After reading the reviews I was excited to try out a pho restaurant. The service was terrible, the server never said a word, placed the food on the table and never came back. I had the chicken rice noodle bowl, the serving size is generous, the dish itself is just fancy ramen.

Good pho. Yummy egg rolls and spring rolls. Quick service. I couldn't have asked for more really. The location was in a strip mall with plentiful parking and it wasn't far from the airport.

We have been there couple of times, it's not the most amazing food and usually the customer service is very plain. Yesterday, I went with my 6 year old daughter and I had the worst experience. The new and old servers were very rude, I had to remember the server to bring stuff that normally comes with the order while she was on her cel. Very disappointed, won't go back the ever!

My favorite pho house in the entire metro area, bar none. I typically bring home bowls for my wife and I every Tuesday night. The flavor is vaguely sweet, always fresh. The basil, lime, and jalapeno slices are bountiful and crisp. The only thing I wish they added were packets of fish sauce in their to go, but that's a very minor quibble. This place gets my highest recommendation for pho bowls.

new staff, good yummy food. atmosphere has changed. and my review will be better of this place. however there are some quirks. such as the waiter (new) bringing the appetizer after the entree but other much better atmospher and I was told new items will be added soon.

My wife and I popped in one day when we were in the area and unfortunately nothing really stood out for me at this pho joint. It was a decent bowl of pho, but that's where it ended. The broth had a nice flavor and was piping hot, but lacked something that I couldn't put my finger on. It was also lacking in the quantity of meat, and my wife's bowl was missing her crispy beef fat. It came with the traditional veggie sides and they were fresh and crispy. The noodles were soft and cooked right. They didn't have a traditional side that I was recently introduced to and they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for it. I was a bit disappointed about that, but oh well. We also had the spring rolls and they were a little on the meh side for me. They were a bit tough and lacked flavor. The service was straight forward and got the job done. One thing that seemed a little odd to me was the tables and chairs in the restaurant. They seemed miniature and made me feel like a giant. If this was my only option for pho it wouldn't be a horrible one, but I prefer other spots.

Stopped in on a sunday evening which was not crowded at all. We were seated promptly and didn,t wait long for our order to be taken. The Pho was more bland than other pho restaurants we tried both in denver and CA. The Bun noodle bowl with grilled pork and egg rolls was very flavorful and enough for two people. Service was very friendly and staff, when not serving, would watch the customers and come to the table if they felt the customer needed something. I,d say that,s above average service compared to other pho restaurants. When asked they brought us some additional empty bowls for our kids to use. And, probably aware of peanut allergies, the waitress asked if I wanted peanuts or not with the Bun noodles. I made a mistake of over adding the bill (it was $10 too much) and the cashier quickly and politely pointed it out. Overall a good experience and would visit again.

Best Pho we have had! Friendly and fast service. We eat here 1-2 times a week. Broth has the best flavor and they have a large verity of different Pho bowls. Large portions for a great price!

We love this place. People are friendly, service is fast and friendly, and food is good. We the love the Pho, Tom Yum, even the rice plates!

Avoid. Last night I bought two orders of Pho one for me and the second for my husband, egg noodles seafood. I took the "to go" containers home and when I poured the food into a large bowl there were two dead flies mixed with the food. I am Vietnamese and I have eaten here a few times before. My husband was so angry that they allowed this to happen. We will never go back. When we called to tell them about it they acted as if they could not care. I plan on telling my family and everyone else about this but my next call will be to the Health Department.

$6.75 for a small pho...all noodles and no meat (usally pho places give TOO much meat). the broth is ok. $10.95 for a com dac biet...no pork chop and boyfriend said it was just ok Place is clean, service is average, and food is more expensive then most pho joints.

Stopped in since this was the only close place for pho. Left disappointed. The broth itself was bland and I ended up putting half the bottle of hoison sauce in it. Portion sizes are awfully small here. Got the medium here where in most pho places it would equal a small. The small size is a good portion size for children though, just not your average starving individual. Disappointed that as a pho restaurant, the only veggies served were just bean sprouts and thai basil and not normally the variety that other places offer since I usually load up with my veggies. Service was a little slow when it was not busy. Overall, there's better pho places out there.

Upon walking in I was graced with light colors and traditional Vietnamese music. The place was clean and modern. The food came out and the broth was steaming hot, something that I supposed I haven't been used to because I couldnt just slurp it all up quickly. The broth itself was tasty! Family owned; it brings me back to a time when I was running around in the restaurant my parents had!

I liked the broth. Maybe a little lacking in depth but nicely balanced. The noodles were a little overcooked but not bad.The nasty bits were where I had my main problem. The tendon was way undercooked and the tripe was sliced thin enough but it too was underdone. Tendon cooked well can be like butter, This was more like trying to chew on something made out of silicone rubber with a durometer rating of 60 shore A. Softer than a car tire, but harder than the inner tube inside the tire. The tripe was not quite rubber-bandy but if I have to use the word rubber bandy in it's description then that's a fail. No culantro or sawtooth coriander and the veggie condiment plate wasn't over abundant (which I actually like. I hate wasting a pile of anything!). Harsh criticism's for a place I'd actually go back to but two bowls in two days from two places makes me more critical I suppose. I'll have to try their grilled dishes and see if that takes them up another star because the aroma from the kitchen was good.

