This is pretty good Indian food, but too expensive.

I won't be returning here. We stood around for a good 5 minutes until someone came to seat us. Service isn't their strong point. Ordered the veggie samosa, that was actually the only good thing. The paneer makhni we ordered ended up being way too spicy. I had to flag down the server to ask that they either add some sauce or redo the dish. She clearly watered it down. When she brought the dish back, it was runny. So odd. Once we were done attempting to eat the food, I asked for a to-go container, she brought out a styrofoam container. I asked if she had a container with a lid, since it was so watery. This is where it gets good. She brings us a plastic container with a lid....that had clearly been rinsed out, with water marks all over. I looked in to the container and it was dirty. I just left everything there and left. Needless to say, they just over spice everything to cover the lack of flavor. Like I said the vegetable samosa was the only good thing from what we ordered. I'd recommend finding another place. The restaurant looks run down and dirty as well, poor choice.

Good Indian food that will be familiar to all UK visitors. I had a chicken madras - very tasty and comes with rice. Probably a little spicier than the same dish back in the UK. Wasn't so keen on the popadoms - a little over cooked, but that's the only complaint I have. Portion sizes are BIG - don't be tempted to over order! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it doesn't quite feel like a 5 star experience. I'm being picky though, and I highly recommend for your curry fix :-)

Great naan, friendly service. We were happy to find this little gem near our hotel, made a great dinner before returning to disney. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food provided. Beats the pants off find to golden corral or sizzler nearby!

We had a wonderful meal. We ordered numbers 49 and 56 from the vegetarian selections, medium spicy, with a side of regular naan. It was one of the best Indian meals we have ever had. Veggie pakoras for appetizer were the best I have ever had. Five star friendly staff. We will definitely return next time we are in town.

This is the best Indian cuisine I know of in the Orlando area. At The Clay Oven it is evident that the chef has expertly prepared some of Indians best dishes. The naan is excellent and a wide variety is offered. The expected dishes are available and for me there are a number of new dishes. The staff are very attentive and helpful, willing to answer any question you may have about the menu. This is one of my favorite discoveries. Although it is near DIsney, this is not a tourist-trap. Many locals and East Indians dine here and out of towners will feel most welcomed. I highly recommend The Clay Oven.

Let me start by saying huge and I mean huge portions!!! The food was great, good flavor and spice. The onion kulcha was awesome. One of the best mint chutneys I have had the pleasure to eat. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Ordered: Vegetable samosa Vegetable pakora Chicken tikka Palak paneer Lamb vindaloo Onion kulcha Potato naan Lots of leftovers enough for lunch for three! So yummy.

So I found this place via yelp when i was looking for a place to eat in orlando. This place is okay for dinner. For me the service with good. Me and my family had people constantly coming and asking us how we enjoyed our food and if we needed anything. The only thing i didnt like was the prices and how not a single plate included naan bread. If you know anything about indian food then youll know that an indian meal without naan is like an american meal without utensils. The food was good though. not too spicy and not bland either. I would def try this place again but maybe for lunch.

  • Mark L.

Just finished a great meal. Really enjoyed the lamb Rogan josh. The lamb was very nicely cooked. Also tried the chicken curry. A good dish, but the chicken was slightly dry. Aloo gobo was very good, but just a bit heavy on potatoes. Would have preferred more cauliflower. Nice ambiance and friendly staff. Worth a visit when you are near disney.

On vacation in Orlando, we found the Clay Oven on Yelp and my daughters were craving Indian food. The food was excellent, the service very good. My girls had chicken tikka masala, my wife chicken vindaloo. I had an off menu lamb dish. All were very well prepared with high quality ingredients. We will be back!

orlando vacation, looking for decent indian joint close to hotel and attractions clay oven fits the bill. paneer makhani was good although bit on spicier side for kids liking, navrattan korma was bit cocunutty!

  • Rosemary L.

