Love most of the menu, could stand to pay a little less for it. Fresh baked goods and deli type food. This location always seems clean and the staff is friendly. They've never messed up my order. Big fan of the Iced Green Tea! My only concern here is calories...

One of the best Paneras in the Metro area. Always clean, always friendly people and they remember their customers and the food is always good.

Have never been disappointed. The soups, sandwiches & salads are all super tasty! Love the bread!!!

I've been back many many times with consistently very good food and good service. I'm happy to have found a place that is great every single time I go.

As it turns out, this Panera bread is a platinum store. Both me, and the people in my party, agreed that the food just tasted different at this Panera Bread, and for the better! The sandwiches were cooked to perfection, which is something that can be hard to come by at times. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh.

This is a huge panera, so you should always be able to find a seat. Lots of registers open to take your order and the food came out fast. Food tasted as you would expect. I always find it a little over salted to my taste, but it still tastes good. Would be a good place to study and would have adequate space for a bigger group.

Good service and a great family vibe at this location!! Had the bread bowl with creamy tomato and my daughter had the same but with broccoli cheddar. Both were fantastic!!

Pros: Clean, fast service, lots of seating. Cons: Not very healthy, overpriced paninis, the ingredients are not fresh (lots of canned and frozen items that are just reheasted) and worst of all parents bring their screaming bratty kids here pretty often. It'll do in a pinch or if you want to try something new.

I love panera! First time at this location. Ordered pick 2 soup and salad to go. I usually dine in; however I was today was busy. I looked at my salad and the portion was less than half the amount it usually is when I dine in. I called and spoke with the manager Gene. I was extremely nice and said they had 2 trainees. I asked if I could come back, I did. He gave me a full size salad with a smile. I honestly didn't mind paying more! I just needed more food. Thanks Gene for being so kind and providing on point customer service. :)

Great place. The staff is always friendly. The manager, Kelcy is very friendly and always appears approachable. Not one time do I recall them ever messing up my order. Whenever I ask the family where they want to go, it's normally here.

Blah -- lunch was slightly better than cafeteria food. Sad excuse for a salad complete with wilted greens and salad dressing that tastes like preservatives with French onion soup that had a thousand grams of sodium in a tiny little cup. Where is a a corner bakery when you need one?!

We must be the unluckiest family. We love the menu but our take out order is missing something about 1/3 of the time. Manager is always professional when we call and offers a gift card. He even offered to drive the missing sandwich to our home, but it's just not worth the hassle.

Boo! 95% if the time they are out of their quiche - we have mentioned on more than one occassion that they need to up their inventory order because they are missing out on business - but even after 4 years the same problem exists....and at 9 am there really shouldn't be a reason to be out of such a popular item

I really enjoy the freshness and variety that Panera has to offer. Food is always served fast and the service is friendly. I typically get a salad when I visit and I'm consistently impressed with the quality of ingredients. Will definitely continue to stop in for a good meal.

I've been a Panera member for a long time now and have visited many wherever we've traveled. This one is by far the worst. The female manager is disinterested and doesn't generally make eye contact with her customers. And of course there is the girl (I won't mention her name either out of respect) who works the counter on the weekends who appears so stoned that you have to order several times to get what you want. Then you have to do a separate transaction because yet again it's wrong. Then there's the lack of organization between the pastry/drink counters and cash register. I've waited too long every time for a pastry and coffee when the line is not long. The only people at this Panera who are on top of it are the ones in the back making the sandwiches, salads, etc. Right now, I'd rather give my money elsewhere. Service is highly lacking. Sad.

Panera is the only locale that offers souffles (get there before 10:30am or call ahead to have one held for you). Four options: 4 cheese, ham & Swiss, spinach & artichoke, and (forgot the last one). They are just the right portion to feel satisfied without stuffed. The second thing I love is hazelnut coffee, which I can only find at Panera or Bruggers. A wonderful breakfast combo for only $6.15.

The food is great no disagreement there, however..... People that work there seem to select to correspond with a select group of patrons. It's a science in how they chime in on just select people. Please Know your menu before you walk in. You'll get the evil stare if you mess up. No joke!

Made a slight error on our order, but gladly fixed it with ease. Good quality menu and breads! Thai Chopped Chicken Salad is great(minus the vinegarette).

Love their French onion soup in a bread bowl but was disappointed in the chicken artichoke panini. Very soggy & not the deliciousness I've had from other bakery/delis. Their breakfast items are always yummy & kids enjoyed the Valentine's cookies.

We used Panera to cater a business lunch. The food was tasty and well-presented. We had explicitly asked for plasticware and cups as this facilitates eating and especially drinking. The underpaid teenager managing the order forgot to include those items with the order. This made for mild akwardness with business partners we were trying to impress.

We dont go here to often because the manager and some of the staff are not very friendly and can be down right rude. Food has lost its quality over the years also.

Just went to Panera. Totally went off my diet (that I've been on for all of 24 hours) and had the cheese tortellini with a Greek salad and french bread. It was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo amazingly good. But, if she charged me correctly, then it was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too expensive. A small tortellini, Greek side salad and a green tea was almost $12.00. Good Grief. That seems high... am I right, am I?

I love the morning staff here. They are always so happy and friendly! I absolutely LOVE the hazelnut coffee; it's probably my favorite coffee blend! And the bogels are cinnamon-sugar deliciousness! From the salads to the soups to the sandwiches, you can't lose here! Sometimes I just love to grab a large caramel latte with creamy foam (mmm) and sit in a corner working on my laptop. There are plenty of outlets, so I'm a big fan of working in here. Plus, you can get up for a snack whenever you need it.

Ah fresh bread. What could be better? Great food. Some of the staff are a little ummm... Not great. But mostly I love this place.

I have been here enough to know that I don't feel it's worth what you pay. I don't understand it's popularity, especially not in this value conscious society. I only go when I have to meet someone or someone really wants to go. Otherwise I avoid this over-crowded, over-priced, under-tasteful food place like the plague.

In Parker if you want to be all alone and have no one come and talk to you... this is NOT the place. Pretty much everyone eats here, especially if you know alot of teenagers. The staff here is great, most of them have been there since it opened and are very friendly. The food is so quick that sometimes you haven't even found your table yet. I love the Frontega Chicken Sandwich and Tomato Tuscan soup, and my daughters can't eat enough of their Broccoli Soup. I go here often to meet clients since they have free wifi. It gets pretty slow at lunch time.. the wifi that is, the place is packed and it's sometimes hard to find a table. That's when you know good food is served there.

I agree with another reviewer about the calorie concern -- don't fool yourself that their menu is for the diet conscious! However, the food that I've had there has been great. The staff at this particular location are fabulous. I meet with a group of friends here once a week and most of the staff know us by name and make us feel appreciated.
