To be fair, this place was talked up so much that I had high expectations. Long story short.... Pros: - Happy Hour. Go during happy hour. - Very nice inside decor and ambiance. - Reasonable prices. - Delicious Wine Cons: - Seating outside on a rainy day, on uneven ground, with dirty tables, and flies buzzing all around us! - The restaurant wasn't busy but the service was SO slow! - VERY limited menu. Appetizer selection was great but after that it's just soups, salads, flatbread pizzas, or sandwiches! If I'm drinking wine, I'd like a nice steak or pasta dish, not a sandwich! - This place made me not want any more BBQ in Orlando after eating their brisket sliders! It was awful!

What was once my "go to" restaurant in Celebration, has now become a "let's go here if the other places are packed" place. Sadly, new owners equals lower quality and higher prices. Since when is it OK for a host to where a backwards Chicago Cubs baseball cap? Oh well, as sad as it is, this is the next location to become just a tourist destination.

This place is one of the best kept secrets in the greater Orlando area. With so much of Orlando being touristy, over crowded and over-priced, you can always find a quiet spot and a good meal at the Imperium. It offers a wonderful range of fun foodie items and a nice selection of wines as well as a decent seasonal selection of craft beers. It's kid-friendly and even offers a kid menu with the usual favorites. Watch for the Facebook page for specials throughout the week, including happy hour deals.

Everything in Celebration reeks of being Disney, and it always freaks me out a bit. It feels a bit too much "Stepford Wife." If you have "wine" in your name, you better have a pretty good wine list. This was not the case here. It has the feeling of a coffee house that sells wine. We got the Baked Brie and it was pretty tasteless (which is very shocking when it come to brie). All I could taste was the honey that was drizzled on the bread surrounding the cheese. I've been to 2 places in Celebration and have been disappointed with both places. I think you should do as the locals do and stay away from the touristy downtown Celebration.

Stopped in for a late dinner while in town for Sci Fi 4th of July concert and fireworks. I really enjoyed the tomato basil soup and Cajon shrimp panini along with a glass of Malbec. Food and service were good despite the crazy crowd of the holiday.

Enjoyed the steak and mushroom flatbread. The Reuben was also good. At first sight the srrvibg size looks very small compared to other restaurants but then as your eating you realize that the other restaurants serving size in ridiculous. Can't wait to taste their wine list. The dining area is very comfortable and inviting. The staff are great too.

OMG!! Looks like a place for very good, and affordable wine, but they have Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Beer On Tap!! The smoked salmon flatbread was very good but the Thai Wrap with crispy chicken and peanut sauce was bucket list good!!

We came here for brunch on a Saturday after a Run Disney race. We wanted to get out of the park and go somewhere local, not a chain restaurant. The service was friendly, the wine list extensive, and the food was fresh & delicious. It was a gorgeous day, so we sat outside. I got the Turkey Sausage & egg wrap. It was excellent. Fresh field greens, the eggs were fluffy, and it was warm when it got to our table. I would definitely return here on our next trip from NC. Tip: Get the double mimosa for $6. It is well worth the extra $2 over the single mimosa.

This place never disappoints me. Food is always great and the wine and beer selection are excellent. They have an extensive wine list to suite all tastes and price ranges. Nice place to have a relaxing evening with friends.

This restaurant has great potential but definitely fell short. The service was AWFUL. Despite being one out of maybe five tables, it still took a ridiculous amount of time to be served. The edamame was soggy and obviously microwaved. My fiancé liked his burger but my panini was very bland. Additionally, throughout our meal, members of the staff continued to walk through the restaurant with frozen packages of food. If you're going to serve frozen food it might be a good idea to bring it through the back so your guests don't see. The only reason I am giving a 2 is because I liked the wine. Will not come back.

I've been here twice for lunch. The menu features a wide variety of salads and sandwiches. I've had the Cobb Salad and an Asian Chicken Salad. Both were delicious! Several folks in my group had a half salad-half sandwich combo. The Turkey Brie Sandwich was a hit amongst my fellow diners. The atmosphere is great. Modern, colorful, cozy and intimate. Local artwork adds a nice touch. The place has a great wine selection. I'll definitely be back for drinks sometime soon.

Excellent meal and drinks and reasonable pricing. The Cuban sandwich was perfect and the Buddha Chicken was very tasty. Great service and atmosphere. Been here a few time and every time has been great. Highly recommended.

