I've had nothing but good service from this Starbucks, both from going inside and using the drive-thru. The staff is friendly and attentive. They also always have the extra bottle of classic syrup for sale, although asking for it makes them scramble to figure out if they have enough. When I'm in the area, this is the Starbucks I prefer to go to.

Walks into Starbucks. Walks up to counter. Looks at employee. Employee looks back. Seconds tick by. Looking directly into employees eyes. Employee looking directly back. No verbalization's have taken place yet. Seconds tick by. At last... "Well?" "Uh, it's customary for employees to begin an exchange with something like; May I help you? or perhaps What can I get for you?." "Right. Coffee?" This little Starbucks moment just struck me as so unusual I thought I'd review it.

This was the fastest Starbucks I've ever been to, but there's a trick. Don't go through the drive through!

It's a Starbucks with a drive thru. If you've been to one starbucks you pretty much know what to expect here. Friendly baristas, great coffee, and squatters.

Jim W.'s review made me want to write one too. I had the same damn thing happen to me. Counter person and I had a moment I think. We just looked at each other... How you doing I said. Good... .... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... So I usually drink coffee but feel like something different. What do you recommend thats not too sweet? A Café Mocha... ... ... ... ... ... Doesnt that have a ton of chocolate in it? Yep... ... ... ... ... ... ok. Give me a vente coffee. Never went back. There are only a couple of Starbucks I will go to now. This isn't one of them.

Say what you will, but Starbucks is at least consistent. You know what you are going to get.

    Pretty good for a Starbucks.

I don't drink Starbucks frequently, but I do come to this location occasionally. The staff are very fast and professional. The remodel is beautiful and this is one of the largest Starbucks stores I've ever been to (outside of the Roastery in Seattle). The barista helped me with the app and they were friendly and efficient. I've always been wary of the long drive-thru line, but maybe I will give it a shot since they are so fast.

Fastest Starbucks drive-thru ever! Don't be scared by the long line, the staff is borderline magical - or maybe on speed - whatever it is, it's working!

These guys are CRAZY FAST!!! I've been coming here about twice a week for over a month and I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes total from start to finish, even when the line wraps all the way around the building. They know what they're doing and how to staff properly for their location. Beverages have always been perfectly crafted and delicious. I've asked for recommendations and they take the time to be personable with me, and always have a smile and great attitude. I couldn't ask for a better experience from a Starbucks, especially one as busy as this one! Don't let the line intimidate you, instead be impressed by how fast it moves and how they love their jobs!!

Continues to decline in service and consistency. We live close by and have seen the "ol" burger King become a starbucks. Nice new store needs new management and new training. Drink taste varies along with the fill levels. $5 for a cup of Jo is bad enough. When no foam, no whip gets you 3/4 cup. Come on! Sturbucks used to mean top notch coffee and a professional experience. This particular store does NOT live of to the Starbucks brand.

They've updated the inside, taken over the space next to them, modernized it, and I look forward to a more open space with comfy seating that I can actually CHILL in. Now, though, they're still going through some "Growing Pains" so be forewarned. Newish Baristas are still a wee bit green on the finer points of making drinks. The lines for the drive-thru are just ridiculous. Literally 10+ cars long at all times of the day. But the new inside makes it hopeful for me, so I'll keep my original 4-star rating, in the hopes of living up to potential. I'd like to see them add some "power stations" along their High-Top bar seating area. It'd be nice to be able to plug in while you're sipping, working, and people-watching. It's still under construction, so stay tuned for an update!

The remodel is now complete and the inside is gorgeous. It's also HUGE, they expanded into the area where the Kolache Factory was. This is certainly one of the largest Starbucks in the greater Denver area, if not THE largest. I'm not a daily Starbucks drinker, but I do come here 1-2 times a week. And, as I've mentioned before, it's usually for the speedy and accurate drive thru service. Seriously, if you've seen the line here at 7am, you'd be amazed how efficient these folks are. Plus they are super friendly. The couple of times there has been a screw up, they have been quick to remedy it. So yes, 5 stars for a Starbucks. Because in the world of Starbucks this is as good as it gets.

