Who doesn't like chick fil a? We were greeted with a smile and it always seems like you are like family. I like the fact that they bring your food out to you and sometimes during lunch ask if you need a refill and bring you one without you having to get up. They are closed on Sunday so get your fix before then or you have to wait till Monday. Try the milkshakes as well they are so good way better than sonic to me.

Chick-fil-a is supposed to be known for their amazing customer service and accomodating friendly atmosphere. This is NOT a normal chick-fil-a. Let me start by saying my husband and I LOVE chick-fil-a...we know many owners/operators/managers/etc. Our experience goes like this: went to chick-fil-a for some delicious breakfast one morning of our vaca. Got through the drive through and realized they did not hand us one of our bags of food. Naturally, we pull into a parking spot and my husband heads in to get the bag...20 MINUTES LATER...after they question him and REVIEW THE SURVEILLANCE VIDEO...is this real life?.....they hand him a bag of food. He leaves. Meanwhile, I come out of the bathroom to hear them talking crap about my sweet, polite, patient husband...."that guy was crazy!!!" "Probably lost the bag in the floorboards!" " people are SO dumb". Wow. I wouldn't even expect that kind of customer service from a McDonalds, let alone a chick-fil-a....BOO!

We were a bit iffy about eating here after seeing the long drive thru line and packed parking lot. But we decided to go for it and took our chances inside. We were instantly greeted my manager Miguel and our order was taken promptly. Before even finishing the order, one of the staff members was handing our food to us. Food was superb like all CFA's. Miguel came around to our table and filled our cups up with refills with impeccable timing. And upon leaving asked if we needed more for the road. Great service, great food. Nothing to complain about here.

the drive thru staff is always nice & courteous, the inside is clean & the staff are very very sweet & friendly, the atmosphere is nice. the food has been great all except for one time which the sandwich was a little chewy in which the staff swiftly made us a new one & there were no worries. come here all the time, love it!

I am a Niceville local, but I work in Destin. Chick Fil-a is usually my "go to" place to eat, but now I REFUSE to eat at the Destin location. I went in one day to use the bathroom and encountered a family of roaches! Not the palmetto bugs that are native to the area, but nasty, little, dirty roaches. If they are just happily living in the bathrooms, then theres no telling whats hiding in the back. I will not be back!

I'm a huge CFA fan, but this was my least pleasant experience ever. From the beginning no one greeted us. There was one person on the registered with a line forming. The cashier didn't seem comfortable with the menu. Then my kids meals came with no chicken.

Drive Thru- Your chicken must be on some crazy hormones cause my strips were HUGE. HUMONGOUS! The 4 barely fit in the box. A little stingy on the dipping sauce I might say, but what a fantastic location. Clean, quick, friendly, and massive GMO'd chickens.

I just love Chick-Fil-A and wish it was more available up north where I live. Can't beat their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries and their kids meals are perfect once the fruit cup is swapped for fries. Although I am not much of a fry guy, I am always up for Chick-Fil-A waffle fries. On second thought, maybe it is better that Chick-Fil-A is a destination experience for me -- it will help my waist line in the long run!

The owner even stopped by our table while we were eating twice to see if there was anything we needed. Ironically, the food here was far better and affordable than most I've had while at Destin that's cost far, far more.
