I give most starbucks 5 stars and rarely give 3 stars. The staff is extremely friendly, but 3 times they have made a crappy Oprah Chai Latte. Not sure what they do wrong but it was no good. The blonde roast has been awesome each time.

This location is great because they have a drive through. I pick the kids up from school and go there almost everyday. They love it! They're very very upbeat and sweet. The only downside is that their hot tea water is not very hot like at other starbucks. I've tried to tell them that but they say that's the hottest they can make it. Annoying.

The employees are very friendly and frequently chat with you if you have to wait for your drink. But I don't know what it takes to get an extra hot drink. I have ordered it saying, "Extra, extra hot, please," and, "Heated to 180 degrees, please," and both result in luke warm hot chocolate by the time I get to my school to drink it. :( I promise I won't sue. Can I PLEASE get an extra hot hot chocolate!?!?

Great location! I happen to love all things Starbucks, and this store is no different. Great people and they offer the La Boulange menu. And I do want to add a comment about patronizing this corporation vs. buying local. I'm certainly a supporter of buying local, but Starbucks is a model of good corporate citizenship - they advocate for raising the minimum wage, they offer tuition reimbursement, and full health benefits. What more do we expect from employers?

It's a Starbucks so it's predictable no matter where you go like a Catholic Mass. This location offers fast service that is very much on the chatty, friendly side. No complaints in any department, but then again I sort of long for some deviation from the standard Starbucks fare. Maybe I'll invent a specific drink and see if they'll name it The Timmy and put it on the menu. I need variety!

Coffee is was to strong as far as the roasting goes. But I like all of their skinny drinks. I like that they are consistent and you will typically get pretty fast service. I do like the oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches that they serve. Great gift ideas for friends.

Good location. As with most Starbucks, the drive thru is NOT faster. An area where Starbucks needs to get it together. The drive thru is not for lazy people its for people in a hurry!

As a someone who sought out a Starbucks in Tokyo, I speak from a place of deep love and deep knowledge abt the breadth of quality that Starbucks has to offer, and this Bucks is amazing. Seriously, one of the best soy, no foam mistos I've ever encountered. A must visit if you've magically found yourself Monument. Ample seating, clean, and efficiently run. Oh, and prices are cheaper than most urban Bucks, a win for the caffeine fiend on a budget.

These guys are always great to deal with. Went there Christmas morning and had a really good experience, or at least as good as one can have via the drive-thru. I've been coming here for years and they always have great customer service.

I love me some Starbucks but I live right next to It's a Grind. I was going there a lot but the service was iffy. This morning I went out of my way to Starbucks and I had my mind blown. The coffee was great, the service was fast and the barista behind the counter actually treated me like a paying customer! So nice. She was very friendly, efficient and just a fun person to interact with. It made my whole morning start better and feel better. Guess I'll be driving a bit further now for good service. Still kinda sad that I'm an addict for anything seasonal...it really is a sickness. Pumpkin Spice, Peppermint...mmmmm.
