Old time franchise classic. We'll run but visited during slow season. Place was empty. Thus service was quick and well cooked.

I have heard about this local favorite time and time again. Staff - 5/5: I was amazed to watch the cooks have little pizza-tossing competitions while our food was being made, so you have a choice of watching what was on the screens around you, or see various tricks done while you wait. Server was very welcoming for a first visit. Location- 4/5: I was a little thrown off by this. Mainly the colorful mushroom feel...its eye-catching, yes but wow. I couldn't help but wonder what kinda mushrooms some people were eating when they made the color scheme... Food - 4/5: This pizza was legit. No BS. So were the pretzel twists...good stuff y'all! Pricing - 4/5: Not bad at all and the portion you get matches. Even had a nice set of leftovers the next day... Overall - 4/5: one word: yum!

I'm not a pizza fan by any means, but wow!!! I've been converted!! Best pizza ever!! Not only was the pizza delicious but the funky decor was pretty cool. Got to being the husband here, he will truly enjoy it!!

I have been to a few Mellow Mushroom's and I am always happy with the food. This location was no different. Pizza was great!! Keep up the good work!!

This place is a franchise, but we don't have them in TEXAS. I absolutely loved it. We had their hot wings, which weren't that hot at all but were still very good. We also had their South of The Border pizza and their Marley Pizza and out group was very pleased. Right next door there is an ice cream shop The Scoop which I also recommend.

Yummy! We had cheese bread, spinach artichoke dip, and a pepperoni pizza. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

I had never been inside a Mellow Mushroom, even though Atlanta has so many locations. I had the pizza one time as takeout but I had never been a patron. We were starving after a long drive from Atlanta and our topic of conversation the days following up to trip had been pizza and Mellow Mushroom. Hence, our lunch adventure. It was pretty empty, granted it was late in the afternoon, a little too early for dinner. The server seated us, and took his time getting our water and asking for our orders. We finally decided on a large pizza for us all to share, and conveniently were allowed to split the Jamaican Jerk Chicken pizza in half, with half with cheese and half without. Either we were starving or it was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten, and I'm not even a huge fan of Jamaican Jerk, since it can sometimes be a little overwhelming for me. Will definitely need to visit Mellow Mushroom more when in ATL :)

We love mellow mushroom at home and the Destin location did not disappoint. Good atmosphere and great pizza. The Parmesan pretzels are a favorite.

Mmmm. My boyfriend choose this for our anniversary tonight. I got the Thai Dye pizza. Not normally something I would get but I love it. My boyfriend always gives me the best! Good food in my tummy! Our server , Lindsey went above and beyond with service and suggesting me to try the Thai Dye. She defiantly made our night rememberable.

I know it's a chain, but I generally like Mellow Mushroom. I stopped in one evening and it was dead. The only people at the bar were employees who had recently gotten off work. My soup and pizza were good, as were my beers...when I was able to order them. The bartender was more concerned with talking to the employees rather than serving a full price paying customer. It was unfortunate since I am staying close by for several months. There are several other places nearby that I'm sure are happy to provide better service.

This was our favorite place we ate at while at Destin. I've never had a better pizza in my life! And the rest of the people in our party agree! The dough is just amazing and all the ingredients are fresh. It's a must try!

Favorite favorite place! Only place in town with vegan options/pizza. Otherwise - BEST pizza in towns. For salad lovers, the salads are amazing!!

We ordered two pizzas. The Thai Dye and the Magical Mystery Tour ... Both were very tasty, but I loved the Thai one. Our waitress was good and the place was decorated very themishly. The price is a bit high for pizza but we had a great time.

We visited on a non-busy Sunday afternoon. Food was very good - appetizer and pizza. Warm, tasty, ample portions. Clean restaurant. Only two faults -- poor draft beer selection and a really poor server who didn't stop by from the time we got our drinks to the time we got our check (others brought out the food). Her service was worthy of a 1 star, but the food really was superb.

Always wanted to try it. Was not disappointed. Shiitake pizza was the best I've ever had.

