Stopped here on our way through town. Awesome breakfast and friendly service. The country omelet was awesome. Pancakes are great. Bacon is better than most places.

I don't usually visit chain breakfast spots let alone take the time to review them but I had to say something about my disappointment in this particular establishment. It has been literally years since I have eaten at IHOP but I was in the mood and in the area so figured what the heck. I waited in line for about 15-20 minutes which is to be expected at peak breakfast hours and my waiter was very apologetic for the delay when it took about 40 minutes for me to get my relatively simple order. I had the Create Your Own Viva La French Toast combo (Cinn-A-Stack), with scrambled eggs, hash browns and smoked sausage links. Now, the fact that they took so long (despite the crowd quickly diminishing) isn't a big deal to me; as I said before, it's to be expected during peak breakfast hours. BUT, I will say this: if you are going to take forever and a day, there should be little to no mistakes. My french toast was room temp as if they let it sit while everything else was on the griddle. My hash browns were too crunchy on the outside and too soft in the middle. My scrambled eggs weren't dry and fluffy (like I make them at home) but one big piece that I had to cut with a knife and fork. And my sausage links...wait, what sausage links? I informed the waiter that he forgot them and 15 minutes later he brought out a single Jimmy Dean sausage on a large plate and sat it down on my table, talkin bout "no charge"....as if he just did me a favor! No sir, I don't want a hook up on a piece of crap that I could have heated up in my microwave at home, I want to pay for what I ordered! If you really want to do me a favor, bring me twice more than what I asked and keep it off of my receipt. THAT sir is a proper hook up with a great tip attached. Any other time, I would have brought the many discrepancies to his attention and give him a 2nd chance to get it right. But that day I was very limited on time and I could see that time was not on their list of priorities. So, highly disappointed and with my stomach still growling, I paid the bill and walked out daydreaming about the Yoplait in my fridge. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I definitely won't be back to find out.

They were super busy on July 4th. I was just travelling through but I was impressed by how quick and efficient they were at getting us a table and being served. They must have been firing on all cylanders. The food was great and the service much better than expected. I would go back for sure.

I've came here a couple times real late at night after the club. The people inside are really nice even thought they know your intoxicated and messing with them. Cheap and yummy food and open late, what else do you need?

Dont go to this ihop, you have been warned. Both my cousin and I got food poisoning from it and the waitress was very rude to top it off. Dine at your own risk. I shouldn't have ignored all the red flags going off in my head but oh well. I will never set foot in this ihop again in my life.

Great service and quick meal prep. I personally love the strawberry waffles. I recommend this place if you are looking for a breakfast meal.

We have been going to IHOP for a while now. It's becoming almost a morning ritual when my sister is visiting us. We would go to IHOP for breakfast or brunch to have some good ol' pancakes. The breakfast plates are hearty and though there are no "wow" food, it's a nice treat to order some specially pancakes. They are always super busy in the morning on Sat and Sun, but we never have to wait too long. I think the longest we have to wait was 20 min one morning. Like all other family chain restaurants, the service can swing based on whether you have a good / experience server or someone kinda green to someone who just don't care. I have to say overall, we've receive pretty consistent good and friendly service. A-OK to me.

Worst service ever. Denise our server barely did anything. We had to ask other servers for refills. Never going back.

This place smells like cigarettes. Someone else suggested a brunch and I must have not been paying attention and just smiled and knodded. This place is cheap and it smells like cigarettes. Something about the people that work there seems broken. It just sucks to eat at a place were the people can't fake like they enjoy to be there. But I order like everyone else. Something was missing from everyone's order. It took a few minutes to wave the waiter back to correct it but he was pleasant enough. I don't understand people that come here expecting less then average food and service. I actually finish half my food before my glass of milk finally comes along mysteriously with a canister of coffee that no one ordered. Then I almost slip out the door because of the gummy floors. Yup - it was everything I expected once walking in. But there was one Pro: the screaming child that is having a temper tantrum behind us leads us into the discussion of proper birth control and the benefits of vasectomies done on male children at birth that could only be reversed after applying for a marriage license. Thanks IHop!