This was by far the worst Starbucks I've been to! I think Baristas are trained properly especially at Starbucks. It was happy hour frapuccinos and the ice machine was broken, only hot items available I asked if I could order a passion tea unsweetened she asked me twice to make sure it was unsweetened and still gave me sweet, had started drinking it and they asked for it back and threw it away, got the unsweetened didn't even ask if I wanted to keep it! Then I asked for free drink coupons and they said they were looking for them after 10 minutes I just left! ONE THING: we all make mistakes and things happen but at least try and make up for it in someway!!!!!!!!!!

Why, oh why do I subject myself? Because its redeeming quality is that it Starbucks with a drive thru. In the last three visits its been ridiculous. All the visits were through the drive thru, so maybe walk in service is better. On two occasions whilst ordering the person taking the order kept cutting me off, and trying rush the ordering. Twice the order was wrong and had to be remade. I've often driven right past because of the huge drive thru line. I'd go somewhere else, but there just aren't enough drive thru independent coffee shacks in this town. And moms with littles appreciate the convenience.

Not exactly my favorite location, the staff is really nice but if there is a line for the drive through and you are in a hurry... Don't bother. I feel as if they are always understaffed unless it's 8 am. The inside is nice but there is usually a pretty long line. The internet takes at least 20 minutes to connect to devices.

  • Melissa C.

I'm not a huge fan of this particular Starbucks. My main location is the one up by my workplace in Broomfield, and it is STELLAR. This one, however, is near my home, and I came here wanting one of the passion teas. I was disappointed to find, when I got back home, that they had not sweetened it like I had asked, and I therefore could not stand the bitter taste it held, and there went my 3 plus dollars down the drain. I had also sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes before getting my drink, which is ridiculous for a Starbucks to take that long when there are only 5 cars. They need to get it together in there.

Internet here doesn't work. That seems like Starbucks 101, but the staff doesn't seem to care.

This should be a 5 star review. I love the atmosphere at this location and love even more how many outlets they have to accommodate electronics users. That being said, if you're going to be a go-to place for work or homework, YOU NEED TO HAVE INTERNET. For the past six months, I have been able to use the Internet 1 out of 6 times that I've tried. I've been forced to go to the Alameda location time and time again... until the Internet situation is resolved, this place sadly only gets 2 stars. The two stars are for atmosphere and location.

The service at this Location is horrendous. They never say thank you and act like they are doing you a favor by just being there. I only write this after consistent rude behavior by numerous employees. It must trickle down from the top. I won't go to this location anymore.

i this location, everyone is extremely nice. a few weeks ago they ran out of caramel but because they got rid of the hazelnut there is not much you can order there if there is no caramel. i did end up getting a flat white, i like it but not what i was really wanting

Baristas are sarcastic and this location has HORRIBLE wifi. I mean it. Don't even bother trying to use it.

  • Nikole G.

Worst Starbucks in Denver!! I think they purposely make the frappucinos disgusting so you won't order them. Their bacon breakfast sandwiches are always cold. House coffee always tastes old and burnt. I loathe going to this location but it's the closest one near my home.

  • Frank K.

This is the only Starbucks I have been in that does NOT have wifi. Crazy! It has been that way for months and the baristas have no idea when it will be fixed. I guess it isn't a high priority for management.

This is claimed to be the busiest Starbucks in Colorado. I find it hard to believe. They may have expanded to accommodate more patrons; however, their main focus is drive thru patrons. Walk in patrons are treated subpar, and I'm no longer a patron even though they are conveniently located. Servers have zero etiquette, people skills, and they often handle mugs by the inside which is unsanitary. And in the short time they've expanded, their new restrooms are filthy.

This place is fine, it's always packed, but I always am charged about $0.60 more here for my usual order than at other Starbucks. I haven't quite figured out why, but it's consistent. Anyway, not a huge Starbucks fan anyway, but in a pinch, I'm into their iced coffee. They're always super friendly here, too, even if they're completely slammed! Way to go, team green-apron.

Always fast and get my order right... and it is a drive through so I can be lazy and stay in my car. The line may look long, but they know how to get you through!

