First of all, Heather and Bill, the managers are super nice and extremely helpful. The room was so nice and a great price. It was extremely clean, large, and comfortable to live in. The breakfast served in the morning was fantastic and filling! The location is great - 1 block from the gondola and 1 block from main street. We will definitely be staying here from now own. I have nothing to complain about! P.S Every night Heather and Bill served fresh baked, delicious, cookies that are a perfect treat after a long day of skiing!

I have stayed at this place every October for the past three years as part of the Telluride Horror Show. I won't go into details concerning why it's an amazing place (amazing breakfast, friendly guests, lovely atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms), I'll just leave with an anecdote. I woke up early Monday morning to begin my drive back to Denver after an amazing weekend. Because I'm an idiot, I left my dome light on in the car, and was thus met with a completely dead battery. Bruce, who is easily one of the friendliest people I've ever met, went out of his way to purchase a pair of jumper cables so I could jump my car and get back to town in time to get my friend to the airport. If you find yourself in Telluride, stay at the Aspen Street Inn. You won't regret it.

Lovely bed and breakfast! My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to a wedding in Dunton and it was such a nice way to get into vacation mode! First of all, I was very impressed to be able to book and pay for my room online without having to do any of the payment at the actual inn- very convenient and allowed me to relax and not worry about a thing! Second, the owner (or someone in charge) called me a week before my reservation to make sure that they had all of my preferences correct and that I understood the parking- thank you! When we arrived the check in process was easy and we were booked in the "Lewis" room on the second floor, facing the street. Quiet, clean and well decorated (a bit flowery, but what do you expect from a b&b). There were bathrobes, nice toiletries and a fan that in conjunction with the windows left open kept the room nice and cool. On site they have a hot tub which I did not get a chance to enjoy, but it was clean and somewhat private. They are very close to downtown and easily in walking distance to all the fun thing that you should see and do in Telluride. And the best part- the breakfast!!! Chef Arturo does made to order pretty much anything and they had a full spread of cereals, muffins, bagels, drinks and other fun breakfast-y type items. They have a nice seating area (not much dining space in your room) with a tv and a nice view of the beautiful mountains that surround the town. All in all, including the comfy pillows and mattress I think this place was great! Well worth it for the very reasonable price we paid!

My mom and I stayed here one night and it was lovely! It's just a few blocks from the main street and the gondola. The room was clean and in good order with a decent bed, pull-out sofa bed, TV. The bathroom and shower/sink were in separate areas, although the shower/sink area did not have a door. I suppose they are more used to couples staying here. The breakfast was the highlight. They have a different main dish that is cooked to order (our morning it was blueberry pancakes), plus about every other breakfast option you could want, which starts at 7 am. The woman working was very interested in making sure the guests were enjoying their stay, and came to chat at breakfast.

Great place to stay in Telluride! Conveniently located and a really delightful staff... a shout out to Arturo for making perfect scrambled eggs for me every morning during our stay!

Excellent place to stay at in Telluride. Only a couple short blocks from the gondola (free) and main street. The room was very nice and the staff helpful. They have a nice breakfast service too.
