I highly recommend Biscuits and Berries! Laura, Dana and J.P. did an awesome job for us, as well as the whole B&B staff that worked my daughter's wedding. We had done a few tastings before we went to B&B. We met with Laura and immediately felt valued and cared for. Laura asked great questions, trying to get to know my daughter and her fiancé. We didn't have a huge budget and Laura was great about helping us decide how to spend our money. When we left the tasting, my husband, daughter and future son-in-law all exclaimed, "We want Laura!" The food had to be great, too, but having someone of Laura's caliber behind all of the details was priceless! When we did the final walk through with Laura, Dana, and the Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, I was surprised at how much B&B took on. They set up the centerpieces, the escort table, and other non-catering items. Their spirit of service is top notch. On the day of the wedding, I took a walk around to see how things were going. Laura immediately came to me to see what I needed. She answered my question and made me feel so confident that everything was going as planned. The service at the reception was stellar. Appetizers were ready and hot when the guests arrived. The tables were decorated as we had requested. Dinner was excellent and many guests commented on the high quality of the food. I liked that the chicken wasn't a mini, pounded thin essence of a chicken breast, but a whole, moist chicken breast. Everything tasted just as good that day as it had during the tasting. Thank you, J.P.! Dana helped us wrap up the festivities and made sure everything was in order at the end of the night. The whole experience with Biscuits and Berries was excellent. They probably cater hundreds of weddings a year, but they made me feel like this wedding was really important to them. I've done a bit of catering myself, and I know how much work it is to make an event like this run smoothly. These guys are pro's and if I need a caterer again I will not shop around. I don't write reviews often, however I cannot say in words the amount of love I have for Laura and her team at Biscuits and Berries. Our wedding venue couldn't get it together which could have been a big mess, but Laura was there and ran the show. She made sure my husband and I were taken care of at all times, everyone is still ( 8 months later) raving about the food and we walked in to the most beautiful wedding set up. I would 100% recommend Biscuits and Berries to anyone who is trying to plan a wedding with the least amount of stress. Thanks again Laura!

Biscuits & Berries is fantastic. My husband and I got married a few weeks ago and they did an amazing job. AHHH-MA-ZING! We met with them in August and they gave us amazing service from the start. We had met with other caterers to be sure but B&B was the best. They listened to what we were looking for and went beyond our expectations for helping us make a wonderful day. Our wedding was in January and we worked fast with them which was all easy and on par with what we wanted. Lauren was our coordinator and she was in one word "delightful". Like a friend. She helped us with ways to save money and was always there when I needed her. Organized, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with on everything. She made me feel as a bride that I was her best client. She was enthusiastic and just wonderful. The food was delicious. In fact, we are 2 1/2 weeks later and I am still getting rave reviews from friends and family. My cousin asked me just yesterday about the veggies and wanted the recipe. She called them and of course Lauren shared the recipe. Our guests were very happy! Our menu was scrumptious beef tenderloins (steak really) with horseradish butter (yum!), Italian chicken, mashed potatoes, salad with champagne dressing (this was the bomb), fluffy rolls and honey butter and grilled veggies with honey butter. It was all delectable for a winter wedding. They also added decor to their tables that matched the look of our decor. It was wonderful. Lauren managed all of our rentals with Event Rents (they were great) and they even helped me with all my table set ups with our coordinator, making sure that my vision came out as I wanted. It was so lovely. Just beautiful. The service on the day was also fantastic. Lauren, Dina and the staff was so helpful and terrific. They made me and my groom feel so special and took care of us. What I also loved was that they were all very happy. Smiles by the bartenders and wait staff. All in all it was just perfect. If you are a Denver bride planning a wedding, you need to work with Biscuits & Berries. They outshine all the rest as they have the perfect balance of gourmet and delicious food, original thinking, outstanding service, experts in the business and they care about their clients. A five star team. Flawless.

We had a great experience with B & B. They catered our brunch wedding reception, and did a great job. The staff was very attentive and friendly to our guests and we didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding. The food was delicious and inventive (red velvet pancakes--awesome)! We really appreciated that they arranged for all of our linen and china rentals and arranged our flowers and centerpieces for us! This is an excellent choice if you're looking for a reasonably priced catering company with friendly staff and quality food!

