chick-fil-A is my favorite for grab and go food. I have been to this Chick-fil-A in Melbourne four times. Every time that I am in town I make it a priority to stop at a Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is something that we do not have a New York. For those of you who don't know Chick-fil-A is a fast food restaurant that serves nothing but chicken. They serve grilled chicken sandwiches and fried chicken sandwiches using a pressure cooker which makes the chicken extremely moist and juicy. Just a note you cannot eat Chick-fil-A every single day if you do a check for every single day you will gain a lot of weight. They also have items for kids like grilled chicken nuggets. Chick-fil-A also has a healthy menu with alternative options. When ordering a sandwich at Chick-fil-A you can choose if you want to grilled or crispy you also have three different choices of cheese. Sandwich that I always get is the spicy chicken sandwich. Spicy chicken sandwiches actually spicy and when you bite into it you can see that it was battered with Cayanne pepper. The chicken here is so juicy that you actually don't even need condiments. Pricewise Chick-fil-A is actually relatively cheap compared to most fast food restaurants. Most of their standard chicken sandwiches cost around $3.50 to $4.50. For that price and the quality of the food I highly recommend Chick-fil-A. The staff at this Chick-fil-A is very good they seem like they really do enjoy their job they always have a smile on their face and the food is always prepared how you order it. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait here but that's because you know that they're making your food fresh it's not sitting underneath the hot lamp. Overall Chick-fil-A is really really good fast food. At this location everything taste fresh I highly recommend coming here the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back at this Chick-fil-A next time I'm in Melbourne.

I used to love Chick-Fil-A but they seem to have jumped on the "let's sell cheap food to make more money" bandwagon that every other fast food restaurant is on. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were awful. They tasted like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. On top of that, the quality of the chicken had drastically gone downhill. It tasted like chemicals. Not fresh at all. And there was gristle too which is completely disgusting. Breading was barely staying on the meat too. I will never again go to any Chick-Fil-A. Such a shame too because it used to be outstanding.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant in the world. IT IS SO DARN GOOD. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside. Chick-fil-A manages to capture perfect juiciness within their chicken that EVERY other fast food chain fails to get. The two pickles add a delicate flavor profile to the sandwich. The bun is perfectly sweet and toasted. It is NEVER stale. Each bite of the sandwich reminds the eater of happier times. For me personally a good Chick-fil-A sandwich takes me to the beach- it's 75 degrees, there's a nice breeze, it's perfectly sunny out, and I'm sitting next to the love of my life. Chick-fil-A has the power to take you there! Don't even get me started on the sauces... TOO LATE. The sauces are perfection. If you are looking to put sauce on your sandwich or to dip your nuggets in, I would recommend the Chick-fil-A sauce. It is creamy and delicious. If you want to dip your fries into something, try the polynesian sauce.

Go inside, it's much faster than the never ending drive-thru line. Chick-Fil-A. This place remains (In-N-Out, too) what great fast food should be. Chick-Fil-As are always clean and the service is super friendly. The drive-thru line is re-donk. It's a double drive-thru. Get out of your car, people, go inside and order. The line is almost non-existant and you're not wasting gas. You will also take about 30 steps to and from your car. It will make you feel less guilty eating this stuff. (The lies I tell myself.) Chick-Fil-A does one thing and they do it well. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich with a touch of mayo and extra hot sauce - it sings to my Southern soul. Some like it hot, I like it hot, then kicked up a notch. Chick-Fil-A, well done. A great product that is delivered seamlessly across the USA.

This newly built, freestanding Chick-Fil-A might be the busiest restaurant on Earth. A kids playground, great customer service, and a location along I-95 create a nonstop line of patrons. It's obvious that Chick-Fil-A holds their employees to a higher standard. All employees are at least moderately attractive, appear to shower everyday, and have a full set of teeth. The staff works quickly and efficiently to produce good food and keep the facilities clean. I have never gone crazy over Chick-Fil-A food. It's perfectly acceptable stuff, but it's also mediocre. They sure are different though, hosting community events each week, offering on line ordering (need 3 hours notice), and free delivery for orders over $100. Not a life changing meal, but a departure from the typical fast food experience, and certainly not anything to complain about.

I stopped into this CFA for a quick Spicy Chicken Biscuit on a Saturday morning. The line around the building was chock full o' SUVs too lazy to go in to get their grub. This was probably the longest I've ever waited for a Chicken Biscuit or anything at a CFA. I waited 13 mins from the time I ordered until the time I received my sandwich. All I ordered was a sandwich to go. I realize this is probably not the norm, and as I was leaving I did see another manager arriving for the day. I probably just ordered at the wrong time. The one thing I can't reiterate enough is to just run in and get your CFA fix. 99.7% of the time it's ALWAYS faster.