Really great pizza! I had half buffalo and half this mushroom/feta/jalapeños combo and it was pretty bad ass. The staff(Fallon is an awesome waitress!!!) was friendly and fun and it just has fin feeling with all the art and mushrooms! The second time I stopped in I got the steak and cheese calzone which was very good and also the Mushroom Soup, do it!

  • Jess J.

Awesome pizza with really interesting ingredients! Tried the Thai Dye, the buffalo and the veggie. All awesome! Great staff, really cool atmosphere and dim, psychedelic lighting! Go there now :)

Manager Seth rocks!!! I live in North Carolina, but my sister and brother-in-law live in Destin. My brother-in-law just returned from a 7 month deployment yesterday. It just so happens that his favorite place to eat is Mellow Mushroom. I realize that normally Mellow does not deliver but after speaking to Seth about my idea to provide my sister and brother-in-law with dinner so they would not have to cook or leave the house on their first night reunited, he didn't even hesitate to offer to deliver the food himself. He worked with me to get everything all set and last night hand delivered spinach dip, pizza and drinks to their home. This may not seem like a big deal to some but it means quite a bit to us. My brother-in-law was floored. After all the sacrifices he's made, and all military makes, it is pretty amazing people are willing to go out of their way to show a little appreciation. Small gestures go a long way. Thank you, Seth and Mellow Mushroom Destin - you guys have left an everlasting impression with me!

Vegan pizza!! So good. Good vegan food is hard to come by and this place pleased everyone in our group, omnivores and vegans alike. The crust is delicious! And there are lots of great toppings to choose from.

Love this place!! Good drinks and good food! Yummy very eclectic place and the ambiance was truly great! I came first with a close friend and the food was great after never visiting before, I came back with my husband and he was very happy with the food and service! I promise I will be back and recommend this place!!

Great Pizza & Great Beer! It's been a long time since I've been here and the pizza was even better than I remember. Crispy crust and fresh ingredients...the menu is expansive (including a gluten free menu), the beer choices amazing and the prices are up there but so worth it! We sat in the bar area and our server Tim did a fine job, no complaints. The atmosphere is laid back, we enjoyed our experience. Just know the pizza is made to order, be patient. If it's busy be even more patient, order a salad or an app and relax. It's worth the wait.

The trip to Crab Island was foiled by someone's need to consume food at a sit down restaurant. We tried Another Broken Egg. And we left after being told the wait time. Will we NEVER learn? Mellow Mushroom. Sandwiched between 90 lb girls in 7 inch stilettos and smudged mascara on a Saturday afternoon, we were quite the spectable. I felt obligated to not get pizza since my dress is less forgiving than usual and I already look obese next to these chicks. The build your own salad: You can choose a base and then pick random things to get thrown in there for various prices. For $1 or 2 or whatever it was for the tomatoe, you literally get 3 thin slices. WTF. Not very good value for the salad in my opinion but that's what I get for trying to not bust out of my dress after eating a giant fucking meat topped pizza pie. Next time.

Ordered 2 pizzas, pepperoni and a shiitake speciality pizza. Both were awful !!! Crust tasted old and they were greasy !

  • Antonette W.

They have Vegan Pizza!! Yay!!. The food was great served with excellent customer service

  • Brian D.

Awesome pizza joint! Everything on the menu is good. The veggie hummus is a try, and the baked wings are very good as well. My wife and I go here weekly. I usually build my own salad, but occasionally get the mighty meaty (gluten free). None of the food is bad. Great beer selection! I highly recommend this establishment.

  • Rachel W.

This is a Destin tradition for us! Pizza ha awesome, great salads and bruschetta is wonderful!! Love the atmosphere- a little hippy funky but great for kids, too. Check it out- you will not be disappointed!

  • Andres T.

Usually when I "build-my-own" anything it comes our to be horrible.... But I don't think that's even possible In this pizza place! My custom calzone was awesome! They had so many ingredient to choose from, but yet it still tasted like it was right on their menu, the chef really knows his stuff.

  • JD C.