Flawless. Biscuits and Berries catered our wedding in Denver and they were spot on from every aspect, start to finish. Our guests have been raving about the food for weeks now. It was a Brunch wedding, and they served Eggs Benedict (both standard and vegetarian), Red Velvet Pancakes and Salad. More than the food (which was great), was their ability to really manage the entire event for us. They set the room flawlessly for the actual ceremony, and then reset the room for the reception. Watching the video of the wedding, we can really see how great of a job they did. They knew how to handle every intricate detail and made suggestions that made the whole day seamless. They kindly plated and served the kids separately with eggs, pancakes and bacon so they wouldn't have to go through the buffet. It was a simple thing that we never would have thought to ask for, but it made so much difference at the event. They provided actual SERVICE during the wedding, instead of just putting out the food and cleaning the room. They crew walked the kids over and helped them with the Hot Chocolate, brought my catatonic father a second serving at his seat, and managed to find the (2) gluten-free guests even though they table-jumped.The crew was polite, helpful and as good as any server in any restaurant. Everything was perfect, there is not a single thing they could have done better. We chose B&B because we got the impression that they were professionals, and we were not disappointed. Laura was our event designer and she is spectacular. It's a rare thing to find a business as incredible as Biscuits and Berries, and I will spend the rest of my life trying to encourage people to use them as their catering company!!!

My fiance and I spent hours and hours researching catering companies, reading reviews and looking at menus in search of a catering company that would provide our wedding guests with a delicious brunch and it was a must that they would be willing to prepare biscuits and gravy. Biscuits and Berries looked promising, so we scheduled a tasting. We were greeted by an event coordinator, who immediately scared us off from using their company. The coordinator honestly left an impression as if he/she had just rolled out of bed after a night of using hard drugs and showed up for our tasting scattered and hyperactively nervous to the point of *never* looking us in the eye. If this person is going to be present on my wedding day, I want them to be reliable and professional, NOT giving us the impression they're waiting for their next fix. As for the food, I'm not hard to please. Really, I'm not. But when I actually have to spit my biscuit back onto the place because my first bite was a mouthful of flour or baking soda or something, then I'm not going to be too impressed. The egg souffle was watery and spongy and neither my fiance, myself or our family member could swallow it down. The other two brunch items (a chimichanga and french toast) were pretty good. Not mind blowing, but decent. When you're planning a wedding, you're constantly reminded of budget, so it's tempting to go with the company that provides you lower rates. In this case, IT IS NOT WORTH IT. The majority of the food was inedible and the tasting was just for three people, I cannot imagine how things would have turned out if they were cooking for 90 at our wedding. Obviously we chose to go with another vendor and I'll happily spend more money if it means taste and professionalism.

Disclaimer: we did not use them for our wedding because we couldn't get past the experience we had at the tasting. I've had their catering at other events and thought it was decent, and we had some friend give it rave reviews, so we thought we would try it for our wedding. We worked with Elizabeth. After several phone conversations and emails, when we arrived for our tasting, she still didn't have our wedding venue or my fiance's name spelled correctly on our information packet. The food overall was just okay. The best dish was the risotto; if you use them for your event, it is a unique, must-have dish to serve. The jerk chicken satay appetizer was also delicious. The rest of the dishes (quinoa stuffed red peppers, mini tuna tacos, mini pizza caprese, steak and honey-mustard salmon) we not well cooked and bland. When we talked to the chef about what we could do to liven up the menu, he and Elizabeth just kept reiterating the choices on their menu. Unlike other caterers we've talked to, we felt like they had no desire, nor idea how, to stray from the 30 different varieties of "dishes" (really just the same 10 sauces on 3-4 different proteins) on their menu. All in all, if food is the highlight of your event, I would go with someone else. That being said, maybe if you had a different event designer, things would be different.

