I was pleased with the assortment of choices! We had the meat and cheese appetizer and we throughly enjoyed the bison pizza, our service was good. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is that they weren't busy at all and we had to wait a bit when we were sat, the hostess got our drink order when she realized that we hadn't seen anyone! BUT Regardless, We will be going back!

Food and customer service, both on point! Filet Mignon Benedict was perfection as well as the deviled eggs. Both Cheyanne and April were attentive and sweet, will definitely be back!

Kind of middle of the road. I really wasn't blown away, but I wasn't disappointed either. There are hundreds of other places just like it. There is nothing that really makes it special.

Having been to the location in Tampa, this location has by far the most laidback atmosphere and less of the young, boisterous crowd. Man, I feel so old saying that. The menu is the same as the Tampa location so that was great because we love the Greek meatballs. The interior dining room have long lounge style seats and tables. Love the fireplace as a focal point. There is also an outdoor dining area with a few tables outside also with a fire pit. As with most restaurants with outdoor dining, the service isn't as great as it is inside. Food is pretty decent for bar food and don't forget you can get your beer served in either 1/2 size beer bong or full size beer bong. Definitely recommend the Greek meatballs. Located right next to Kobe Steakhouse.

This place could be so much better If servers could just get their shit together. I usually come in to a group of them talking. So on to the bar is where I keep walking. The bartender Chris is funny and entertaining. When I sit at the bar, I'm never complaining. The table service just always seems slow. Tho the couches and fireplaces are inviting, ya know? I like the food, that's never been the problem. Duck wings, Kobe burger, that shizz is awesome! It's a great place to chill, grab a drink and a snack. I'll be sitting at the bar next time I come back!

Don.t think we will be back. Had there Saturday special Chicken and Ribs , potato salad. Chicken was burnt could cut the ribs with a steak knife. The potato in the salad couldn't be pierce with a fork. The waitress brought another dinner after she notice that I couln't cut the ribs. The second one was just a bad

Atmosphere is casual but upscale. I love sitting on the couches in front of the fire place! This is no regular "tavern" the food is amazing but you still get to each sports on the numerous big screens. Specialty drinks for me classics and craft beers for the hubby. Great place to eat, drink and hangout.

I've been to both Brickhouse locations, Tampa and Palm Harbor, many times and between the two this one is my least favorite. The food tastes the same at both locations, always good, but the service here isn't great. My food order is always wrong, they've run out of something to make a drink at the bar, or ran out of an item in the kitchen. I dont know what the deal is but this location can't seem to get it together.

This location is different from the one on South Dale Mabry in Tampa. I would say it's much quieter and low key. I like how cozy it feels and the fireplace and couches as the dining chairs. The wait staff are super friendly and the food comes out really quick. Same menu as the Tampa location. I have to stay that the Greek meatballs are my favorite as well as the duck wings. The outdoor is another option if you have a pet, there is an outdoor fire pit. Big plus is the parking, so much easier to navigate.

Waitress was very nice but the food was not very good. My wife had steak and mushrooms and I had a burger. Bottom line is neither had a very good flavor in my opinion. Another thing that was not good was that there was an ant crawling on the sill behind me and another one on my seat. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Cool atmosphere and good food! Their $3 craft draft happy hour deal is pretty rad. If you go a little earlier in the evening they have good deals on their appetizers and pizzas. I will return in the future when I'm in the area.

I was very hopeful when I went to this place. I had heard a lot of good things and was ready to buy in to the hype. I really, really wanted this to be my new man cave away from home. The restaurant is cool and has some very interesting dishes but that is about the only thing extremely positive I can say. There was just nothing that stood out as "great" or "amazing." I have been a few times now and the food is good, just not great. For now, I will continue on my journey to find the man cave of food supremacy and beverage goodness...

Decent chain restaurant but pricey. Bison burger came with bacon that wasn't lean, almost ruining the flavor of the bison. I ended up taking it off the sandwich. The side salad ordered was way too small for the $4 paid. Tea was $2.59. Not sure if I'll be back...

friendly service at the bar, great beer selection. I had the burger which was well above average. I will say that serving a sloppy (beer dripping down the sides and making a mess on the bar/table) isn't really acceptable at this price point.

I really like this restaurant! Let's talk about why it gets four stars. The ambience is pretty much a comfortable sports bar. There are a lot of tv's and when there isn't a game, the music is not too overwhelming to carry a conversation. The fire is really inviting when it is cold outside and the food is delicious. Dirty paper menus and the hostesses brought this down a star. I swear .. everytime I walk in the front door the hostesses are completely clueless to what they are supposed to be doing. I could stand there all night with them unless I ask for a table. Tighten up those idiots standing at the front door and this will be a consistently high rated and quality establishment!

