St. Pete Bagel Co Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Coming from a jersey girl herself this place has the best bagels I have ever had. You have to overlook the location because you will he sorry you didnt stop here. These bagels were soft and fluffy just the way I use to get them back in NJ. Their donuts are better then any I've ever eaten. These bagels and donuts are better then some shops in NJ and NY. The donuts came out hot and fresh and were the size of my head! The staff was very friendly and welcoming offering tons of options to put on my bagel and suggestions on which donuts are the best. A little taste of home in one nice little shop.

We found this place via Yelp while searching for really good donuts. This is our second morning here and we are very happy. Delicious glazed donuts. Lots of variety including red velvet. Friendly staff and good coffee. We got 1/2 dozen to go and are already back for more!

Great donuts, good bagels, excellent coffee. Extremely friendly service. Wish there was one locally.

Been going there for years!! Place has a great staff and the doughnuts are incredible!!

  • Danielle L.

The donuts were pretty good but I've had better bagels. I will definitely be back next year, because I use to always go to lighthouse and then I found this place. Still enjoy both however. But I recommend their yeast donut over their cake. Can't wait to come back and try it again.

I LOVE st. Pete bagel! I go here several times a week for lunch, bagels, doughnuts, etc! Their food is delicious and very cheap! The service is quick and most of the employees are very nice and helpful. If your in a rush call ahead and it will be ready for you by the time you get there. There is one employee who seems to be the manger who is extremely unpleasant every time she helps me with her poor attitude and rude tone. Makes you feel like you are bothering her.... but she is the only negative I have to say about this restaurant!

Nice little local place. Great food, decent coffee, lovely staff. For a tiny little joint there are quite a few tables and chairs, and yet it doesn't feel crowded at all. We will return.

Great place to get a donut and coffee every morning... Which I do when I'm in the area. Wish they would put different frostings on the old fashion donuts but they will do it for you if you ask. They are friendly here and it always feels good to visit a locally owned place rather than a chain!!!

I stop often for donuts. I have found the most fresh product here in Largo. St. Pete Bagel company has a very friendly and helpful staff. The donuts at St. Pete Bagel Company are soft and fresh. I have never encountered a doughnut that tasted as if it may have been sitting for any period of time. They make some very interesting flavors. Some of my favorites would be the pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing - it's seems to be seasonal, the blueberry bark cake doughnut, the coconut cream filled, and the apple fritter rings. I am a sucker for great donuts, I use to frequent another bakery in North St. Pete that was located near St. Petersburg General Hospital. However that place is now closed. I found this when looking for a replacement and have been very pleased. I can't wait to visit again.

Great specialty donuts. Red velvet was my favorite, but all were very good. Easily overlooked location, but worth a stop.

Lighthouse Donuts was closer to our condo, but, based on yelp reviews, we decided to drive the extra distance to St. Pete's Bagel Co. It was well worth the drive. We got a dozen donuts for just under $10. My 10 year old son, a big Dunkin Donuts fan, was impressed. The donuts are huge and extremely fresh-tasting. My favorite was the key lime donut. We are already planning another trip before our vacation is over. Highly recommended!

just ordered plain bagel and cream cheese..wife said it was good. I ordered onion bagel ham,egg and cheese sandwich..just ok..bagel not much flavor and doughie as well.. does the job but not worth driving too far for it.

  • Hoda B.

I like their lox with generous slab of cream cheese on a toasted bagel, I even got a free cream cheese bagel because I checked in on yelp! Yeah!

This review is for the bagels, as I've never tried the donuts or breakfast sandwiches (likely my loss). The bagels have always been fresh - chewy on the outside, light but firm and oh-so slightly doughy on the inside. Perfect. Eat them fresh or toasted, either way they're great. I suggest that you don't get them cut at the shop, they'll stay fresh longer. Also, these bagels freeze well - although obviously they're best fresh. The smoked salmon cream cheese is to die for. The staff at the Indian Rocks Rd store has always been polite and prompt.

This is a must visit place for doughnuts. We actually got breakfast here two days in a row. Very fresh. Place seems very clean and the service was excellent! I prefer Just glaze w chocolate on top. Husband loved the jelly filled and custard filled doughnuts!

  • Anna R.