How can you rate a business when they don't even show up? We had Biscuits and Berries cater our family Christmas gathering for 11, and were excited by the food options. We scheduled our date and arranged everything with the company in advance, including receiving a contract for the service. When the day arrived, the caterers did not arrive at the appointed time. We called numerous times and got only the automated recording and a voicemail box. After an hour of trying with no luck, we decided to cut our losses and prepare an impromptu brunch ourselves. Meanwhile, we still have not heard from Biscuts and Berries, we're not sure why they did not arrive, or if there is any reason they were not able to handle our simple family gathering. We were able to overcome by preparing our own food and creating our own festive atmosphere for the holiday, but were obviously upset by the oversight. For a well known company in the Denver area with stellar reviews, we wouldn't have expected to have such issues. Perhaps they don't put enough priority on small orders, but that really is no excuse. I've never had such terrible customer service. The food sounds great, but how unfortunate that we didn't even have the opportunity to try it.

My husband and I could not be more thrilled than using B&B for our recent wedding. Working with Laura Hylton was the best experience as she is easy to talk to, very organized, and extremely professional. She made the catering process so easy the whole way. She even helped me pick out linens and kept me on my budget! The food was delicious and guests raved about it that night and some even wanted their information for their own events. I would highly recommend using this caterer because they are very professional, know how to make catering a memorable part of an event and provide 5 star service regardless of your budget. Biscuits and Berries were highly recommended to us by our wedding planner and after comparing and taste testing with other caterers, B&B were undoubtedly the best place for us! The bride and groom both lived out of state so we, bride's parents, did all of the taste tests on behalf of them and we were absolutely taken with both the presentation and the phenomenal food prepared by B&B. Add that they cook everything fresh and onsite, could provide all of the rentals - it was an estate wedding - and would handle all of the details completely sold us on B&B. Lauren was the nicest and most pleasant person to work with - extremely professional but so eager/excited to help provide and ensure a beautiful event. If you are looking for a vendor who care about all of your needs - this is the caterer for you! Of all my concerns, one of my biggest was to ensure the bride and groom were able to enjoy the fodd/appetizers and didn't go without eating throughout the wedding...well, I needn't have worried. Although I expressed my concern, Lauren assured me they would ensure the bride and groom were well cared for. What I wasn't prepared for - was that the rest of the photo party would also be taken care of. Lauren and her wait staff were phenomenal in their care for both our guests as well as the rest of us that were tied up taking photos! They brought us both appetizers AND drinks throughout it was more than I could have hoped or asked for! I have never been to an event where each and every member of catering crew were beyond helpful and so accommodating to our guests. I'm not sure if we were simply given the entire A-team: Lauren, wait staff, bartender and chef - but I can only assume all of B&B's staff are just as amazing as the crew that attended our wedding. The buffet was beautifully set, the tables were gorgeous and the food - just as scrumptious as at the taste testing - people were still raving about the food a week after the wedding! I have absolutely no negative critiques about B&B and would be the first to recommend or use them again in the future. They are extremely reasonably priced - and are flexible and willing to work with just about any budget, in fact I would say that for the money you spend, you get above and beyond your expectations as you are also getting high class (but very personal) service. Phenomenal service! I worked as a wedding coordinator for my friends wedding, Dana and her team were there to support me through out the entire wedding start to finish. I was so grateful to Dana, she went above and beyond to help me keep the guest happy and the Bride & Groom enjoying their day! I was impressed with how quickly the cater's set up and break down. The food was a hit with the guests. The bartenders were gracious, servers, friendly and willing to help. I cannot speak more highly of Dana and her catering team.

Working on charity gala for 200 people is no small feat, and to have confidence in a caterer that has everything under control, an outstanding staff (go, Merideth!), and stellar food is almost unheard of. I LOVE Biscuits &Berries. I work at a well known company in Denver and we use Biscuits to cater our lunches all of the time! The professionalism and thoughtfulness of all of the staff is impeccable. Their attention to detail and very informative sales staff help me make my luncheons a hit every time! The drivers are always on time and courteous when there are other meetings in progress. There are so many different choices of food and everything is delicious! They are even awesome when working with allergies and special requests! Because Biscuits & Berries has always been wonderful and dependable, my sister is now using them to cater her wedding in May. I'm so excited to see what kind of design and décor aspects they will be bringing because everything I have ever seen has been spectacular! But, I'm most excited about the delicious food we had at her tasting! I can't wait to have that meal again and for Biscuits to make my sisters wedding unforgettable! They are without doubt the best!