I love the food! I haven't tried the wine. I normally go for lunch. The Ying Yang salad is my favorite and I enjoyed all of the flat breads.

Delicious brunch! Even though they take reservations, we didn't need the one we made on a Sunday in June. It was really hot outside, so we decided to eat inside, but there were still people who chose to sit outside under umbrellas. They had live music, a guy playing a guitar, which added a nice touch. My fiance got the chicken and waffles and I got the smoked salmon and egg flatbread. Honestly, I didn't like his chicken and waffles that much. For some reason it did not mesh as well as other chicken and waffles I've had have. However, the flabread was absolutely amazing! I loved it and want to try all their flatbreads. The atmosphere of this place is really cute. It is the perfect brunch area. I could also see having a nice date night or girls night here. If you're in Celebration, this is definitely the place to try.

I can only say FANTASTIC without writing volumes. They made my mother feel at home. The whole place was packed, but they kept the place very homey. The food is delicious and it made my mother and I feel like a million bucks. As soon as I can, I will be going back. I tried one of their wines and it was delicious as well. The cheese plate is to die for. I wish they had salmon that day, but their beed was awesome. It is my hope that this place stays open for a very long time. On a side note, it has inspired a short story I am designing and hope they give me permission to use their name and location for the short story. Thank you all for helping my mother and I escape a bad situation for a short period of time and let of some steam.

I ventured to celebration with friends to enjoy some brunch. The food was sub par for the price. The service was absolutely terrible for the place to only have a couple customers. They did have great coffee though. I think this place is probably better in the evenings to enjoy a casual glass of wine at.

This a great place to relax have a glass of wine and have some flat bread the steak and mushroom is awesome!!!! The service is great and the atmosphere is a lot of fun!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We booked a reservation on OpenTable just to try it out, but we really didn't need the reservations on a Friday night. The (obviously) have quite the selection on wine and the servers are very knowledgable about wine pairings. The food was really good and the drinks were just as memorable!

    (4)
  • Zachary C.

Really enjoy this wine bar. Pretty decent selection and the price is right. Along with appetizers, they also have salads, wraps and flatbreads that are also reasonably priced and pretty tasty. Service is great. Very personable and remember our past orders. Definitely recommend!

  • Ryan W.

I don't understand the other reviews for this restaurant. The service was good. The wine selection was excellent. The food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered Brie as an appetizer and we enjoyed that. I ordered the Caprese salad w/chicken. The chicken was boiled/shredded and had zero flavor. The mozzarella and tomatoes were diced and placed on a bed of lettuce. This was not a Caprese salad. I took took two bites and stopped. My partner ordered the BBQ chicken flatbread and said it was the worst flatbread he's ever eaten. We ended up finishing our wine and going down the street to the Celebration Tavern to eat again. Stay away.

This restaurant was delicious! My husband ordered Smoked Salmon Flatbread $14 and couldn't stop raving about it and I had South West Chicken Wrap $13 and that also was delicious. Great ambiance and busy which is a sure sign of being tasty!

  • Amanda J.

Oh, it had such potential! Nice atmosphere, welcoming and a great wine selection. However, the resulting food and service combination fell short. I ordered the tomato basil soup and the southwestern salad. The tomato soup was never delivered and the southwestern salad was completely uninspired. Our server was on a different plane of existence and beside from forgetting to bring my soup, completely ignored my request for additional salad dressing. Oh well. You win some and you lose some in the eating out game and this one we lost.

Not sure why this place has such good reviews. Service was really slow and the food was nothing to brag about. I had the turkey sausage and egg wrap, which could not have been more bland. My wife had the steak and goat cheese salad, which she said was way to salty. Go figure. Staff was nice enough and prices are fair. Atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. There is seating on both a front and back patio. Definitely would not go out of my way for this one.

I like this place. It's nice to sit outside and bring my dogs. They're very dog friendly. Inside is a little dark...not my favorite ambiance. They often have live music which is great and always one of my favorite features. I love the memu, but my husband who is more on the picky side doesn't have a lot to choose from that he likes (meat and potatoes, plain dishes, etc). Great for foodies, awesome wine and beer menu, and good brunch. Only warning about brunch is its on the healthier end. No potatoes as sides etc so check out the menu before so your not disappointed. Overall one of my favorites!

Shrimp tacos were bad, the service even on a slow day was under par, the single star is for the decor.