Well the pizza was okay, just not exactly what we ordered. In fact, the one pizza we did not order was possibly the best tasting. Pancake butts and mediocre mellow mushroom mamas. One star for food and decor, two stars for employing, catering, and appealing to potheads. Would recommend if high and incredibly patient.

  • Kathy K.

We had a few great craft beers , pizza ( got to split the choices ...I had shrimp and sausage , hubby had pepperoni and sausage) with a small salad. Food was tasty ! Service was great. Mellow Mushroom lived up to its reputation. Would recommend this place for craft beer lovers. Thanks to the manager Jon, Regent Caesar and our cutie pie server Alicia we had a fun night in Destin at the Mellow Mushroom.

Delicious Pizza, Great selection of Beers, and a great place for large groups. I had the Mellow-terranean pizza and it was pretty awesome. Washed it down with a Magic Hat No. 9... My friends ordered some appetizers and they were really good. Go here if you want good pizza and good beer. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.

  • Janine B.

Don't get me wrong the food is pretty good. Those pretzels & beer cheese are really really good. The pizzas are creative. But it is just too.damn.expensive.for.p… . Yes I said it. The value is just not there. If you want to splurge or you just don't have to concern yourselves with such, then cool. Do you LOL Also it took them quite a bit of time to prepare our pizza too. For the amount of money we spent I expected perfect service.

    (3)
  • Anne R.

Seriously good pizza. Everything tastes fresh and is so delicious. The crust has a unique texture and will make you never want crap fast food pizza ever again.

    (5)
  • Megan W.

Amazing pizza and their crust is delicious! The pizza was a bit burnt but all the ingredients were very fresh and tasty.

    (5)
  • Joe K.

Average. I've been to several Mellow Mushrooms around the Southeast and I think they're all about the same. Pizza is pretty good, but kind of overpriced. Decent beer selection, friendly staff, and overall cool atmosphere. Definitely a place I'll go back to, but not the best (or worst) pizza I've ever had.

    (3)
  • Kate W.

So glad to find gluten free pizza in Destin. We even picked up a gf pizza to go so our son would have something to eat at another restaurant in town. Can't wait to head back again!

    (5)
  • Scott B.

Still a strong 5 stars! This is probably (other than the Vinings Atlanta location) my favorite Mellow Mushroom. Just amazing pizza, and a beer list that is second to none. Bells Oberon and Dogfish on tap. Enough said. The servers might be a tad bit *relaxed* hence the name, but the pizza and extensive beer list will make up for it.

  • Jennifer I.

Pretty good. The service was "meh," but the food tasted good. After finishing my glass of water, it never got refilled...and I was sitting at the bar. Ordered pretzels and calzones, and they tasted fine. Very busy restaurant, though, but what isn't busy in Destin?

I have been to the Mellow Mushroom in Tuscaloosa, Al. It may have been a couple of years ago but I don't remember it being this bad. My husband and I decided to pick up a pizza while we were vacationing at the beach. We thought we would try something that would hopefully be better than the typical Pizza Hut or Domino's. We ordered a large and customized it with our choice of toppings. We called it in and picked it up. We were just down the street so the commute wasn't far. Unfortunately when we got back to the hotel and started eating it we realized how greasy and soggy it was. We were very dissapointed especially when paying $20+ for one pizza.

  • Bindi B.

If you're willing to fork over a few extra dollars for amazing pizza, a chill environment, and great service, then this is a great place for you. Lots of options for pizza types. The problem I often have here is that I want 4 different types of pizzas but only 1 stomach that can only fit so much!

    (5)
  • Alex M.

The pizza was amazing! And we had some Parmesan Garlic Pretzels that were great too!! I would definitely recommend eating at the mellow mushroom on your trip to or through the Destin area!

    (5)
  • Sara D.

The pizza is mediocre at best! It isn't disgusting but it also isn't good pizza. My husband and I were very disappointed with the "pizza" we received and the best part of our meal was the dessert. We will not be returning, the pizza sucked and it's way over priced! Two appetizers, two sodas, and two medium pizzas came out to $70!!!!