Came here at around 2am for an after club breakfast. They took a few minutes to get us seated as they were understaffed and not prepared for the Saturday night 2am rush. The waiter we got had just came in to his shift and was very helpful. They accommodated my odd order of one specialty pancake and one scrambled egg with no fuss. I tried the cheesecake pancake because on the menu there were chunks of cheesecake bursting through the pancake but in reality I think I only found one morsel of cheesecake in my pancake which at 2am was very disappointing. My scrambles egg was good though. Overall, a good place to fill your tummy at 2am.

Ihop has always been cool. Never really my first or second choice for my breakfast destination. But i like to eat here alone. Its always peaceful and the servers seem to be nicer that way. Or maybe they just like me? But the food is pretty decent and dont mind eating here.

Friendly but flighty service encountered here on a quiet Sunday morning. We had no problem getting seated or having our order taken. Our food though took longer than I thought it should and took three separate trips back to the kitchen to get everything we ordered. I had a waffle combo with scrambled eggs and bacon. The tasty waffle was thicker than I am accustomed to not that that's a problem. It wasn't as hot as I would have liked as the butter was slow to melt on top of it. The eggs had a pleasant yellow hue and were cooked to my liking while the bacon was crispier than I prefer. We did enjoy the 80s tunes playing overhead but my daughter summed up the entire visit as "pretty lame".

Late night stop, four tables of people were eating when we got here. We had a 10 minute wait to be seated and another 10 minute wait for our drinks. We ordered coffee and they were out of half & half. We ordered crepes and they were out of crepes. I ordered the fit breakfast and they were out of turkey bacon. I am over 30 and have been to IHOP's across America. This is the first one to tell me they were out of something. Maybe this happens a lot but just never happens to me until today at this IHOP.

Must have been a so so morning for the good crew at IHOP Baymeadows location. We ordered the breakfast sampler (scrambled eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausage links, 2 small pieces of ham, and some hash browns with 2 pancakes). The meat was good except the small pieces of ham was overcooked and dry. The eggs a little wet for my taste and the hash browns were a little too burnt. Im sure this was just a bad go around because normally their food is pretty awsome. If you are looking for a good burger, they actually have a good choice here as well.

Hostess caught seating her friends ahead of us, not cool on a crowded Sunday. Food ok, a bit over cooked. Service on the slow side.

Don't go here. If I could leave no stars I would. Lady sat 2 parties of 10 and refused to sit anyone else even though there were plenty of tables open. There were still 25-30 people waiting to sit. Everyone left....worse service and management ever

The server Chan was very nice and professional, however they ran out of turkey sausage and turkey bacon AGAIN!! She took took too long to come back for me to pay my bill. How is it that any restaurant let alone a well known food chain like IHOP run out of anything?? I seriously doubt that i come back to this restaurant. There were also a large party of guests coming in and as they were preparing the tables allocating enough space the MANAGER stated very loudly, "they are big people". I thought this was rude and very inappropriate. Not sure what was meant by that comment but needless to say the party was not big in stature just big in the number in their party.

I debated between giving this restaurant one star or two stars. The thing that made it two stars was their customer service. They are always nice and are good at getting people in and out. But one of my biggest pet peeves is a dirty restaurant! The bathrooms are dirty, their dishes are dirty, and I'm sure other things that I decided not to pay attention to because the essentials were. I don't usually make reviews but I just had to on this one because it makes me so sad cause I prefer ihop over dennys.