Great lunch location! Stopped by on my way to Orlando with my husband! Enjoyed tasty sandwiches- mine was a three cheese panini! Decent wine selection and staff was helpful to suggest wines for pairing. I had a great time and really enjoyed the food! I ate outside on the patio which was nice! The town is great to walk around if you like something charming and relaxing outside the Orlando area!

My friends and I were visiting my snowbird relatives in Kissimmee and they wanted to check out Celebration. We walked around and we came across Imperium. We sat out side and had a bottle of wine and shared different appetizers and flat breads. The Pork and Apple flat bread was my favorite. They have an extensive wine list and our server was very knowledgeable in guiding us in our selection. They have live music inside and even though we were outside we could hear the guitarist. That added a little something extra to the night. It was an enjoyable spot to sit back and enjoy good company, food and music.

The food and service here is great. Also a great wine and beer selection. We have been many times and I would recommend the salads, burger, sandwiches, and even the kids food was really tasty! They have a fantastic outdoor patio in the front and back as well. I almost want to give it a lower review just so it doesn't start becoming too busy here!

  • Caroline K.

Have been here for girls night out and also on date night with my husband. They have a fun and reasonably priced selection of wines. Their sangria is great too. I wish they had a few more food selections but the turkey and brie panini is great. Celebration can be really busy so go early or on a week night.

I've been here twice, and the food and wine selection is nice. The food selection is not extensive but offers some basic variety from sandwiches, salads and flat breads. There is a baked brie that is wicked good! The selection of wines is very good. Don't ask me what is what because my knowledge of wine is limited, and I leave that to my amazing girlfriend who knows her stuff very well. But the selection is good and we've enjoyed what we have gotten here.

  • Amanda F.

Good place to get a glass of wine or beer and a bite to eat for a decent price. The last time I was here I had their cheese platter and a sangria. It was raining so we ate inside. They have a very classy atmosphere and they're aren't many tourist during the off season. Everything tasted wonderful. The server was polite and quick.

Very limited menu/small portions/ not very tasty/ service was only fair/ no bread with dinner/ they were out of shrimp the night we went - not good for a restaurant to be out of shrimp/ however the tomato basil soup was reported to be good

We escaped our family who were insisting on eating at Cracker Barrel and found this little gem. A simple and interesting menu provided us with enough options for me (vegetarian) and fiancé (meat eater). He had the Asian Beef Skewers which were practically a meal themselves. They didn't need the plated sauce he said. I had the spices Edamame which was a decent sized portion. We both got flat bread pizzas as our entrees (Cheddar and Jack Chicken & Bruschetta) both of which were good. He got half (which is one flat bread) and I got a whole (which is basically two flat breads) and it was too much food. Great live music, Austin was a fun and pleasant server. Great atmosphere and art on the walls. We would highly recommend it!

The imperium wrap was great! They had mamma's little pilsner beer as well which is a great craft beer. Excellent wine selection and good service. Nice atmosphere with seating outside with good jazz playing. Nice place to eat or have some good wine or beer.

Cool staff. Nice selection of wine. Happy hour for wine and beer is great. Plus, it is in Celebration, not a lot of tourists, what more can you ask for?

  • Sandy K.

This place was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the half order of chimichurri steak flathead which was amazing... Tomato basil soup... To die for... And the Asian beef skewers... Wow. Everything was prepared with care and you can tell the chef takes pride in the creations and presentations. Can't wait to go back again. Prices were a little steep but damn the food was good.

  • Chelsea W.

Wow I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet since i've been here a ton of times! First things first...I love the sangria here! Go for happy hour and order a pitcher..its a steal! I always get the Caprese salad because its so fresh and they drizzle it with balsamic and pesto so for some reason I love this Caprese so much more than any other restaurants version. My husband always gets the chicken caesar salad and its huge but ask for light dressing because sometimes they can drown the salad in it. The Brie appetizer is yummy, its drizzled in honey and everyone literally wants to lick the plate clean. If you are in Celebration during the holidays then go early and get a table outside and you can watch the snow fall (or leaves). The outdoor seating area in the back is much quieter but not as good for people watching :)

Our meal here was mostly mediocre. Maybe I was just in a mediocre mood but I left the place mostly unimpressed. I did enjoy my tomato basil soup and my mom's potato leek soup of the day but the salmon flatbread was very meh. I think maybe the salmon was from the can or something and the pesto cream cheese on top tasted off. My mom thought it was okay but I only had two bites and then passed on the rest. Not my favorite meal in Celebration. The guy playing the guitar there was sort of odd. I could have done with some different music.