Great food except for the spiked calamari which included whole tiny octopus. I like my occasional calamari to be rings only NOT whole critter. Breading w/ cherry peppers & marinara was good but... Service was quite good - thanks for the good job Danielle.

So I've drank here and eaten here. While the food was ok it wasn't outstanding in my opinion. The drinks were fine. The service was pretty decent. But the TVs. . . I get it, sports bar and all. Maybe I'm spoiled by other smaller local places that have more of a true pub/tavern feel. Maybe I'm just biased. But either way, I'm not sure that I'd go here just for the food. Or just for the drinks. But as a convenient place to meet up with folks, well, I guess it'll do.

It's a nice sports bar with decent pricing, craft beers, and... Tater tots! What's not to love? My salad and tots were selfish.

Have been there a few times, good place to hang out and have a beer, in the cooler weather they have a fireplace going and fires outside also which makes it very cozy, food is average, and they have a large selection of beers on tap.

Updated review: I had to bump this place up to five stars from my original four. The service and the food tonight were incredible. I ordered a steak salad on field greens and it came out with a lot of iceberg lettuce. When I spoke to the manager, she was super courteous and had them make me an entire fresh salad. It was a great salad. My partner ordered pork chops and they looked so good that it was fortunate he didn't realize how close he was to losing a finger while I stabbed one of the two enormous, thick, perfectly cooked pork chops off his plate. I had the everything Bloody Mary or the All In Bloody Mary, I can't remember. But it came with enough food in it to make a sandwich, it was also a nearly perfect Bloody. And I'm a tough critic. We had a great time, the check was cheap since we ate during happy hour. Two drinks, two entrees and two appetizers was $56. Can't beat that. We will be back, again and again. Amanda waited on us and she was very accommodating and attentive. Previous 4 star: Maybe because I have never been to the Dale Mabry location my expectations weren't as high as other reviewers. But we've been here twice and, especially for Clearwater which is notably less cool than Tampa, this is one of the better places I've been here. The atmosphere is cool and laid back, with very little left of the Macaroni Grill that once occupied the building. The fire pit out front is a nice touch. The bar selection is good. The Bloody Mary was excellent. The prices are a little high, but high in a normal for the rest of the country but high for the blue hairs of Clearwater kind of way. I have been especially happy to find a place that isn't populated by nothing but old folks in this neighborhood. I had a chicken sandwich with avocado and it was excellent. The fries were good. My friend had a burger and he loved it. So far, so good. For the planet this is a solid 3.5-4 stars. For Clearwater/Palm Harbor, this is a nice upgrade.

Great atmosphere, it's nearby, it's busy but never too crowded, the food options are unique and well priced, and they have great coupons that keep you coming back. I've been here twice now- the first time was for the Super Bowl a few months ago. We ordered the Thai Chicken Salad as well as some ball-shaped appetizers (forgive me for my vagueness)- others in our party ordered various other appetizers and drinks and everyone enjoyed themselves. We came back this past Sunday because Justin had received a birthday burger coupon in his email. FREE BURGER! Not just a couple of dollars off, free. And it was a sub-shaped burger and was so delicious! Too awesome. I ordered myself a chopped chicken salad and it was perfection. This time I donated to their Operation Homefront and I got a free appetizer coupon in return. They seem to fundraise for different philanthropies and I'm all about that. I hope I can use the free appetizer coupon soon but this next month will be pretty busy for me. For sure though, when the opportunity arises, I will be back again!

This place looks like nothing special on the outside. You walk in and what a surprise! love it! very cozy, great lighting, and the fireplace is such a nice touch. we came in for the specials on Thursday night. My boyfriend got a burger and it was awesome. I had the chicken sandwich and it was good but could have used more flavor for spices. I think I will try the burger next time. they had a good happy hour. We came with our neighbors and next time we want to try the appetizers which seemed appealing. Definitely worth a second trip.

No,no,no,no... NO! Wife has been wanting to try this place. Finally stopped in. Has Steak & 'Shrooms. Steak had no flavor. Then, I found the hair in my mushrooms. Done! Won't be back. Thoroughly unimpressed and disgusted.

I finally hit The Brickhouse and wow what a find I was waited on by the bartender Chris who was awesome giving me all sorts of recommendations. I decided on the duck wings to start which we're absolutely delicious. And then the chicken pot pie which was good as well. But wow I loved those duck wings. I will definitely come back and try some of their other dishes. The ambiance is cool as well. Great bar and a huge wood burning fireplace in the back