Whenever I find myself in the Disney area and don't feel up to paying a ridiculous amount on food I always head to Clay Oven. The veggie dishes are superb (try the malai kofta) but note that their medium spicy is way spicer than you would expect, I usually stick with mild when I eat here. The staff is attentive, friendly and will usually point you in the right direction if you aren't sure what to order. It is definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. Do your tastebuds a favor and stop in.

    (5)
  • Foster R.

The food was excellent and the service was just as nice. The price rating on Yelp doesn't do the place justice. Two dollar signs out of four is much more fair. Highly recommended!

    (5)
  • Jean-Marc N.

Service needs an overhaul, not very professional. But humble and nice people regardless. Best food in the area by far. Co-worker and I ate here nearly a dozen times. I will be back for sure! Great place!

    (5)
  • Josh K.

Friendly staff, great food! We had the chicken tikka masala and the chicken korma. Both were excellent. Will definitely go back again!

There are not too many places to eat Indian food in the Orlando area, which makes this place a welcome addition to the food scene. I have gone here a few times over my time living in Central Florida and enjoyed everyone of them. My absolute favorite thing there is the Chicken Tiki Marsala and their Naan. OMG do not get me started on their naan. Soo velvety, so nice to dip into the sauces of whatever you are having. I try to get two orders of it overtime I go . Another item which sets this place higher is the heat intensity. They make their food in a lower, median and higher. I always get the medium, which is just the right amount, not too spicy, not too weak. Their other levels are right on par as they should be too, very consistently.

    (5)
  • Sameen S.

All Over priced items, on top of bill be prepared to pay 15% mandatory tip, when I try to understand why, their behavior was like it's their right regardless if customer's own decision, that's rude.....but I have no issue with food so 2 stars from me.

WORST PLACE EVER. We had come to Orlando, and wanted to have this type of food. The server was terrible. Our server, was MIA half the time- on this hot day he served us warm water, had to ask for ice twice. The chicken kadhai was ok, but the biryani was too spicy and the rice was sticky. The woman working there tried to pick up his slack, which was sweet of her, but the fact is, this place sucks. I read the reviews and thought I'd overlook the 1 stars, basically because we had been at the park all day and were starving- but my advice to everyone- go to Golden Corral or even McDonalds which are next to this place. It's OVER PRICED and was disgusting. The ras malai tasted like cardboard. Gross. Do yourselves a favor and heed this warning.

This is a great Indian restaurant located somewhat in the vicinity of the Disney parks. Their menu consists of all your standard Indian dishes. The service is friendly and fairly quick. The prices were a little high for what I am used to when it comes to Indian but the food did not disappoint. The dishes we ordered were: *Naan *Lamb rogan josh *Chicken tikka masala *Paneer makhani The naan was cooked perfectly and the ratio of softness to crunchiness was spot on. The other three dishes were also excellent and had really great flavor. The only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the riata sauce which we asked for on the side. I would highly recommend checking out Clay Oven if you enjoy Indian and want to escape from the madness of all the chain restaurants in the area.

  • Debashis S.

OVER PRICED FOOD !! Had to get a flashlight to look for the lamb in the lamb curry, for $18.99 I had 4 pieces of lamb. Butter Chicken for $16.99 it did not Teast good.

    (1)
  • Wes J.

Great Indian cuisine - you will not be disappointed in the quality of the food! It's a bit on the pricey side, but most everything in this area is. Try the tandoori chicken or the lamb curry (be careful...it's spicy). They have several different types of naan to try as well, but the basic buttered naan is good enough as it is. Top it all off with a Kingfiisher, and you're all set for a great dining experience!

  • Aimee B.