  • Jonathan R.

The Hummus and the flatbreads are well worth the trip. Skip the sandwiches and be sure to come thirsty as the beer and wine selection is superb. Finally, service is always spot on.

    (4)
  • Tim m.

Good flatbread but grossly overpriced. $14.00 for a full size flatbread that is half the size elsewhere? Beef brisket sliders were ground beef, 2 small sliders for $12.00. Way overpriced for a small quantity of food. There are better choices in Celebration, kind of figured when everyone outside was drinking and not eating.

    (2)
  • Gerald H.

Great location to have dinner and drinks while enjoying the holiday festivities. They have a great beer selection! The paninis were okay. The kids ordered Mac n Cheese was just Kraft box mac n cheese.

  • TJ M.

Beware this place has new owners and it shows in the worst way.... while the menu is still the same, the food quality has suffered GREATLY. I ordered the smoked salmon flatbread pizza (which I have had many times before) and the pizza was cold and chewy; the salmon was super fishy, smelly and dry; and the greens were brown and wilted. Seems like they were using leftovers from the day or days before. Same thing with the BBQ pizza the meat was unusually cubed and hard. My kids nuggets were also dry and seemed to be a different texture than before and the fruit on the side, which is usually fresh and bright, was mushy and brown. The service was good as usual and our meal came fast - too fast, which is probably because they just plopped all the leftover food on top of our pizza and did not actually cook anything.

So I came here from the reviews and to avoid the typical Orlando chain place. Was this a typical chain place? Nope. Service was excellent. Wine was good and food good. Food and wine earth shattering or best I've ever had...nope. But away from the tourist area and chain places. The outdoor seating seemed popular and we left happy. We had the cheese plate, a salad and two flatbread pizzas (full size) should have gotten a half size.

Imperium Food & Wine is a supreme gem. I have fallen in love with the this little area of Celebration and enjoy spending an afternoon strolling past the show windows. We were in the area and found our way into a lovely little bistro. We were warmly welcomed, quickly sat and attended to with a warm smile. It's been quite a while since we've been down there and unfortunately the menu does not jog my memory about what I could have ordered. It does make my mouth water and makes me think about when I'll be able to return.

Maybe we went on a very bad day. but the food was awful. In fact the baked items were not only stale but smelled really bad. We ordered 5 menu items for 5 people and nothing was good. Most of our plates were nearly untouched because the food was so unappealing. The restaurant was almost empty and the service and food should have been much better and more personalized. The photos here are accurate, its just that the taste isn't matching the looks. Sorry. We will avoid this place for sure!!

Truly a hidden gem Almost afraid to review it. LOL. Amazing wine selection and the food is extremely unique. Everything is prepared to order and with very fresh ingredients. Your server has to be Luke, the most charismatic and outgoing London lad. You have to try the Tuna Tartar or any of the freshly prepared wraps. On Sundays they offer a Brunch to die for with $3 mimosas. Who can beat that!!?!? Outdoor seating and indoor beautiful art (for sale) makes it a great date restaurant.

Visited Feb. 2013 while on vacation in Orlando for a week. We sat outside and enjoyed Happy Hour ($2 off glasses of wine!) and a cheese plate -- everything was delicious. Service was a bit slow.

My brother always says 'well first they are a wine bar, THEN they are a restaurant." No way. Their food blows 90% of my experiences back where I live now (dc) away. Tomato basil soup bursting with flavor, making me want to lick the bowl. I had 3 bowls in 2 days. The flat breads have large and small portions, and the chicken one (the first on the menu) has an abundance of tomato, and red peppers. Phenomenal! In my ignorance (i forget I'm in the south) I also ordered a salad with chicken, and although it was only $5/$6 it was HUGE. A salad like this at a sit down restaurant in DC or even NY would warrant a $14 price point. Too much food, and $40 for 2 people is not too shabby. I will be back, and be back, and be back. Portions are huge, come ready to share!

