I love Dunkin Donuts to begin with. My mocha caramel iced coffee was made to perfection. I came in with a few friends who got ice cream, and everybody was happy. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was good. That's all that matters.

Every time I come in this location (which isn't often, mind you) I always seem to get one of those employees who are just ANGRY that you, the customer, the person paying their salary, has walked into the store. This is a baskin robbins/dunkin donuts combo store, and the one occasion that jumps out at me was when I decided one day that I really wanted an ice cream cone. The girl "helping" me had to ask me 3 times what flavor I wanted because she was yelling in Spanish to someone in the background, and I had to tell her twice I wanted a waffle cone. When I asked for sprinkles, there may have been 10 total on there and I was charged extra. My first job was an ice cream parlor-you DUNK the cone in sprinkles to coat it, not dust them on top. This endeavor took over 15 minutes when it should have taken three. Other times when I have come in to get a dozen donuts (also should take less than 2 minutes) the store employees aren't paying attention and are rude. One time they were even training what looked like a 16 year old kid and were rude to him. I am definitely not a coffee shop every day type of girl but I know a lot of people are. If DD is your crack in the morning, skip this location and go to the one on Nova drive. They're much nicer and a well oiled machine.

There are so many DD within a couple if miles of this one, but this small DD (without a drive through) is my DD if choice. Before writing this, I wondered, when it comes to a chain, especially fast food, what really can differentiate one location from another? After all, the food should be exactly the same! In this case, what differentiates this DD is: 1) Quick service - this location, possibly because it does not have a drive through is not usually too crowded. 2) Friendly service - the employees always are nice and gave a smiles on their faces. 3) Accurate service - you get what you order. If I order extra mocha in my iced coffee, it is there (not always the case in other DD). 4) Clean And this is a DD with Baskin Robbins too, so it is always nice to have that option for the kids!

There's 3-4 Dunkin Donuts within a 2 mile radius of this one, but I come here because the staff is friendly, welcoming, and courteous. They make my iced coffee just the way I like it every time. The seating area is always clean, and so are the bathrooms. And the temperature inside isn't freezing so you can sit and enjoy a coffee while reading your morning paper or a book without freezing.

Dirty. Disgusting. Store. Went there for ice cream. Only 24 flavors. No chocolate. Cases were too warm. Ice cream was melting as soon as it was served. Soft serve broken. No shakes or 31 below available

This is a very confused doughnut shop. It's trying hard to be too many things to too many different kinds of people, all at the same time. It's like the United States of Tara in there! My husband and I were just passing through on our way to Miami and decided to stop on a whim. As another reviewer stated, the parking situation is a bit dismal, but once you get over that, you're treated to a clean and intriguing shop. Initially, we didn't really know where to go to order our doughnuts because there was so much going on. After we picked up a St. Patrick's doughnut and a chocolate-glazed doughnut and tucked in, we scoped out the place. There was an area for bulk-order pickup, as well as terminals for surfing the Internet, playing Wii, desk-work areas, sofas for watching sporting events (b-ball game was on) and yes, a glassed-in conference room for rent, like the kind you find AT WORK. At first, I thought this was insane, but then I thought... "Wait! Instead of bringing the doughnuts to the meeting, WHY NOT BRING THE MEETING TO THE DOUGHNUTS!?" I know, right? But, it only sounds cool in a review; when you see it... you imagine presenting your project results to your VPs while some kid is playing Wii in the background, some jokers are cheering on their team and someone in shorts and flip-flops is doing a furtive deal on his cell phone in the desk area. Not professional, unfortunately. I've given it some thought, because I do love me some tasty doughnut citizens, and the best approach is to rent out the room and close down the doughnut shop for the hour of your presentation. Solid solution found! To wrap it up, the doughnuts were only okay-tasting and the shop itself was clean and well-cared for. Personally, I prefer the local independent doughnut shop or something intentionally quirky like Voodoo Doughnut in Portland. I think the DD CEO decided to create a replica of his office in the doughnut shop itself, and it just doesn't work. Sorry, man!

This place is so convenient! Two weeks in a row now; I can easily pick up 2 dozen donuts for $11 on the way out. What a deal!

This dunkin donuts is so packed that you have to wait for a while. The coffee here is weak. The service slow and my hasbrowns were not fully cooked. Plus this dd has no drive thru. I went according to the one and only review it had because it said it had a snake of cars that led into the drive thru but that was not the case.

Unfortunately, this is the only DD drive through on my way to work. They always short you on your order, so if you go through the drive through make sure to check your bag before driving away. They know you won't wait another 20 minutes to fix your order. The have noe phone # on their receipt because they don't want to hear about any mistakes. If you get their phone # from YP, you will find that it is a disconnected number. I'm shocked that a DD can be run this poorly. I have no problems with any of the other locations.

I love this place it's the closest to my house. Everyone is super nice, the food and coffee are always fresh. After a couple of times of going there they start to remember you and can even remember your order. I am personally obsessed with their dark roast iced coffee.

I love this Dunkin Donuts. No matter what time of day I walk in the place is clean, the staff is always smiling, and after just a couple visits they recognize you and know your drink. Hot coffee in the moring, and iced after my runs. I know there are DD's all over the map, but if you are in need of one while on 595 of in teh area, this one on University is a good choice and is an easy on off from the highway.

Very friendly employees and clean environment. Only downfall to this location is the parking lot can be a bit of a pain. Great ice coffee that is way cheaper than heading to the local starbucks.

The donuts and coffee are here. Sometimes its good sometimes it isn't. I choose this one specifically cause it's close to me, that's the only reason.