First of all, they wouldn't let us pick up our food, it had to be delivered. They did not inform us of the $6.95 delivery fee and stated that information was on the menu (it wasn't). They forgot 3 things we ordered, were very rude (hung up on us @ least three times). Food was terrible and overpriced. Staff was sarcastic and called my mother "immature". The lamb roganjosh was the worst I ever tasted, the raita was awful and the portions were very small. Save some money, keep your tastebuds happy, and don't eat at Clay Oven in Kissimmee Florida....P.S. they also charge you $2.95 to use your credit card!!!

  • Lekha C.

We went there on Dec 26th 2013 when we were passing by on our way back from Jacksonville to Miami and it was the worst food we ever ate. The chicken biryani was like they mixed curry and chicken pieces in rice. I ordered Paneer makhani and ended up with severe stomach upset in the morning. Only the naan was good.

    (1)
  • Jason M.

Really good, pretty spicy, a little pricey. I had the chicken masala and it was very good, but more spicy than most. It was over $20 for one person but the meal was big enough for two. Very good food.

  • Noah C.

I'm a little surprised by all the negative reviews on here. I went to this little hole-in-the-wall place back in December when I took a trip with my then-girlfriend. The service was good. The waiter was attentive and nice, though not very talkative (which I like). We started with the samosas, which were good, but nothing crazy special. The entrees, though, were the best Indian food I've ever had. I had the lobster masala, and it was not only the best Indian dish I've ever had, but also in my top five best lobster dishes. And I grew up in Maine. My girlfriend had the lamb dahiwala, which was also excellent. I don't remember the prices that well, but I think it ended being about $60 for the two of us, after tax, tip, and a couple delicious beers.

  • Arainna F.

My family and I adore the Clay Oven. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the food is excellent. The restaurant is happy to acommodate our requests of spice level so that even our 4 year old can enjoy the chicken tikka masala. Their naan bread is always made fresh to order and is not to be missed. We have tried multiple Indian restaurants in the Orlando area and they Clay Oven is by far our favorite.

  • Sameel S.

Good but pricey food. But restaurant was clean. The main waiter/owner (not sure) was very cold however. He wasn't rude, just indifferent. He could use a customer service class. However, all being said, probably would go back again.

First time dining at Clay Oven was a pretty good experience. It's an unimposing smallish restaurant on the right side of a local strip mall between Formosa Gardens and Old Lake Wilson Road. The interior is casual and clean as was the bathroom. Our waiter, Inder, was very helpful for one of our party of four who was unfamiliar with Indian fare and tailored the selections to our tastes. I ordered the chicken curry with a nice aloo naan (potato-stuffed bread) over a bed of basmati rice. Combined, it was enough for one as the entrees were midsize. We also ordered chicken madras, which I found a bit bland/too creamy, while the fish balti was the most exciting and spicy dish we sampled. We also shared the mixed vegetable platter appetizer comprised of samosa, pakora and onion bhajiyah, all deep fried and a trifle too heavy/greasy. (Samosas elsewhere were of a lighter dough and resembled a small turnover.) The chai tea was deemed good. Inder gifted us with a 50% off coupon for a future visit and also honored our current ones. I saw no one else working there that early Sat. afternoon, but they apparently do a busy weekday lunch trade. I may return to Clay Oven if only to use the discount, since they are unremarkable but good enough to try again.

Food was great! Flavorful. Had better Aloo but still great. Typical portion sizes. Prices were reasonable. Service was fast, attentive and friendly. If in Orlando again, would definitely come back!

    (5)
  • Devan S.

Worst food ever had and too expensive. Not sure why they are still open. Management add tips 15% themselves in bill for even party of two without your concern. Believe it guys we are foodie lovers and I promise worst restaurant and food. Dumb ass people. NEVER EVER GO THERE!!! 0.5/10

  • Jay K.

Pretty good veg and chicken tikka biriyani. Good service also! But the fish pieces in the fish curry was a bit rubbery. A pretty good place to dine in short!

  • Kathleen R.

This was my first visit to an Indian restaurant and I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say the food was wonderful and I am looking forward to coming back again. Don't pass by this place without giving it a try even if you're not sure about Indian food. You won't be disappointed.