I used to work in Tampa and frequent that location regularly. When I heard they were opening one in Clearwater, I was beyond thrilled. Unfortunately, something was lost in the translation. The service is ok, the food is lackluster, it's never "busy". My girlfriend ordered the crabcake sandwich with tater tots. No remoulade on the sandwich and the tots were lukewarm. How? We were one of 4 tables in the place, so the kitchen wasn't exactly "weeded". Maybe I'm nitpicking... At least when I sit at the bar, Christopher always gives excellent service and keeps the laughs coming.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Brick House is a very beautiful restaurant. I think the couches are a great addition and I thought the fire place looked great as well as the decor. The booths to the side of the restaurant are a bit small for my liking but I guess that is only an issue if your plus size :) I had the Pretzels as an appetizer and thought they were very good but I was huge fan of the sauces. They gave us yellow mustard, Siracha ranch, and cheese dip. I thought the sauces were good but I didn't they were the best. I personally prefer a cheese fondue rather than a queso for pretzels, like they serve at Applebees. I personally enjoyed the Siracha ranch but my mom didn't; so I guess if you love Siracha like I do, you like it. But you can't beat having Pretzels with mustard. My mom had the Chicken Pot Pie and thought it was very good and I had the Chicken and Waffles and thought the Waffles were great. I would have expected better chicken considering how much it cost. I thought the chicken was a little dry and I didn't really like the breading. I would have liked the chicken to have been moist. But the food was still very good and the portions were huge as well. I would go back; however, I would probably not get the chicken and waffles or the appetizer again. In my opinion, I would rather get the half-prized pretzels and Applebees because they taste better and cost half as much. I'll also have to come back and try the beer because everyone seems to be raving about it.

We visited here for the first time on a Saturday night. The place was finished nicely -- fun and modern. We happened to be watching a game and the TVs are nice and large and adequately distributed for watching from just about anywhere. The drink menu is impressive, with lots of craft beers, craft cocktails and the like. Most drinks are in the $7-8 dollar range. They have some cool "beer funnels" where you can distribute your own draft beer at your table -- but I'm not sure how you keep it cold? The food was good. Loved the blue cheese chips appetizer. Service was excellent. I will try this place again.

I want to like this restaurant so badly! I really like the atmosphere, casual but feels more upscale. I've received great service every time; have never had to wait to be seated (I usually go after 8 during the week). Staff and manager have been attentive. Beer, wine, and drink selections are great. The food menu always looks interesting and tasty, and more upscale - and that's where everything falls short. My friend and I have ordered various things off the menu, some of them twice to see if maybe we just caught a bad night. Every time there is just something "off" about the meal. I've had the drunken pork meatball sandwich - meatballs were really good but the bread totally ruined it. The Mac n cheese appetizer needed more crispy pork crumbles, so ordered extra pork crumbles the next time. The first time they were a crispy texture and finely crumbled (just needed more); the second time we got big hunks of pork rinds that were on the stale side of crunchy. The crab cakes I've had were very thin/flat and fell apart; they were also served with tarter sauce, which I find unusual (rather than remoulade, which I then asked for a side of because I know they serve remoulade with the mahi). That trip also ended up with a date sticker on my plate (this issue was handled perfectly by our waitress and manager btw, so kudos there). The only thing that really has come out tasting great with no issues has been the Mahi with remoulade, broccoli, and side salad. I think they're trying too hard with the menu. Maybe simplify and make sure all ingredients and items are top quality, rather than trying to be more creative but without all top quality items. So for now I'll be skipping dinner /eating here. Maybe I'll try again in the future to see if the food/menu has improved to match the atmosphere and service.

LOVE THIS PLACE! From the time you walk in you can tell they are doing it right. They pull the drink menu off of this roll hanging from the wall, I would think that was strange, but it gave more space in the entrance and it may be just me but when the young lady pulled and ripped it off it waved over her head as if in perfect harmony with her movements. If it was a dance I would have given her a 10, let's face it not to many greeters (not sure what they call the people who seat you) get a pat for a job well done both girls were great! You look around and yes there are TV's hanging from the ceiling, which is typical of Florida restaurants, but these offered no obnoxious viewing issues. Yes ladies your guy can take you here and have a romantic dinner and watch sports. When the young lady asked if we wanted to sit in the couch, I was like WHAT?? Hell to the YEAH and that's when my eyes focused on the raging fire place that sits in the back next to the couches. Our server was over quick, went over the specials and was very pleasant, she made us feel right at home. The meal was as stated in the reviews, YUMMY! And that is not just because my husband and I took advantage of their happy our drafts. Not an overwhelming menu options, creative and plenty of creativity went into the descriptions, I would read one to my husband and we would go "oh my yes that one let's do that one". Then I would move on to the next, we really wanted to try all of them. We got the butchers block, (MANAGMENT PLEASE TELL THE POWERS THAT BE TO PUT SOMETHING BESIDES SALT ON THE MEAT BOARD) it had plenty to offer for two to three people to share, finally a place that gives you enough of the toasted bread that you don't have to break them to share. Still please add grapes or honey or a small cup of fruit something sweet to break up the salt. My husband got the burger!! This is a burger I wasn't sure he would be able to finish it and his fries. The fries are nothing special to talk about just fries. I got the special of the day, I love trying the specials. It was Chicken Pot Pie under puff pasty. YUP!! I would eat this again and again, not the best I have had, but come on who can beat grandma really? This was as close as it gets. Our waitress was super attentive at the right times, the manager walked by and listened to our suggestions for the meat board and handed us a coupon for a free appetizer. Along with an amazing menu daily specials and daily drink specials this place honors our military in a unique way I personally had never experienced. You can donate $5.00 and get a free appetizer, $10.00 dollars and get any entrée of your choice. Come in on Mondays Military and bring your friends and family for a 20% off your meal, does not include drinks, come during happy hour they are a $1.00. Over all life is sweet at the Brick House. I look forward to making this a regular spot to lounge on the sofa at.

