This rating is after months of hoping they'd improve, and always being let down. More often than not they made our pizza incorrectly and it always feels like a throw of the dice as to whether it will be fully baked. This last time was enough for us. We ordered a veggie-7, without cheese to go. When we arrived, multiple staff members walked passed us, ignoring us, until finally the one girl who seems to always be there, and is very nice, saw us and helped us. I paid for the pizza (and tipped) and then my roommate and I realized that there was a large piece of sausage cooked onto our vegetarian pizza. I know some people will say "hey, just flick it off" but dude, I paid for that pizza and this is not the first time. After waiting for the same server to come back, she returned it to the kitchen and promised to quickly have them make us a fresh one. During our 20 min wait for the new pizza, a lady approached us and apologized (she didn't have a uniform or name tag so who knows if she was a manager) and told us how hard they "try" to keep the veg pizzas separate. Anyways, the pizza eventually came, obviously thrown together, and that was that. No offer for a refund, no coupon or even much of an apology. We brought it home and found that it was barely cooked, the center still doughy. And I was a good tipper too.

Pizza was just okay, dessert was pretty good (had cookies and ice cream). Deep Dish Pizza was okay, Spinach and feta was okay. Maybe it was the elevation? Only serves Pepsi, no Coke.

Justin the bar tender was exceptional. Unfortunately I live in Denver otherwise I would come back just for the service at the bar. It's a breath of fresh air compared to most bar tenders these days.

We live in Greeley and drive to Loveland for OC because this place is the bomb.com . We wish our Greeley OC was like this one! Service is on point and the food is always prompt and hot!!!! Love love love!

Ran out of the chicken panini today so that sucked but they have great mini tours and beer events. :-)

My boyfriend and I met his parents and his son for lunch. We sat out on the patio. Nice patio area. Very clean and the tables had umbrellas to shade you from the sun. Nice. Our server Alex was great. Love her. Good service and great food. We have been here many times before. We prefer the patio or the bar area. The buffet during the lunch hour during the week is incredible! Yum. My boyfriend and I share the 3 meat thin crust pizza with basil it was fabulous. The Chicken walnut salad as well. Great bar in the evening as well for cocktails or happy hour. They are really nice when we bring our black lab Jacks...he has to lay outside of the patio area for heath code reasons and we totally understand. The server always brings him fresh cold water. Love this restaurant. Forgot the chicken in my boyfriends mom's salad but they made it right. Great customer service and good food=4 stars!

Been coming here since the place opened service and food has been extremely inconsistent, but over the past year it's gotten much worse. This is officially our last visit to this location.

We stopped here on our way through to the mountains. Their kids menu is very reasonably priced. The pizzas were all great, including the gluten free crust that my wide had. My deep dish, the Italian grinder, was perfectly cooked and was loaded to the hilt. The wait staff was great as was the manager who stopped by to check on us. We'll definitely be hitting up Old Chicago again!

We had to go to this chain restaurant because of lack of other options and, of course, we weren't disappointed by the quality of chain restaurants. We had pizzas, salads, fried pickles and zucchini, and drinks. There was nothing especially great about any of the dishes, but it's not terrible.

Fast, friendly service, great beer selection, and good prices. The World Beer Tour is a very neat idea. Food smells fantastic, only wish is that they would add a few GF selections to the menu.

Well after moving from San Diego to Loveland I realized there isn't much to do here after 10pm. I'm used to having 24 hour places or places at least open until 2am. Old Chicago's is my hang out spot due to it being open late every day, and happy hour everyday after 10pm! This means $1 off beers and half off appetizers. The beer selection is pretty good with some micro brews and the appetizers are tasty junk food. They also have a full bar if your looking for hard alcohol or mixed drinks. The waiters are laid back and easy going. So if your looking to hang out later in the night, this is a good safe spot to go.

Great lunch spot. Salad or soup & unlimited pizza bar! What sucks is the pizza selection. Pepperoni goes within 5 minutes!

Good place to meet friends, watch a game, drink beer and eat greasy food.

I really enjoy their food, and am really frustrated because when I called 8 minutes before they 'opened' at 11:00am and they wouldn't even write down a pick up order. I mean, seriously. You can't write it down and start making it when you open in 8 minutes? Geez, ever heard of customer service? I work in a service industry and would never ask someone to call back in 8 minutes because we aren't open yet. If I really needed my computer to be on to take an order at 11:00 am, I either wouldn't answer the phone, or maybe I would even offer to call the customer back in 8 minutes to get their credit card info. Definitely better ways to handle a situation. Ridiculous.

The Old Chicago restaurant has a sports bar that is a great place to go for a sporting event. During the Stanley Cup Playoffs & Finals, approximately 85% of the people (including myself) were Blackhawks fans: jerseys, ball caps, and t-shirts. Good appetizers, chicken wings, pizza, and beer.

My parents liked the food, my hamburger was terrible, the fries were average, but the cheese sauce I got to dip them in wasn't too bad. I asked for some mayonnaise to go on the hamburger to make it better (there was nothing between the hamburger and the top bun, it came with no lettuce or tomato or anything). She said she'd bring it right out. When my parents had got to about half done with their food, I gave up and just ate it as it was. I'm not sure if it would have helped any, but I left about half of it. Just bad. When a customer leaves half the food on his plate and doesn't want it to go, don't you think you should ask if everything was okay? I'll leave it at 2 stars because my parents liked their food, but I saw it. It didn't look all that great either.