I can easily say that Biscuits and Berries did a fantastic job catering an event for my organization last night. From the moment I talked to them on the phone, to looking through menu options on my website...the process was so flawless. I was ordering for a group of 15...but was treated as if I were ordering for 100. In the past, other companies have arrived late or have caused me constant worry. Biscuits and Berries arrived ahead of time, and the man who set everything up really did a fantastic job! The food was incredible...and the price was even better. What a great place, really happy to support them at our next catering opportunity.

I had Biscuits and Berries cater my wedding on July 6th, and I have to say they did an absolutely amazing job! I grew up in Denver but currently live in Chicago. I had the arduous task of planning my wedding from another state. Liz Fahnestock was my main point of contact at Biscuits and Berries and she made the whole process absolutely seamless. She was very knowledable about everything the Company offered and responsed quickly to any questions I had. She also helped me pick out my linens which looked awesome. I had so many comments from our guests throughout the night and the following day about how good the food was! Biscuits and Berries also went above and beyond for my wedding when our liquor ran out about halfway through the reception. Although we had contracted out our alcohol through a private vendor, we utilized Biscuits and Berries bartenders to serve. They informed us as soon as their staff realized we were getting low on alcohol, at which time we gave them our credit card and they sent a staff member to purchase more. No one ever noticed we were low! I couldn't be more pleased with the choice we made! Great company! Great customer service! Great Food!

A client ordered in salads from Biscuits & Berries during a long day of training. I grabbed one with bacon and spinich, which is some of my favorite salad ingredients. I should have checked the salad dressing closer before going wild with it, as it was a spicy mustard/horseradish sauce. Still delicious, but something that also cleared up my sinuses at the same time. Definitely would order from them for another event.

Biscuits and Berries catered our wedding and we could not have been more pleased. They went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was in order, and trust me there were many details. They set up my ceremony site EXACTLY the way I wanted. The buffet was the most beautiful and elegant buffet I had ever seen and even though it was all their décor, it matched my décor exactly. The service was impeccable, just like we were at a 5 star restaurant, I couldn't believe a catering company would have such high quality staff. Now for the food, I had very high expectations since my husband and I are foodies and frequent the Denver restaurant scene, and they had impressed us during our tasting, but you never know what you'll get on the day. I was so happily surprised by how wonderful our food tasted and was presented. Our fish was so tender and moist and the lamb was out of this world!!! My husband thought the risotto was the best he had ever had! I had multiple people come up to me and ask who catered because they were very impressed as well. I honestly couldn't believe that catered food could taste so good! It was so great to be able to enjoy our special day without having to worry about a thing. The chefs did an AMAZING job and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely use Biscuits and Berries for our next event and recommend it to all our friends and family.

My professional organization has been using Biscuits & Berries on a monthly basis for about 5 years. They have always been on time with good meals and reasonable prices ($10.00 - 11.50 per person for a dinner buffet). This includes service pieces, salad, condiments, bread, and desert (which is the best). In the beginning, when I first looked into caterers, this group was so nice and understanding of our situation....my non-profit organization is not rich. I was actually snooted by another caterer when I told them we were looking for a fairly inexpensive meal for about 30 people on a monthly basis. Some of my favorites were last nights Mexican Fiesta with avocado enchiladas (a special to accommodate the vegetarians), Rigatoni and Baked Ravioli, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, and the Fajita Bar. With any of these dinners, a vegetarian can make a decent meal. After our meetings, they come back and pick everything up. We have never heard a complaint from the Tivioli (our meeting venue). I am going to give Biscuits and Berries 5 stars because they do what they do best. It also means that I am well aware that catering food has to be dumbed down for the masses and although good, this food is not to be judged against our favorite restaurants.