4 stars for the bar staff and happy hour specials, 1 star for the food... How do you screw up a meat and cheese plate?!? It's warmer than room temp that's how. How do you screw up a meat and cheese plate?!?!? cubes of meat?!?! what am I 9? Try slicing your meat in a style that's conducive to eating it with bread and cheese. How do you screw up meatballs, you eat them here. Meatball = ball of meat... you should taste meat (not a chef here people). Thankfully there were a lot of people with us and I wasn't hungry (a very rare occurrence).

Brand new location in Clearwater. Interior is smaller than the Tampa location (I didn't see the super comfy recliners in front of the big screen like in Tampa) and exterior is way smaller (tables are grouped tightly together), but there's a nice looking fire pit with fake logs. We just ate so decided to stop by Brick House just for a drink. It was a Monday night around 8pm but the place was rather empty. We sat at the bar and ordered a Moscow Mule (excellent) and a Dark and Stormy (also excellent). The bartender was very informative as to explained to us the drinks menu as well as asked for our names and introduced himself (Chris). Our 2nd round of drinks were not as good as the 1st. We got a Cider beer with Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey (I didn't like it) and something that's like a hard tea (it was okay). We were talked into ordering the Chocolate Bourbon Cake (yeah, our arms were twisted), which was delish because you can taste the bourbon in it. Overall, we enjoyed the big bar area, the TVs and the service was pretty good. It's a good place for game days and anytime you want a drink.

Love this place. The food is awesome and the atmosphere is great. My wife absolutely loves the burgers here. I had a great chop chicken salad which I get every time I come here. The chunks of chicken in the salad are huge and taste awesome. Even our two boys, 12 and 10-year-olds, both found something that they liked on the menu. And the beer selection here is fantastic.

We had a really good meal. No complaints at all. This place gets busy but service was excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and gave us some good recommendations. The Moscow Mule drink he suggested was great. We will return.

Been here a couple times. The food here is good, home style eats. We loved the ribs and chicken special. The breakfast is okay...hollandaise was not good(broken). Chicken and Waffles are excellent!! We have tried quite a few of the cocktails, my girlfriend loves the Moscow Mule, I tried the homemade mead....but everything is better when I get. Cold shocktop instead. It's packed here at dinner time, expect to wait...and they pack this place wall to wall, so getting a spot near the incredible fireplace is almost impossible. It's loud, and fighting to figure out if it's a sportsbar, a pub, or a restaurant.....? I don't know what category it should be in, but it's a good time with pretty good food. We will be back.

Ordered the Pork Meatball Hero with Fries. The Fries were cold and the bread was stale. I'm not a complainer so I didn't say anything for fear of getting another crappy meal. I'll NEVER come back here again...I gave it 1 star but changed it to two because the manager came out and asked what was wrong, after I told her that I was not happy she credited the meal.. Which I never ate...

Last minute date night with hubby so we decided this place. Atmosphere was very pleasant and busy. The music was nice and it was a mix of genres. Love the addition of the fire place and couches! We were sat right away and our waitress was very personable, upbeat and sweet. We placed our order, chitchatted for a bit and before we knew it our food was delivered. My dish, BLACK RUM BBQ SALMON was pretty good. There was a titch of fish taste in the first bite however the rest was pretty good. The cracked mustard potato salad could have had a little more flavor added. My husband had the BBQ bacon burger and he was very satisfied! His Shock top was in a can and came with a small paper bag. A little different. All in all the service was great and we will be back again.

Tez (Taz?) Waited on my 3 friends and I today. Let me just say, the service was impeccable. Tez's response to any of our concerns was, "I'll take care of it!" This was so refreshing to hear considering people can get defensive if you have any questions/concerns about your meal. I also had a filet mignon salad that was cooked to perfection: a rarity! All in all, this was the perfect place for my group to watch our Sunday football games.

This place has so Much potential. They lack with the fact that they have to ruin most of their dishes with a mound of sauce on everything. Which to me means it's just another frozen chicken to microwave to plate kind of place. Good beer options.