    (4)
  • Samson P.

Very good place. The staff was courteous, the dishes were authentic Indian food. I asked for spice levels to be 'Indian hot' and was pleasantly surprised that it was indeed very spicy. The ambiance could have been better but the food absolutely makes up for it. I stayed in Orlando two nights and went to this restaurant both nights. The staff member also remembered my anniversary when I went the second time and greeted me! It was a nice gesture! Would recommend to anyone that wishes to taste authentic Indian food.

    (4)
  • Marcus B.

This place was outstanding! The food was delicious (there is a wealth of vegetarian options) the server was polite, attentive and knowledgable.

    (5)
  • Kiran B.

The food is tasteless and overpriced. The naan was all burnt and their biryani items were horrible. Will never go here again.

    (1)
  • The C.

Excellent, very courteous service, and our standard test dishes of palak paneer, lamb korma and rogan josh were fresh and flavorful. Situated along the side of a strip mall, this exterior is unprepossessing, but the interior is pleasant enough, and the late hours and good food make it a particularly attractive option.

During Orlando Trip we ordered a take out ...Naan and Parantha are so good as well as chicken Tikka curry.. I ordered Lamb Kabobs as well which I found little dry .. overall a very quick service and great tasting food

  • Henry J.

Good food ! Well priced, well prepared and served by a pleasent knowledgable and friendly staff.

    (5)
  • Stanislav M.

ordered take out and now feel like I need a long vacation from Indian food, which used to be my favorite. The lamb was of such dismal quality that I was seriously tempted to call and raise hell, but it was too late and we have decided to never give this establishment a second chance. I dont know what species on this earth would be able to chew through this "marinated" meat. Even the onions were horrible.

Hi I was at this restaurent and they made mistake on my food and when we said they exchange my food but they didn't say anything and already charge me 15% tip for three of us . Food was ok I will not go back to this restaurent

    (2)
  • Vennard R.

Had the lamb vindaloo, and it wasn't impressive. Lacked flavor, and heat. Probably won't try this place again, but it's in the right area and is open later than most in the area.

    (2)
  • Courtney M.

My husband and I always come here every time we come to Walt Disney World (every year). We love the food! It is flavorful without being overly hot and spicy. They are kid friendly though they don't have a kid's menu. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    (5)
  • Banu P.

Had one of the worst lamb Briyani for a high price. 22$ for a Briyani. Not worth for your money

Was sorry to see that this restaurant is not open for lunch. The Exterior does not appear that the restaurant is even in business. Needs a paint job and a more professional outdoor appearance.

    (1)
  • Jenna R.

This place has delicious food, but needs to work on its serving staff. Our drinks were forgotten, water not filled, and they generally didn't act professional. They were, however, very accommodating when you told them about a problem. I just think preventing problems is a more effective business strategy. Again, good food!

    (4)
  • Lena H.

Great Food! Great Service! Very reasonable prices $10-18 for most dishes. Served family style. We ordered two dishes for family of three and it was plenty. We eat Indian food often, but this would be an excellent place for first timers. Our server took extra time to make sure we were ordering spice level and foods we like.

My boyfriend and I were in Disney last weekend, and decided to go on a hunt for dinner on 192. This was a treasure among the gift shops and buffets. The decor is nice and the establishment was clean. The food was excellent. I ordered the lamb rogan josh, and buttered naan. I have not one complaint. The service was great and food was terrific! If I'm ever in Disney on vacation I would definitely come back!

  • Sameer J.

This was the worst indian restaurant I have eaten. I am indian myself and know what indian food is supposed to taste like. We ordered chicken madras , yellow dal and tandoor roti. The roti was so hard that I could not even break it .. Forget about being able to eat. The chicken madras and daal had no flavor except for red and green chillies Would never go there , try taste of Punjab or Kabab express which also delivers I can't even give it one star as we threw out the food

  • Autumn P.

