I come here probably once a week in the summer and love seeing Nick, Nate, the gang and all the regulars. Most importantly, the food is awesome. (Depending on who is serving though, the lattes can vary.) If you haven't been here before, know that the cafe is not fancy and you may have to go to the counter to order, but whatever you get food wise, you won't be disappointed.

Wow...permanent pass. Basic little strip-mall cafe next the hospital. Maybe 12 tables. Menus showed-up after 10 mins, then ordered and waited 25 mins to get 2 basic and marginal omelets. Small place with TWO cooks on the line and they couldn't execute on a basic breakfast menu with 12 tables? Every table was looking around wondering where their food was. ONE halfway decent line cook could/should be able to keep-up with their simple menu and small place...but these TWO guys couldn't do it? Very sweet little girl server but clearly overwhelmed. Food is beyond weak. Small portion (contrary to what other reviews say), barely warm...bizarre since it's 15 feet from the kitchen to the dining area. "Toast" was one thin slice of white bread called "sourdough" that was closer to a stale scrap than a piece of toast. 100% room temperature with a brush if Whirl butter/oil smeared on 10% of it. Hash browns were greasy, lukewarm and obviously piled on the flattop hoping to stay warm. Again, so bizarre given the size of the place and two line cooks. That said, the breakfast burrito looked amazing! But everything else looked like...well. Hate to give such a lousy review to what is probably a family place but no-way it it close to even 3-stars. Feels very very much like someone woke-up one day and said, "I know! I'll open a little breakfast/lunch place!" Hope they can stay in business...but it won't be my money spent there.

I get meaty, heart-stopping co-worker jealousy making breakfast burritos here at least once a week as it is right near my current employment. It's a very nice place, with nice people and decent food.

Food is awesome! My brother with developmental disabilities has been gaining a little weight lately, I think in part due to abundant french fries... and I ask the cashier what alternatives they had, and she suggested Cole-slaw!! Which is totally something perfect because my brother loves it! Cute cashier by the way, (went on a monday at 1:00p) who was friendly AND gave me three punches on a Cafe Card for the visit. (Ordering ten entrees and your 10th is free!) after one visit, I am 1/3 of the way!!) Then, my veggie naked burrito came out... and I was amazed! A few tortilla chips, but not a whole tortilla which was PERFECT! The chef delivers you the meal, with a short wait time - much less than a "sit down" restaurant, but no fast-food either, just right - cafe style! The atmosphere can be a "productive" one if you sit near the outlets, with wi-fi, OR it can be "meal focused" - you can set the tone for yourself! Either way it is a wonderful clean welcoming lunch/brunch/cup-of-joe cafe! DO GO!!

We went for brunch on the weekend and the business was steady, but we were able to be seated right away, which is amazing. The veggie burrito was excellent and they happily accommodated all of my special requests. The server was very friendly and the prices were great. The atmosphere was just straightforward cafeteria style, so not much on the ambiance. We will definitely go back.

So far so good. Small, friendly atmosphere with pleasant music and a decent reading selection. The bean, bacon with greens soup is delicious. Zuke bread is soft and the latte is better than that "other" latte place. My salmon BLT had good flavor but was overcooked. The soups needed a little bit of salt but were good otherwise. My son and my daughter had a chicken burrito and a steak burrito... They were absolutely delicious. My other son had a Baja quesadilla and believe me when I say I wish I would've ordered that instead of the salmon sandwich. It was so delicious and flavorful. I know what I'll be getting next time I come in. If everything is organic, then pricing was on the high side of fair. If not, meh. But I'm hoping to try the veggie burrito next time. We shall see.

Love the banana nut pancakes! They're one of the few places that put enough in them. The portions are large, there's enough to snack on at home. Great spot, good good and relaxed atmosphere.

