Super busy Qdoba location especially around lunch time. There were a number of high school students in line and the noise level was incredibly loud. They've got a fair amount of outdoor seating. Food is the same as any other location. The employees need to learn that even white guys speak spanish. Making jokes about customers, thankfully not me, was insulting. When i told them it was inappropriate they gave me a shrug. Well done.

I'm a decent fan of Qdoba. They're not as tasty as Chipotle, but considering I'm allergic to something Chipotle uses in their spices, I can't eat there. Also, being able to pour queso sauce on top of whatever you're eating is pretty darn fantastic! This one is generally pretty busy and there's usually a line, probably because of its prime location on Colorado Blvd. However, they're remarkably quick about getting you out of the line, which is certainly a plus. They're a little pricey, but at least the food always tastes good. And sometimes you get that person on the line who isn't watching how they're serving and you end up with "too much" queso, or something of the like.

I have never been a Qdoba fan, but it had been a few years since I had last tried it, and we wanted to get their rewards card so we could get express entry at The Fillmore Auditorium, so hubby convinced me to give it another shot. I was still very disappointed. I had 3 tacos and i found them to be overly spicy while still being quite flavorless. I have the same issue at Chipotle, so its not like I'm a fan of any other fresh-mex chain. Can I say this is just a Qdoba thing? No. this is probably a Courtney thing. I'm just not a fan of this Americanized style of Mexican food. If I'm gonna eat cheap, American style tacos, I go to Taco Ding-Dong, or Del Taco and pay half the prices of what Qdoba charges.

Good, fresh food at an affordable price. I like this place because it is consistent and fast. I also enjoyed the new touch screen soda machine and the mango salsa salad which was awesome!

4 stars for the friendly staff. Seem to be happy with their work and they are helpful and pleasant. 3 stars for the food. A good change from Chipotle. Made in front of you. A big step up for Jack-in-the-box. jackinthebox.com/corpora… 2 stars for room temperature. I swear that they have the thermostat placed inside the grill as the A/C is always on. Ice-cold air pouring out of the ceiling all the time.

Pretty standard Qdoba. They have the Coke machine with the touch screen with all the cool combinations like Raspberry Sprite.

Alright... so I don't usually waste my time writing about franchises, but this is one I feel compelled to since I've never actually heard of it until today. Q-Doba is EXACTLY like Chipotle... even the interior decor and flavors are the same. Sadly, the prices are also astronomical for what it is... clean Gringo Catered Mexican food. I remember my days in Los Angeles eating King Taco's All Meat burritos with onions and cilantro with the best gosh-darned hot sauce ever made costing anywhere between five to six dollars at the very most. THAT, my friend, is mexican food... NOT this failed imitation that you guys call Q-Doba or Chipotle.

This is a very reasonably priced quick bite to eat. The staff is very nice, with the exception of one female manager, who will occasionally scold staff and customers for one reason or another. The food is very consistent and dependable. The dining room and restrooms are always clean and well bused. My favorite part of this place is their frequent buyer card which allows you every tenth meal free. Yea free!

I heard about the new "Street Taco" while listening to the radio driving to work. I love food and I must admit, I was excited when I heard the idea of street tacos. I envisioned vendors in large food trucks or small carts on the side of the road serving hungry patrons fresh, delicious tacos. They would be filling warm, soft corn tortillas with either shredded beef or juicy pulled pork complimented with fresh onion and cilantro, perhaps a choice of salsas.....green tomatillo, red ancho, or plain pico de gayo. Are my expectations too high I said to myself......? Let's give them a try, you can't mess up at taco that bad....or can you? The worst interpretation of a street taco EVER! Absolutely un-appetizing....... It consisted of 3 pairs of tiny, dry corn tortillas, a pile of chopped red onions, and no visible cilantro leaves. I asked for some cilantro and they replied, "it's in there with the onions pre-mixed" I said, "the tiny specs of green is my cilantro?"....Not and answer from the employee. I was dead serious too! Did I mention there is no salsa?.....instead it's supposed to be an ancho chile bean mix of some sort in a small cup, but it tasted exactly like a can of baked beans....who puts baked beans on a taco? They were right with one aspect of the street taco - they provided a lime wedge. Upon eating this Frankenstein of my favorite hand-held-foods, I should have asked for a fork since the dry tortillas literally broke in half once folded. While scraping the taco bowl of a mess I then had, I tried to think of the positive aspects of the dish......Not one has come to mind as of yet. For the price of $5.99, this was hardly a deal, especially since the portions were so small (Although it looked like a lot more in a pile due to them falling apart) and it was not tasty enough to finish eating. With breath of an entire chopped red onion and the taste of sweet, canned baked beans, yuk, I felt obligated to share this experience with others so they can order otherwise.

What a letdown. Ordered a pork burrito pickup online. Picked it up, went all the way home to find out there was no pork. Called them to get a partial refund, the man that answered said I could bring it back and get a "new one". Told him that's not possible, I can't go back there, just give me a refund. He then asks me to go back there with the receipt to get the refund *sigh*. At this point I'm so pissed off I started yelling 'what part of I CAN'T GO BACK THERE are you not understanding?' Mind you, the store was completely empty, it's not like they were in a hurry and accidentally miss the main ingredient. I could've have made a vegetarian burrito myself an save money. Won't be back at this location.

For those of you who like to indulge in tasty burritos with all the fixins but also like to eat moderately I highly recommend Qdoba. Their website has an excellent nutrition calculator which enables you to "configure" your meal ahead of time with all the nutritional you need (total calories, fat, carbs, etc.). My hubby and I split these ginormous burritos so it's nice to have an idea how much damage we're doing - which actually tuna out to be not-that-much. Thanks Qdoba.

Quick and delicious. I always get the steak nachos. Guacamole is alright, but not worth the extra dollar. Pretty cheap for the amount of food you get.

This is the closest Qdoba to work and it has never let me down. Before changing jobs, I was definitely more of a Chipotle fan (and still love them too), but Qdoba has gained a space in my heart with their pulled pork and queso. I love that they give you the option to have your nacho chips separate from the rest of the nacho fixings. This makes them perfect for take out since I am not a fan of soggy chips. I've also had burrito bowls and they're good too, but the nachos call out to me the most. Add that you can get any toppings for $0 extra, yep even guac, and you can't go wrong. They've always been quick, accurate, and nice at this location whether I order in person or online. It will continue to be a go-to for lunch.

I like Qdoba in general, but this location was a let down. Unfriendly staff and very skimpy on the scoops. I ordered a taco salad with ground beef. There was hardly any salad and hardly any beef. I asked for more beef and the employee said that a second scoop would cost additional. This was only the second time I've ordered a taco salad. I had a great experience the first time I ordered a taco salad at the Colorado Mills location in Lakewood. Maybe my standard was set too high after this. Figured all Qdoba's were the same, but apparently not.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