The food is amazing!!! I tried this place by chance, because I was craving Indian food. They delivered the food very fast. I was so happy when I received the food, because it was still hot! Love this place!!! Will definitely be eating here again.

This is commercial Indian food and definitely hits the spot if you have a craving for some curry . It's not fancy just good food with pleasant service .

Amazing lamb vindaloo. Very filling portions. Wife loved the garlic nan.

    (5)
  • Michael G.

Surprisingly good indian food. Looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but really nice inside considering it was once a Waffle House chain. The service was a tad slow, but the food more than made up for it! I will definitely visit again.

  • Kevin T.

We were on vacation in Disneyworld and found this place on yelp. This place is excellent for nonsense Indian food! We were seated promptly and the waiter brought out two little cups with covers/straws for our kids without us having to ask (nice!). We really enjoyed the food we ordered (lamb biryani, lamb vindaloo, samosas, naan) that we even came back a second time before we left the area. Decor was plain but we went for the food. Overall - great little place.

    (5)
  • Jamie M.

I love Indian food, and this was REALLY good, both food and service. I ordered two entrees: eggplant and chickpeas. The waitress listened to my spice-level preference, and they got it just right. No regrets ordering two dishes plus naan, as I'm greatly looking forward to leftovers tomorrow for lunch. The decor was pretty plain, but expected in this area.

    (4)
  • Bill S.

Great food and wonderful service. Don't be put off by the Waffle House exterior, it's a clean and modern restaurant on the inside. A diamond in the ruff of 192. Check it out, I'll be going back!

  • David H.

We had a great meal. The folks waiting on us we great. Even let us bring in food for the 4 year old grandson. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

    (5)
  • Rakesh V.

Worst Indian food so far I have eaten. Sweet dishes were spicy and medium dishes were made spicy by adding chilly powder.

    (1)
  • Cloud R.

Had food here once again because a friend wanted to eat here and the other Indian place was closed. AWFUL..... I wonder who the reviewers are, giving 4, 5 stars to this place! Several suspicious charges on the bill with no explanation except tax, gratuity etc. Naan is terrible and without salt. Curries continue looking and tasting glob-like and mucous-y. Even the guy at the front desk and the waiters seem to be bored about this place and the food!

    (1)
  • Gordon M.

Some of the best tasting Indian food I have had in Orlando. I had the Chicken Chili fry, the Lamb Vindaloo and the Chana Masala. Both made with good quality meat and tasty sauces. The Chana masala was also quite tasty. The nan bread was quite good. Unfortunately the raita, was a disgrace. It was a liquid watery mess, and nothing like what it should be. I really only wanted yoghurt, but they decided not to understand what I was saying, so I ordered the raita. $3.95 and it was inedible. That was the only bad point of the meal. The other down point is that they have tourist prices, so 50% higher than that should be. So you need to look for a discount voucher, for at least 50%. I think they offer 10-20% off vouchers on their web site, but it really should be buy one, get one free, like the other Indian restaurant one block away which I affectionately call "Back-Passage to India".

We ordered delivery from this place this evening. Originally, we wanted to pick up our order and use the 10% off carry-out coupon that is currently on their website. When I called to place the order, they said they don't do do take-out "Only delivery service." I asked why because their website advertises otherwise. "Delivery only - it's busy season." Weird but okay... I placed the order for delivery. It took 60 min for the food to arrive. The delivery dude gives us the bag of food and tells us the total. I asked him "do you have a receipt?" He said "No, they just text me the total amount." Huh? Strange but okay. We start eating our meal. Of course, they gave us plain naan instead of the garlic naan. No receipt to double check which we actually paid for. And the food? We ordered the tandoori chicken and it was dry dry dry. Would we order from here again? No no no.

    (2)
  • Steven Y.