The highlight of this pho restaurant is that it is extremely clean. Not surprising given that it has been open for only one year. Service was serviceable but nothing too special. As for the food, prices are higher than most pho restaurants. Costs about $8 for a large, which isn't over the top by any means, but I was a bit disappointed by the small portions of noodles and meat. Broth was tasty at least. Overall, not too bad especially since its so close to home, but i can think of several pho restaurants in CO that are much better taste-wise and in price.

Ate there some time ago and ordered the grilled chicken noodle bowl. The portion was generous, the chicken lean and tasty, and the bowl contained a lot of vegetables. I like the fish sauce. The meal filled me up without weighing me down. I took off one star for price, yeah, a little on the steep side.

Bad experience. I asked the waitress what they have that is gluten free on the menu. Her answer is "what do you mean?" finally she says "everything has a little". It went from not knowing what I was talking about to everything having gluten.

Absolutely delish! My teenage daughter is a fan of pho, and we've been to a couple of Vietnamese places in Thornton and Northglenn that left her wanting. Weak broth, dismal service, questionable hygiene. I can assure you, after our first visit to Pho 104 today, that they defy the norm for pho houses on this side of town. Is it on par with its popular neighbors in Broomfield? Pretty darned close! Pho 104 is tucked away in Northglenn Marketplace off 104th and I-25 in the spot formerly occupied by Le Peep. The familiar tables and chairs, as well as the windowed alcove in the center of the restaurant are still there, but that's where the similarities stop. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch this afternoon; as there were only two other occupied tables in the restaurant, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. We were immediately greeted by a cheerful young girl who took us to a table and picked up our drink orders promptly (hot green tea for me, vanilla boba for my daughter - for full impact, you need to say "VANILLA BOBA!" with a teenage squeal. :) ) We pondered our choices - and there were many! - for a few minutes, then decided on the rare steak pho for me, shrimp pho for her, and an order of Vietnamese egg rolls to split. The menu is huge but very easy to understand. Within seconds of placing our food order, my hot tea and our egg rolls arrived. Do be aware, boba takes a few extra minutes to prepare, but we had it by the time our pho reached the table. The egg rolls were crispy, not greasy, and came with a delicious sweet and sour sauce as well as a platter dressed with cold noodles and pickled vegetables to nosh on. When our pho arrived, I decided to be brave and try a sip before grabbing the sriracha like I normally do. No need for the spicy stuff this time! The broth was well-seasoned and not over-salted. As my daughter put it, all it really needed was a spritz of lime to finish it off. We both got smalls which were well worth the price - plenty of soup! My beef was rare as expected but very tender, and my daughter's shrimp was perfectly cooked. Our pho was accompanied by a well-stocked, heaping platter of jalapenos, lime slices, Thai basil and dandelion greens! We were brave and tried some of the greens - what a delicious surprise! I'll definitely try that again. If you go in simply for a bowl of pho and hot tea, it won't break the bank. However, adding on the boba and egg rolls - both of which were definitely worth the price - pushed our out of pocket to almost $30, which was a bit more than we had planned on spending. Still worth every penny, though. Pho 104 might be hard to notice unless you're shopping at Northglenn Marketplace, but they're worth the stop. It's a nice change of pace from the typical fare that's been part of this shopping center for years!

Been there twice. Very overpriced compared to other Pho restaurants. Very clean looking but has horrible health reviews. Probably won't go back.

The Pho itself wasn't bad...but the atmosphere was lacking. Stood at the front of the restaurant for 5 mins without EVER seeing and employee. We decided to grab a menu and seat ourself. There was just 2 other tables in the place. 1 of the tables (a solo diner) actually got up and went back in the kitchen to find an employee. When the employee emerged, he greeted us and disappeared for another few minutes until he arrived with out water. We placed our order for 2 rare steak Pho bowls and waited another 10mins, all the while being entertained by the employees arguing. The back corner table seemed like an employee dinner table...however, the employees spread out and ate at the tables surrounding us. It was a circus! But what it all boils down to is the food. The Pho wasn't bad. I still like Vietnamese Cafe and the Pho spot on 120th and Colo blvd better, but I may hit this place up if I'm in the area.

Bad service. No boba or other drinks available when we came in. Dirty plates. Pho is yummy though.

This is certainly one of the better Pho/Vietnamese places I've been too. Their menu has a good deal more than just Pho. Their rice noodle bowls are huge and full of fresh veggies and bean sprouts and other tasty stuff. I also had their Vietnamese Ice Coffee w/ sweetened condensed milk (one of my favorite beverages ever) and it was quite good. It seems like a family owned place, very comfortable vibe; clean and pleasant inside. Definitely one of the better Pho offerings in the Denver area.

