Northglenn's newest nifty niche, Pho & Grill, does indeed bring to you the rice plates, noodle bowls, and, yes, pho that one might expect from the name of the eatery. But actually, I'm here to tell you about something even more delicious - namely, their range of mesmerizing Hmong dishes! Start off your meal with one of their yummy seasonal fruit slushes like cucumber (mmmmmm) or pineapple, and maybe a plate of Fawm Kauv (steamed rice noodle crepes with fat slices of pork loaf and assorted veggies). Why yes, "Fawm" is pronounced very similarly to the Vietnamese term "Pho" (in the Hmong languages, the final consonant of a word is nearly always silent and in fact indicates the word's tone). Now, I can see that you're having a hard time deciding on a main course. Don't worry! As always, I'm here to help. Nqaij Qab Zib, whose name literally means "sweet meat", takes huge chunks of pork belly and braises them in a bath of soy sauce, ginger and oyster sauce... you'll be lucky you have plenty of rice to soak it all up. Alternatively, why not try Qhaub Poob - tender chicken and noodles in rich curry gravy? Or if you want to learn more about the Hmong fondness for bitter flavors, how about Hnyuv Ab (beef bile soup with intestine)? If you need to get your fill of veggies, you can do that here too, with offerings such as Phav Npoob (morning-glory greens in garlic sauce). You'll have to come back again and again to try it all - and I know you just can't wait! The menu even has a few Thai selections for the more choosy in your party - most notably, the ever-present noodle stirfry Pad Thai and several different versions of the celebrated meat/herb/rice-powder salad known as Larb. (Beef? Chicken? Squid? Certainly). Now, don't forget to save room for dessert! Perhaps some decadent zucchini cake, or even the very colorful Nab Vam (consisting of various combinations of beans, fruits, jellies, tapioca, etc. in sweetened coconut milk) appeals to you? Why not go all-out and try some of both? You'll be glad you did... and in fact, the same can be said of your entire visit to Pho & Grill. So hurry on down, won't you?

This is my go to for Pho for a couple of reasons...The staff are great, the place is clean, the food is phenomenal, boba drinks are flavorful, and it's right in our neighborhood. I couldn't ask for more. Take advantage of the loyalty card and earn yourself a free bowl!

Place is hidden in the shopping center, but other than that the food was great, love the fact that they have kids size bowls.

All you want in a Vietnamese Restaurant. Huge Portions, Friendly Service, Very Clean, and Tasty Fresh Food. Also Wifi and plenty of parking. Behind the Walgreens on Washington if you have a hard time finding it. Also, kids eat free on Wed 4-7...

Good food but why are they playing Christian music in a asian food place. Lame sauce.

This place still delivers really good food and we've enjoyed having it as one of our date spots. We've tried a number of the menu items now, including the mussels, fried fish, and pad see ew. Everything tastes great. I have to take a couple of stars off for the atmosphere. I don't know if it's only during dinner time, but the music is a horrible compilation of the worst Christian music ever compiled. I'm talking your most whiny, lamenting, singing of sin, blood, and sacrificial lambs while you're trying to eat some meat swimming in red sauce... I mean, who can feel good about eating under those circumstances? The music is slow and dreadful. It makes you want to put your head down, mourn for your poorly lived life, and just go to sleep out of utter depression. Obviously, this is a terrible atmosphere when you're trying to have a date night or share some delicious food with friends. We overheard a woman at the table next to us ask the waiter if he could change the channel to "something more upbeat" and he actually told her he did not "control the radio." When he turned to our table, my husband asked to speak to the person who did control the radio, only to find out that the person was not working today. We finished our meal that day, but when we returned again this week, we heard the music and decided to order the food to go. I understand that businesses can choose to play whatever music they feel best represents their business. And if you want to be a Christian Pho place, that's cool. Just please pick some more upbeat Christian music. Something joyful. Something happy. No one wants to eat meat while listening to songs about being washed in blood.

Love the vietnamese egg rolls and the pho is always on point. Customer sever is wonderful. There is usually a little boy hanging in the corner. His mom must work here. He is fun to watch and very well behaved. Usually I am not a fan of kids while I eat, but he is too cute.

So me and my boyfriend happen to be hungry and we decide to have us some pho. When we entered we were hit with a sewer smell... other than that the food was bland but they did have large portions. I'm used to higher quality pho places. They do have free WiFi and free food for kids from 4-7. This place is close to my house so I will give it another try to see if they step up their game. But until then this place was just a .... whatever place.

Perfect place for Pho and other cuisine. Has a child's bowl offered, also has Pad See Ew. Just as good as best places in Denver.

This place is clean and has great service! Food is amazing and is brought out in a decent amount of time. The pricing is also good. Over all this is a great pho place to visit :)

After a thinking about it for a while, i edit this review to a 1 star. I really haven't tired the whole menu yet. The pho that I did try was not the great! The price is great 8.25 for extra large but the broth was terrible and the side of raw meat was horrible. The bobas weren't fresh as they were soggy and hard to drink/shallow. They have a pho challenge which I think is ridiculous! Priced at $30 the time was there (probably $40 now), you gotta consume the whole bowl including broth in 45 mins? I haven't been back to try any of the other menus so idk when my updated review of this place will come.