    (2)
  • Deanna Y.

Great! Fantastic mushroom soup. Seriously, try it if you like mushroom at all. The pizza was so good. We had the mega veggie and my dad had the mighty meaty. Both were delicious, not greasy pizza. Tasty crust. Also had a really good server; Alicia. Thanks!

Great pizza here. Good dough cooked just right. Interior decor is... interesting. Maybe if I was a hippie I might appreciate that more.

  • Frank G.

A good place to enjoy beer here in Destin. Their food is very good, if a little pricier than most pizza places, but you get what you pay for. Their salads are awesome.

  • Matthew B.

Amanda and I are having our own little hurricane party. This place is great! Over a dozen beers on tap and gluten free pizzas!

  • Emily T.

Amazing subs! It was huge, delicious and stuffed full. My hubs and I intended for a small snack so we ordered one to split and walked away with full stomachs.

    (5)
  • Steph D.

Mighty meaty pizza and a hummus appetizer - perfection. My husband and I typically split a small pizza and it's the perfect amount. SO GOOD!!

  • T J.

This is the one place that everyone in the family begs to go to more than once on our trips to Destin. Their pizza's are great. Not your typical stuff. There are never any leftover pizza crusts, that's how good it is. Ice cold beer (Yeungling...woohoo) and casual family atmosphere. We need one in St. Louis!

    (4)
  • Shawna S.

I was really bummed out on the service and overall quality here. The spinach dip was burned, and it took 40 minutes to come out. The two pizzas we ordered were cold when they got to the table about 30 minutes after the dip. Our bill was something like 75 bucks too. I used to really like this place too.

    (2)
  • Meredithe M.

I wish I could drive to destin for pizza every time we feel like eating it. Their crust is so amazing! And the mushroom soup was so good. Would have been 5 stars if the service was good... But the food was great and they have a bazillion microbrews available.

    (4)
  • Mike B.

On the Destin scale I think this place is great, I think the goofy strip mall keeps the crowds in check. The pizza and specifically the crust is outstanding. My family want us to buy one and put it in kansas city...so thats pretty good praise.

  • Lori T.

Great pizza & wonderful service. Enough said.

    (5)
  • Chris V.

The food was great and the service was top-notch. There was a delay in getting the food but the waitress told us ahead of time so it was no problem. Gluten-free pizza was available and delicious! The ambiance was neat even though it was a bit silly. There was a strange metal feature on the bottom of our booth that my 2-year-old kicked a few times... otherwise no complaints. We came home with enough food to make a second meal the next day. Very pleased!

  • Vince A.

I love MM. This location is no exception!

  • Scott K.

Last night I went here with family. Had a couple pies and all agreed it was good. Crust was very good.

    (4)
  • Kat L.

There aren't a lot of options out there for us that want pizza and can't eat wheat. 4 solid stars for the gluten free pizza. Its got 8 slices, and you can basically build your own. There are no prices on the GF menu (that I saw) and it will cost you $20.99. Its pretty loud, and there's free wifi. With the ipad we kept ourselves busy watching netflix. Fantastic side of pesto must be mentioned- additional charge of a dollar or so but worth every penny.

  • Scott B.

Blah. I have been to mellow mushrooms pizza places in many states. Some locations are great and some, well . . . , not so much. This is the worst one I've ever visited. Too light on all toppings makes for a dry flavorless pizza. The service was also awful. Got my pizza to go. Waited for the pizza to Daryl out. I guess they forgot my order...while I was standing there waiting forever.... because when the pizza finally given to me, it was cold. I won't be going back to this place.

  • Cassie M.

Decided to eat here based on other Yelp reviews. So glad I did. The bad part was trying to decide what pizza to try. We ended up going with the 'Hey Dude' which was a ranch base with chicken, bacon, jalapeño, and swirled with buffalo sauce. I think that covers it. Cool decor and friendly staff who filled my drink often! Bonus points for that since the mouth was on fire. Cool decor. Would definitely come back and will probably visit again before we leave at the end of the week and try another specialty pizza.