My husband and I live locally in Celebration and visit Imperium at least once, twice, sometimes three times a week. The owners are fabulous and very down-to-earth people who we always enjoy talking to. The servers are some of the best around - Luke is particularly awesome, he always remembers our "usual" orders and is always upbeat, enthusiastic and happy to see us! We go every Sunday morning for brunch and have made it a weekly tradition. I particularly like Imperium because of their variety of healthy options. It is very refreshing to see such a plethora of dishes made of "real food" - vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fresh leafy greens, nuts and cheeses. A lot of attention has been spent on balancing delicate flavours and textures. I was inspired to take the time to post here on TripAdvisor after their most recent menu update which has upgraded the options even further - my husband and I are both vegetarians and the Imperium now offers a tofu substitution (or a leaving-the-meat out option or a substitute-some-portabellos-or-veggies-option) on just about every menu item. Including fun stuff like breakfast tacos which I usually don't get to eat at most restaurants. Sunday brunch is extra nice because they have mimosas and other breakfast cocktails, juices, etc. to start the day off with ;) A few months back we brought our little niece & nephew for brunch and they created a "kids" breakfast cocktail with cranberry, lime & sprite and they are still talking about it! The servers are all very knowledgable about their wine list, which changes throughout the year and has been very thoughtfully put together. The best deal there (if you are hungry!) is the cheese platter - a massive assortment of cheeses, nuts & fruit which is priced very reasonably (I don't know if I could even go to a Publix and build it myself at that cost) and pairs perfect with a glass of wine. Periodically there is live music at the Imperium and that's always a fun & atmospheric element. My favourite though is to sit out on the sidewalk tables and enjoy a summer evening (and being within walking distance it's pretty great for us Celebration residents). And finally - on a side note - the Imperium is also a great supporter of our local community - they regularly sponsor events like the Celebration Art & Wine Strolls and help support us local artists =)

I have always enjoyed my visits to the Imperium and love their happy hour! I highly recommend the Ying Yang Wrap that you can get with chicken or shrimp. It is truely addictive it is so good! The servers are always nice and accomodating and the outdoor seating lovely. We've only had an issue once where we needed to finish lunch in an hour to make it back to work, but it just seem to drag on forever. Other than that, it's great!

  • Katie B.

Love the food. Always get the Ying yang wrap with shrimp or the tomato soup. I know I should try other things but I can't help ordering those bc they're just so good. I've never tried the wine there but the mimosas for Sunday brunch are delicious.

We stopped into Imperium for an early weekday lunch after a run in Celebration and were presently surprised by the great food in the middle of touristville. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the lovely FL sunshine and people watched, which was great. I only stepped inside for a few minutes but the ambiance was very nice--warm and inviting decor which makes it a good date or hang out spot. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had the Smoked Salmon Flatbread, Cuban Panini, and Buddha's Chicken Salad were all delicious. The flatbread was our favorite but the other dishes were also very good. The Chocolate Lava Cake was a lovely ending to our meal. There were no prices on the beer menu was not cool but regardless they was a good selection of beer at mostly reasonable prices. Overall a great experience and I will be back next time I'm in town!

Cranberry and sparkling wine- what a refreshing twist on a bellini and a great way to start the day. My flatbread was tasty. I had the one with the prosciutto. I describe it as so because there was just so much prosciutto. I could have done with less of it, but at least I can't say I didn't get my money's worth. I asked for extra blasamic glaze. I LOVE that stuff. We sat outside and had a nice releaxing meal catching up with friends we hadn't seen in awhile. Considering there aren't many brunch places in the area, it was a good find.

Love this place. Great for happy hour for a glass of Shiraz and a nosh or two. Don't get the cheese and fruit plate without extra crackers. Hummus and pita? Flawless. Atmosphere? Lovely. Service? Brilliant.

Recently moved to Celebrarion and have brought friends here for lunch and my husband and I have been here 3 Fridays in a row for dinner. Love it here. They are very accomodating, plenty of wait staff and We love our English waiter. Paninis are good, salads good, flagbreads good, appetizers good, wine and beer good; have never been disappointed. can go on and on, but you get the idea. Try it you'll like it!

This is a nice little place to sit outside and enjoy people watching. Lots of people sit out with their dogs as well. We had the Ahi Tuna Tartare to start with and the sweet chili aioli was amazing! We also ate an herb chicken flatbread that was also great choice to order!

