I'm giving this a 5 Star for a one main reason... the manager, Dorian, that used to work here was awesome. He always made us feel welcome and would go out of his way to make powdered sugar chocolate munchkins for us. We were sad to see him leave. One thing I will suggest... please have more sugar raised donuts... they are almost always sold out when we come later in the day, evening.

I'm giving 3 stars not because I've had any issue with this particular location...they've been great. It's clean, new, efficiently run, and while the staff isn't overly friendly, they aren't rude either. The 3 star review is because Dunkin's donuts are consistently bland, tough, flavorless and disappointing. Like eating a frosted dinner roll. I keep getting sucked into the limited edition flavor trap, then let down. They are hands down my least favorite donut chain. Update: The "manager's special" pumpkin crumb cake donut was impressive and delicious. I'd go back for that. Their filled donuts though? Never again.

I've always had questionable customer service at this location (rolling eyes when i asked for a bag to carry the four dozen donuts I'd bought for my office), but this morning takes the cake. Went in to buy donuts for the office and was completely ignored. One of the guys working the drive through looked around at the front counter, saw me and then turned his back. No one would acknowledge me, let alone take my order. Guess I'm done with Dunkin.

Forget the over priced, burnt beans from Starbucks. If you want real coffee that is smooth and strong it Dunkin. The donuts are very good, but their coffee is great. And the girls working at the front we're totally cool. I'm from California I'm so glad Dunkin has come west I could drink real coffee again. She made a fresh pot of coffee for me and my Dunkin cup.

I'm not sure that I can convey how excited I was to find out that a Dunkin Donuts was opening right across the lake! I'm a yoga teacher and it is possible that I do yoga just so that I can eat donuts. Lots of donuts. To say that I have given this location many, many tries would be a dramatic understatement. Tragically, the food quality is sub-par and the service isn't much better. It seems silly to complain about the quality of a donut but really, Donut is in the company name. Either there is a frosting shortage or someone is trying to save money by never coming anywhere close to covering the top of a donut. Move it on inside for Boston cream or jelly, and good luck searching for that tiny dollop. In addition to the donut quality, I've been told they are out of eggs and/or muffins on more than one occasion, and as early as 10am. I've been asked to pull around and park out front twice and told it would just take two minutes for a vanilla chai. After more than five minutes I went in, off peak hours mind you, and was told it would be a while because when I ordered they were cleaning the machine, and after they finished someone wasn't sure which machine to use. Pro-tip at the drive through, if it is going to be ten minutes just tell me so that I can change my order or skip it. In the same amount of time I could have driven over to Starbucks, gotten my drink and been on my way. Again, I try this location regularly and every single time I swear it'll get better. It doesn't. I then swear I'll never go back, but I do. Wish me luck as I come to terms with the fact that this place is no longer new enough for me to keep finding excuses. I haven't had this experience at the Broadway location so this review is very specific to Sloans.

This Dunkin Donuts being open made my Monday morning. It was a shitty Monday to start off. I've been single parenting over the weekend since my wife is out of town, and the morning was one battle with my 3 year old after another. When I dropped her off at preschool just up the road, I was hangry and still hadn't had my coffee. Thankfully, this DD was now open and I could not resist stopping in. I went through the drive thru and was out the door with my 2 Chocolate Glazed and a cup of coffee in less than 3 minutes. As I took my first bite of Dunkies in years, I was instantly transported back to my youth in the Chicago suburbs. Sweet, but not too sweet, chocolatey goodness. Hopefully I can resist the urge to stop here too frequently since it will wreck my already too round figure, but I'm so happy to have a DD that is convenient to me!

I loveeeee my iced french vanilla coffee from DD more than anyone BUT this branch is in the least convenient location ever. It may just be me, but I feel like this is just a menace to get in and out of, and it's never worth the trouble. The staff is very friendly but i personally cannot be bothered.

I have given this place three tries and received three strikes. They're out! Each time the donuts were cold and hardened with fat. I go inside to make my orders, never taking the drive thru. But, my order was some how ALWAYS messed up. I have made simple orders, nothing odd or overwhelmingly complex, but really? I will stick with my Starbucks and long lines for VooDoo, at lease they know what their doing. In my opinion... bad addition to the Highlands/Edgewater hood.

On a late night hunt for my wife's pregnant craving of chocolate coconut donut ... They're a fan favorite, and minutes before they closed, I was not surprised that they were out. After jokingly explaining my mission and on to the 24hr DD... the lead person behind the counter, Jasmine, offered to make a couple for me from the regular chocolate donuts. Not the norm, but totally helped me out just before they closed. AWESOME! Can't thank Jasmine enough and DD for hiring her.

Second visit - still pretty great though my guys order had a minor mistake they corrected with a smile. Donuts fresh and tasty go great with a lake view and Denver skyline at 8 am.