    (4)
  • Barry M.

We have visited the PNCB Mello Mushroom and the Destin store didn't disappoint. We ordered the pretzel sticks which were great. We got the buffalo chicken pizza and it was very good. Service was fine. Great job MM! You didn't let me down.

  • Rachael J.

Love the pizza and the long list of craft beers to choose from. We had the Magical Mystery Tour. It is so good but it is spicy so beware if you don't like spicy just get it sans jalapeños. They also have $1.50 pbr's.

  • Chase C.

The décor and name imply a drug trip and the food can be just as crazy. They have good pizzas, but watch out because it may be easy to order something you won't like from the Specialty Pizza Menu. Take the Maui Wowie, the Pesto base is WAY too powerful and dominating, drowning out all the other toppings, unless you like tons of complex and powerful flavors. The Jerk Chicken has quite the kick as well. If you're looking for something a little crazy and trippy, then by all means give it a shot, the food quality is good, the pizza sizes are larger than you would think. A 10" personal size is a lot of pizza, the Large can feed 3 easily. The Calzones are enormous. The Funky Q pizza was the only flavor we enjoyed. The prices are typical Destin high, our order (family of 5) was: water to drink one Appetizer (Bruschetta) one specialty calzone two specialty 10" pizzas one specialty large 16" pizza = $98 with tip and we had tons of pizza left over

    (3)
  • Todd S.

I love this place. The best pizza in Destin or just about anywhere else. Very extensive selection of micro-brews on draft.

    (5)
  • Ryan M.

Service seems to have slept a decent amount. We had problem with service the first time we went, manager took care of it. My wife and friend when to pick pizza up and the bartenders spent more time talking then serving drinks, or giving people their food. After dropping pizza off for carry out they proceed to "hide" and not take our money. Finally my wife stands up and say loudly, someone please wait on us, or this is going to get ugly. Someone comes over and let's them pay the bill. Wait for pizza was about 30 minutes, I am fine with that, they were busy. 20 minutes trying to pay the bill. Not acceptable. The pizza is good, if you can get it.

  • C N.

I drove past this place twice trying to find it...it's tucked next to a big souvenir shop and easy to miss. But I'm glad I was persistent because the pizza was pretty tasty. The sauce in particular was really good. And the crust was really, really good. For a chain, this place knows how to make a good pizza. And the beer selection was huge.

    (4)
  • Carol P.

Our pizza was very good, we got it to go and put on hot tray in oven before we ate, helped dry middle out some, had fresh tomatoes. My only complaint, I asked to have two meats taken off house special and added two veggies, thought I would be charged the same, they say the computers won't allow them to do that? I have been to other Mellow mushrooms and I don't remember this issue. Our large pizza was 34$ I think that is steep for one pizza but it was good.

  • Kelly R.

This is a new staple for my husband and I when we visit Destin with his family. All the ingredients taste really fresh and there are plenty to choose from. We had a cheese pizza covered in feta, Roma tomatoes, and basil and it was heaven!! I can't remember what size we got, but it fed 2 people plus some. I want to say it was 14" and it was nice to have leftovers the next day! This is also one of the few restaurants you can enter in Destin and not get slammed with tourists (even though we are tourists, ourselves). It's hidden in a strip mall with tacky swim-shops, but it sure is a gem. Very casual, though I wouldn't recommend arriving in a swim suit like some of the other Destin restaurants. Their beer selection seems large, and the service is always very friendly, albeit a little slow, sometimes. If you ever have a chance to visit this beautiful beach town, I'd recommend this place!!!

I love, love mellow mushroom! Not trying to brag or anything, but my husband and I built a pretty bomb pizza. lol. The only reason why I give it a two stars is because of the service we experienced. We went there around 4pm, it's sorta an in-between hour so there were only 2 guys at the bar and another family sat far away from us. After standing awkwardly for a while we were told to take a seat near the bar. The bartender was apparently our server. She was standing there and talking to the guys at the bar instead of taking our order (Trust me, she saw us folding the menu and looking at her). Really bad attitude overall. I've been to several Mellow Mushrooms, and honestly I had the worst experience here... Still love pizza though lol. If you really want to try this place out, just avoid the bartender being your server.

