It was awesome! Will be getting takeout at least once a month from OC

The food was servicable but the service was horrible. They were full up, due to a local festival and I don't think they'd ever had so many people in the restaurant. One of the waitresses kept running at a full gallop back to the kitchen and crashing into the door. Then she'd go inside and we'd hear screaming from inside the kitchen. It felt like we were dining in the middle of a riot. I had a stomachache afterwards, from the food or from the whole experience. I'd give it one star, but I feel bad for them. Nevertheless, head to the Thai restaurant that's nearly next door - this place is a mess.

A great hidden treasure, who'd think that a small town in the Colorado mountains would have such a great Chinese restaurant?! My family had been driving all day and were starving. I called ahead to make sure they were open, it's off season up here. The cutest (and very polite and professional) young girl answered the phone. When we arrived there were only one other set of diners, but it was late so I wasn't concerned. We had a very polite but not over bearing server and very speedy preparation of our food, which was a good thing for how hungry we all were. For our family of 5 (with 3 young kids) we ordered Sweet and Sour Pork, Chicken Lo Mein and Potstickers with Fried Rice to share. The food was perfect, very flavorful and fresh and the pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely eat here again if we're ever traveling in the area.

Excellent Thai food here. The owners are very friendly and provide great service. I love the jungle curry with a little coconut milk added and the drunken noodles. We eat here every time we are in Ridgeway. Well prepared, full-flavored cuisine.

Wonderful beef and broccoli. I'll definitely stop here again! The lunch special price was great too!

This was the best Chinese we had on our trip. They had a lot of choices on the menu, the price was great, the service spot on and they were extremely accommodating when we asked for a side of tofu for our 16 month old. I definitely recommend.

Very serviceable Chinese food, especially the sesame chicken. Soups are fair. One thing that's rather unusual is that they have a fairly extensive Thai menu, too. The pad Thai is excellent (especially if you ask them to bring you some chili oil to spice it up), with lots of meat of your choice. A full range of beers, too. Reservations not needed: it's a big place in a small town. Take-out? Naturally! It's a Chinese place!

Great place for takeout. Their thai food is great. We always get tom kha or tom yum soup. Delish! It is a nice, family run restaurant.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