Absolutely fantastic service! We got a dozen donuts and a half dozen bagels. Everything was fresh, delicious, and very inexpensive. Will definitely be back soon to try the coffee and sandwiches that I've read so much about on here :-)

I discovered this place on yelp after wanting a good bagel that didn't come from one of the chains. Holy cow am I glad I did. The bagels were incredible and the spreads were light and whipped and very flavorful. They also have a great donut selection and while I never order donuts I had to come home with some. Red velvet, blueberry and also chocolate mousse. The best I've ever had. I would highly recommend giving this local business a try. I even got one of my bagels and cream cheese free for checking in. I left with bags full of yummy food for under $8.

Love the maple bacon doughnut. The frosting is a tad on the too sweet side and could use a little more maple flavor but it's still delicious!

  • Saraphine S.

Eggs are microwaved for sandwiches. Yuck. Bagel was not bad, but we stopped for sandwiches.

  • Linda R.

Will not return. Burnt bagel, stale donut. Girl who waited on me needed a cup of coffee worse than I did.

    (1)
  • Gregg E.

These guys make incredible Dounuts! The Bagels are awesome too, I usaully cut them in 3's there so big. They make great Coffee too. My Wife usaully gets some kind of drink concoction, sorry I don't know what it is but I know she love's it. The staff is very nice and never rude. I wish the location was more towards me so I could come here everyday on my way to work.

This place should be named The Best Donuts on Earth. Seriously, it doesn't get much better than this. I've tried many different kinds of donuts, from the simple glazed donuts to iced or frosted cake donuts covered in all sorts of goodies, they're all delicious. I've always been a fan of filled donuts, whether it's a bismark or long john type of pastry. This place scores an A on all kinds: they make an angel cream-filled long john, which is to die for, and rivaled by a Boston cream-filled bismark. The fruit-filled creations are great too, some of which are iced, some of which are covered in powdered sugar. Raspberry, lemon, Key Lime, angel cream, you just can't go wrong. The cake donuts are great too, whether it's chocolate cake with chocolate icing, or vanilla cake with baked coconut. The lighter yeast-type donuts are great too, and in their own right are better than the vaunted Krispy Kreme. This place isn't fancy, not the same type of place like Panera Bread where you'll want to linger for hours and read the paper. They do have tables and chairs for eat-in, but it's more of a carry-out place to me. They also do bagels and coffee, tho I've only had bagels once (very good). When I'm in the mood for a sweet, sugary morning treat nothing beats the St. Pete Bagel & Donut Co. on Indian Rocks road!

Delicious bagels and donuts. But the ice coffee left a little to be desired.

Found this place thru Yelp while on vacation. Yum! Very clean, friendly & fast staff and the donuts were delicious! So many varieties there's definitely something for everyone. If donuts aren't your thing, they have assortment of fresh bagels & cream cheese. Wish this place was back home in Chicago.

We use the bagels and doughnuts from here every Sunday. The staff is friendly and the shop is clean. The doughnuts are not just a boring doughnut They are a wonderful variety and always fresh

We read the other reviews, and the bagels and donuts are excellent, as well as the coffee. Excellent service and casual dining area.

Really good bagels, latte's and sandwhiches.

    (4)
  • Lou M.

This ain't no DD, they have a maple and bacon doughnut! The doughnuts are out of this world, creme brûlée is a must try! They have a great selection of coffee as well. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality. My kids love the bagels, and I'm sure they are good, but can' t resist the doughnuts when we come here.

  • Cecilia J.

Great bagels--chewy, sizable, generous with toppings, and good variety. Homemade spreads of at least 10 flavors. Old-fashioned donuts that are not overly sweet. The three women who served us at 11am on a random Sunday were very friendly and patient while we hmm'ed over the many options. Free small coffee with breakfast bagel purchase or for seniors. Very clean and brightly lit. Decoration is a little sparse but the space itself is large. Lots of tables and chairs for eating breakfast and reading the newspaper. I got the Mediterranean sandwich (hummus and sprouts and tomato and lettuce) on a toasted Everything Pumpernickel bagel (because I was in the mood for being a healthy hippie), which was filling and made my tummy happy. And then I got a Red Velvet donut with a Cream Cheese frosting (because then I was in the mood to indulge in the post-holiday spirit), which also made my tummy happy but confused. I was surprised that there haven't been other reviews, but I suppose this is because the clientele seemed to be older. This place is bustling though, with lots of people carrying out their breakfast. Would definitely come back if I were in the area again.

  • Angela K.

Love the price of the bagels and donuts. The taste was good like home made good. I will be going back for my morning bagel and coffee. The inside isn't anything great to look at. The decor is a few tables and chairs that's it. But the food is worth the trip.

  • Danielle D.

