Our waiter mike was super good. His service with a smile and professionalism was outstanding. The food was perfect. The cajon ribeye and seafood trio was delicious. The salad bar was displayed beautifully and fresh. Everything was crisp. The ruby relaxer lives up to its name! This property should be modeled by all ruby Tuesday's. The one in Warner Robins ga. Really needs to step up. Great job Jacksonville.

This Ruby Tuesday is located in the Avenues Mall. It's been about three years since the last time I've dined-in in one. The weather was great and the place wasn't packed on a President's Day evening. It's nice how they offer complimentary biscuits to start things off. I also like the fact that I can pick the all you can eat salad bar as one of my side item. I had the Chicken Fresco. It's a juicy, all-natural grilled chicken breast with vine-riped tomatoes, lemon butter, and a splash of balsamic vinaigrette. It came with two sides so I chose the salad bar and grilled cucumbers. Nice and tasty! The service was great! Tony did a good job serving us! Friendly and attentive.

This location is conveniently inside the Avenue's mall. So it's easy to go in for lunch or dinner when you are shopping in the mall. The food is OK, especially for the value. It's a decent place to have a quick meal and if you like salad, their salad bar is pretty darn good. In fact, that's what I usually order. Sometimes I forget how filling their salad can be and end up order a main entree with said salad bar. And I ALWAYS end up with leftover to take home. Because before the entree shows up, I usually already loaded two full plates of salad and got myself 85% full already lol. So a 'go-to' place for me when I go to the mall and didn't want fast food/food court.

I gave two because we didn't even try the food. I left after I couldn't take the smell of the restaurant any more. It smelled dirty. It's been a while since I've been to RT, but I used to enjoy their salad bar. The salad bar looked very sparse, so I gave the menu a look. If I am spending $20.00 for a steak or $16.00 for a pasta dish, it wouldn't be there.

Salad bar was a nice start-- parts of our meal were good, others, not so much. Seafood trio: lobster was not cooked well, shrimp was under seasoned and the tilapia, eh. Flavorless would be a generous. Petite sirloin and coconut shrimp were great (side was under cooked). Love the location, and think (hope) this might be a fluke. My waiter was awesome :)

Went here for dinner the other night. Once we sat down we had a great server, she was attentive, friendly, didnt forget any requests and knowledgable, wonderful! We ordered a few meals and got the salad bar ( which I love) now it was rather torward the end of the night but the salad bar was looking so sad. Their wasnt much lettuce left and most of the options were about empty. Once again I think this was because us coming so late, cause last time we came at a normal time when people eat, the salad bar was great! Anyways our entress came and eveyone ate away enjoying everything. The Salmon dish was cooked right and flavorful!

Not the best location I've been to but it was a pretty good experience overall. Our server was pretty attentive and made some good drink recommendations. I usually order the same entree when I visit Ruby Tuesday because I've tried most of the dishes here and this particular dish is just my favorite. The dish I usually get, The Caribbean chicken and steak, wasn't as great as I remember it being from other locations but it wasn't terrible by any means. The tempura green beans were a first for me here and they were pretty awesome with the sweet and ranch dipping sauces that it comes with. I've been to this location twice before but only because I was shopping at the Avenues prior to coming here. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this particular location but if I am in the area I wouldn't decline stopping in.

Mike made sure our meal was perfect, and I'm very picky. It wasn't over air conditioned. Floors could be cleaner, but it was after a dinner rush. Very prrsonable staff. Food excellent.

I always forget about Ruby Tuesdays although I always enjoy my meals here. They have great happy hour specials and probably the best salad bar I've ever had. Last night I got the turkey burger and it was delicious! Not to mention its is connected to the mall so it is definitely convenient!

After eating at Ruby Tuesday's at the Avenues Mall, all 3 of us had severe stomach pain and was sick for 3 days. We all ate from their salad bar. I contacted their manager and their corporate office and they just denied that it was their fault, no appology or anything. I would not eat their, especially from the bacteria laden salad bar.