Met a dear friend here (who actually helps bake the lovely pies and quick breads in house). Have heard great things about the place, and finally made it... on Fish Fry Friday of all days... which unfortunately I didn't get a chance to eat. Looked sinfully yummy though! My body was up for something light... so had the Asian Salad with an addition of salmon (for only $2... the salmon... which was perfectly cooked, seasoned, and portioned). The dressing was lovely... a sesame ginger vinaigrette!! Great staff... everybody is doing their do... and working hard!!!! Looking forward to visiting again... bringing my hubby... and enjoying Sunday Brunch!!!

We come here pretty regularly. Kind of our Sunday brunch thing. The service & the food will have you coming back too. The "regular" breakfasts are very good but try to "specials" too.

My office orders from here about once per month. They deliver and they are always on time. The food is GREAT (I always get the Mediterranean Salad with chicken). Thanks guys!

Excellent breakfast! Everything is fresh and they are very friendly. I prefer their breakfast over their lunch. Their fries are really good though.

Had a wonderful "breakfast" on our first visit. Really appreciate that they take the time to prepare food well. My veggie burrito was easily the best I've ever had. My wife's omelette was so good she wanted to have it again the next day - which happens to be a Saturday when they're closed. Patience can be a virtue still :) Looking forward to return.

Great food!! And it's organic. It's sort of self serve. You go up to the counter and order and they bring it to you but you also get your own drinks. They have the best breakfast burritos! I get the roasted veggie one and it's to die for. And their fish fry's are really good as well. But they only serve them every other Friday. It's really a must try!

This place is fantastic! The Veggie Breakfast Burrito is the best I have ever found! I find myself craving this delectable delight every morning! The people are friendly and its just a great place! 5 STARS!

The breakfast food here was excellent and the portions were large! I used a restaurant.com certificate to try this place out and it was well worth it. The server was very friendly and as soon as we walked in offered our 3 yr old some coloring books and a big box of crayons. The mocha I had was really good... I can't wait to go back and try their pastries!!! Lost one star because it's a bit pricey.

This place was excellent. I went there for lunch on 12/27/11. I ordered a burger with fries. I was able to customize the burger exactly as I wanted so I added jalapenos. The burger patty was freshly made--not one of those pre-shaped then frozen kinds. It was thick, juicy and perfect. The bread was some sort of roll that I've seen other places use for burgers. It was great, too--didn't get all mushy like the Burger King / McDonald's style buns will. I ordered their regular fries but I'll probably try the combination of regular / sweet potato fries next. The fries were delicious. I woke up this morning craving their breakfast burritos, which I asked about when I was there yesterday. I'll add another review as soon as I have one of those. This place is definitely a part of my new lunchtime rotation.

Bleh. Our experience here was not so good. We had to order twice - everything we ordered the first time was unavailable. Even though we were two of only ten people in the place (including a table of six that already had their food), we waited almost a half hour for a bowl of soup and a wrap. The food wasn't very good - the roasted pepper soup was bland and the sweet potato fries tasted like they'd been reheated (that soggy/greasy taste things get in the microwave). We originally only stopped in for coffee to begin with - and the coffee was awful. We definitely won't be returning...

Yes, I'm a fan! The good, freshly made-to-order food and the friendliness of the staff far outweigh the lack of atmosphere at this little cafe. There are daily specials, lots of healthy choices and a willingness to customize your order. Open for breakfast and lunch this sort of out-of-the-way place is a hidden gem. And, they have great corned-beef hash!

Excellent food, excellent service, loved the plants out front...such a comfortable spot to land and enjoy some fresh, reasonably-priced food!

Food is well prepared and fresh. I love the roasted vegetables that they will add to most anything. Friendly service. It's a pleasure to have breakfast there.

Go get a breakfast burrito! Seriously, outside of my own make, this is the best one I have had. It's made on the spot, it's under 5 bucks and the guys are friendly. They have great sandwiches for lunch and a good burger too. Great spot to have for this somewhat barren landscape for restaurants called Lafayette. You won't be disappointed.

Best breakfast burrito in Denver. Very clean and great service. Went on a sat morning, it was almost full but was seated and served quickly. Ohh, and Bloody Mary was awesome.