  • Brant B.

The pizza was pretty good. We had the gluten free pizza and it is awesome that they have that. They don't deliver so you pick up. It's more of a bar than a kid friendly pizza place. Had to wait behind people ordering drinks at the bar for 5- 10 min to pick up pizza. Carryout was an hour which I appreciated them telling me that. I had a medium pizza by itself and it was $21.63. Overall pizza was good but if your looking for reasonably priced pizza to go I would try another place. The atmosphere inside was pretty cool for a night out.

  • Jay D.

Pizza is good as Florida pizzas go, however can't compare to a real Chicago type pizza. Price seemed excessive (however average for Destin where everything seems to be overpriced) at almost $30 for a large, 16", pizza.

Mellow Mushroom was one of our precious few stops out to eat on our trip to the Destin area. Destin in the off season, in case nobody's noticed, is DEAD. Pair that with the fact that everything in this area is spread out about 20 miles from each other, and we did a lot of sticking close to home base. BF's sister works here, so we came initially for the sweet hookups she could give us on the food. After eating here, however, I'd come back and pay full price several times over. And that's not to be taken lightly, especially since these pies ain't cheap! For some reason, I thought this place would be freestanding, but it's situated in a brightly colored strip center. Giant mushrooms (of course) and psychedelic paint schemes, along with the 1960's rock playing overhead, make this place truly "mellow". To eat, we started off with the hummus, which was really tasty. Though it wasn't the best I've ever had, it wasn't bad for a pizza joint. We had a variety of brews from the tap during our visit as well, including some Sweetwater Brewery beers that make me wish they'd expand out of the Southeast to Texas. They've got a nice array of unusual and specialty beers, including Left Hand and Magic Hat, which left us beer snobs quite happy. We ordered the White Rabbit, which immediately had the Jefferson Airplane song running through my head (its intended effect?) Though the stuff on top of the pie was good (olive oil, tomatoes, artichokes and feta, among other things), and reminded me of my favorite Late Nite Pie, the Boss Man, from Houston...the crust was the real star. OH MAH GAH. After having this pie, it'll forever be the gold standard for what crust "should" taste like. I was literally eating the pizza just so I could get to the nubby, unspoiled end. It's slightly sweet, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and was basically like eating Bread Candy. Upon eating our first pizza back at home, BF remarked "This crust is good...but it's not as good as Mellow's." I'm afraid Mellow Mushroom has forever spoiled us, but it's a delightful kind of rotten!

I really like this place. My husband and I do a road trip to Destin from Texas once a year and we always make a point to come here. This year was my second time and Mellow Mushroom did not fail me. Here is what we have tried so far: Gourmet White Pizza Funky Q Chicken Pizza The Caesar Pizza and Chicken with a Pesto Base Pizza (can't recall name). They were all PHENOMENAL!!!! We have tried a few calzones too. All good. See you next year Mellow! Oh, the staff is great!!!!

Called up to see about having our rehearsal dinner here and Sean worked with me every step of the way. He created a menu to fit within our budget and was very flexable. The service and food were excellent. Can't say enough goods things about this place. Will stop here again next time I'm in Destin.

I usually avoid chains, but this one is decent as far as they go. They feature a nice selection of pizza oriented items and are vegetarian friendly.

I typically shy away from chain restaurants but thought I would give some props to the Destin, FL Mellow Mushroom Pizza. I came in hungry on a Sunday afternoon and simply ordered a pizza and beer and was pleasantly surpirsed. The bartender was super friendly unlike many places where the beer is expensive and the attitude is free. My pizza came out pretty quick - for a 14" pizza. It was done perfectly - that difficult to produce holy trinity of hot-crispy-chewey. Will also say that the decor - wooden booths, picnic tables and concrete floors are great if you are bringing children with you. Only thing missing is the family dog to finish cleanup but I am sure Mellow Mushroom asked but the Health Department put an end to that. Enjoy.