The owner preferred to gain $1 than to keep a customer! I went on a Sunday and ordered a glass of mimosa ($4) with my food. The mimosa gave me a bit of a headache. I asked the server to replace it with coffee ($3). The waitress was attentive and pleasant, and said that the manager would not let her remove the mimosa. I asked to speak with the manager, out of curiosity of why she would decide to not remove it... and as it turns out, it was the owner who came to the table and said that since she couldn't resell the glass, she would keep it on my bill! So - $4 mimosa, replaced by $3 coffee - owner rather gain $1 than to keep a customer. Ridiculous! What ever happened to customer service! Needless to say I will not be going again. The wrap was good but not impressive for the price. My waffle & chicken was just ok.

I picked this place based on the yelp reviews and the fact it was close to where I was staying. I have to say, who ever classified this as a tapas place should be shot or at least educated what that style of restaurant is. The staff was dressed up for Halloween so that was fun and cute. A guy was singing and play guitar, while a bit loud, he did have some talent. The wine list was good and we got a very nice wine here that was reasonably priced. A nice change from most restaurant wine issues. But flatbreads and pannini's do not make a tapas wine bar. But that and salads is about all that is on the menu. We got a salad, the special flatbread that night and their thai shrimp flatbread. The salad was way over dressed, vinaigrette, pesto and balsamic is way over kill on a single salad. And guess what the balsamic reduction? I don't' think it was reduced. It didn't have that lovely sweet taste you get from a reduction. I think it was "thickened" balsamic. ONce you scraped off some of the dressing the salad was good. Nice set of greens and tomatoes. What to say about the flatbreads? The bread part is actually good. The first one we had was bar b q brisket with caramelized shallots, lettuce and sauce. The brisket was good. Nice and tender. The shallots, flavorless. How you can make flavorless caramelized shallots I don't know and I never want to find out. A very big disappointment. The sauce was good, but it was so unevenly put on the flat bread it was feast or famine. So potential but some training on how to put the food together would help. The thai shrimp one had good flavor, the napa cabbage was nice, but again heavy handed on the sauce kind of wrecked it. Maybe people in Celebration love lots of dressing or sauce, but I just dont' see the point of killing good things with mediocre sauce. And why does flatbreads with good toppings needs some kind of strange sauce in the first place? Always seems to throw the balance off. Service started out good, but as the place got about 3/4 full the staff started running around with their heads cut off. I ended up eating flatbreads on a dressing soaked plate left over from the salad, and had to ask three time for water, Oh yea, dessert came out of a box from costco. But was plated nicely This place has potential, but I'm in no hurry to go back. The food needs to be evened out or at least the person cooking when I was there needs a refresher of how to put together the food. But a damn fine Carménère for under $30 and the potential kept them out of the two star range.

We were here for a large-group gathering, which they accommodated on a busy night with aplomb. We were seated on the back patio -- not the most attractive location, as it faces the parking lot, but much more conducive to conversation than the street (where it was "snowing" for the holidays) or indoors with live music. They have some creative and tasty options -- the tomato soup is among the best I've had -- and a varied wine list (though I'm sincerely biased: a few more Northwest wineries might persuade me to up to a fifth star). Friends have raved about the peanut butter and banana panini, but I have yet to be so bold. I have been here for lunch once and dinner now twice; definitely a place I will come back to.

The people are what make this place. Luke, who may be the owner or manager, was phenomenal with us and as I observed him mingle with locals and newbies. This is the type of hospitality well deserving of 30% gratuity! Luke knew his wines and suggested the perfect offerings when describing what we both enjoyed palette wise. Can't wait to try the food the service was exceptional!

Nice! I love the inside and the out!! We sat outside and it was during one the festivals that Celebration always seems to have,... so I got to sit and have happy hour and the kids got to play in the bubbles,... uh I mean "snow". ( Warning,... if you are going to do what I did and let them have at the snow with reckless abandon,... bring towels,... they will be wet and it is Winter even though it is Florida,.... also if you are going during one of the "leaves or snow falling" get there early because it gets CROWDED!!!) Anyways,.. we had flatbreads and salads,... they have such a unique menu,... I really encourage you to check it out! They also had at least 20 microbrews/craftbeer to choose from so the Beer drinker will have plenty to sample too!!!

Phenomenal service, great wine, delicious food, charming location. The exact opposite of Downtown Disney.