I had the best customer service here in the drive thru. Very accommodating, good dounuts....what more do you want!!!!!

Went over to grab some coffee and a breakfast sandwich, my girlfriend wanted a doughnut . The coffee was decent, the breakfast sandwich was good, my girlfriend said the doughnut was unimpressive and the services was good. I've had a couple friends say they got crappy service here. There was a lot of hype about Dunkin Doughnuts coming to town, looks like it wasn't all it was expected to be.

Wake Up Wrap is a rip. It's tiny! There was a real egg used in the wrap, but that's about it. Probably won't purchase it again. The donuts and coffee were good. There was plenty of open seating, it wasn't too cold, plenty of lighting (artificial and natural). Also, the noise-level wasn't too loud from the coffee machines/music/patrons, so you could actually concentrate on your conversations.

Very disappointed. I've been there twice, the first time I got two stale, very dry donuts and a cup of coffee not worth mentioning. I gave them a second chance but got three donuts that were so dry they crumbled. I ate part of one and threw the others out. The staff is friendly but that won't get me back. They don't come close to Lamar's donuts, and if you want a really good cup of coffee go to Two Rivers Craft Coffee Company at 7745 Wadsworth in Arvada next to Vitamin Cottage.

I had a very disturbing experience this morning at this DD. I saw that there was a DD on my way to a meeting and thought it would be a nice change to get coffee and a donut from a DD instead of the usual Starbucks. Well, I won't make that mistake at this location again. The reason? When I pulled up into the drive through I saw the same vehicle ordering that was there when I was stopped at the light at 20th (which was a good 2 minutes). After 5 minutes (I watched the time) that same person was still ordering. At that point I honked my horn. Maybe not the best thing to do but a drive through is for those who have a good idea of what they want. If you don't know then please go inside where you're not holding up other people. After another 2-3 minutes (I quit looking) the vehicle finally was moving to pay and pick up their order. The person in front of me made their order (in a very reasonable amount of time) and then I placed mine. As I pulled around to the window, the person in the vehicle in front of me came over to my vehicle and asked me if I would please tell the person at the window that it wasn't them that honked their horn. That person said they weren't being given their food until the person at the window chewed them out for honking (even though it wasn't them). I said no problem. The person also told me that they could hear the conversation between the first person and the employee and it really was someone who didn't know what they wanted and it was a back and forth conversation. When I got to the window I simply told the person at the window that they obviously don't need my business. The response was "yea, you must be in a hurry." Very disrespectful to me and to the customer in front of me. To add, I have never done a review on yelp or any other site. I was so appalled by the experience, for me and the other person, that I felt it necessary to write this review.

Great coffee! Donuts could be a bit better but they were still yummy! There's a gal named Jasmine that works there who is awesome! She went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Because of her we'll definitely be back!

I absolutely love Dunkin. Their breakfast is great if your in a hurry. Their coffee is far the best than Starbucks. But Starbucks has great chai tea. But if you have a hangover dunkins breakfast sandwiches are great plus their hash browns are delicious. I'm glad they brought them back.

Finally! Staff is friendly, coffee is hot and the donuts are fresh. If you have a complaint, they're responsive and on top of it. The selection changes frequently so just check to see what the featured donut is.

This location is what turned me off to Dunkin' Donuts, we went there and there were about 6 people behind the counter all running around with their head chopped off. Three different employees asked what donuts I wanted. The coffee I got was absolutely horrible and to make things worse , the donuts were horrible.

The hot chocolate was so hot that I couldn't hold the cup in my hands until it cooled down. I ordered a donut and it came staight in the bag without that little piece of wax paper that makes it easy to handle, then I had to ask for napkins. This was a drive thru trip.

unimpressed. donuts were dry and gross. coffee was free and taste was alright. staff friendly. curious about the other food. but to be a donut shop and have boring dry donuts is not good.

Second time is so much better. It was Dragon Boat Festival weekend and the shop was empty. It was hot outside but in here, it was like an ice cave! The girl who took our order was very sharp, smart, and quick. Her name's Jazz. She gave us good recommendations (in terms of what to get AND how to use the mobile offers to our advantage, I loved her!) We should've specified that we wanted hot lattes given how cold they had the A/C on. It was easy for them to assume we wanted iced beverages, but at least they got our specifications all correct! I had a medium Hazelnut & Coconut with skim milk and whipped cream, it was delicious. My friend's Blueberry latte was pretty good too even though she asked for splenda (I was so curious I had to take a sip!). Very thrilled to learn they'll make the Glazed Donut sandwich any time and you can change the meat: bacon, ham, or sausage. I had ham, and the real fried egg had a yolk that wasn't completely set, just the way I like it, Mmmmm! We had a receipt from our last visit that at the bottom, you could do a quick survey, obtain a code, and get a free donut with any coffee purchase. Jazz recommended the sour cream donut and it was good, the glaze wasn't as runny as last time, much more enjoyable! We agree that we need to make the switch from Starbucks to Dukin' Donuts because, between our 4 coffees (2 iced lattes, 2 refills), two sandwiches (she had an eggwhite flatbread sandwich), and a donut, it only costed $8 something and $1 of it was tip. what a steal!

