I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. For fast food, it is the top on my list for customer service! I went there when it was raining one day, and there were literally people outside that came to your car and walked you in with an umbrella! How cool is that?? Then, the other day during the busy lunch hour, there were people in the drive thru taking orders from ipads to make the line go through faster! They are so considerate and everyone that has helped me here has been so nice and wonderful.. They even fill up your drinks when you're sitting at a table. Love this place!

This Chick-fil-A is always packed both inside and in the drive thru. However, I have never seen such a well-oiled machine. Usually the wait is not more than three or four minutes. The best part is the attitude of the employees. All Chick-fail-A restaurants have great service, but this is exemplary. With the volumes they serve, the smiles never fade, and neither do their genuine good natures. This is the mark of great management and wonderful employees. As usual, the food is great, but the new Frozen Lemonade is addicting!

The food is good but this location is always packed. I have never been here when there wasn't a huge line either inside or the drive thru. This is a great thing for the restaurant as they are always busy, it just means that some might not frequent as much due to how busy it is. With that said, the service is always good and the food is consistent and good. They only sell chicken products like sandwhiches, salads, nuggets, and tenders. They also have great lemonade and good shakes. There is a play area for the kids here and the store is conveniently located by other stores and places to shop. There's tons of parking.

We don't have one of these in Northern Cali where I live, so I had to see what the hype was about. Typical fast food joint if you ask me! I was expecting more... wings, breasts and drumsticks! Chik-Fil-A offers sandwiches, wraps, chicken tenders and nuggets. With some other sides. I was wanting some mash potaters and cole slaw! Its ok, it wasn't too bad. I love me junky food every once in a while. I enjoyed the #5. Juicy Chicken Nuggets and freshly cut, criss crossed fries.

I love how they have special events for kids and the food is always hot. As other reviewers have posted, it's cheap and tasty. But, I give it 4 stars for the friendly smiles and positive attitudes that greet me even when I'm just driving through for sweet tea. Also, they always have a clean shop. The kids play area looks well kept. I have never seen fries wedged in the nooks and crannies, unlike the fierce competitors' play areas. We go here whenever we spend too much time shopping and find ourselves starving. It's a great place.

3 stars instead of 4--only because I have only ever order 2 of the items on the menu: Chik-Fil-A sandwich or Chicken Egg and Cheese Bagel. Moist, tender, juicy, cheap. It's my quick snack when I experience a blood sugar drop during my power shopping trips. Put the plastic cow on my car antenna when they were having a "free on Tuesday" promotion about a year ago....can't get the darn thing off now. Stupid cow.

1st, All Chick-Fil-A are over rated. With that said the resturant parking lot is alway full or crowded. The food is decent and has some heathy choices. What makes the restruant good is the service. Probably good for kids because of the indoor playground.

Do not eat here if you don't like toxic msg! I got a severe migraine eating here and my children became very sick! The kids meals contain large amounts of msg! After researching their ingredients, silicone is in these sandwiches! Very sad! Very disappointing! Do not let children get addicted to this, it is in the chicken and bun! It should be banned!

Oh no, keep me away from this place. Chik-Fil-A has some of the best food on the planet. I could eat here every day but I would end up looking like a pumpkin. I prefer being slim so I stay away but I love this restaurant. I grew up in Georgia and we had these places all over and I fell in love with it early. I had to frequent Foothills Fashion Mall to get my fix but thankfully we have a free standing Chik-Fil-A and I can avoid that horrible mall. Each time I have dined there the service was great, the food came out fast, and it tasted great. My last time there I had a exceptionally nice young lady take my order and I almost wanted to tell the manager what a pleasant employee he had. I may have to break down and head there for lunch today, but I am on my bike and it is kind of a long ride.