I like the atmosphere, love the food and beer options! It's more for adults gathering with friends than bringing kids in however kids would enjoy to fire.

Sometimes a corporate held franchise finds the right balance and it looks like Ignite Restaurant Group may have something that could last here. I say could last because if there is a weak link it seems myself and many others have found it. It could have been my last visits were inside the first 6 weeks of it opening or it could be those clever marketing folks believe they are dishing out Chef Inspired Tavern Food. So I will go back but not expecting a signature dish to excite me. Why even bother going back you may ask? I have to admit for a franchise I quite enjoy the decor, if you want to watch a game it's one of my favorite new locations and everything was very clean - oh yea, they sell beer by the yard !

Not sure why the 3 star rating as I have been here many times and never had a bad experience. I believe there attention to detail is better at this locatiom then the Tampa location which is bigger but not necessarily better. I have had excellant service here with each waitress being helpful and pleasant. Food has been great. The lamb shank on sundays is amazing!Try it out for yourself. Dont let other reviews deter you away from this place. They were also open easter.

I've been to the Dale Mabry location a few times and have really loved the hamburgers. So, I was quite excited to see them open one closer to me. I got there on a Friday night just before 6 PM. It was very crowded, but that is to be expected. I got a seat at the bar and got a menu and ordered a beer pretty quickly. There were 4 ladies working the bar. There was also a manager helping them out. I got to watch them pour numerous beers while I was there and every glass was mostly foam that they had to pour out and keep trying to get a full glass. Usually, that's a sign of improper temperature for the kegs. Luckily, the craft beer I was drinking had enough flavor to survive these warmer temperatures. Despite making eye contact with every one of the ladies numerous times as they poured beers and made drinking right next to me. It wasn't until I had almost finished my first beer (about 20 minutes) that I was asked about ordering some food. That was the manager, not the ladies I mentioned. He also took my order for another beer when I emptied the first pint. The manager served my food and cleared my plate when I finished. The other ladies behind the bar were pretty much challenged with making drinks and really didn't seem prepared to handle serving food at the bar. I give them some credit for being friendly and not at all lazy. The place hasn't been open long and I assume they haven't quite found their stride yet. My burger, however, was not as great as I the ones I've gotten in Tampa. It was fine, but not nearly as tasty as the one's I've had before. The tater tots were good. Nice and hot, not greasy. Essentially, the manager and the tots kept this experience from being a complete bust. I plan on going back again in hopes of them having the kinks worked out. I'll update this review at that time. For now, I'd wait a bit for the place to settle down. As I wrote at the beginning, I had high hopes for this place and hope to see them do well as I remember loving the burgers before.

Yelp let me down on this one. Beautiful place with a cool and hip dining room and bar area. But that's where it stops. The prices are crazy considering the other dining options in the area and the food was tasteless it has been a while since I left a restaurant feeling like I got ripped. Cheddar burger - tasteless with a weird color and shaped like a rectangle patty in a rectangular bun. It was super dry and the meat tasted weird. $12??? Wendy's please Drunken meatballs - it figures, you have to be extremely intoxicated to enjoy these. Fish and chips - I don't want fried crumbles of bread crumbs on my plate, cold in the middle, and tasted like freezer. Kids chicken - A tiny peace of imitation meat deep fried in a huge whad of bread crumbs 4 times the size of the chicken. I felt bad even feeding my family this crap and $60 later I felt ripped. I would have just donated the money to charity and felt a lot better.

Pretty good... this was our choice for date night last week, the special on Wednesday was Chicken Pot Pie which I had and Brandon had the Philly Cheese Steak. The atmosphere was really cool, totally different then anywhere else I've been. There were lazy boys where you could watch TV and just drink and eat there, as well as couches at tables and then regular booths and tables and chairs. There was this cool fireplace out the front even though it spelled badly of fumes when you walked past it into the restaurant, it looked like a cool outdoor patio with it there. We didn't eat outside since its FREEZING here lately but if we went back again we'd probably try it. The server was really helpful and pleasant but when she mentioned they didn't have sweet tea of course Brandon went on his rant about how everyone in the south likes sweet tea and that it is absolutely ridiculous not to have it. Considering they had unsweet tea why not just make sweet too... then you're covered. I ordered the Potato soup as an appetizer and it was delicious. Although it's called something like the "big bowl" or something like that that makes you think you're getting a giant bowl of soup, and is displayed as if it is a meal size... it's definitely not. So don't order that as your meal definitely appetizer size but really good. The CPP was ok, but honestly Brandon's makes better at home so I wasn't too thrilled about it. Brandon's said his Philly was really tasty though and I believe him since he must have inhaled it because I don't even remember him eating it. We didn't order any drinks but there was a large variety of beers and wines available and I believe they had some type of Happy hour going on when we were there. There were different specials for each day of the week which were all sort of "homemade" dishes which i thought was pretty cool. Brand new so everything was super clean and really nice looking, definitely check it out if you haven't been yet.

