Softball size. Grapefruit size. Oh ... my ... goodness. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but the serving sizes were absolutely HUGE! I was impressed that they were able to split a scoop in 2 (I hear they can even do thirds!) so that you can mix various flavors together. Don't expect it to be served in your typical sugar cones. They wouldn't be able to hold the size of these scoops! Instead, they're the big yummy cones. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and conveniently located across the street from the big park. $4 for a scoop (but again, the're HUGE!).

This is not just a typical ice cream parlor. As you might expect, they have a friendly atmosphere and a good array of regular ice cream. But they also make really, really good sorbet that stands out a lot. The owners are nice people and they're fun to chat with while you're enjoying their food. They are right across from the big park in Ridgway so it is easy to just pop over there for a little while on a hot day. One of the most interesting features is that Torben, the owner, is a highly intelligent and educated man with a solid scientific background. He is very well read and not remotely pretentious.

Always visit this place when in Ridgway. We finally got to try the peach we had be hearing so much about. It was wonderful. They were great with our kids odd requests. We will be back for sure!

Homemade whipped cream and organic options. Yummy!!! Fast friendly service. They are next door to the Mountain Market and on the Southside of the road. You can sit out front or go across the street to the park.

Cute location and friendly service. Compared to the 2 other ice cream places I had this weekend I thought the flavor choices were a bit boring. The taste was pretty good but I would recommend a shake or Sundae. Great spot across from a nice park. The serving sizes were large and the prices good.

Super fun and friendly owners/staff. But the best part is their ice cream and the variety of treats and options on their menu. The "Shake Menu" is approximately 30 pages of crazy, unique flavors and combinations, or create your own. Lots of quantity for your buck. Being directly across the road from the city park & playground, with its numerous old large, shade providing cottonwoods is a benefit not to miss. A great place to stop and take a break and enjoy everyone's favorite treat - Ice Cream! (The park has free wi-fi)