The pours of wine were less generous than many places I've been to in Manhattan so after a round of wines, we switched to a bottle of the one we liked best. If not for that, it would have been 4 stars. The bruschetta flatbread was not what I would have expected in a BRUSCHETTA. It was more like a margherita pizza with a balsamic glaze and I didn't taste any pesto. We only ate about half of it. The Thai Shrimp flatbread was really good and spicy and the Ying Yang shrimp was absolutely fantastic (that was definitely 5 star) with the different flavors from the cucumbers, mandarin oranges and the hot sweet of the glaze. Eric and I wished we had just gotten a few orders of those. We also got a Caesar salad which was heavy on the chicken, croutons and parmesan cheese and lighter on the lettuce. Maybe that's the way people in Florida like their salads but I would have loved a lot more lettuce. We also had the cheese plate which was huge and all the cheese, even the blue cheese, was great. We sat out on the sidewalk but were constantly terrified by the expensive cars parallel parking right behind our backs and the carpet cleaning truck that showed up right towards the end of our meal prevented us from enjoying another bottle of wine. The service was very good though and I know that my in-laws will be back while they are in Florida.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. As others have said, it is a hidden gem in downtown Celebration. It offers a limited menu, but full of freshly made items! Personally, I adore the three cheese Brie panini. Their wine list is quite extensive by the glass and even includes some different and enjoyable varietals not found on most menus. They have live music many nights. I enjoy their great outdoor seating, great service (even though last time I was there it was slow and they were just leaning about and playing on their phones... they did respond when needed), and clean and trendy environment. I really suggest you try this one if you're even in Celebration.

I made my way out to Celebration last weekend to check out the "snow" show. Although it was a bit cold, Imperium was perfectly situated to catch the show and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of downtown Celebration. Imperium has a great wine selection with a nice range in prices. Besides the wine, they have what is quite possibly the best bruschetta I have ever had! I look forward to returning!

I had never heard of this place but found a certificate on restaurant.com . It was a GREAT find. We loved this wine cafe and definitely recommend it to others. The prices are fair and the food is delicious! Outdoor dining is available and highly recommended on beautiful days in FL. They have a large wine selection. I chose a $5 glass of house wine. I thought it was good but I am no wine connoisseur.

If you're looking for a nice business lunch spot or a place for happy hour, Imperium Food & Wine may be what you need! I met up with some girlfriends here for a drink and something to eat prior to catching a movie, and this place was a great choice. For happy hour, Monday - Friday 4 - 7 p.m., they offer $2 discounts on glasses of wine, appetizers and beers. We shared a plate of the baked brie, and it was absolutely delicious. Several of us tried the Peter Brum Liebfraumilch, which was a delicious white wine. With the happy hour special, the glass of wine was $4 and the baked brie app was $10. We each then ordered an appetizer. Three of us got flatbreads, which come in a half or full size. The half size is easily enough for a meal, particularly if you're having a starter or dessert. It is four pieces of flatbread, which is great for sharing among the table if you desire. The atmosphere was great, too. Not very loud, so great if you want to chat with someone over drinks or dinner. The one drawback is figuring out where to park, as it's in Celebration. Perhaps if you visit Celebration often, parking is a breeze, but for someone who's never been there, it could be a challenge. I did learn there is a parking lot behind the AMC movie theater, which is short walking distance from most of the shops and restaurants. Overall, a great place to which I'd definitely return!

Located in the heart of Celebration's super-clean and mildly creepy Stepford Wives's utopia, the Imperium offers great light meals and drinks at an affordable price. My friend ordered an Italian flatbread complete with balsamic vinegar, mozzarella, and prosciutto. I had the BBQ flatbread topped with brisket, caramelized onions, and cheddar. Both were delightful, though we fought over whether we preferred the sweet and smoky BBQ or the savory, fresh Italian better. If you're looking for an adult-friendly lunch spot near Disney, this is a great choice.

This is a nice little wine bar located in the heart of downtown Celebration. I've yet to actually eat here, but I have stopped by several times for a drink or two after eating at one of Celebration's other fine dining establishments. They do have an impressive selection of wines to choose from, and the prices for a bottle or by the glass are very reasonable. There's a handful of beers as well if wine is not your thing. They have live music inside on some nights. That can get kind of loud and hard to talk over. They also have outdoor seating both in front (great for people watching), and in the back (covered and less noisy).

Absolutely delicious. I had the tuna tartare, and it was the best I've ever had! Great sandwiches and wraps. I will definitely return for a glass of sangria and the tuna, seriously to die for!

