I was a hostess there for a few months and I've seen what happens behind the kitchen- trust me, I'm never eating there again. The waitresses pick up pancakes with there bare hands and the way they work with the food is disgusting. During early hours on the weekend, our manager would consistently tell people the wrong wait time (would be 25 min, would say 10 min) and he lacks proper social skills. During the busy hours the restaurant is filthy, I often had to set people with trash and food under the table. Believe me, I had to. Do not eat here.

Yelp wont let me leave 0 stars so lets pretend that one isnt even there! I have always loved ihop, even though im not into the corporate restaurant world. My fiance and I stopped in there last week and it was the worst service I've ever had. We walked in and it was around 7pm ish, and stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to greet us, it wasn't busy there was 2 tables. Then from one of the tables a girl gets up and says for 2? I was in shock that she let us stand there and wait to be greeted while she's sitting around not doing anything. She takes us to a table and my fiance says do you mind if we sit at the booth. She says well its dirty but I guess I can clean it for you. All that needed to be done was it needed to be wiped down. She says yeah sorry we've both been here all day and so if we don't have to do something we don't want to because we're so tired.... RIGHT then I should have gotten up and said ok well go somewhere else. But I was an idiot and stayed. We got the booth wiped down and moved to it. There is still only 1 other table there besides us. Probably another 5 minutes she gets our drink order, then comes back takes our order and is so thrilled about it. We're then waiting for our food, and I'm looking around at every table around us. It's Disgusting !! God knows how long those tables have been sitting there with food and crap all over them, it was making me sick looking at it. So un sanitary! We finally got our food which was delivered by the OTHER server there, who seemed like she was the only one trying to clean up ect. She was a blonde young girl. We ate all of our food, and both had empty water. Waiting patiently for our server that hasn't checked on us once, my fiance says she's sitting 3 tables behind us with customers. My brain is fuming so much I want to walk over to her table and fire her myself. She finally comes over and drops off our check. Her name was Megan, dark hair with glasses. Thank god I believe in Karma because if my fiance was in charge he wouldn't have tipped her, she's lucky she got the $3 I left her on a $22 bill. Your a joke of a server and I hope you get let go. I've gotten better service at waffle house and that place is a joke. Good luck ihop but you won't be seeing us nor anybody who we know that goes there

Food is gross. Usually cold. Over priced. Slow service. I work too hard for my money to waste it at the restaurant. Thankfully we have other wonderful choices in parker for breakfast. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I personally think that IHOP is like the McDonald's of breakfast places. I would never step foot in here except....my mother totally loves this place. They can to no wrong in her eyes and ...I'll go with that. If you like the place, fine. If not, stay at home and make a bowl of cereal. Side note: The service is usually good and the coffee okay.

Let me just start with this: You should have went to Village Inn. The food here is overpriced. Extremely. It's also not that good. Really not good at all. I applied for a job at this iHop and the manager told me she would hire me. I got the employee packet and everything, with my W-2 Form. I thought it was official. Went out and bought work clothes. She told me she needed me to refill out an application because she lost it. Huh? I did, and she told me I needed to be approved, and told me I started Saturday at 9 am. I came in, and she told me I hadn't been approved yet. My parents were eating here because they had to drop me off, so I went to sit with them. She came over and told them that it was my fault I wouldn't be working today, because she said she had to figure out the logistics. But she told me to come in at 9 that morning. I was ready to work, and was disappointed. She told me she would call me. We waited 40 minutes for our food that morning. Our waitress was so bad that another waitress had to take over our table. My parents complained to the manager about how long it was taking. I waited until Monday and still no call. I left her a message on Monday on her cell phone, asking her when I would be starting. She didn't call me back. I called her again today, to see what was going on. She said she was busy and would call me when she had time. In the rudest tone ever. She was being absolutely horrible to me. And now I don't have the job. I spent 60$ on work clothes for a job that I got hired for- but actually not. This iHOP is awful, regardless of my bad experience with the manager. I wish I could tell the owner to step up his/her game. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Customer service by the guys that own this restaurant is sub-par. Do not waste your time because if the food isn't right they won't make it right. Markida is amazing and a special smile in a place that could use a little help.

Went to IHOP on a snowy Saturday morning before a movie. It was packed!! The Hostess was friendly & had a great smile. The wait time was 15-20 minutes which was very reasonable. We were seated & immediately greeted by our Server (Alejandro) who was fantastic. He was a multi-tasker on many levels, had a great attitude, always smiling, took our order without writing it down while filling coffee cups & answering questions from other tables. Our order came out perfect & delicious... Hope we are lucky to have him serve us again.

