I honestly find this place to have the worst Chinese food in Broomfield. It's adequate, it's not enough to make me run out the door, but I've been there about five or six time over the past decade and every time I am disappointed. The sauces tend to be watered down and kind of weird, anything deep fried is typically saturated with oil, so I guess they cook at low temperature. Otherwise, The staff is great, the atmosphere is very nice, I really wanted to like this place. Please shop around, instead. There are several nice restaurants in Broomfield and the surrounding area that serve quality, far-Eastern cuisine for about the same price.

Most visits the food is very good, lots of flavor, and really good service most of the time. This was one of the first restaurants we visited after moving to Broomfield and we come back at least once a month.

Ok, I haven't written a review for a while so this might not be my best effort. I ate here a couple years ago and was impressed with the food. Tonight my family wanted delivery. We had been eating at Fu-Wah on 80th and Harlan which is always solid as far as delivery chinese. I ordered pad tai and chicken lo mein(for the kids). I have never had a more flavorless pad tai in all my 42 years of life. The noodles were horribly mushy and there was no tanginess at all. Pad tai is one of my favorite tai dishes on the planet and this rates dead last. The lo mein was so oily that it was inedible. I literally had to throw the entire order in the trash. My kids are pretty east to please when it comes to lo mein and this order failed to please even the 3 year-old. I ordered some scallion pancakes and they tasted like fried, bland dough. My wife actually spit out her bite in a paper towel. The crab cheese wontons were the only good part of this meal...not that it make much of a difference as everything else was so horrible. Oh, by the way, don't order the Vietnamese egg rolls unless you REALLY want to be disappointed...especially if you have had good ones at a Pho place...I'm sorry, this place sucks. I am trying to save you a waste of money. Maybe other dishes are better. Stay away from what we ordered as you will be let down. This place left me hanging big time. I give it a mere one fortune, or mis-fortune, cookie out of 5. Roll the dice on this place, it was good once and horrible another...

OK, this might be pretty unbelievable, but the food here smelled like a stockyard. I can't explain it. It just reminded me of a stockyard. We started with the Poo Poo appetizer (no pun intended). This was a feast of mostly deep fried items which sort of did me in before we even got to the main dishes. I can handle fried food if it's not too heavy or greasy--I've had good fried appetizers that were light and crispy, so I know it can be done. This appetizer was just too much. I ordered hot and sour soup and sesame chicken. The soup smelled like a stockyard, I swear! I even mentioned it to my husband and when he gave it a closer inspection, he could see (or shall I say, smell) what I was talking about. One of the worst chinese restaurants I've been to...hands down. I used to live in NYC and have eaten some of the best chinese of my life in Chinatown. I'm not super snotty, though....I just prefer my food to smell like food, not like a cattle yard....

This is our go to place for Chinese. It's amazingly hard to find good Chinese food here in Colorado. I don't know why that is. Everyone here is courteous and friendly. If I have a craving for Chinese this is where we go.

This is our "go-to" place for Chinese food! We order for delivery and the food is delivered hot & fresh within 30 minutes. We usually get the same thing: vegetable or pork fried rice, chicken lo mein, sesame chicken and egg rolls - all of which are delicious! Their portions are generous and we get dinner for 2 and a couple of lunches for about $35. We have tried a couple of other places but always come back to order from here.

This is our every day Chinese take-out place. Strip mall location isn't anything special, but they have super speedy delivery, good prices and great tasting food. We get pretty much the same thing every time (Sesame Chicken, Lo Mein, Crab Cheese Wontons, Veggie Egg Rolls and Hot & Sour Soup) and love it. The Szechuan Chicken, Beef with Broccoli and Mongolian Beef are also decent. If you don't want to cook, this is amongst the best take-out in Broomfield.

This was my ultimate favorite Chinese Restaurant when I lived up north in Broomfield. THE BEST Hot and Sour Soup I have had sense I lived in Chicago and would go to China Town. They have a very diverse menu and I have even asked for special dishes I used to get in China Town. There portions are large but not wasteful and very affordable.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
