Absolutely the best, all-around. Great food made fresh, sauce {suco} like your Italian grandma makes/made} and all kinds of goodies to your heart's delight. This is what is "Italian Soul Food," folks. And the family who owns the business and their employees are great people who appreciate every customer who comes through their door. As busy as they are, they always have the time to have a little good conversation and make you feel welcomed. They make everyone feel like you are their favorite customer and are getting the royal treatment. You can take a walk back in time with some of the candy and related novelties one finds there...candy cigarettes, Flicks, those little marshmallow-filled ice cream cones, Cinnamon Bears, Burnt Peanuts...oh, my. Great sandwiches. It's easier if you call ahead to carry out but the sandwiches are full of flavor and always fresh. They also have other great items for home cooking; it is a little Italian grocery store.

We are from out of town and went to Joe Tomato for lunch on our way to see family. OMG!!! I could not believe how fresh and great the sandwiches are!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Wow, great value and great food. I had the meatball sub with provolone cheese. The meatballs were so good they could have come from my Mom's kitchen. The bread was the best this side of New Orleans. Fresh pizzelle's were a unique treat. We order a small sandwich for my granddaughter and she loved the 20% she ate. We will be back!

Great food! Nice people and fast service. They were busy at lunch, but because the food was good I completely understand. Also I would like to add that they are very reasonably priced. They do subs, and they sell lots of other snack items there as well. I will be going back soon.
