The man that owns the place, Bob, is so nice. I would have came back just for the amazing customer service I got. I'm from South Jersey, I got a hotdog with kraut and mustard and it made me feel like I was back at home on the beach. The fries were really good too, fresh. Will for sure come back and try something else off the menu.

My husband and I love this place. Good, simple food made just right. The owner and his wife are wonderful people with huge hearts, and will chat with you about anything. We try to go as often as we can!

It is Soooooo hard to find a good Chicago Dog!!!! And this place nailed it!!! The bun wasn't wet from the pickle spears or peppers.... And the tater tots were seasoned very good I recommend going here for a quick, cheap, delicious meal. My wife and I both got Chicago dogs and a side of tots for about $10 and I think they even have a drive thru!

Service, what a concept in a service oriented industry. Here the owner Bob will ask you your name and he will engage you in conversation during your visit. Food is good the homemade fries are excellent. Great place.

The owner is so nice. Every order is made to order. The fries are great. The guy is a true Yankee and he will not say anything against you if you put ketchup on your dog. Everyone knows that is a no no. Great place for dogs.

As our first local Crestview restaurant we were very surprised. The owner and his wife were beyond friendly, even the other family there was beyond friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. Will be coming back here without a doubt.

Let me start this review by saying I truly believe that small local independent business are the backbone of any community and I always support them first when possible. With that being said, I had one of the worst, if not the worst customer service experiences ever. My family and I went to dinner around 630 and ordered dinner. Shortly after ordering the cook came to the counter to have a conversation with another customer about how she was upset with all the "strangers" that were coming in lately and how she wishes it was only the "regulars" and how terrible it was that it was still early for these "strangers" to be here. We have just moved here last week and we were excited to find a spot to become regulars but instantly felt very uncomfortable by her comments. Her next comments were about the food my boyfriend had ordered (a Philly cheese steak) and how she hates to make them and wishes they would be taken off the menu. That's just what you want to hear about the food you're about to eat! Five minutes into eating the women then makes a loud announcement to shut the drive thru and stop answering the phones. By this point I couldn't even tell you how good the food was or wasn't because I was so upset. When she announced she was locking the door (at 650) we had decided we had enough of being made to feel so unwelcome that we threw all our food away and left. I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone and it seems likes that's exactly the way they want it to be. What a shame!

This is a great little hidden gem in Crestview. Bob the owner is a really nice and personable guy, and always makes it his business to ask and remember your name and you can just see the pride he takes in this place. His fries (as he justly boasts) are home made from fresh potatoes and fried on the spot. You will have dreams about these fries. But don't sell the dogs and burgers short. They're delicious and very well priced. I'm glad I decided to stop in one day on a whim, because it was a great decision!

I ordered a regular hotdog and another with kraut. The buns were perfectly steamed and the hotdogs had that perfect little snap to them. I also ordered the fries and had them topped with chili and cheese. The fries were served hot and tasted amazing. The owner and his staff are very approachable and friendly and will talk to you about whatever comes to mind. They will also just smile and let you enjoy you food and not say a word. I will be going back there is more to explore on thier menu.

Been here 2 times recently, had their burgers both times, pretty good but are like "bubba burgers", which is fine with me..fries are great, I love fresh cut fries, had those once with cheese, once without, both good..staff very nice..

What can I say I love a good hotdog and sure enough this was a good hotdog shop. The Decour is simple with symbols of America's heroes in the military on the wall. the menu is clean and easy to understand the hotdogs are fresh the fries are fresh cut. Bob behind the counter was dry and straight to the point and really added to the character of the experience. The prices are good and the people around you are friendly and courteous. Definitely worth a visit. I had the hotdogs but the burgers look good to try the next time

I glad bob and the gang are here they make the visit to eat awesome and food is cooked to order and fresh oh my god you have to get fries they are cut fresh and cooked just right . I think mc ds don't have nothing on there fries but i have just about everything on menu and it's all been great .I jusr want yall all to know that bob the ower he a great guy and dose his best to make your visit the best he can. Very friendly and the crew he has is awesome to .I would like to say thank you for your business and keep up the great job bob and gang.

The fries are crispy and the hotdogs are awesome! The owners are entertaining and the walls are decorated with good 'ole American traditional stuff. This is a great place to bring foreign friends to experience a small town snackin'.
