Really wanted to like this place as it is very close and convenient to where we live. We were here at 8ish on a Sunday morning. It was very crowded but we managed to snag a table quickly. They did a good job of turning the former A&W into a decent-looking restaurant. Our orders were taken quickly, but food took a long time and with a toddler with us, that was torture. The food was serviceable and satisfying. Like others, prefer hash browns to cubed, dry-ish potatoes, like they have. To get the bill and go-boxes were also slow slow slow. Hopefully, this was all a fluke, may try one more time and that's it.

**Updated review** I've since gone back a couple of times for the sheer closeness to where i live. I've found the atmosphere to be much improved not sure if they turned the AC on or what. The staff again are super nice, but don't seem to ask to many questions when ordering so make sure you tell them what you want because they wont ask any questions about options for your dish. **old review** This is strictly a breakfast review. The staff are nice and the place seems like it would be great for breakfast but it's not. While the food is alright, I can't recommend any of their egg dishes, they just seem to forget to ask how you want your eggs or it comes out flavorless, their sweet breakfast foods though are fairly good. As far as the atmosphere goes for some reason it is always very very warm in the building...not sure why. I've eaten there 4 times for breakfast and all but once it was uncomfortably warm. After giving this place 4 tries and ordering different foods I've decided to move on. They might be better for lunch or dinner, but I can't recommend the breakfast.

Poor service mediocre food experience would not return as there are much better choices including morning glory cafe in lafayette but even better is le peep in Boulder.

Me and my boyfriend go here quite frequently and really enjoy the whole dining experience. It's a casual place that has a pretty good weekend crowd, so do be mindful. There are a lot of options and the food is always really great! Their eggs Benedict options and the skillets are all my personal favorites!

Great little breakfast place in a fairly desolate restaurant locale. Fresh food, attentive staff, and really diverse menu. You won't be disappointed!

We used to eat at Le Peep a lot when we lived in Boulder, so we stopped here for breakfast recently while staying at Flatirons. We had very good service - Sunday morning gets hectic but our server was on top of everything. Blueberry pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes and a burrito- under $30 . I saw on the menu they still have the peasant potatoes but they are still cubed and dry-looking...wish they did hash browns with their peasant skillet dishes ( and some roasted chilis) but I can't really complain, it's a huge amount of food for a good price. Glad this place is still around.

My adult son and I went to Le Peep this morning for breakfast. We received excellent service from our waiter Ray, who was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great advice. Although my son's eggs were cooked a bit longer than he preferred, he said they went really well with the Wanderer Skillet (maybe called the Drifter Skillet?). I had the Eggs Benedict, and the only complaint I have is (I can't believe I'm even saying this) there was too much ham. :-). I had to take a slice of ham out of my Benedict and chop it up with the yummy potatoes and rolled the whole mess in the little bit of Hollandaise sauce left in the skillet. Poor me! The other nice thing about this restaurant is that it showcases local artists! There's original art on the walls produced by the locals. Good stuff, too! And one more good thing: The place is really clean, especially the bathrooms. LOVE that.

My husband and I went here for breakfast this morning for the first time. The service was good, attentive and not too invasive, and the food was delicious. I had the breakfast burrito and the green chili was pretty good. My husband had the Monte Cristo crepe and he said it was very good. We had a coupon for buy one entree, get one free which made the whole breakfast a great value. We will go again.

Not a good environment. This was a former fast food restaurant and still feels like one.

It was good, we almost didn't go because of so so reviews. I'm glad we did, and we'll go back. The food was really good, & with Lavazza coffee you can't go wrong. The server was very knowledgable and made great recommendations. Give it a try!

I usually stop by to have breakfast here at least once a week. Very friendly staff and always a good meal.

I've been here a few times since it opened a few months ago. The food quality during that time has gone totally down hill. The pork green chile today was not the same as it was before. They changed the recipe for the worse I'm sorry to say. It was bland, unseasoned and looked terrible. The cooks here are lacking skills with preparing the simplest of techniques. Burnt eggs, hard under-cooked potatoes, sloppy presentation and so on. Also they over charge badly if you order an extra egg or any other "addition" to your entree'. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 miles to the location in Boulder. This place is not worth it.

This is another solid breakfast spot my wife and I enjoy when we're not feeling adventurous or don't want to wait for a table. I compare this Le Peep to The Egg & I on 287 that we frequent. Good food, friendly and prompt service and rarely a wait for a table. One weird thing, though ... the water tastes funny here. Not bad weird, just weird weird.

Service confused. Multiple people trying to Steve and end up not serving. Food was cool, not hot, inconsistent for other Le Peeps.

I hadn't enjoyed a Le Peep since I visited the Cherry Creek location decades ago and I was excited to see the new location in Louisville. The breakfast is good and hearty and with an extensive menu. The coffee was rich and dark as good coffee should be. Service was friendly and efficient - they are trying hard to succeed here and I truly hope they do. We came back two days in a row and were rewarded well.