I wish I had looked at the Yelp reviews beforehand or I would have kept on driving. It was 9pm on a Sunday night when we stopped. It was not crowded so we stopped in for a bite. Both ordered Sirloin Tips & Eggs which comes with hash browns and 2 pancakes. The food was out in a reasonable time for only having 4 tables (including ours). When the waitress set my plates down I just stared at it. The hash browns were so toasty it looked like they had been deep fried. She must have seen me staring because she asked if I'd like some more, and I told her not like these, no. :-) She went to get another order in for me and my wife said you are not going to like this steak. I looked at hers and all of the bottoms were scorched black. I started turning mine over and sure enough mine were too. I started to spread my butter on my pancakes just as the waitress brought my fresh hash browns. The pancake was crispy on both sides. I tried to cut with the knife and pull up with my fork and since I didn't cut through the bottom it started pulling up all the other crispy layer with it. She set the has browns down and said that she would get me some more pancakes as well. I looked at the hash browns she gave me and they were barely done. My wife's hash browns were a little more done, but she'd asked for onions in hers and they just threw in diced raw onions, not cooked with the hash browns. We shook our heads and started trying to eat. The next pancakes to come out were again crispy, but only on the outside, the inside when I cut into them (using more pressure with the knife this time) the inside was gooey batter. My wife checked hers while the waitress watched and hers were under cooked as well. The waitress apologized and said that she would get us some more and that she'd give us 10% off. I felt for the waitress having to deal with a sub-par cook until I couldn't seem to get my tea refilled. The next round of pancakes came out (we had agreed to give up on trying to get better food and would just settle for cooked through food) still gooey and crispy. We showed her and again she apologized saying we'd get 10% off. I said 10% off was an insult considering how the food was cooked. In the end I paid the bill with only 10% off because I was tired and still had an hour drive to get home. This place made my list of places NEVER to stop at again. As I was leaving I overheard another waitress saying that they were closing soon for 3 weeks while it was renovated. I sure hope for their sake they get some better help.

This place is always crowded. Don't come in a hurry. The service is nice, though not exceptional. The food is good old comfort food, nothing fancy. The coffee is just coffee. There are a lot of travelers, but also a lot of locals. I still don't know why this place is always crowded! There is truly nothing extraordinary going on at IHOP.

My son & I came for breakfast at 9:15 on a Sunday morning before it got too busy. He had a 2x2x2 & I got the sampler. When it came it was room temperature to cold but still tasted pretty good. Was surprised the check was dropped off shortly after the food & didn't know if we'd see the waitress again. She did come back to refill our drinks but we had to ask other waitresses for napkins & boxes but our waitress apologized & gave us a discount. So we might come back and give it another try another day.

Pretty bad experience. My wife order the country omelet and it was overcooked. She also had the country ham and it was dang near impossible to cut. I for my self order the bacon temptation omelet and it was over cooked and they just put in whole strip burnt pieces of bacon in the egg and folded it. My toast and my pancakes where burnt and then sent out to be given to me which is really unprofessional. The executive chef does not care about the quality of the food that they put out and honestly should be replaced because he is the one that is showing his cooks how he wants his food out. Your cooks are a direct reflection of the chef and in the culinary business we have a name for that. The wait staff, although nice, are not probably trained as they should be. Took way to long for them to come and take our order, thank god they took better care of our kids then they did us. They also took over ten minutes to clear off a table that was next to us and they had people waiting at the front door waiting to be seated. Their front of the house manager shoexcuse so be replaced because whoever it was doesn't know anything about hospitality because once again your staff is a direct reflection of yourself. Last but not least they apparently don't have a register because our server didn't have enough change to probably give use and there register is a purse they carry around them so that alone was just pathetic and I blame management for that and I can tell you that the last IHOP I went to, which was in Jacksonville North Carolina, was 100 times better then this place and the food their actually looked like what it does in their menu and it tasted what you would of expected. So whoever is in charge of this area in Jacksonville Florida of IHOP should really fire the management and turn that place inside out and make it better

I have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting on my food. Only about half of the tables are even full in here. This is ridiculous. I will never be back.

This is a solid IHOP. Nothing flashy or above and beyond about it. It's very run of the mill. I can say this because this particular location happens to be only two miles from my apartment and I've been here more times than I should be admitting. I have to say, the only thing that keeps me coming back to IHOP is the low prices and the corporate people's agility with the menu. It feels like every month they've added something new or different or seasonal that just makes you curious of how that would taste. That's not exactly a high-five to this IHOP in particular, but they do follow suit with the other locations and offer the new menu items. Like most IHOPs, depending on the crowd, your food could arrive in 5 minutes or 55 minutes. Of course, because the waitresses make them, your drinks come out almost instantly. One of the reasons I think this IHOP does so well is because it is one of the few restaurants open on this side of town very late at night. So if you need a late night diner, this IHOP will serve you fine if it isn't crowded.