Excellent pizza...reminds me of a Southern Peace of Pizza in flavor & attitude. I recommend the Thai Dye (my dad & uncle's order) but my mushroom gorge was exceptionally flavorful (great pesto)

I *love* the pizza at Mellow Mushroom. I first visited this restaurant on my last trip to Destin 2 years ago, and loved it then, so I had to bring our friends here when we were in Destin last week. They have many unique pizzas, or you can create your own. I had The Corporate, which was delicious. Some of our friends ordered a salad, and it was huge and looked quite tasty. Service can be a little spotty, but all in all, it was a great meal. I only wish we had one of these in St. Louis!

Timothy Leary should be be turning over in his grave. Sweet jesus! Overpriced, not very good pizza. Using some cartoon version of hippy culture as a gimmick to sell their crappy food. There were two pluses: first, they have a big selection of beer, including some local and smaller breweries. Second, they make the pizza crusts with whole wheat flour. Too bad it is also overly chewy, and bizarrely hard. $25 for a large and not very good pizza is way too much. We left here crabby and slightly less happy with the world than we went in.

First tried MM in Atlanta, at the original, a long, long, long time ago. Was thrilled when I found them spreading their franchise around the southeast. Was elated when they set up camp in Destin. Their pies are not cheap, but they do not taste cheap either. I second most reviews below. Don't be turned off b/c they are in a "strip mall-looking-thing". This place began in Atlanta and spread like wildfire because they have a *very* good thing going. Ah, and the music. Great music! Classic rock and jam bands.

Even as a local in Destin, this place is still one of our favorites. Yes, they're a bit pricier but their pizza is totally worth it. If i'm going to splurge and get pizza, I might as well get some amazing pizza. Plus, they have so many other options than just pizza. Their hummus appetizer is amazing and we order it every single time we go there. We frequent this place often, especially with their wide range of beer on tap. If you're a beer snob, you'll absolutely love this place! Awesome pizza and awesome beer to go with it, what else could you want?

Yum. Been here twice and so far have only had the large Thai Chicken Pizza because the boyfriend is such a huge fan. We might never actually eat anything else here because the TCP causes cravings of substantial proportions. The one time we got takeout it was agony to have to smell the pizza in the car without eating it. Boyfriend liked the variety of beers on tap to choose from. Oh, and the people are pretty nice, too. But even if everything else sucked, we'd probably still go just for the pizza.

Went to Mellow Mushroom after reading the reviews on Yelp. Best. Decision. Ever. We had the White Rabbit (AMAZING) and the Mighty Meaty (DIVINE). I can't recommend this place highly enough. Our new go-to place when we're in Destin.

Good selection of draft beer, very good pizza. Be warned tho- while their crust is very good hot, it was very bad cold the next day, so eat it all!

I'd give them two stars if it weren't for their impressive 2nd best draught beer selection in all of Destin. Like their pizza, though, the beer is insanely expensive. You're better off grabbing a bite somewhere in Destin Commons followed by happy hour at Blue Point Fish Club (1st best draught beer selection in all of Destin).

For a small chain pizza place it does the job. The key is in the bar, great beer selection including Stone Brewery beers difficult to find elsewhere.

While I don't usually go for chains, this location of the Altana-based pizza franchise awesome. Let's start with the beer -- there were more than 30 selections on tap, including a blueberry-based Sweetwater brew that was perfect after a hot day on the beach. The Mega-Veggie pizza with it's outstanding crust (and I usually feed that part to my dog) and diverse toppings (like broccoli and feta) was delicious. To top off the meal, they had a wide variety of Ben & Jerry's ice cream desserts. Truly an All-American dinning experience with a fun atmosphere and awesome service.

My favorite pizza! The crust is the best part. My usual is an order of hummus (best I've eve had) a med. house special and a few cold beers. They have about 30 kinds of beer on draft, and not miller lite, bud light, or any crap like that. I highly recommend this joint! : )