I hate writing reviews, and even more than that I hate to complain. I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately I have had several bad experiences in this Starbucks location. This is the closest Starbucks to my house but from now on I will drive further to go to one with a better staff. This location is nice inside since they remodeled but honestly they have the worst staff. A few times I been given the wrong drink in the drive through, ordering a vanilla latte and getting someone's black coffee, which is a big price difference. I have noticed during the long lines and waits for drinks inside that the staff themselves don't seem to like each other or get along. About two days ago, I went in around 11am. It was a little busy but there was no line to order. I ordered my drink, during the summer I get a caramel light frap with an extra shot. I realize that it is a blended drink so it takes a little more time to make than the hot drinks or iced drinks so I always expect that from any starbucks. However after I order my drink and am waiting at the bar, it takes over 10 minutes to make my drink. There were two barista's making drinks, one for the drive thru and one for inside. Several people came and went within the time that it took to get my drink, and some of which were other frappuccino's. I watched as the barista kept picking up other cups placed on both sides of mine and make those drinks. After the 10 minutes that I was standing there watching people who ordered about 5 minutes after me get their drinks and the barista pick up another frap cup placed there after mine, I finally said, "excuse me, can you please make my drink? I have been waiting for quite a while?" None of the three employees standing right there said anything. The barista making the in store drinks looked annoyed, rolled her eyes and started making it. Never once did they apologize for the wait. During this same time waiting I also witnessed another customer issue. There was a guy standing at the bar waiting for his drink order and asked for two cups of water. The food runner was making his waters for him when a couple of ladies walked over to wait for their drinks as well. The employee put one of the waters on the bar and one of the ladies put a straw in it. The employee snapped at the lady and said "that was his water, did you order a water?" while taking it out of her hand and giving it to the guy. There were much better ways to handle that situation, especially for an employee working in a customer service position. Avoid this location!

Went through the drive through and my pumpkin pie spice was half full when they gave it to me. I'm already paying $4 for a drink. Fill it up to the top please. Super annoying.

Went to the drive thru. Friendly Starbucks employees, and know how to have a laugh. Hot Chocolate was on par with the other Starbucks.

About as good as your Starbucks come. This place is spacious but for a good reason, they are usually quite busy! No worries though. The line moves quick. Just do us all a favor and pay attention, be ready to order, etc.

The service in the very early morning is marginal at best the staff seems to want me to thank them for allowing me to purchase coffee from them many times they just hand me my change and the coffee and don't say a single word. Just rude!

How do I start this... It is a Starbucks. So if you get past going to an actual Starbucks and not one of the few local coffee shops in Belmar it will be just as good as the other corporate Starbucks locations. I remember when this store used to be a BurgerKing, was great having one in the neighborhood. Then it closed and a Starbucks took over half the store. Having a Starbucks close by the house was nice, and while Belmar was getting built it was nice to see. The store part seems to be fairly limited on the items they keep in. But for the coffee and other beverages I have had great luck going here. The drive through is a little strange, I think there is one on Kipling with a drive through also. This one you have to talk fairly loud for the mic to pick up your order I don't know if it is the person working or the headset but seems to happen often.

My husband goes here practically daily. We are always treated incredibly nicely and the staff knows my husbands drink order by heart! There's usually quite a long line for the drive through on most days, but the the staff is efficient and the line moves quickly. The only draw back I found was the inside is much too small for the amount of customers this location has. I was pleasantly surprised to find they are extending and look forward to visiting after construction.

This Starbucks has a great drive through and a great seating area/counter service inside. The staff was friendly and efficient, drinks made to perfection, and a girl can't ask for anything more. Starbucks keeps me going, and this location is one of my faves.

Weirdly I can barely get wifi on my phone when I'm at this location. I have no problem getting lots of bars at any other starbucks or anywhere else that offers wifi. I talked to the manager on duty and he said he was pretty sure it was fine and he thought it must be my phone.

Pretty standard for a starbucks. There was a period of time where the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced and coffees were always wrong but the blonde gal and young mouth breathing brunette aren't there anymore either. Now they have a fun, accurate and intelligent crew!! Yay!
