Forget subway. Forget Quiznos. Forget all the other sub restaurants out there. Firehouse is that the place you will always associate the best sandwich you've ever had with. Don't believe me? Try to yourself and see.

VERY respectable subs. Salads are ginormous but on the lettuce-heavy side. Chili is damned fine. I am a fan for sure. What I'm not sure is what to think of the verrrrry odd art on the wall haha. Is that a centaur in fireman gear?

I have a very soft spot in my heart for Firehouse's mission and brisket sandwiches. The dozens of hot sauces available in addition to the high tech soda fountain also add to my experience. Over this past weekend after driving many a mile I was happy to report to Firehouse for the often dreamed about Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sandwich.The staff though new (I suspect as they were being assisted at the register) was very thorough and friendly. My companion made it a bit hard for them by choosing every possible veggie topping but they stayed calm and professional. My companion and I enjoyed perusing and selecting hot sauces for each other to try/enjoy. I went right for the 10-10+ hot sauces (100% pain is a goodie) of course and they tried them all happily. Both of our sandwiches came out at the same time and were brought to our table by the friendly staff. I inquired about the sauce on my sandwich (I was curious if it was the same Firehouse sauce located in a bottle with the other hot sauces) and they confirmed it was only behind the counter - at which point they indicated they would be happy to get me a side of it. I will definitely be back to Firehouse soon. I'm subscribed to their email list and am happy to receive coupons and information regarding promotions quite frequently (this past summer they awarded a free sub to those that brought in a case of water).

New location! So glad to see this one so close to where I live. I've tried to go to the Firehouse Subs in Boulder, but it's impossible to find parking. Typical setup for this restaurant, but they've still got some kinks to work out, particularly speed of sandwich making, remembering who ordered what, and making themselves heard over the machinery. The two exterior walls of windows will turn this place into a sauna in the summertime. Be sure to check out their fancy custom flavoring soda machine! Also, their web site. They have a detailed allergy menu that you can customize to your needs. Looks pretty peanut safe to me! I like their subs, but they're messy and on the small side for the price. Still, I'll support them from time to time if for nothing more than the causes they support and the Dalmatian spotted tables . . .

Firehouse subs are decent but pricey. Unfortunately there is a lack of good sub shops in CO. Lots of mediocre restaurant chains and service. I've been to this location as well as a few others and the quality has been consistent so kudos. When you're ready to shell out a few extra bucks for a chain sub shop then Firehouse is the place to go.

Love the subs. Today was slowest service I have had but they were very busy. One thing I want to point out is a young man named Tristan was awesome. We watched him while we were waiting. He genuinely welcomed every customer and seemed to sincerely enjoy serving people their food. Not all of the customers responded or even listened but it never phased him. He gave me my to go bag with a smile and a thumbs up. I also watched him make my sandwich and he took great care in making it neatly! You guys have a good kid there...and no, I'm not related and I don't know him!

First time at Firehouse Subs and I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly greeting. Delicious sub with all kinds of toppings. Liked being able to try hot sauces from their selection. Also nice that they support first responders in the community.