I hate to give Brick house 2 stars, I really do, but on my first visit to the newly opened Clearwater location, I was under impressed with everything. I had been to the Tampa location a few times and always liked the wide beer selection and cool, relaxing environment so i was excited to check it out when they built this new one. We went at about 7 or 8 PM on a Wednesday night and it was packed since they had just opened. We grabbed a beer from the bar while waiting. No drink specials were offered, they only have specials on weekday afternoons. Lame. They do have a wide selection of craft beer here and they offer the large beer sized 100 oz to share with the table, which is kind of a neat idea. We waited about 5 or 10 minutes before being seated at a small table right in the middle of the restaurant. That was my first issue here, they have some nice lounge couch type seating right by a fireplace, but every seat was full, regardless im not a fan of sitting out in the middle of the restaurant. On top of all that it was very loud and rowdy. It wasn't the experience I was hoping for. By later in the night, it did clear out and there was a bit more tables, but oh well. They do have a great patio area out front with a fireplace, which normally would be a great seating option, but on this particular night it was very very cold, so we opted to just deal with the noise inside. So our waiter came by and greeted us, he was very enthusiastic and upbeat, but he was also a bit pushy with trying to upsell and checking in on us so often that it was actually kind of annoying. We had to tell him multiple times we were just enjoying our drinks and would let him know if we wanted food. After looking at the menu for a few minutes, although neither of us were very hungry, we decided to try the "white meat chicken bites" app. A lot of the food on the menu sounded strange (i.e. prosciutto wrapped meat loaf, what the heck??) even to an adventurous foodie like me. None of it really seemed all that appealing. When our app came out, it was basically a few fried chicken tenders with ranch, BBQ and honey mustard sauce and a bunch of fries hiding underneath to make it look like more chicken than it really was. It was alright, but not my favorite. After we ate, the server asked if i wanted another beer, I told him "no thanks, check please". What does he do? Brings me out another beer and pretends he thought that's what I asked for! UGH! Seemed like a ploy to increase the bill to me. Overall, I know this place just opened and maybe they are still working out the kinks, so i will probably still come back to try it again in a month or two, but I was just not as impressed as i hoped to be with our experience here.

Atmosphere and service were outstanding. The food, was a bit average. Drinks and beer selection were also good.

great service and atmosphere plus one of the only places close by to get a bite late and brick house delivers. I'm glad I came here, the lamb burger and chicken and waffles were superb. I also recommended the beaker (pitcher) size for drinks and the margarita, it was delicious and cost effective. overall it was a fantastic experience and will be coming when I am in town again.

We went with a large party (with reservations) on a Saturday night during Football playoffs.. So our service was not great obviously. The atmosphere and food were 5 stars. The service was a joke, but it was not her fault. Management needs to get it together. One server for 20+ people who called days in advance is unacceptable. We were missing many items that we ordered, and eventually stopped asking because we felt so bad for our server. We did eventually get our missing items on the house on behalf of the manager, so they definitely take care of their patrons. I recommend going on a week night with a small group. The duck wings are a must try! Also the drink menu is really unique and refreshing to see from all of the same in the general area. Overall: great food, mediocre management.

Really good food and laid back atmosphere with TVs to watch games. We ordered from the appetizer menu - smoked salmon (served chilled), deviled eggs, pork meatballs (that came with a side of really good corn bread) and duck (yes, duck) wings, which are basically a larger version of a chicken wing. All delicious. Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere, love the oversized fireplace and multiple TV's hanging from the ceiling. We had the Drunken Meatball appetizer which was yummy. I drank an Angry Snake Bite which is half Angry Orchard Cider and half Guinness, unbelievably good. For dinner I had the Drunken Chops which had 2 huge pork chops, I substituted the roasted Brussel sprouts for the cheddar mashed potatoes. Then for dessert we had Magic Brownie which was magical.

We loved the ambiance. The settees at the tables are very comfy. The big fireplace draws you in. The service was outstanding! I had the lamb shank special. The lamb itself was generous and tender and delicious. The sauce that came with it was almost unpalatable due to the excessive salt. The roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon really fell short too....they were over cooked, dry and chewy and I saw nor tasted any hint of bacon. My husband ordered the prosciutto wrapped meatloaf and loved it, but he ordered a Dirty Blond which is Guinness layered on stop of Stella, and it was delivered all dark, no layering. My drink was on the specials list and I can not remember the name of it, but it was amazing! It was like a cucumber mojito with fresh mint leaves and a cucumber spear garnish - it was outstanding. We also tried the Fried Stuffed Olives and they were very good also, but when looking at fellow Yelpers pics it shows them sprinkled with Blue Cheese and ours did not come that way.

