This location has a drive thru! Perfect for going to or returning from the beach! This location was right down the street from where I was staying for vacation. It is clean, the staff is friendly and there is ample parking. There patio seating is perfectly placed for evening sitting, but is probably a bit to warm in the heat of the midday. There were a half dozen tables but not all tables had an umbrella, which could turn out to be a problem. This location is in a standalone building, and has the perk of being just few steps from cold stone creamery. They just installed a new blowing fan over the front door, it blows down on you when you go in or out. It's rather awful, that last thing I want is everything in the air being blown square down on my beverage on my way out the door.

This Starbucks is complete chaos and no one knows what they are doing. Usually you can count on Starbucks for their consistency and service, but not here - save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for coffee!

Great service, friendly staff. Good location. However, the front door has a blower over it that goes off every freaking time someone enters or exits the building. VERY loud. If you're used to reading or working on your laptop in a public crapper next to the electric hand dryer, it probably won't bother you. Otherwise, bring your headphones or just go to the drive-thru.

Great service! While visiting Anna Maria Island, I frequently visited this Starbucks after a long day on the beach. The service was great, the baristas were friendly, upbeat, and made the visit nice, especially Pamela. Her friendly, caring voice at the drive up speaker was enjoyable, and when I pulled up to the window her smiling face was an equally pleasant experience. I believe It was her attractive personality that probably had me returning every afternoon, even though she did not always wait on me. Wish I could visit there again sooner.

Best staff ever!! The customer service here is top notch. Feels more like a local neighborhood coffee shop than a nationwide chain. Denise, Laura, and Amberlee are my favorites!