Service is nice and quick but the price kills it. Compared to other Pho places I rather go elsewhere than eat here again. For a Large it was $9. Most other places charge $1.50 to $2 less. For such a big place, there really wasn't a whole lot of business around dinner time.

Broth was pretty good, noodles pretty good and meat was good but felt they skimped on the meat as there was not very much meat in the bowl. There was no one to seat me when I walked in so i sat myself. When it was time to pay there were 3 of us waiting to pay and apparently the kid didn't know how to rind people up and we had to wait for a woman to ring us up. The prices seemed a little high for what you get but all in all, my experience was pretty good.

I hate menus. I get frustrated because I just can't choose what to eat and my frustration gets even worst when I can't understand the menu I'm looking at. Pho 104's menu took my frustration to new heights, but thanks to the sweet and very patient waitress, I was able to navigate that thing and find something to eat. She explained nearly every item to me and always with a smile on her face. I had the rice noodles with grilled beef - by far the best rice noodles I've ever had! The restaurant is quiet and clean, add helpful employees plus delicious food and if I lived in Denver, I'd come here on a weekly basis.

I've had better. Our waitress was rude, and reached across the table with the hot bowls instead of going around. The reason this made me mad was because the place where she was standing, was in front of my daughter, she almost spilled hot pho on my little girl. Not cool. I would recommend Pho 79 instead.

I am not the expert on pho but this is seriously the best tasting soup I have had in the entire metro area. It is full of flavor. The service here has always been nice and fast. I have tried the chicken, shrimp, and seafood. All have been great. This is quickly becoming my new go to place for pho.

Pretty good. I wish the broth was a bit more flavorful but i liked it and the fact that they use dandelions in the garnish. I think a lot of Pho restaurants forget about that. I felt a little sad I ran out of noodles too soon and that there was no alcohol served. But all in all this place was good. I would like to come back and see what their Tom young koong tastes like. Our server was very pleasant and sweet.

I am not a big Pho conoisseur (believe me there are people out there who know good Pho when they taste it) however, I tried their seafood Pho for the second time (minus the Octopus) and it really really tasty!!! They also have Shrimp Pho. I noticed it is hard to find Shrimp Pho but this place has it. If you like Shrimp why not just order the seafood Pho (Shrimp, Crab, and Fishcake, Octopus)?

We had a SUPER Pho craving and was looking for a good place near the house. This place was awesome, and we ordered to go. Everything was absolutely fantastic; we will definitely be coming back.

My hubby and I are so happy that soup houses are opening up EVERYWHERE across Denver. We were starving and decided to stop in here, instead of try to make it further into D-town. The reviews for this place were pretty good; good flavor, small meat and pricy. Well they must read our reviews (smart them!), because yes they are a touch more expensive than soup on like the Federal strip, but I would imagine that a lease in this super high-traffic shopping center costs a pretty penny, so I really was not surprised or dismayed that a small soup was $6.50 and a combination noodle bowl was $10.95. My hubby and I split a rare steak and crunch fat brisket pho and a noodle bowl. There was not much differentiation in the cuts of beef, but there was lots of it and the broth was flavorful, fresh and hot (Few things make me as sad as when pho comes out of the kitchen less than boiling). The Combo noodle bowl was quite tasty with lots of fresh veggies and again, plenty of meat. We both left stuffed and Happy. Also the service was good. Is this my favorite Vietnamese spot? no. Would I come back? yes. This definitely hit the spot on flavor and quantity, as well as location, location, location! 3.5 Stars

Just went there today after wife and friend got piss off with Q-table rule of using Certificate that we bought from restaurant.com . Since we were there and we decided to try this new place. Brand new restaurant just open 2 months ago. Food was good, service was great. Price was reasonable. Well recommended!!

Wow this place changed for the worst unfortunately. I've been here three times before , back in 2011, and the Pho noodle soup actually tasted good. The broth was flavorful and sweet, and the noodles and beef were plentiful. I came here today looking forward to good pho and boy was I disappointed. As usual I ordered a pho medium sized bowl, which was $7.50, but when I tasted the soup it tasted like water. Yup I said it, like water with barely a hint of salt. I added lime, basil, siracha, hoysen sauce and a few slices of jalapenos and upon mixing this with the noodles and beef I was shocked to see only a few tiny slices of beef and one small piece of tendon that's barely enough to feed 2 hungry ants. Even after this mix the soup still tasted like water. I knew something was wrong because usually the flavor of the soup gets enhanced with the condiments. Unfortunately I have to give one star for the expensive Pho and bowl of water with little beef and noodle. My review is only of the Pho and I haven't tried any other dish here.

Not sure why the title says Traditional American, because this is actually a Vietnamese noodle restaurant. Anyway, we were driving south on I-25, got hungry, pulled off on 104th to find a restaurant. Didn't want to stick with the chain restaurants so we drove into a shopping mall to see what we could find. Decided to take a chance on Pho 104 and were glad we did! The food was very fresh, the service quick and friendly, and the prices reasonable. I will definitely stop by again.