Wife and I went for dinner last night and plan to visit again. The ribs were done the way she likes and the service was quick. Very pleasant atmosphere. I had the chicken and waffles. Appreciated they did not drown my waffles in syrup but allowed me to make the decision on how much syrup I would like. Great date night dinner. Thank you.

Service was great. Constantly had other servers stopping to check on us. Our zucchini appetizer was delicious. My husband had fish and chips which was good. I had the chicken and waffles which was good until we found not one but TWO hairs on my plate then I wanted to barf. The manager took both meals off our ticket and was very apologetic about the whole thing. Would I go back, yeah probably but not anytime soon.

My first visit to this establishment in Clearwater was great and we had one of the best servers who was pretty knowledgeable with the menu, very personable, etc. On my second visit, I have to admit that I had great service at the bar and once I was seated at the table (as I had to wait for two members of my party to join me), we had a disappointing experience, as we had to request for refills on our drinks from another server, some parts of the order were incorrect (minor), as well as not being able to locate our original server(who never came to check in on us), as well as try to locate a manager to let them know of all of this. Probably not returning.

Please is super comfy....TV's, fireplace and couches or large tables with large comfy chairs. My dinner was ok...drunken meatballs ( a tad too much sauce)

Where do I start.....DON'T GO! The menu while eclectic does not live up to expectations of any imagination other than the food sucks! The service is worse. Waited 1 hr and 18 minutes to be served. Our waitress came twice to apologize blaming a long wait in the kitchen because of a large party but never once offered to refill our drinks- we had to chase her down and when food came it was cold and undercooked. She never once came to ask about how our food was until time for check. The table next to us however got served the same food multiple times and in a timely fashion. The manager never made an appearance. Maybe it was just an off night.

Brick house is a nice new addition to countryside. I really want to rate them 5 stars for what they have to offer. They have a very diverse drink selection and the prices are very reasonable. I liked the food. Items that seem very generic as far as a bar and grill go have a unique edge to them. The environment borders "sports bar", but with provides some modern trendiness. Some seating areas have sofas, which is really nice if you are there to enjoy a good meal and watch the game. They also have giant towers that are like pitchers that dispense beer. Overall, I like this place for a large group. Sadly, I give this place 3 stars because it is NOT supposed to be a full on sports bar and people where yelling and cheering over a game. I didn't mind that so much, but I pity the other quiet tables around them. It's an intimate man cave-ish place. You feel right at home here, so I will return. My husband ordered the drunken chops, which in theory sounds delish...When he got the chops ( 2 massive giant tender bone in cuts) it looked very yummy with a side of mashed potatoes...They were not drunken as the name implied. They were very bland due to being such THICK chops and there wasn't enough sauce to give each bite some flavor. My poor husband was using his cut pieces on a fork to wipe any residue of sauce on the platter. I'd say if you order it, ask for more sauce. It has the potential to be great if it weren't for that. I ordered their fried chicken sandwich, which was massive, perfectly fried and served on a cibatta bun. It had a very unique taste, like an undertone of a mustard based sauce. When I order common items, I seek different. I'm sure you will find that here. Overall, I had good service, good drinks, and the food was hit or miss. I will return, but I will stick to bar or non fancy sounding items and go when there's a good game with friends. Hopefully I will score a couch.

I've only visited the Brickhouse twice so I'll reserve the right to call shennanigans if necesary with future visits. I recommend that you either find a different establishment if there is a huge sporting event being televised or expect at least an hours'wait to be seated. Service can be a little sketchy if they are packed. Try going when it's not so busy. Food is decent & portions are good. A bit on the pricey side for pub food but it's elevated pub food so it's worth it..

First and last visit. Four ribs (they were good) on a small pile of fries. Where is the coleslaw the bread??? The only glass of Merlot Wine is $12.50?? I left hungry.

Loved everything about this place...from the fireplace on the patio, to our waitress (who was very warm and funny), to the fantastic menu, to the incredibly good food, to the happy hour prices, to the huge dining room fireplace...everything was great. Recommended by a friend, 6 of us ventured in for dinner. Items ordered: Appetizers - meat and cheese platter & meatballs in marinara sauce. The meat and cheese plate was good, although the pepperoni was cubed...made putting it on the crostini difficult. Other items on the tray were good. Meatballs where good. Entrees: 2 orders of fish and chips. 3 large pieces of Alaskan pollock...not too heavy on the batter, with fries. Excellent 3 orders of meatloaf - huge portion sizes, cheese mashed potatoes, fried onions, mushroom gravey. This is what heaven serves at meal time. Fantadtic Cheeseburger - cooked to order, rich pepperly flavour. Excellent. Will definitely return prior to leaving the area. The order above, plus 3 x 24oz drafts, 2 bottles of bud, 2 x 16 oz Coors light, 2 glasses of wine, 1 tea, 1 diet Pepsi.....$130 !