We had boxed lunches this week from Biscuits and Berries. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food, the portions, and the service! We had several different options for a plethora of dietary issues (vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, etc.). I tried a few and they were all fresh, tasty, and HUGE. I had a wrap which I shared, pasta salad, chips, an apple, and a cookie. I'm a good eater, but even I couldn't finish everything! I would absolutely recommend this company for catering an event!

I haven't used Biscuit's & Berries, but I have had several catered lunches from them. I work in a medical practice's corporate office, so we get a lot of lunches provided to us, it's a great way to try to buy our business! I always smile when I see the Biscuits and Berries van rollin in the parking lot, because I know I'm going to have a good lunch. I've had lunches that vary from sandwiches, chicken and pasta, and this week we had a fajita bar. All meals have been fresh, warm, and very tasty. The lunches are always a hit with my team, and the fajita bar was no mas once we were all done with it. I admit, I had seconds, and thirds! They set up and tear down, which is really nice for the vendors who are providing lunch. All the vendors that use them swear by them and say they only use them.

Excellent mid price range catering. I used them for my wedding. We were on a budget and they worked with us on a delicious menu. Their sample meal was markedly better than a few others we tried in the same price category. No window dressing during the food sampling, just really good food. Also 3 big pluses: 1. The servers were so warm during our reception. This is huge when you have a wedding. These people really help set the tone of the event. They made us feel like a million bucks. 2. We screwed up our menu that we had printed up for our guests by adding a main course that we had never ordered or paid for hours before the reception. Our planner didn't know what had gone wrong but asked them to just "make it happen". They did just that! No questions and no charge. It was all our own fault and they just rocked it for us. 3. The food was great and I loved their appetizers. Thanks so much B&B!

We hired B&B to cater our wedding, what a disaster they were. They called my wife to be about 10 min before she walked down the aisle to tell her that they could not set up because our linens (from another company) were not there. If fact they said if they didn't show up soon they would leave and not set up... The linens had arrived about 2 hours before B&B ever even showed up on site. Then, they totally destroyed our cake when attempting to cut and serve it. And, after all that they passed out all the extra food to their employees, but we had to pay for it all. Outside of the terrible execution the planner was very rude to me and my wife. The worst was how they focused the rudeness at the last hour right before the walk down the aisle. I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

I had the BEST experience with Biscuits & Berries when they catered my wedding. We wanted great food but didn't have a huge budget and they customized out menu to suite us and our guests perfectly. From the appetizers to the mac and cheese everything was delicious! We had a buffet setup and all the food was kept hot and the meat didn't dry out or get overdone. The staff was wonderful too! My husband and I and bridal party were taken care of throughout the night. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great food without an outrageous price.

Biscuits and Berries catered my wedding and did a spectacular job. Jasmine was our "go to" person and made my wedding go flawlessly. We were on a budget and got wonderful food and what felt like a wedding planner in one. I got numerous compliments from guests that this was the best wedding food they ever had. Jasmine was very attentive and worked with me to ensure my new husband and I got everything we wanted from planning to the actual day. She helped me find great deals from alcohol to florists. On the wedding day she decorated the aisle, the reception area and the dance floor. She made sure everything ran on schedule, and she was refilling my wine and my husbands wine all night so all we had to focus on was having fun and greeting guests. I would recommend Biscuits and Berries to every bride!

I can't recommend these caterers highly enough. My husband and I were married June First, 2015, and the food was incredible! I was so grateful for all the amazing work done by the entire staff. Laura was the caterer from B&B we had the pleasure of working with, and she was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to not only make sure we had everything we needed and wanted, but coordinated beautifully with our other vendors and was practically our wedding planner! She has such a fun and sweet personality, too! Very genuine, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I appreciated her SO much throughout the entire planning process. Dana was equally wonderful! She was so lovely and efficient during our reception, and even went out of her way to hunt down a golf cart for my grandparents when they had difficulty walking! It meant so much to us how hard-working and easy going she and Laura both were. And did I mention the food was amazing??? So elegant and delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my wedding caterer. Thank you, you guys! You made our day. And what a wonderful day it was!