The best Chick-Fil-A in America. Every person who dreams of opening a restaurant should visit the Viera, Chick-fil-a, and see what could be the best run restaurant in the Space Coast, and probably the best run Chick-fill-a franchise in the U.S. This place runs like a Swiss Watch. I visited on a Saturday for lunch after visiting the Melbourne Zoo, and all but two tables in the restaurant were full. A huge wave of customers like this might swamp a McDonalds, Wendy's, or Burger King, but this place just steps it up. They had a very large number of staff working, every register had a cashier taking orders. It was obvious that the staff in the back were hustling. From walking in, to getting to the front of the line, though placing the order was under three minutes and less than two minutes later they handed me the food. Incredible. Chick-Fill-A really cannot be compared to other fast food restaurants at this price point. Chick-Fill-A gets it in a way that the others do not. Want to swap a soft drink (which costs them pennies) for a white or chocolate milk (which I presume costs them more) on a kids meal, YES you can at NO CHARGE. Want your child to eat a little healthier by having fruit instead of fries, Yes you can at NO CHARGE. When they hand you your plate there is a small Purell brand hand sanitizer (very helpful after a visit to the zoo especially if you stopped at the petting zoo) and a mint. Want mayonnaise they have both regular and reduced calorie. Ice Tea: they brew it fresh (and their tea better than any of the national chains that have tea) and have both "sweet and "unsweet". When I went to get an ice tea refill the server asked..."sweet or un", did I want more ice and whether I wanted a new lemon wedge to replace the one that was already in the cup. I thought wait a second that kind of attention to detail and customer service is unheard of in fast food or fast casual restaurant... perhaps I just got a superstar server. This must be an aberration. Then I came back a week later and a different server asked the same questions. To say that the service is excellent in this store is simply an understatement. I placed an order for four while carrying our tired from the zoo toddler. When the cashier handed me the food part of the order she said, it looks like your hands are full, I am going to bring you your drinks to the table. ( The food part of the order was filled so fast that they drinks were about 30 seconds to a minute behind the food ). A few seconds after I sat down, there was the young woman who rang up our order with a mostly unsweet - dash of sweet ice tea, a kids chocolate milk, a lemonade and a smile. She also grabbed a something very helpful that I did not ask for ... a disposable stick-on, kid's table mat or table liner ( parents of toddlers know about such things until I had kids I had not idea what these were ). Wow I thought, this cashier is thinking to herself how can I make their dining experience better and is implementing and when she came over to deliver the drinks, another team member stepped up to her register. Everyone who works at this place is courteous, contentious, friendly, and polite. If you ever stay at a Ritz Carlton you will see a similar style of staff interaction with guests ..but at Chick-Fill-A, I for one did not expect this... Wow. Their food is good to. I dig the waffle fries and have been alternating between the regular chick-fill-a sandwich and the healthier grilled version that has about one third of the fat. Our three year old adores the their playground. Their kids size ice cream cone is 80 cents. Chick-Fil-A is kid friendly, family friendly, and offers choices and ways to be diet friendly. It is even wallet friendly. The only thing I can suggest to this store owner is to open a Spacecoast location beachside.

This must be an aberration. Then I came back a week later and a different server asked the same questions. To say that the service is excellent in this store is simply an understatement. I placed an order for four while carrying our tired from the zoo toddler. When the cashier handed me the food part of the order she said, it looks like your hands are full, I am going to bring you your drinks to the table. ( The food part of the order was filled so fast that they drinks were about 30 seconds to a minute behind the food ). A few seconds after I sat down, there was the young woman who rang up our order with a mostly unsweet - dash of sweet ice tea, a kids chocolate milk, a lemonade and a smile. She also grabbed a something very helpful that I did not ask for ... a disposable stick-on, kid's table mat or table liner ( parents of toddlers know about such things until I had kids I had not idea what these were ). Wow I thought, this cashier is thinking to herself how can I make their dining experience better and is implementing and when she came over to deliver the drinks, another team member stepped up to her register. Everyone who works at this place is courteous, contentious, friendly, and polite. If you ever stay at a Ritz Carlton you will see a similar style of staff interaction with guests ..but at Chick-Fill-A, I for one did not expect this... Wow. Their food is good to. I dig the waffle fries and have been alternating between the regular chick-fill-a sandwich and the healthier grilled version that has about one third of the fat. Our three year old adores the their playground. Their kids size ice cream cone is 80 cents. Chick-Fil-A is kid friendly, family friendly, and offers choices and ways to be diet friendly. It is even wallet friendly. The only thing I can suggest to this store owner is to open a Spacecoast location beachside.
