We just made last call here. The bartender was very nice and let us have one drink as she closed down. We sat outside at a fire-pit table. Beautiful atmosphere. We didn't eat the food, so I can't comment on that.

Black Iron sucked us in with their amazing fire tables after a cold cold day on the mountain snowboarding... It was late in the afternoon, the lifts had closed and we felt we had earnt ourselves some a liltle après ski! Unfortunately they weren't offering table service outside with the fire tables so we had to head into the restaurant itself to get some attention. Decent wine, beer and cocktail list, we decided on a glass of Cabernet for me and a Fort Collins microbrew for him... As well as a couple of street tacos which were delicious but at $4 a pop a little overpriced for what you got... But hey... You're in mountain village what do you expect?!?!? All in all, a great little addition to the mountain village scene - looking forward to stopping in again soon!

The service was incredibly slow but we found a Newly hired bus girl to take our order. Stephanie was great, if we didn't flag her down, we may still be sitting there. The food was very good, service was terrible. Won't be back.

Bad service. Waited 20 minutes and asked for a waiter twice. Finally had to get our own menu's, but we took the hint when we saw several other tables get up and leave.

Came for happy hour. Food same price as regular menu but yummy and good price for area. $5 glasses of wine. Kids cheese flatbread was devoured. Short rib tacos and goat cheese were unbelievable for price (again for mountain village). Lamb slider on happy hour perfect. Sat on outside couches surrounding fire pit. Server was attentive and so sweet. Chef brought out some of our food. Will come again.

Wasn't sure what to expect with the other reviews but we were tired of Tomboy Tavern and gave it a shot on our last day. Was actually excellent... Service was outstanding, street tacos were great and drinks were creative. Have nice fire tables outside too. We will be back!

Food looked good. Unfortunately we didn't get to eat. After sitting here for 40 minutes the staff informed us that the kitchen was now closed. Terrible service. Get your sh*t together.

This place used to be "smak bar" (and yes, they still serve the Bloody Mary with a slider, for those who like a meal with their drink). Nice ambiance w multiple outdoor fire tables, inside is a mix between sports bar and upscale lounge. Service was fine but the food was mixed - the arugula roasted tomato salad was great, but the wings and truffle fries were just ok. The burgers looked tasty, so maybe just steer clear of the wings. Nice list of mixed drinks and happy hour, so at least worth an après-ski stop.

Was here the first night it opened and the manager apologized for the substandard service and made it better with the check. Food was great so we've been back. I can name 4 additional times when the service was so slow that we left because even after asking for menus, they didn't come back to take the order for 25 minutes. Service is a horrible reflection on the hotel Madeline.

Ordered traditional eggs benedict. Far from traditional. Had asparagus listed but they ran out and I didn't find out until meal was served. They offered side to make up for it then told me it was to late kitchen was closed, it's 11:00am. Service could have been better as well. Complained to manager and he said they would work on it. Your call!

Only four stars because they have disgusting Pepsi products! Disgusting and cheap!! However the fried pickles are awesome(not on the menu) and the crispy Brussels sprouts are wonderful!! Sitting at the bar, We are only doing appetizers here, we have dinner reservations at Cosmopolitan, but this place is nice. Service is good. I might consider eating dinner here, but I only brought two back up diet cokes.

Great food but the service is literally miserable. I've been here multiple times and service has been poor every time. If you are looking for a Mule, this is the place to go. I suggest elsewhere for food