This use to be the best Old Chicago around when the GM was Jen. Once she left the quality of food has deceased to the point that I don't like eating here anymore. Tonight I ordered artichoke dip and cheese bread. The bead had hardly and cheese on it and the art dip had a blacken end of a carrot on it. I'm not impressed. The food at the Harmony location is much better. The only positive here in Loveland is the wait staff in the bar. Jimmy, Megan and Dillon. Update: the manager states that the carrots come pre-cut from off site. So someone in corporate needs pay a visit to the distributor and straighten them out. The manager remove the art dip from my bill which was not what I requested as I ate all it but the rotten carrot pieces. I also ordered 5 wings with sweet tai chili sauce and two of the five came with a little sauce on them. Oh well-----Harmony it will be from now on!!

Best pizza crust! Just started stopping by here on the weekends to try different beers. They keep track of the different beers. Tried the sampler platter and was very impressed. The patio is a great place to enjoy a few beers at night.

Rude hostess! I walked into the loud restaurant and she said something. I said 'two' because that's what they always ask and I couldn't hear. She got an attitude and goes 'I SAID how are you doing???' she wouldn't seat us until I said fine. She then re-asked how many. This was feb 20 2015 at 7. The hostess was probably 5' 10" skinny and brunette. This encounter put me on the defensive the rest of the visit- I felt harrassed. Food was awesome and fast and our server got us some tourist intel.

Had dinner here on 1/22/15, food was simply great. I had a calzone and the wife had the California chicken sandwich. Best calzone I have ever had and hers was also very good. Would have rated 5 stars but again the service was pretty slow for us on a weeknight which was a little disappointing. Overall one of our favorite places in Loveland to eat at now.

Being from Chicago, I did my best to not get my hopes up. However, I would be lying if I didn't say I was optimistic. I got about what I should have expected. My first clue was when the pizza came out in about 20 minutes. A proper Chicago pizza should take about 45 minutes to cook properly. What we got was essentially a Pizza Hut pizza. I have nothing against Pizza Hut. I get exactly what I expect for the price. At this place you pay about 2x what it costs at Pizza Hut. I will say the beer selection was pretty good.

I've eaten here about four times while on work trips with coworkers. We've all always had consistently good food here - the pizza (both thin and thick crust, just cheese or specialty), the pepperoni roll app, the paninis, all good food at good prices with friendly service.

I am not sure about the dining room as much as I am about the bar but in the bar the servers and bartenders are great. Friendly, fun and always remember what I like to drink!!!!

Always a good place to go for a quick bite and cold beer while watching sports. The staff here was mostly friendly although for some reason the bartender spoke 90% of the time to my husband and only 10% to me.

This is a regular "s afe choice". You know what you are getting, the atmosphere is the same in every one the chain's restaurants, but what I find most pleasant about this particular site is the staff! I have always found them to be fun, courteous, very attentive and the food comes out hot and delicious. Drink glasses never seem to be sitting empty and the clientele is always laid back and chill. It's a comfy place, like a regular neighborhood bar. I tend to choose to meet friends and family at this restaurant when I'm in the Loveland area because they are consistent in service and food. So if you are shopping, running errands or live in the area, it's worth dropping in. They have a happy hour that is fantastic, great beer selection. If you have to watch a game, they have it! You won't be disappointed.

I dont come to this old c very often, but it is on par with the one i go to in Greeley. food was good as always service was a bit pushy trying to get us to leave. they know how to make there drinks correctly (they put the sugar on the rim for my wife, Greeley never does) there beer selection is just as good as the Greeley one

I was craving nachos the other night. So my husband asks me if I'm still craving them, let's go get some. I haven't the heart to tell him I was craving the $4 nachos with the bright orange liquid cheese and the pickeled jalepenos. You know, the bad stuff at movie theaters, drive-ins, and skating rinks. (BTW who decided that nachos are appropriate movie fare? they are way to crunchy--not good for a movie like The King's Speech, or Black Swan) So I jump on yelp to find out who has the "best nachos" in the area and found Old Chicago. But the review is for Italian Nachos. But wait, they also have regular nachos and we can decide when we get there. We are worried that we won't have a "full nacho experience" if we get the Italian ones. But we do order it, and it's fried pasta pieces (think fried wonton skins) melted cheese, pepperoni, and thin slices of sausage, and a sprinkling of thin rings of banana peppers. And no, it's not a nacho experience, it's a whole other kind of experience. But it's a GOOD experience! The Ginger Mojito wasn't very gingery, I don't know why I was expecting fresh ginger, it's in the liqueur. But hey I got an extra shot for asking for more "ginger-y". The Garlic Cheese bread could have been better with a crustier crust, and not so mushy and chewy. 5:30 on a Friday night, and I think we're on the verge of old people's early bird hours. But who cares, there was no wait to be seated, and after our Italian nacho experience, we were home by 7 and happily drifting to a carb induced slumberland by 8:30. What losers.

Love me some Old C's. GREAT selection of beers!! GREAT pizza!! GREAT calzones!! GREAT italian nachos. Always love grabbing a brew and some food at this place when I can. I like the FoCo location more, but this one is just as yummy.

There for lunch. Excellent price on their pizza bar! I told them I don't eat pork; they made me special pizza for the pizza bar with no pork. I was delighted to discover the price included a salad. They did not chince on the salad; very good! The pizza crust was excellent. I usually leave it; this was hard to leave. And then...to top it off they brought out a fresh baked and still warm chocolate chip cookie. I enjoyed the staff. They were very friendly and were right on top of everything.

loved the food and service! my first time at OC's in Loveland and we had the pleasure of being served by a waiter in training, Nick. he was awesome and very personable and I hope to have him next time as well. the girl training him was very friendly also. when we got our appetizer (pizza rolls) they were to die for. I had to hold back or I wouldn't have been hungry by the time my meal came! main course was also fabulous! I highly recommend the chicken alfredo! basically, nothing negative to say about this place. I think I'll try one of their many draft beers next time and sit on the patio. great atmosphere!