Delicious all the way around. Great bagels, and yummy donuts. Great deal going on as we bought 6 donuts and then 3 bagels for free. We didn't stay to eat, but the atmosphere was ok with flat screens.

  • Phil H.

    Excellent cinnamon rolls.

    (5)
  • Elena W.

Early mornings aren't my thing... However, if I am getting up early, then an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese should be part of the deal. Not just an bagel will do. Soft and fluffy with just enough crisp and chewiness, nicely heated and ample veggie cream cheese. If that sounds like your kind of morning, then you must make the trek to St Pete Bagel Co. Slightly inland, for those staying beachside. Completely worth the 15 minute commute. Take the kids - the donut selection is amazing. Gooey, sticky, yummy flavors galore!

We found this place while on vacation in IRB and we ended up having breakfast here 5 out of 7 mornings of our trip! We are originally New Yorkers and can be "bagel snobs", and this place has delicious bagels! (The donuts were fantastic too!) The coffee is amazing. The staff is super friendly. Even after a couple visits, they recognized us and gave our 4 year old a complimentary donut! I told the staff that if they ever decide to open a franchise in Cincinnati, we would be first in line! We loved this place! Highly recommend!

  • Holly M.

If I could give negative stars I would. I just left this place and felt like going go get my $13 back! We got a sausage and cheese croissant sandwich and a ham and cheese croissant sandwich...view the picture attached to see how horrible the quality was and on top of that my sausage was cold, just out of the frozen stage, the cheese was not melted & the croissant had been around a couple of days. I got a frozen caramel coffee & they put milk and powder for the flavoring, it was unbearable. My daughter said her chocolate milk was good (nestle bottled). I'm here on vacation, which we come several times a year, my in laws live here and I will not be back, nor would I ever recommend it.

Really good bagels, donuts and Dad liked the coffee. It's a small place so it got pretty loud. Apparently St. Pete's is where all of the local senior citizens like to gather for breakfast and to catch up. Aside from the employees I was the only person under 55 there.

    (4)

Seriously the best donuts ever! They have a yelp deal too so we got a free bagel with cream cheese. Super nice people and awesome store. We'll be back ... seriously get a donut!

Items Selected: Coffee Apple Fritter Glazed Sour Cream Old Fashioned Blueberry Cake Donut Red Velvet Donut Crème Brulee Donut Key Lime Pie Donut Chocolate Cake with Caramel Peanut Ganache Donut Waking on Black Friday with a focus on culture and cuisine far moreso than shopping for bargains it was just after 7:00am that our trio entered the doors of the Largo location of St. Pete Bagel Company and with options running the gamut from hot bagels and spreads to several 'designer' donuts as truly gregarious service further enhanced the mom n' pop feel of the space I cannot even fathom how locals or tourists could consider visiting Dunkin', Krispy Kreme, or any sort of chain for their early morning carbs. Admittedly a bit off the beaten path, in a small strip mall off Indian Rocks Road with a more appropriately named flagship in St. Petersburg proper, it was mere moments after stepping foot into the shop frequently awarded Best Bagels in the Tampa Bay Area that we were greeted by friendly smiles and immediately identifying us as visitors the inquiries and recommendations came quickly, an eventual order of two coffees, a half-dozen donuts, and one fritter tallying a mere $8 with long tables ready to seat us as we indulged. Perhaps unwisely eschewing the eponymous boiled and baked delicacy in favor of items far more sweet it was immediately in the hot n' crispy apple fritter that I sank my teeth and although a bit more oily than some may prefer I personally found the fruit to dough ratio pleasantly skewed to the left as pockets of cinnamon helped curb substantial sweetness, a similar balance offered by the use of more than the usual amount of sour cream to craft an old fashioned with a nearly pudding-textured center that stands in the same echelon with reference standard versions found at old school doughnut shops speckled around the Chicago and LA. Somewhat underwhelmed by a blueberry ring whose artificial taste was only enhanced by rich icing but subsequently impressed by the manner in which cream cheese frosting helped to tame the richness of moist Red Velvet it was onward to filled options that the experience progressed and although the crème brûlée was more akin to typical custard beneath a slightly harder than average glaze the Florida favorite Key Lime Pie with added zip from a dusting of zest was truly delicious, a final few bites of Snicker's themed chocolate cake beneath peanuts and caramel proving a pleasant pairing to the locally roasted French Vanilla coffee.

I read it was the best bagel place in the Indian Rocks area. As a discerning New Yorker, I was skeptical. I left impressed.
