went here for some dinner. Love the chicken strips basket. They were busy but not slow. Good grilled food. the DQ where I live on Parker road all they have is ice cream and drinks. This will be the spot we go when going down to Parker! A+++

You know those DQ commercials where they turn over their blizzard cups and nothing comes out??? Well definitely don't do that here! Other than their soft serve being a bit too loose and "melted" we've never had any other issues.

So, I have come to this DQ (the only one in Parker) many times over the years. The prices seem somewhat higher than other DQ's, but they are the only one around for miles. The staff are generally friendly, and the seating area is fine. My blizzards, cones, etc. have all been good over the years. The worst feature of this particular DQ is the placement of the drive-thru entrance. You are supposed to enter from the street (not the lot). This generally means making a very sharp turn to make the entrance. Once more than a couple cars are in line, you are now blocking the parking lot entrance and street. If other customers decide to ignore the preferred entrance, and get in line from the lot, you have now achieved gridlock. These other customers will soon find they are blocking the cars of people trying to back out of the most desirable parking spots. Once you are in the drive-thru chute, be very careful not to scrub your tires on the high curbs and sharp turn.

The service here is always very good and so is the food. The burgers and fries are great at this location and the ice cream is always perfect. Only drawback is the tables are often times very dirty.

For some reason, I seem to recall a much larger variety of blizzard mix-ins at other locations. I don't think this place does anything very well. The menu is very small compared to other fast food in the area. I used to love DQ when I was a kid, but this one just doesn't seem as great as I remember them.

The only thing consistent at this DQ over the last 8 years is the poor service. Order a small and you might get a small, or you might get a large, or you might get a dollop. Though calling it "ice cream" leads you to believe you'll receive something ice-like, you might receive a sticky melted blob instead. Expect to be treated like a valued customer? Don't bother. You'll likely be treated curtly and without respect. Save yourself from the miserable experience and get your dessert somewhere else.

Great location. Wide variety of menu choices. Everything is delicious from the onion rings to the burgers. I'd steer clear of the cheese curds though, they were disappointing. Nice to get a blizzard and get plenty of toppings mixed in. If you like cool treats and hot eats, you can't go wrong with this walk in or drive thru location

I might consider returning to this location when there is a sign posted on the front stating 'Under New Ownership / Management'. Until then, I will drive the extra few miles to the Castle Rock store. Not once in the six years since I've lived in the area has there not been a sign posted on the window advertising they are hiring. Is it because I have witnessed (on more than one occasion) the owner publicly berating a young employee and they choose to quit? Mmm...quite possibly. Is it because he gets his rush from firing everyone? Perhaps. I (used to, but no longer will) visit this establishment weekly. Each time I walked in there were several new people working. It used to be kind of cute...watching three people with trainee name tags standing around the register trying to figure out how to ring up an order. Not anymore. Now it just annoys me knowing I can drive to the Castle Rock location, order my Peanut Buster Parfait, eat it, and be back home in time for the football game in the time that it takes for Buffy and Muffy to find the number 4 on the register.

I loved a dipped cone. Can't help myself.