I am giving this place three stars mainly because of the atmosphere. I came here during lunch with my brother and it was not noisy at all. Our waitress was a tad bit awkward. It seems as if it may have been her first day but she was extremely polite and attending. My brother and I both ordered the Bison Burger, which I thought was okay. We also ordered the calamari, which was nice and tender. I like to go to restaurants knowing that they have the best of something but burgers do not fit that category. I would definitely return; however, I would order something other than a burger.

I go all the time. Close to home. Good food, great beer and great service. I had Kayla last night for the server and she was fantastic! Get the Zucchini curls and the wild mushroom pizza. Yummy! My favorite beer is the black and blue. Love this place!

Never been to Brickhouse, and now I know I like it. I went here with my hubby and Stacy because my hubby received a free Birthday burger coupon. Brickhouse emailed a free deviled eggs coupon. Talk about bargain dining for quality food. I had the lamb burger, and also tried a bite of my friend's bison burger. Both were diff than I have had before and they were great and very juicy and flavorful. I'll definitely have the bison burger next time. The candied bacon gave it that uumph! My lamb burger was good too. I loved it with the roasted tomatoes. The siracha mayo was like orange mayo to me, no biggie. Pick fries or tater tots for your side. I picked taters, but too salty for me. Brickhouse is dog friendly so I loved it already before I got there lol. They have a nice shaded and fanned area. Inside, choose to sit at the couch booths next to the fireplace. We had great service without a doubt. Usually when we sit outside especially in the summer months, we feel like we get shafted. Who wants to serve outside when you can be inside? We get that, but we always have our dog with us when we can. No issues of service here whatsoever. Just a super friendly cheery waitress with a very personable, helpful personality. I wish I remembered her name, but I greatly appreciated her.

We've been back a few times and I think they cleared out the gaggle upfront. I don't recall seeing it anymore though we go to eat early, around 4-4:30pm to catch happy hours but avoid crowds. We try anything we see different, but have the habit of getting the devilled eggs each time. Still good food, still new things here and there, still on our list of restaurants we will visit from time to time.

I absolutely love the set up. Hard wood bar, tvs with sports on abound, good draft beer menu. I always take out of town friends and my sister here when they visit because the menu is unique and we can watch whatever we want sports-wise. Even when it is busy, it is reasonably easy to get a table. They have unique seating like the movie watching chairs you see in home theatres on Cribs, couches with tables in the middle, and some fire side dining both inside and on the patio. I really like the buffalo chicken meatballs. I always order them for the table and get funny face responses from my dining compadres until they try them and the Greek meatballs are solid. I get a different entree every time. Food is generally good with some highlights. This past time we were there, the mahi special was that highlight.

The husband and I came here on a late date night with no idea what to expect from seeing the outside. We sat in couches by the fireplace instead of their standard booth. We got spiked tea and wine (white zinfandel) with meatballs (many different types to choose from) and house made soft pretzel sticks. OK, so I know we only got appetizers and drinks but that was plenty for us to tell that we liked the place. There are soooo many beers to choose from along with some mixed drinks and wine. I am not a regular drinker so I loved that the menu described how the drinks taste and also what was in the mixed drinks. The keftedes meatballs were quite tasty and the pretzels were probably some of the best, they come with 3 dips, spicy cheese, mustard and ranch. Looking at the menu I saw a few unique items we will return to try. We are always looking for something a little different. I highly recommend coming here in adult groups, double dates, or on a date with partner or friends. I didn't feel like I would want to take my children here. The prices are about what you would expect and the atmosphere feels more adult social.

I enjoyed my visit to Brick House tonight. On a friends reccomendation, I tried the Greek Meatballs as an appetizer. I was impressed, they were quite tasty. I liked the croistini that they were served on, the sauce and the salad that came with. Everything had great flavour. For our mains, the husbeast had a chopped chicken salad and I had Chicken and waffles. While the salad was your usual fare, albeit, he felt that there should have been more egg, since he couldn't find much in the salad. For me, I found that the waffles were a bit cold, but they had good flavour. The chicken tenders - 6 in total, were crispy and light, with good flavour. I just didn't know how I'm supposed to eat it. Do you eat it like a sandwich? Do you eat them all together? Or do you eat them separately? Either way, ate what I could and ended up taking more than half home! The food and service were very very good! We will certainly be back!

My wife and I visited this restaurant. We wanted to try the Fish and Chips. After looking over the menu we changed or minds to the special Chicken and Ribs. The chicken literlly was burnt! Succotash looked like it was sitting out all day. We decided we wouldn't be eating there again
