This place truly hit the spot after a day in the mountain. Here's what we ordered: 1. Thai hotpot: delicious goodness. Very flavorful, not too heavy, portion is a bit small but the coconut curry really fills and warms you up. 2. Indonesian peanut sauce: also a hit, noodle was cooked perfectly and the sauce was not too overwhelming. Very quick service, food came out in less than 10 minutes. They also serve wine which is a plus in my book!

Bad management. The place is not clean. The tables are greasy and dirty, the floors are filthy covered with food. Also My cup had some residue sticking in its bottom. Finally they didn't ask us if we need any protein in our food so we ended up eating noodles only. Will not be back to this location.

Horrible pad Thai! We ordered chicken pad Thai, shrimp pad Thai and tofu pad Thai. All of them were bland and not very flavorful and there wasn't much meat/tofu to be had. Kind of difficult to explain the taste but no hint of peanuts or sweet/tangy spices. However, we also ordered the beef stroganoff and Mac n cheese which were pretty good but that's probably because the pad Thai was so bad...

Noodles sent out a BOGO coupon via email last Thursday that was good through Friday. We stopped in here on Friday evening to use it, and the guy at the counter said he could not accept it on my smartphone - that it must be printed out - even though nothing on the coupon stated that. Even when I showed him the barcode and associated coupon code number, he said he could not use that either. How environmentally unfriendly... I've used a smartphone coupon every single other time I've been to a Noodles, at multiple locations. So instead of eating here, we walked over to Smashburger, without coupons, and paid them all of our moneys since they have wonderful customer service and food, and that is where we will continue to eat on our weekly back and forth jaunts to the mountains. Boo to this Noodles.

Can't believe a Noodles is only getting 2 stars. I love this food. The employee's change so much in "resort-town", that you could go there tonight and get great service. Not so much the night I went. They were slow. They were not pleasant. They did not get the order right. We had to go back for a replacement for under cooked noodles!! Seriously under-cooked. They replaced, but hardly a "sorry" or any-thing. Just seemed to be a normal procedure. If you crave a noodle dish, take your chances, but not the best experience we have had at Noodles.

Yum. Yum. Yum. Super fresh. Super hot. You can tell it's freshly made. Best Noodles and Company I've ever been too!

Should have skipped as other reviews suggested. Understaffed, and dirty. We had to bus and our own table and the floors were filthy.

Food was fresh, it wasn't too busy, and restaurant was clean. Definitely A-OK.

Location. Vast, stunning views. Great place to park and waste time while they clear Loveland Pass. Free Wi-Fi. And plenty of tables.

I called to make sure they were open until 9. When I called at 8:55 to place a take out order I was told they were already closed. Quite annoying.

This is the worst noodles I have been to. We asked for a TO-GO order and portions were tiny and the food was just not what it usually is at any other N&C. The employees were nice at first but really pissed which made it seem they didn't put 100% into the food and service

A lot of people complained about the service being slow, disorganized and not getting their orders correct. Well we went on a Thursday night and the guy who took our order got it right, no complains. The food tasted consistent. It's Noodles and Co, don't have high expectations.

Like other reviewers I love noodles & co. However, this location has disappointed me twice. I went almost a year ago on a trip to the mountains. After standing in line for 10 minutes, our food was not served for 30 minutes. I thought I would try again today given it's been awhile and again, same exact experience. Today my dish was cold, the bread cold and stale and the fountain drink machine was out of nearly every drink except fruit punch lemonade. Skip this location, maybe qdoba or crave burger next door will be better!

Noodles and Co is a great place to get worldy variety fast and cheap! It's easy to eat healthy here without breaking the bank, except for when I get the Wisconsin Mac N Cheese...that's probably not to healthy but it's too good to resist.

Noodles and Company is always a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. The only issue I had with this location was the lack of clean tables. Once we ordered our food, the dining room looked like a food bomb had gone off. We ended up avoiding the main dining area and went towards the back to find a clean table. The food was the same as any other Noodles location. There is outdoor seating at this location that offers a nice view of the mountains .

I'm going to draw a picture of a shiitake mushroom and give it to every person that works here. I should note that I generally LOVE Noodles & Co. and I used to visit this specific location a lot when I lived in Frisco year round a couple years ago. Driving up to summit county from Denver, my boyfriend and I decided to just grab something quick before heading to our condo. Boyfriend mentioned he didn't think he'd ever been to Noodles & Co. and I assured him he'd love it. Heh. He ordered Bankok Curry with chicken and I ordered Buttered Noodles with tofu and shiitake mushrooms. Now I realize my order is not the most intuitive. But it's also only 3 ingredients. And it's delicious. We got back to the condo, opened our noodle containers and... Wrong. All wrong. Boyfriend's Bankok Curry didn't have the chicken he requested. MY order was just baffling. It didn't even have the right noodles. Instead of the egg noodles that come standard with butter noodles, it had the curly noodles found in pesto cavatappi. The mushrooms weren't shiitaki mushrooms, but were button mushrooms. Boyfriend decided to go back down the hill and get our orders right. He said the manager was very apologetic and offered him a beer while he waited for his correct order. Hence the 1 star. Boyfriend came back quickly. His Bankok Curry DID indeed have chicken this time. Sucess. I was hopeful, I really was. But fool me once...You know. My Butter Noodles were actually the right egg noodles but I never got my shiitake mushrooms from the Dillon Noodles & Co.

Good place for a decent portion of noodles made in different asian and italian styles. The indonesian and thai flavors were great, Not so much the tuscan plate - avoid that one. The chicken on the dishes seems very average flavor. Soups are great ( I tried the thai soup). Not too pricey. Ideal if you dont want to pay top dollar for so-so food that's so common in tourist towns.

Decent good Thai noodles! yay! Had it with shrimp. Staff changes all the time when I was here that day the noodles were good, but I wouldn't go back again, i went back a few times and I see the girls not wearing nets and stepping in the kitchen after touching money. good they have an open kitchen so one can see all.

20 minutes to wait for a to go order? We went there to get something quick to eat before heading out of the mountains. Something needs to be done! We'll never eat at this location of Noodles again and we're big fans of the place.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