Me and my family of four shared the tandoori chicken, chicken saag wala, Chana masala, and the vegetable biryni. These dishes were excellently prepared and tasted delicious. The vegetable biryni was my least favorite out of the dished that we had on account that is seemed as more of an Americanized quick cook rice dish. The tandoori chicken was amazingly cooked to perfection and the only thing I have to say about this is that its the most expensive item on the menu, usually cheaper at other places, but well worth the price if you want to give your tastebuds a treat. The chicken saag wala was very delightful as well to my taste buds. The Chana Masala was very good oddly had a glaze instead of a tomato paste look to it. Overall in my opinion, I was extremely satisfied and will be going back next time I'm in the area without a doubt!

    (4)
  • Daniel N.

The chicken tikka masala was really bland and the naan was much oilier/butterier than would normally be expected. The staff was reasonably attentive but the place was also pretty dead. A bit more expensive than the standard Indian joint but what do you expect in a touristy area of Florida?

    (2)
  • Supriya M.

The food was very ordinary and there are so many better options for Indian food in Orlando.

  • Elsa C.

We grabbed take out from here once and went back for lunch and enjoyed the food both times. The restaurant was clean and there were several indian families in there eating (that is always a good sign) and the food came quickly in lovely hammered copper dishes. The garlic naan was great, the Palak Paneer was our favorite and the Tikka Masala and the Chicken Korma were quite enjoyable as well. Good experience over all. . .give it a go if you are in the mood for indian in the Kissimmee area.

3 stars mainly for the service. Very nice people but the food was a bit bland and lacking flavor compared to other Indian restaurants. Probably my least favorite place for Indian so far :(

I went to this restaurant on my visit to Disneyland. Usually i don't give ratings on yelp until and unless either its really good or not worth at all. It was 10PM and they were out of more than half of the things. So I ordered one Indian curry, Naan, one appetizer and Lassi. Strangely i got the curry and naan before the appetizer & i had to remind the server couple of times to bring appetizer & lassi, he gave me both items after i finished the main course. Food was really OVER PRICED. So finally i thought, i will NOT give the TIP for such a bad service. And guess what, I got my check with 15% tip included already. I tried to understand from server about why tip is included & he gave me a bad look. Defiantly not worth for visiting.

We had a wonderful meal. We ordered numbers 49 and 56 from the vegetarian selections, medium spicy, with a side of regular naan. It was one of the best Indian meals we have ever had. Veggie pakoras for appetizer were the best I have ever had. Five star friendly staff. We will definitely return next time we are in town.

ordered take out and now feel like I need a long vacation from Indian food, which used to be my favorite. The lamb was of such dismal quality that I was seriously tempted to call and raise hell, but it was too late and we have decided to never give this establishment a second chance. I dont know what species on this earth would be able to chew through this "marinated" meat. Even the onions were horrible.

Had the lamb vindaloo, and it wasn't impressive. Lacked flavor, and heat. Probably won't try this place again, but it's in the right area and is open later than most in the area.

My husband and I always come here every time we come to Walt Disney World (every year). We love the food! It is flavorful without being overly hot and spicy. They are kid friendly though they don't have a kid's menu. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Was sorry to see that this restaurant is not open for lunch. The Exterior does not appear that the restaurant is even in business. Needs a paint job and a more professional outdoor appearance.

This place has delicious food, but needs to work on its serving staff. Our drinks were forgotten, water not filled, and they generally didn't act professional. They were, however, very accommodating when you told them about a problem. I just think preventing problems is a more effective business strategy. Again, good food!

The food is amazing!!! I tried this place by chance, because I was craving Indian food. They delivered the food very fast. I was so happy when I received the food, because it was still hot! Love this place!!! Will definitely be eating here again.

Surprisingly good indian food. Looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but really nice inside considering it was once a Waffle House chain. The service was a tad slow, but the food more than made up for it! I will definitely visit again.

Great food and wonderful service. Don't be put off by the Waffle House exterior, it's a clean and modern restaurant on the inside. A diamond in the ruff of 192. Check it out, I'll be going back!