I've always ordered breakfast items (pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage etc) every time I have gone. It has always been good food. They recently have updated the inside which helps... The service is very slow thou.... One time my family and I went there...(about 8 of us) and it took over 20 minutes to get seated... My Grandparents were there as well as cousins... We all had to be put in seperate booths which was disappointing. We waited over one hour for food.... It is good food and reasonably priced, but the service is slow.

This particular IHOP has just recently undergone a management change and things seem much improved. We were greeted with smiles and given great service! Thank you Cassandra for making this all happen. Go there to eat they will not disappoint.

This place is awesome!! I've always gotten great service and the food is always great! I originally gave it four stars; however I have to give the fifth star to the staff for having to deal with such crappy and complain filled customers. I've always been treated right here. I recommend it to everyone that is not a bitter person and has a positive mindset on life.

This is not a usual place for me to take my family, but it seemed to have what we were looking for. In addition, we discovered that the kids eat free. Though the restaurant was far from busy, we had to wait around in the vestibule, before somebody from behind the screen took notice of us. There was also a nice wait for the food to be brought to our table. I had Fish and Chips, because I had a hankering, and the two fish fillets were perfectly OK for the frozen "drop and fry" type product, though the scraps of fries I was delivered seemed to have been left out a little too long. The two smallest kids had mac n' cheese, and a "face" pancake, so there really wasn't much to say about that. My wife had a Philly Cheese steak, which had to be sent back because the bottom was furry with mold. Very disgusting. They brought another, at which time I found out why my fries looked like the bottom of the barrel, because they had to make her some more. My older daughter's cheeseburger, she soon discovered, had a blackened, rotted piece of lettuce on it. More disgustingness, and she lost her appetite. By the way, even with the "Kids Eat Free," the bill came to $38.00 before tip. Not really the deal of the day. I'll take my family someplace nicer if I'm going to spend that kind of dough. I won't be back.

I am a little disappointed that IHOP sells something other than just pancakes. If you are going to name yourself the International House of Pancakes, take it to the extreme. I don't go to Just Brakes and expect to be able to by wiper fluid or some other car related item. The name sets the expectation. At IHOP, I think it is stupid that they might ask if I "want" pancakes. I think the question should be "how many pancakes", "what kind of pancakes" or maybe "would you like a side of pancakes with your pancakes". Like Krispy Kreme, they should give you a hot pancake right off the grill to nibble on when you walk in the door. Syrup and fruit compote are acceptable as well, because let's face it, pancakes can be a little dry and you probably are going to need some lubricant to choke them down your hole. The Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity is in all probability the most glorious breakfast combo meal ever crafted by modern man. I think the greatest breakfast meal made by pre-modern man probably involved chewing bark off a tree, but that is not pertinent to this review. The Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity consists of two strips of bacon, two link sausage, two eggs, and two of the most savory pancakes in the world, crowned in a fruit topping of your choice and whipped creme. The combination of flavors play off each other like Luke Skywalker destroys Death Stars. The Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity is fun to order, funner to eat. If IHOP was a member of the Scooby Doo Gang, it would be Shaggy. Yeah, he is a dirty hippie, but he knows how to get his eat on.

Is this really an IHOP? I remember when the food was good. Perhaps it just this location. The pancakes where like cardboard and fell apart. I ate my eggs, drank my coffee and left the pancakes. On the way out I paid. After I paid (because I wasn't looking for a freebie) I told the Manager (the heavy set Mexican one) that he needed to look into the pancakes. I described the problem. His response "hmm, well, you should have just sent them back." I was expecting him to appreciate the fact a customer was taking the time to help fix a problem for IHOP and the next diners. I will never ever return and in fact because the Manager was rude I have turned off at least a coue dozen people. Save your money and go around the corner to The Egg & I.

I just had breakfast this morning, and it was not what I was hoping for. The sausage was alright, the eggs tasted like they were pre-made and they heated them up just as I ordered, and the pancakes were pretty raw in the middle. The waitress was nice and the place was clean, except my spoon which had some dried piece of old food on it.

They recently underwent a renovation. New decor is nice. I haven't had anything poorly made here. My service has always been good. Gotta love the convenience of the hours! Fresh food.

The kids are huge pancake fans and we stopped in for lunch at IHOP. All of us ordered breakfast items. The service was awful and the food was awful (seriously, a restaurant known for breakfast can't cook eggs are make nice fluffy pancakes). We will not be going back.