walked in this morning and was the only person inside the store. I approached the counter and there were three girl employees standing there taking a selfie. they turned around to notice me and continued about their business. once they were finished with their photo one of them turned around and simply said"what do you want?". I placed my order and paid while they continued to talk to each other about an employee that didn't show up for work. when my order was ready they just placed it on the counter without acknowledging me and bragged to each other about how quick they were. no thank you, no have nice day, just transaction complete, go back to their businesses of giving horrible customer service and gossiping. I will never go back and I will share my horrible experience as an example of how not to act.

Let me start off by saying I've been to at least 500 dunkin donuts worldwide and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Naturally, I started off my order with the 50 munchkins and they literally melted in my mouth. So fresh! I also got an iced coffee and that is always very refreshing, a great way to start your day. I've yet to venture into the restroom but I can imagine it is in pristine condition :)

I worked at Dunkin for about a year, so I know what standard procedures are when it comes to making a drink here. The people who work at this location are complete idiots. You always have to tell them exactly how many creams, and exactly how many pumps of syrup you want in your drink, otherwise they will royally fudge it up. Even after you specify how to make the drink, you have to make sure they hand you the correct order at the window, and also CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! They often charge you double at this location of you aren't paying attention. Also, if you try to order food in the evenings, they usually lie and tell you that they are "deep cleaning the oven" so they don't have to do their job. I miss the Dunkin Donuts in Florida that rarely mess up your order. This Dunkin is just shameful.

Starbucks who? Being from Chicago, I am a total Dunkin Donuts Queen. Their coffee is delicious and for the light hearted. If you want a heavy dark roast coffee with lots of thrills, Starbucks is probably your thing. However if you do enjoy the taste of coffee, and particularly a dreamy medium roast, Dunkin is your friend. They manage to brew up coffee full of flavor that is still delicious tasting even after the cream and sugar. My fav order is a medium French vanilla coffee, cream and two splenda. Can we now talk donuts? Dunkin has all their classics baked FRESH. A lot of the stores back east typically use distribution centers for their donuts every morning since there is such a high volume of stores. However, because Dunkin is such a rare beautiful unicorn in Denver, all of the stores have the freshest Dunkin Donuts donuts that I have ever had. It's totally worth it to try, especially if you are a veteran DD goer. The breakfast sandwiches are definitely worth a nod as well. This location is clean, prompt, and ever so friendly. I'm sure there are a couple mistakes to be made, however just remember this whole dunkin concept is new to all these employees. They are always eager to fix a mistake with a smile. Long lines got you down? Then you KNOW you found a sweet spot, just like everyone else, and it will be totally worth the wait!

Very displeased! I came here in the evening to order a box of donuts to take early in the morning for work and ordered the holiday box of donuts. They informed me that they were out. So then I decided to order a small box of the munchkins. They were out of munchkins as well. he proceeded to tell me that they don't like to make a lot of donuts at night because they end up throwing them out. If they're not going to have donuts for the demand of the people going in and then they should just shut it down at that hour and not open it's a false sense that they are open and not have any product to sell. Defeats the purpose of being open if they're not going to have things to sell. Needless to say I left with no donuts and went to Winchells instead.

I don't come to Dunkin Donuts when I want a carefully crafted drink made by knowledgeable baristas. I don't come to Dunkin Donuts when I want to find responsibly sourced, shade-grown beans. I don't come to Dunkin Donuts when I want a comfortable place to settle in and study. No, I come to Dunkin Donuts when I want 32oz of iced coffee for under $3. Seriously, where else can you get 32oz of coffee for 2.69, tax included?! Nowhere. And for that, I love Dunkin. I don't think any of the CO stores compare to the ones on the East coast but I'm glad they're out here regardless.

I visitied this Dunkin Donuts back on January, 17th, 2014. I will not be visiting Dunkin Donuts on 20th and Sheridan again. I watched two managers kick out three paying customers - three men who happened to also be homeless. The men were quite pleasant, talking to fellow customers about the upcoming Denver Broncos game, about their children, etc. just to emphasize the point: these were paying customers. They had purchased coffee. They weren't begging or asking any other customers to purchase food for them. When I approached the managers about why the gentleman were being asked to leave, they said they had a general policy about not serving the homeless, no matter how nice or friendly they were. I will not be returning to this establishment as I refuse to visit a restaurant that enacts discriminatory policies.