Worst Indian food so far I have eaten. Sweet dishes were spicy and medium dishes were made spicy by adding chilly powder.

  • Lena H.

    (5)

Service needs an overhaul, not very professional. But humble and nice people regardless. Best food in the area by far. Co-worker and I ate here nearly a dozen times. I will be back for sure! Great place!

  • Supriya M.

The food was very ordinary and there are so many better options for Indian food in Orlando.

    (2)
  • Daniel N.

The chicken tikka masala was really bland and the naan was much oilier/butterier than would normally be expected. The staff was reasonably attentive but the place was also pretty dead. A bit more expensive than the standard Indian joint but what do you expect in a touristy area of Florida?

    (2)

    (4)
  • Doreen C.

3 stars mainly for the service. Very nice people but the food was a bit bland and lacking flavor compared to other Indian restaurants. Probably my least favorite place for Indian so far :(

    (3)

    (4)

Worst food ever had and too expensive. Not sure why they are still open. Management add tips 15% themselves in bill for even party of two without your concern. Believe it guys we are foodie lovers and I promise worst restaurant and food. Dumb ass people. NEVER EVER GO THERE!!! 0.5/10

Pretty good veg and chicken tikka biriyani. Good service also! But the fish pieces in the fish curry was a bit rubbery. A pretty good place to dine in short!

This was my first visit to an Indian restaurant and I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say the food was wonderful and I am looking forward to coming back again. Don't pass by this place without giving it a try even if you're not sure about Indian food. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome Indian Food after a very long time in States. Quick food, great staff and very convenient location. I will be here again when I'm in Orlando

ordered take out and now feel like I need a long vacation from Indian food, which used to be my favorite. The lamb was of such dismal quality that I was seriously tempted to call and raise hell, but it was too late and we have decided to never give this establishment a second chance. I dont know what species on this earth would be able to chew through this "marinated" meat. Even the onions were horrible.

  • Vennard R.

Had the lamb vindaloo, and it wasn't impressive. Lacked flavor, and heat. Probably won't try this place again, but it's in the right area and is open later than most in the area.

My husband and I always come here every time we come to Walt Disney World (every year). We love the food! It is flavorful without being overly hot and spicy. They are kid friendly though they don't have a kid's menu. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had one of the worst lamb Briyani for a high price. 22$ for a Briyani. Not worth for your money

Was sorry to see that this restaurant is not open for lunch. The Exterior does not appear that the restaurant is even in business. Needs a paint job and a more professional outdoor appearance.

This place has delicious food, but needs to work on its serving staff. Our drinks were forgotten, water not filled, and they generally didn't act professional. They were, however, very accommodating when you told them about a problem. I just think preventing problems is a more effective business strategy. Again, good food!

The food is amazing!!! I tried this place by chance, because I was craving Indian food. They delivered the food very fast. I was so happy when I received the food, because it was still hot! Love this place!!! Will definitely be eating here again.

Surprisingly good indian food. Looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but really nice inside considering it was once a Waffle House chain. The service was a tad slow, but the food more than made up for it! I will definitely visit again.

No no no.

The food was very ordinary and there are so many better options for Indian food in Orlando.

  • Daniel N.

The chicken tikka masala was really bland and the naan was much oilier/butterier than would normally be expected. The staff was reasonably attentive but the place was also pretty dead. A bit more expensive than the standard Indian joint but what do you expect in a touristy area of Florida?

    (2)
  • Chirag S.

orlando vacation, looking for decent indian joint close to hotel and attractions clay oven fits the bill. paneer makhani was good although bit on spicier side for kids liking, navrattan korma was bit cocunutty!

Service needs an overhaul, not very professional. But humble and nice people regardless. Best food in the area by far. Co-worker and I ate here nearly a dozen times. I will be back for sure! Great place!

    (1)

    (4)