Yummy! Great location in Celebration, FL. It's good for wine lovers who have $$$. It's a great place to sit and have a glass of wine as you see your children play in the closed brick street.

The flatbreads were excellent; we tried damn near all of them. It was nice to be able to sit outside, and the ingredients tasted fresh. Their was live music on the interior of Imperium while we dined that was abnormally loud for such a small space. It did not matter much though, because we sat outside.

We went for Sunday brunch and found the atmosphere to be very nice, with plenty of outdoor seating. Great salmon and egg flatbread. Side of Fruit was a great value for $2. The food was good, with good value. Our waiter was quite slow, had a weird and possibly fake British accent, and was a bit of a douche, sneakily upselling us on double mimosas when we just asked for a mimosa. I complained and he fixed it, but not without arguing first.

Enjoyed lunch after church Sunday at Imperium. Great live guitar music gave it a very casual ambience. Cheese plate for a starter was delicious, huge and reasonably priced. Needed to box up half our entrees, which were presented nicely and were very good.

Have eaten lunch here three times now and really enjoyed it each time. Especially liked the Turkey, Brie, Grannysmith Apple flatbread sandwich ($9) - very fresh and yummy. Would love to go back sometime after hours to try the wine list. They also appear to have a nice selection of beers. Good place to sit and talk, have a covered patio as well.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Quaint yet modern. Great selection of wine and beer. The menu, although short, has some very tasty items and the prices are reasonable. Service is also above average.

Stopped here while driving across the state. Randomly chose it based on the yelp reviews. Definitely a good choice. We ate outside and it was cool enough even though it is September. The ahi tuna tartare was excellent and a much larger portion than I expected for a starter. The tomato basil soup was also very nice. We had the Thai flat bread and a turkey, brie and apple panini all of which was very tasty. There was also a very nice selection of wines by the glass. And the live music was perfect. I usually avoid live music because it's so loud I can't talk over it. This was perfect. Great oldies, loud enough to enjoy without being annoying and I could still talk to my husband.

WOW!!! This was a great find! We went to the Celebration farmers market on Sunday and stopped in at Imperium Food & Wine to see what it was about and found that they were serving breakfast. It had inside and outside seating and the atmosphere was very warm and artistic. Great ambient music too. They serve very healthy breakfast options, along with lunch and dinner at a great price. I had the oatmeal and fruit along with a turkey sausage, egg white, cheddar spinach wrap. My two children had honey smoked salmon with egg whites, capers and cheddar, served on wheat flat bread. They must get their produce fresh from the farmers market produce vendors, because everything tasted very fresh. They had many other delicious dishes to choose from and I will defiantly be going back to try them. It also looks like a great place to visit in the evening and sit outside and have a bottle of wine or two :)

A couple of $20-something bottles of wine for the table, outside, while gazing longingly at two rows of beautiful Ferraris and Porsches. I know it's unlikely I'll ever get to repeat the experience, but it was very fun.

Not impressed. Uninspired. We were hoping to find an oasis in the wasteland of Disney. This was not it. Should not have been surprised.

I have never been disappointed in a single dish. Delicious, fresh, and tasty. A relatively simple menu that has something for everyone. Great appetizers for having drinks with friends. Tomato basil soup to die for. Stop by for brunch too. Very good. I recommend sitting on one of 2 porches for the lovely ambiance of Celebration.

I'd give Imperium Food and Wine a solid 3 1/2 stars. Love the location in picturesque downtown Celebration. The location has high exposed ceilings, dark wood interior, walls covered in paintings. It has the feel of a bohemian coffee shop. I ordered 2 appetizers, the beef kabobs and the baked brie. The kabobs were delicious, but the brie was simply fantastic!! The brie was baked in a phyllo dough bun, and it included candied walnuts and dried cranberries... all drizzled with honey. Mmmmmm, heavenly! I also ordered the tomato and basil soup. It was great, would have been better with croutons or some sort of Italian bread. The soup was very tasty, I may have enjoyed it more on a gloomy, overcast day. I ordered the cheeseburger which was served on ciabatta bread. Well done and very flavorful! Oh, and I can't say enough about the sweet green iced tea!! So light and refreshing. Hits the spot during a warm, sunny day. I don't drink alcohol, but I imagine the brie appetizer would pair amazingly with a nice glass of wine.
